We live 5 minutes away and it took 50 minutes to get 3 pitas, fries and cheesy bread. All were literally cold

If you like pizza dipped in grease. this is for you. (im not exaggerating) It was not always like this but in the last year all you gonna eat is grease. (lived in the neighborhood for 17 years.) i dont know what happened. Pizza was decent before.

Yeah. Not a good experience. 1hour delivery, got my order wrong. Food was trash. Food was steamed in its own heat because they took forever to deliver it. Did I mention I m 1.5 kilometres away. So like a 5 minute drive.

Favorite pizza so far!! Especially Hawaïenne and Quebecoise :) They recently added a nice place to eat!

The staff is the best, they try their very best to make sure you leave happy. The food is good for the value so dont pay 20$ and expect 100$ quality meal. This is your comfort food that you can enjoy often enough. Let them bring you happiness in a box... Love the the Quebecois pizza. They use real bacon pieces.

Worst service ever. Orders always arrive late, the lady on the phone is completely out of control during busy periods, unable to answer whether the order is done or not, panics and shouts to me that yes it is done and hangs up....last time that we order. I understand that they are overwhelmed (power outage) but we have 15 people in the company waiting for lunch, if you do not provide it and mention it when ordering. I had clearly written that we wanted the order for dinner, a call would have been the least possible to say that you were unable to do so and someone would have found another option!

Food is great, portions are great, but sometimes lacks in service. They offered to give me the item for free when the delivery took more than 90 minutes. Deliverer came and just left it at the entrance of my job and never called. So, when I left my shift, I asked security just out of curiosity, and they told me someone dropped off food at the entrance. I was going to give the driver a tip regardless, for the delivery, if he had just called me to meet him upfront... By the time I found the food, it had been out 3-4 hours and was not safe for eating anymore. So, the managers good deed just went to waste, sadly.

After a long travel day returning home from Jamaica, my family and I stayed at a hotel overnight. By chance the hotel staff had a menu for 2M. My daughter ordered the chicken burger combo and my wife and I ordered the clubhouse. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her chicken burger and my wife and I declared that this was one of the best clubhouse sandwiches we ve had in years. It was delivered quickly, was still warm and the delivery driver was most polite and pleasant. Wish I could give you guys more than 5 stars. Keep up the great work.

I called to make an order for me & my colleagues at the office. I had questions with regards to combos & what they offer. She was super rude and impatient over me asking questions. She raised her voice at some point saying I wasnt understanding. I ended up ordering elsewhere. I was very disappointed.

Flight delayed overnight. Hotel staff person recommended this place and so glad they did. Easy online order, online discount for first order, from order placed to delivery at my hotel room and paid with card at time of delivery was 21 minutes. Gyros & poutine to put me to sleep early for early morning flight. Respectful delivery. Absolutely best delivery experience to hotel near YUL Airport. Thank you for great experience.

super satisfied - I order their Greek salad with chicken several times a week, definitely the best Ive eaten (and I eat from the restaurant every day) A very nice variety of good fresh vegetables, feta, olive and well grilled chicken , all accompanied by a delicious homemade vinaigrette and super friendly service as an extra, WOW I recommend 100% - PS the chicken pitas are also excellent, as well as the pizza and the lasagna (delicious meat sauce) are also super good, in short we have never been disappointed.

This restaurant has a soul. A good one. Today I was doing a delivery for this lovely place. I came super hungry; didnt have the chance to eat anything yet, and this kind manager, or owner (I believe), came out of nowhere and fed me, just because he heard that I was starving. Picked up an order for the family only to discover we were missing a plate and side order when home. They were gracious, apologetic and sent it with the next driver (unfortunately almost 2 hours later). The food was good. Their fries have batter on them (I prefer without). Food was as expected for type of cuisine.

First and last time at 2m pizza. I went to pick up 2 slices of cheese pizza paid over 8$ with no drink. Asked the man at the cash if I can use the bathroom to wash my hands only to discover there was no soap and only one washroom in the place. This means that when the chef or whoever does their business in the bathroom they do not wash their hands and go right back to making pizza and putting hands in customers food. Needless to say the 2 slices ended up in the garbage and I was even considering leaving them on the counter.

Small pizza shop with good food, kind staff. Pro tip: if you crave a slice at night: go there before closing time. If there are any slices remaining, they may give a small discount :)

Their pizza are sometimes great , and other times I rather eat frozen pizza very inconsistent, their service is a total joke ordered with door dash 40 min before the last accepted order , 30 min in they canceled the order claiming they were closed , when clearly the driver had made its way to the restaurant, which means not only they screwed a paying costumer but a hard working driver of his earnings and wasting gas. Totally black listing this dumpster business.

Forgetting cutlery + napkins, not very practical when you are at the hotel.. A little expensive compared to the quality of the products.

It s a hit or a miss with this place! The employees could use some training in customer service! Last couple times I ordered they messed it up and I always feel like I m bothering them. If you don t want my money say so!

So tell me why I ordered a small poutine with extra cheese. The total INCLUDING TAX the man who took my order told me is $12.34. Tell me why when the driver gets here and tells me a small poutine with extra cheese is $15? And then I had to add a tip too?! No thats not honest at all. Ok fine, so Now Im here with my poutine that doesnt have extra cheese either?! I wont be ordering from them again.

We stayed a hotel nearby and needed dinner. We tried 2M because of the variety of food and reasonable prices. The delivery driver told us the pizza would be really good. He was right. Probably some of the best we have had. They even brought plates - which we as tourists didnt have.

Greasy. 2nd day in a row and I still feel heavyness in the stomach (and I have only eaten 2,5 slices). I havent eaten anything since and threw away the rest of the pizza. I ordered based on rating, but I didnt expect that in Canada, let alone Montréal, people consider this being a good take-out pizza...in England that would not have such a hight rating.

Love the pizza here .. I find its the best in the area.. but ceasar salad is awful... not only i paid extra bacon ... precisely 1.49$ for a sprinkle of bacon bits.... this is ridiculous ... and overpriced (15.49+tx) for a few pieces of salad drench in sauce a ton of croutons and some chicken ...

Watch out for extra delivery charges they dont tell you about when ordering. Also check your bill. I ordered from Economenu but was charged separately for everything. Very disappointing.

If there was less than 1 star for this restaurant, I would give it. Last night,, (after reading some 4 and 5 star reviews) Sunday Jan 31st 2021 at 6:20PM, I ordered a 14 pizza,and the cheesburger special. I gave the guy my address (6KM from the store and 9 minutes to get here),he asked me to spell out the name of my street which I did. Then,at 6:45PM,the driver called me and again asked me again to spell the street name,which I did. And then again at 7:05PM,he called me again, and this time I had to give him exact directions. He finally arrived at 7:15PM,and I paid him $38.00. I opened the cheesburger and It was ice cold and the fries were soggy. My son then looked at the pizza,and it too was cold,and the bottom was all burned and the box was full of grease.He ate a couple of pieces and said it was terrible. I then took the pizza and gave it to my upstairs neigbour for his big dog. I did not phone back the store right away, because I was very angry and didnt want to get into an argument. I phoned today, and the boss was very rude,and tiold me I should have phoned yesterday. I asked what he would have done and the answer I got seemed to say too bad The moral to this story is as follows: NEVER EVER BELIEVE THESE 4 AN 5 STARS REVIEWS THAT YOU MIGHT READ ABOUT A PLACE,BECAUSE I FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT THEY MUST BE PUT ON BY EMPLOYEES,AND FRIENDS OF THE OWNER BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best fast food in the sector. The crust is rolling on the ground. Dont expect great cuisine, but if you want to stuff your face, this is the place!

I made an order through the phone. At the end the order was too pricy, so I told them to cancel it. 30min later the driver called me and I told them that I cancelled the order; shortly after the store called me and talked to me disrepectfully claiming that they did not hear me cancelling the order. Then hung up furiously. Please get some customer service education.

It was my first time ordering today, and definitely not the last! Great service, fast and simple order online and the food arrived in a timely and courteous manner. The food itself was fresh, delicious and the portions are great! I couldnt even finish my poutine with smoked meat (by the way, awesome to see it was not just the ends chopped up, but pieces of smoked meat) and my small salad is my dinner tonight.... awesomeness! Everyone else really enjoyed their meal as well!

Best 2 for 1 pizza. Ive been going here since 2004, and the pizza has always been good, gyros are great; in fact the pizza has gotten better. Great customer service, they know how to treat clientele. The fries are the very crispy kind, I know some dont like that, but if you love crunchy fries these ones are great. Fairly priced for what your getting.

Some REALLY great pizza. My kids are picky and they love the pizza from 2M. Ive had the poutine, hotdogs and burgers also. Very good. Pricing is very reasonable as well. It doesnt look like much from the interior but never judge a book by its cover. Full 5 stars for these guys.

I called to place an order, when it finally arrived the delivery man didnt have the exact change. Not to mention he rang the wrong door bell. He rang the door upstairs. Based on that experience, I would have to say that M2 Pizza gets a 2.5

Well, this place has changed a lot. We have been ordering from here for YEARS. I never had a mix up or dealt with rude service. However, I will not be ordering again. We had ordered a vegetarian pizza and all dressed pizza. We changed an all dressed for deluxe pizza and left the vegetarian as half of us are not meat eaters. When we got our pizza it was all dressed and delux but no vegetarian :(. When I called they said it was OUR fault. When clearly, ive worked in a restaurant business and you ALWAYS confirm your customers orders but he hung up before even confirming. When I said what can we do after we got the wrong pizza and waiting an hour to get it? He offered nothing just BLAME, and said that we didnt say that. ANYWAYS long story short .. not clear communication, RUDE and I got no vegetarian pizza - so I ordered elsewhere and waiting another 40 mins. We will let our loyalty to 2M dorval go now. Thanks for the years you did care about your service.
