Worst place to order pizza. I ordered my pizza for the delivery on 1/09/2024 delivery driver dropped the pizza on the floor and didn t told me. When I called the store they said driver will come back and I waited for 1 hour in the night no one came. Please don t order from this store.

This is the worst pizza store in the city. They don t have any manners to talk to the customers. They tell you 20 minutes and take 50 minutes for delivery. If you call them to check they say please don t order again if you can t wait.

This particular pizzahut is a scam. They dont make the pizza as advertised (order a pepperoni lovers and receive a regular pepperoni instead). Order a large get the toppings for small. Can never call and complain cause theyll give you a number for American customer service. Its a shame a business wants to lose customers by being cheap and slow. Personally like pizzahut but not this location. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Order 2 Melts pizza (1 pepperoni and 1 meat lover). We receive both pepperoni and we went to the employee that it was both pepperoni and they didnt believe until we Crack open both for them to see that it only contain pepperoni. They made another one that contain meat lover but at the same time give us attitude. We love pizza hut but this place disappointed us

Greedy indian owners, putting a shame to your country. Order took more than 1 hour to arrive. Once at home, realized it was totally the wrong pizza. Called them back and they almost made fun of me on the phone and called me crazy because they thought I was lying. All I could hear was them talking in indian in the background, anyways. The rude indian guy over the phone agrees to make me another pizza, 30 minutes goes by and this rude angry delivery driver comes at my door smashing. Gives him back the wrong pizza and he then realize that they we re actually at fault. I then look at the pizza he gives me and it was just ok barely any toppings about 3 inch of crust so they can save a whole lot of ingredients in a day and make more pizzas but I didn t make a deal about it since I ordered almost 2 hours ago and I m hungry. So the guy leaves no sorry nothing, no tip back no refund nothing. Back into my home, I start eating and it was the soggiest most uncooked pizza I had in my whole entire life. Not only are these guys a big joke, the manager told me the employee would be paying the pizza with her salary that tells you a lot about their values. there s plenty of better pizza joints all around, save yourself some money/time and go eat somewhere else.

I love coming here! Im in a wheelchair and they always accommodate me. They even follow my allergy restrictions! Dietary restrictions: I am gluten intolerant and allergic to tomatoes so they have gluten free crust and put no sauce on my pizza. Highly recommended if you have food restrictions. Wheelchair accessibility: Im in a wheelchair and it is completely equipped. Even bring your food to you.

Very disappointed! I ordered a small pepperoni with mushrooms and onions to go. Waited near 10 minutes at the counter and was presented with a personal size pizza. I said I ordered a small. I hand it back and waited again. They bring me the small pizza and head home opened the box to find there s no onions on the pizza. I should ve checked at the counter first! Pretty sure I paid for those onions and the topping is less than satisfactory since there s 3x s more crust than toppings. I ll never get pizza from there again.

Would give zero star if I could. Ordered a medium sized pizza and some wings for $40. The pizza was raw and pulled out of oven half way though. When we contacted the store, they said someone will be bringing in a cooked pizza for us shortly. But that never happened. We were given US customer service that didnt care at all. Kids had to sleep hungry. Please do not order from this dishonest and unprofessional store.

We were on vacation in Montreal for the weekend with family including kids. We came back to the hotel to get kids something to eat and put them to bed. We ordered pizza and wings from this place. The wait time for the pizza was 45 minutes when our hotel was only 7 minutes walk from the pizza hut. When the pizza arrived it was not cooked at all .It looked raw and was cold. We called them immediately to let them know about this we were promised a new pizza ASAP. We waited for another hour and when we called to check on the status of the pizza delivery we were informed that the driver did not know the room number. We were so upset that how can someone forget a room number and dont even call to check. They said now they cant do anything since the place is closed. Our kids and we went to bed hungry and when we called the manager to complain he gave us a number for US customer service and they couldnt help us with a complain for Montreal, Quebec. Our Saturday night was ruined and will never recommend this place for delivery or eat in since they do not know how to cook or deliver pizza. It was a total diapppointment and waste of time.

Finally we got good pizza in Dorval! Great taste and great service. It was perfectly baked and super crispy. The staff is very friendly and I got my pizza right at the time they said I was gonna get it. Very good experience!

I just tried pan pizza for the first time yesterday and it was a delicious! I was impress with the service! Now every time I ll come to the mall this will be my favorite place for lunch. Really good pizza!

I ate a pizza from this restaurant couple of days ago and it was amazing. The pizza is delicious (super addictive, and worth the price) and the service was great ( the people were nice and helpful in selecting my pizza). I would definitely go back there for my next pizza fix.

I love PizzaHut however this location is a mess! They never get the order right and always missing items! You call costumer service and they give you a number to call and they don t want to deal with you! Very disappointed
