This place should have a higher rating. The lentil soup, spicy potatoes, fries and the wrap was very good. It is good they have vegan options.
Coffee was not good at all, and I have asked for a cup of water a medium one. Well, a small one is free while a bit bigger one is 2 freaking dollars. Insane. Not very welcoming of Montreal
Most dishes or sandwiches are ok but The pizza is great, the fresh bread that they offer is amazing, unfortunately the shawarma is not to my liking, but for a place that can serve you 24/7 it's a great solution for a fast Arabic food bite, the best sandwich would be eag and sausage but they stop serving that at 11 .
Excellent food quality. I took rice with kafta kabab with canada dry. Price was 35 CAD. A little bit expensive. A very good halal option in montreal airport.
The best babaganoush ever with warm and tasty pita; this was exactly what I needed to start my day! Polished with a good Americano and off I go to pass airport security. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They made my day.
I stopped by for a quick lunch and must say that the Pizza with halloumi, tomato and fresh peppermint and black olives was so delicious and done quickly that I treated myself twice 😊. Also the desert was very good and very tasty. Affordable prices.
I had shawarma and fries here . The shawarma was good . But then I order fries , they were not well cooked (raw and not crispy ) I asked them to change it . They fried it again, but the fried the worst fries I have ever tried . I could taste the oil and they were really greasy. Try the shawarma for sure . The manager was nice .
What 💎 in a airport! I have been to at least 40+ different airport and never found a middle eastern restaurant like this one! Great options and vegan one too.Delicious food and decent portions. The Zaatar bread is a must! Fair price for an airport! Friendly service and nice choice of music. I highly recommend! Cannot wait to go again!
Very bad service
Wife found a hair in her poutine and when I asked the worker to add shawarma sauce which I can clearly see he said no. Food was ok
The cheese pizza was delicious
I love shawarma, this place didnt do it tho, Staff is slow and unorganized, its over priced and the food is mediocre. Sad taste in my mouth for my departure Food
I find it incredible that a restaurant open 24 hours a day, where you are served so quickly, manages to produce such good quality food. I have never been disappointed! I have a weakness for hummus and baba ghanoush, fresh and served with freshly baked pitas. Eating there becomes a moment that I anticipate when I have to take the plane. Vegetarian options: Hummus, Baba ghanoush, tabbouleh, falafels...
Very bad disrespectful personelles spiced with a lack of professionalism and misbehavior
You support the occupation having products that should not be sold
Dry and tastes like nothing, dont waste your money here, its food that is unserveable but still served to the public. Go to Boustan its way cheaper and delicious.
The meat quality is terrible go ahead if you want to intoxicate yourself and jeopardize your stomach health
Expensive and not tasty. Small portions of meat.
Very expensive for what is served Mediocre food. To be prohibited
Pita good but I expected more generosity. $25 for a pita and a small bowl of salad/potatoes, I find it expensive. Im still hungry. The waitress was nice and with a smile, its nice but I was expecting a thicker pita bread and more toppings.
This is truly exceptional cuisine! I arrived in Canada hungry. I had a plate of rice with chicken, potatoes, salad and sauce. It was perfectly seasoned rice. Im still salivating! It was the best meal Ive had since arriving in Canada. Excellent service! The staff was very cheerful, welcoming, fast and funny.
Literally a joke. They charge $57 for 2 shawarma, and the quality was not good at all. Food
This is perhaps the only halal restaurant at YUL airport. After flight disruption and being stuck at YUL Airport, we ordered for dine in and at the end, when I asked for a box for my left overs, the guy told me its for 1$. Then I asked if I could just have another paper plate to cover my food and again he said I had to pay $1. Unbelievable! They want you to throw away your leftovers at a time where there is so much of hunger and famine all over the world. Non existent customer service - very disappointed indeed.
Not safe for peanut allergy sufferers - we asked during order about nuts and peanuts for the falafel wrap. Upon eating it before boarding the flight my husband had a reaction and we had to cancel our flight and go to the emergency department by ambulance.
Very expensive for a small quantity in the pita.
I d eat elsewhere. $17.25 for a shawarma that s smaller than what you get from a typical shawarma shop when you order a small sandwich. On top of that, I was told hummus in the sandwich is extra. The cashier handled my sandwich with her bare hands when taking it off the grill. Minimum tip option is 15%. I understand airport prices are typically higher but the size of the sandwich, extra charge for hummus and the lack of hygiene by the cashier is truly comedic. Sandwich was neither good nor bad.
An extremely disappointing service, all the more regrettable given the high prices. Paying $27 for two chocolatines and two hot chocolates (made with simple cocoa powder mixed with milk for $6) is unacceptable. No questions regarding milk if you prefer plant-based or not at this price. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place to you.
Top Lebanese food
Very expensive and not professional service
We had chicken shawarma sandwiches and a cheese pizza all for $67. The pizza is the size of a slice of regular pizza and it costs $14 and the sandwiches had some chicken crumbs, in fact for $15 each we were served dry pita bread with 30 grams of chicken.
They seemed overwhelmed with few customers. I took an egg plate. I was expecting a little more vegetables. Basically two eggs thrown on the plate with potatoes and three slices of tomatoes. $16.10 A little disappointed. They are nice but a little abrupt. The coffee is good.
One of the staff was very rude . He got mad because we change our mind on the shawarma filling, but the food was good.
Expensive but only Halal option at airport
A nice surprise for a meal in an airport: $67 for a trio of pita, poutine, pizza with drink and baklava. It was fresh and tasty.
I ate at ADM and in Toronto near Dundas Square, that one in Toronto cheaper of course in the airport all the restaurants are expensive because of the rent, in both branches the food was good nothing to say especially I am delighted with the pita that comes fresh from the oven in Toronto...
Some of the staff very rude and they tried to rip you off very bad service tried to charge extra on everything even humous for the pita when usually it free
Terrible
Horrible service, food was raw and cold yuck!
Very small portion for high price. I understand that it is airport food but cmon.
Its not the fastest and not the friendliest service. Please wash your hands when you scratch your face and rub under your nose.
A bad experience on two occasions with a rude, arrogant employee who is not well trained in customer service
food is more expensive than other places and not generous at all. Unpleasant workers and the food is not that good. I do not recommend, one of the worst places to eat in the airport.
Best halal chicken shawarma at the convenience of the airport.
WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Small portions too.
If there was zero I would rate 0. Food is cheap and stale
Extremely rude. Unfortunate
Food is not tasty. Very much a waste of money. Much other choices in the area.
Its expensive and not worth much.
Not safe for peanut allergy, will cost you a trip to the hospital and reschedule of your flight
Overpriced, almost 17$ for a chicken shawarma wrap and the quantity of the chicken was pitiful. Avoid unless youre desperate.
I loved the food so much and the environment as well, especially with the Middle Eastern music, which made me feel like I was somewhere in the Middle East. Additionally, the staff members working there are always smiling and kind, which made it easy to order food in such a welcoming atmosphere. I hope this amazing restaurant opens more branches in Canada.
This is not my first time there. I tried the shawarma chicken plate and the spicy chicken pizza and they both taste amazing. I asked for extra sauce that doesn t usually go with what I ordered and they didn t even charge for it. If you re reading this review, see u soon!
Rude
The juiced guy is unprofessional and impolite
We were looking for a place to eat at the airport. Found this establishment. We really liked it The taste of the dishes is wonderful. Portions are large. Service is fast. The staff is friendly, they made the order quickly. The cost of one serving is $25. I recommend!
Such a good Airport food! I had the falafel plate and the lentil soup. As a vegan, Im very happy with the diversity of options. I will come back for sure! Vegetarian options: There are many tasty and cruelty-free (vegan) options. Dietary restrictions: There are many tasty and cruelty-free (vegan) options.
I was in Paramount Airport and the Latte was great!!! I was also served by Daniel, a very nice guy and fast in the attention .... Highly recommended! Dont miss it !
If it wasn t from the bad customer service, I would have give 5 stars. It cost nothing to be nice, yet it s obviously not yet learned at this location.
Skinniest and overpriced shawarma I have ever had. Go somewhere else in the airport.
Foods mid, also why would you put a toronto chain in our airport, insulting
Everything was delicious
Nice selection of freshly made middle Eastern food and some nice pizzas.
Over expensive restaurant. I had craving for choc milk and bought the quebon choc milk 473 ml. They charged me 6.90 $ cad for that in market it costs around 3$ Poutine was for 16 dollars , it was average.
I travel through Montreal each month and stop here every time I am heading home. The pizza is cooked to order hot and fresh. There is a large menu with middle eastern food as well but I really enjoy the fresh pizza. update-coming through the airport I went somewhere else for lunch and spent over 30 dollars,I should have got a pizza at Paramount, great value for the dollar at the airport. well lesson learned, Ill get pizza in a few weeks when Im back.
Expensive and thats understandable because it at the airport but may improve the quality.
Fine foods ? More like paying money for trash and dish water . Absolutely disgusting ! Food
AVOID! The food got is not fresh and got me sick, very bad diarrhea after eating there.
Good was not too fresh. Service was ok not very polite . Ambiance is ok
Food portions are small, prices expensive and food quality below average. There are many better places to eat middle eastern food. Give it a miss.
Anytime I connect via YUL airport I literally go through security to eat at this restaurant. I have Maple Leaf Lounge access but still leave for my manakeesh. Wish we had something similar in St. John s, NL!
not great and expensive
Unsanitary restaurant, extremely small portions, and what you do get doesnt even taste good. Was in a hurry so grabbed a wrap because there were no better options, but never again. Starving is better than eating whatever they are serving here. Also, extremely rude staff with no consideration of anyones time.
The airport does not have a lot to offer but I would still skip it before a flight. Too have on the stomach...
A staple Canadian business that gives back to the community.
Best Middle eastern food in Montreal. Cheese pizza
The food is too good
You are thieves asking for $2 + taxes for a mask! Purely opportunistic!! You need a mask to go through security and they are taking advantage of the situation!
Got sick within 6h on my flight. Was the only food I had that day so I m sure it s the cause.
Parking: is it even still open the one on bois frncs is closed
Absolutely delicious. We ordered 3 things and they were all pretty good. The quality of the food was admirable considering its inside an airport. Must try, you wont be disappointed!
Not everything is 24 hours. We got there at 1230 am absolutely starving after hours of travelling and went to get something to eat, all they could offer were muffins and coffee. When I asked when they would be done cleaning the kitchen they said oh I dunno . Disappointed that at such a busy time and no other options in the airport that cleaning isn t done at a less busy time since they are open 24 hours
Terrible service, highly unprofessional, didn t even bother to explain the menu properly Highly not recommended.
Unprofessional front counter service
Not recommended your money is better spent somewhere else.
Alhamdulillah for halal option at Montreal Airport - International Terminal. Yummy shwarmas
Fast service, great staff. Very friendly and generous with the food portions. I enjoy thé pita bread that comes wit the meal. I order half chicken and half beef. Very tasty. The potatoes has a bit of spice. The rice is perfect. My meal was about $15 including drink. I will come back for sure.
Oh my god, this is the worst food in the entire airport, I ate rice with beef, plus a salad and had a stomach ache, more vomiting, and more. Also, the beef they served me, it looked like the beef had been sitting there for centuries. In short, I got food poisoning because of them and was left to suffer for a week because of their stupidity.
This is the best airport food in Canada and I am a flight attendant.
Too good!!!
Amazing have been trying to find a place in Edmonton that compares to how good and fresh this place was 10/10
Rather friendly and rather clean. Efficient service. Offers good pitas at fair prices
Gorgeous
Vegetarian options: Carrots, celery and hummus Food
It s nice experience
Good service very clean, and tasty
Sorry to say if you want to spend 30 bucks on a mix plate bowl, just get it from somewhere outside and bring it to the airport since you have to pass security anyway and get all the mixed shawarma beef and chicken rather than just eating rice, potato and vegetables. I was utterly disappointed when the guy just put two table spoon equal to beef and then chicken that is not equal to the meat you get for any shawarma bowl that s worth 30 bucks in total. Thanks for the vegetarian bowl though! Happy feels at the expense of getting ripped off in the name of Halal option!
A very clean place and the stuff are friendly and professional. Cant say more even you can feel generosity in their plates which the price is totaly affordable regarding the quality you got. Totaly advice to whom ho want a nice lebanese taste.
Toronto grade
Coffee brand very mediocre
Asked for shawarma and got this which was totally tasteless.
Great food on the go.
It was a fast and professional operation. Workers here are amazing! Thank you! Chicken plate and poutine are tasty too.
Delicious authentic Lebanese food. Very generous portions. 100% recommend before taking a flight!
English follows. Its hard to find anything better at this price in an airport for a satisfying meal. When you see muffins elsewhere for $6 each, for $23 I had a very good plate of chicken shawarma. Not hot enough though, everything is cut in advance, not like in other Lebanese restaurants where they cut the chicken in front of you, but its the volume of the airport that obliges them, so that suits me. I would happily return! Hard to find a better price at an airport for such a satisfying meal. Ive seen muffins elsewhere for 6$, so I was pretty happy with my chicken shawarma plate for 23$! Not warm enough though, with everything being cut ahead of time for the airport crowd, so not like in a typical Lebanese place where the meat is cut right when asked for, but the airport crowd of course changes ways of doing things, so its ok . I would go back anytime! Vegetarian options: Falafel, salads
I d eat here even if it wasn t in the airport! Good food, good value considering you re in an airport, fast & friendly service, very clean. I stayed at the in-airport hotel before an early departure and was thankful to not have to eat at their exceedingly expensive restaurant.
The food is very good and its great to find something out of the ordinary in an airport. It s right across from security so at least you don t have to stress. Plus there is plenty of seating space so perfect for a large group. Prices are a little high but normal for an airport
Service was rude at times and trashy at others, depending on who s serving.
You must try the espresso its wow, chicken shawarma so delicious
We bought two overly expensive fruit salads, 50% of which were made from cantaloupes. It was very disappointing.
This review is only for the coffee and the service, I didnt eat there, so I cant judge this part, on the other hand for the coffee (cappuccino), it was meh, I drink much better ones at Tim Horton, although cheaper (there you pay airport prices), the cappuccino was too hot and the milk foam not emulsified enough, the muffins were dry, regarding the service, I was quite disappointed, no smile, the no one was cold and yet I paid $42 for 2 days, 1 cappuccino, 1 espersso and a muffin!!!! And this is the first time that I havent left tips, but I had no qualms about doing so, the tip is done to show our satisfaction with the service, so since I didnt get any at all. .....
Ordered 3 shawarma plates and 3 shawarma sandwiches. Food was very delicious and fresh, which we found pleasantly surprising. Chicken was tender and very well cooked, salad was fresh and tasty, potatoes were crispy enough, rice was tasty, garlic sauce and hummus were well seasoned and enough in the plate. Sandwiches were on the smaller side but just as tasty. A little pricey for the portion you get. Service was very fast and workers were pleasant. Would 100% recommend to anyone craving Middle Eastern food. It being halal is a huge plus.
Great restaurant! Really good to have it at Montreal airport . Dinned in few times at different locations. In YUL, it is open 24 hours ! Lots of nice authentic dishes . Vegetarian options: Lots of options Dietary restrictions: Lots of options Parking: Already at the airport Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible
I tried chicken and beef pita rolls. They were heavenly. I would rate these are the best l ever had.
Best manakeesh! Lovely staff
Just bought a nice cappuccino, service was great. Turkish music playing in the background if oriental theme is your thing. Paid 6.90 CAD
This is the best Halal food you can find in Montréal airport. Delicious and flavourful. Ordered chicken shawarma and fries on the side. Everything was fresh and warm. Staff was friendly as well.
Poor chicken quality and below average quantity
Ordered a shawarma wrap on December 10th 2023. The portions are very small for the price you pay 16$ CAD Food
Good food, tastier than regular burger or fried chicken
On a transit in Montreal, I was suggested to have my dinner here. Being a vegetarian, I could not have asked for anything more. The hummus, salad and spicy potato with the bread was filling and worth it. Service could have been better but I presume, with just one man managing big counter it is too much to expect from him when it is busy. Highly recommended
Very tasty and very generous lunch
I am sitting here in Birmingham, Alabama dreaming about next summer vacation in Quebec where I can have their spiced potatoes and baba ganouj again!! I could eat these every day .The best I have ever had! Thank you to the nice gentleman server at YUL for your recommendations!
Breakfast meal was dry, bland and way overpriced. Didn t try the pastries or any other meal though.
Tasteless and expensive
Very tasty, big portions, good prices. Fast, convenient and delicious food.
The lady who served me was very rude, just because I communicated with her in English and not in French, she treated me as if I were asking for alms, terrible service and average food, nothing extraordinary, bad coffee.
The prices are a pressed juice is $9 and it s the only one that doesn t apply airport employee discounts So lets stop scamming people
The prices are absurd
Yes very good spot to eat! Lovely café ambiance.
Fresh, delicious food. Worth the extra money.
Food is ok. Definitely not worth the price! At $24 a plate the chicken was very dry and potatoes were cold!
My wife and i got food poisoned from this disgusting restaurant !!! Plz stay away from this restaurant ( before you order pls look at the meat , looks like someone just microwaved it )
Service was good. Place looks clean. Food wasnt that great
Exorbitant prices, really poor food... The brand is tempting, but if you can eat elsewhere in the airport, eat elsewhere...
Yum!! Tried two different kinds of poutine, beef and chicken. They were both really good!! Service was excellent too
Absolutely delicious. Probably the best restaurant in the entire airport.
Amazingly delicious food HALAL is the best.
I experienced racism while I was here yesterday. Definitely will not purchase anything from here again! Two ladies in front of me ordered the exact same thing chicken shawarma in the pita size! I ordered shawarma in the pita size as well. They both spoke French to the guy making the shawarma. Both of their sharawma was a decent size. When it was my turn I spoke English to the guy making the shawarma and he gave me the smallest size ever on purpose! While I watched him make it. Like a kids size portion. I was rather shocked. I didn t even get a discount I paid full price! Bad service will not return!!! Disappointed!
Fantastic beef shawarma
Food is generally delicious and quantities are low for the price. If you re running a 24hrs operation at an airport you shouldn t be running out of meat for the Shawerma (the main ingredient!). Also, being an airport location where travellers are pressed for time, the staff should be working swiftly and avoid stagnant long lineups. Poor operations!
I asked for a mixed sandwich (taouk+beef) all dressed, the cashier gave me the first sandwich among the pile of shawarma that were prepared on the table, and I asked her twice if she was sure of it. having selected the right sandwich, she answered yes twice, and of course, I had a shish taouk sandwich alone with salad and hummus only. The rest of the customer service went well, the cashier ruined everything
The prices a bit high for the drinks (but it s in an Aeroport) the personal is great and very helpful. I recommend the place.
Untrustworthy and expensive. Coffee advertised for $2.50 but they charged me $3.50. Their reply, we changed the price . Croissant is $5.00 and a muffin is $6.00. Those prices are not advertised. All prices plus tax. Avoid this place.
Yummy food!
Expensive and everage food
$23 for two orange juices.
The manakeesh are just excellent with the true taste of Lebanon.
It is very expensive for what is served. And two counters: one for dishes, the other for desserts and drinks. Its ridiculous.
Clean place, average service. Mixed meat pita trio not good at all. The beef is very salty and dry with large chunks of fat, without sauce. The chicken had a strange aftertaste, I actually got sick from it. In addition, it is very expensive for very small proportions: for 4 people $86!
Incredibly delicious! Large portions. The service is fast and friendly.
Rare enough to be noted, it is indeed very rare to have quality signs in airports! Here, I ate 1 chicken pita with tomatoes, salad and onions. A classic that I enjoyed. On the other hand, a little excessive in terms of price and moreover, I thought that in Montreal, the language spoken was French!
I m happy there is a Paramount but the prices are just insane. $10 for falafel sandwich on a pita? Something that would cost $2-3 should be double at Airport not triple or 4x the price.
I was always a fan of their food till the quality started going down and prices gone up. However what made me write this review is the hypocrisy. On their store wall at the montreal airport they have the words loving others in Arabic, nice words, makes you appreciate it till you pay around 2.30 dollars for a disposable mask... another opportunistic organization... the funny part is when I asked few airport staff if the airport offers masks, they all replied no, you can get it from paramount... something to think about.
Friendly staff, delicious food.
Good pizza and oriental dishes, reasonably priced for the airport.
A clean place and fast service, the price is expensive since it is in an airport.
The only fat and juicy part of the shawarma was its price.
Their plate of chicken shawarma took me more to Lebanon than several restaurants tested in France
A terrible breakfast. Had the sausage and egg breakfast plate that came with no sausage. No hurry to deliver meal in a timely fashion. No pride in service or product. $47 for 2 eggs, fried potatoes, 1 coffee, 1 juice and 2 hollow roll products.
Nice place to grab dinner and not the usual same old fare in airports. They made me up a vegetarian plate which was really delicious.
My bf & I love middle eastern food ! Unfortunately this place didn t meet our expectations. The only thing that was enjoyable was the fresh pitas made other than that the meat was dry and portions were extremely small. We paid 23$ for a plate with only 2 light scoops of chicken. Also received a turnip that tasted expired. I had high hopes.
Got two chicken shawarma pitas. Both were super dry and rather tasteless. Chicken shawarma came from a bin and I had no idea how fresh it was. I Felt rushed when ordering even though there was nobody behind me. 12 bucks for a small sandwich... Meh...
The chicken was quite dry and bland. $12 for a small sized shawarma is a bit much- but then again its in the airport. The plate prices are very high also.
Customer service 0/10. I had a question and the employee, a short lady, turned her back on me. She pretended she didn t hear me and laughed afterwards. I have to say that there was no rush, and very few customers. I left. Not the first time they do something similar. And anyways their tasteless food is way too expensive!
Very clean restaurant, staffs were very friendly, amazing food. Highly recommended.
Beautiful decor and good food. The server Mohamed is very kind and very helpful. I highly recommend!
Poor service I found a piece of plastic in the soup
Great place right at Montreal Airport for Halal Food.
Amazing!!!
I asked several times if food was hot and was assured it was. 3 minute walk to airport hotel and food is cold. Very disappointing. Got beef platter and baba ganouj. $31.04. Not cheap and not hot!! Won t do that again
Outstanding!!! I love this place. I discovered it a week ago while I was dropping my family in law and we had 5 plates (rice, salad and two portions of chicken) and we all loved it. The owner Nabil I think and his team are incredibly friendly!! I came back today for my father and I did it on purpose just to eat here so it is really good.
Nice but you have to revise the prices
Relatively expensive price compared to the dishes. The shishtaouk was okey
The food wasn t fresh, and the plates wasn t full enough, they gave me little bit of everything, as if they were sparing Diamonds in my plate, it was hard for me to digest, even though I m a Middle Eastern with A strong metabolism, thank God it was my first and last meal!
Not fresh
Great service and very tasty food. Great prices also. Considering its in the airport. Would definitely eat again.
The shawarma was really dry inside and it tasted pretty bad. They have the most basic shawarma and its disappointing.
Excellent restaurant with great people working within. I like the spicy potatoes poutine and the pita. Fresh food and clean restaurant
Top Very good I recommend
