Subway in Dorval

Asked for 5 types of subs and had none left by 3 p.m.

No Southwestern sauce!!!!! But a packet of tandoori sauce . Quite ordinary to know it just when the sandwich is ready and you have no choice

Unwelcoming staff, without any joy of life. They do not speak French and will probably not understand this message. Whether there is a purchase or not, these employees even refuse to give glasses of water to their own colleagues and customers. Ridiculous !

I went yesterday after a trip so on May 15, 2024 around 8:30 p.m. I had a trio with the biscuits Tired, I didnt take care to look at the condition of the biscuits before buying them. Got to eat my cookies I notice that they are as hard as rocks! Im going to see the young girl who served me to tell her about the quality of the product. With arrogance and hostility she tells me that she cannot help me and can do nothing about it. I kindly ask her either she refund me or I replace it with chips. She stands firm on her decision and tells me to eat the cookies as is. No alternative seems possible. I ask him to see his superior because no one can consume a product as harsh as my biscuits. One of his colleagues came to fix the situation because he felt the tension which seemed to be increasing. I left the trip with a good vibe, she ruined everything with her bad attitude. A young girl wearing glasses, dark brown or black hair. If I could rate their customer service I would give it a zero. We then hear him explain what had just happened to his colleague by imitating the situation. No human warmth from this arrogant and insignificant young girl. I give a 4 star for the sandwich that the thoughtful young man made and the same one who came saved the situation.

Pay $19 for 6 inch veggie delite with Pepsi. Crazy price. Never gonna go again at this location.

$30 for an ordinary sandwich, a drink and 2 biscuits is completely excessive, I put two stars because the guy at the service was correct but I didnt put any tips because $30 is too much

Its certain price-wise well come back again. On the other hand, the good news is that the prices of this Subway at airport arrivals are the same as everywhere else. The service is excellent. Its also pretty good. Not sure my sandwich is really 6 inches. Somewhat clean dining table. There are spaces with electrical outlets to charge your devices. Too loud music, unfortunately.

Disgusting place, just be cautious when you order vegetarian. They don t know the difference even if you double check with them.

First and last time in a Subway. Very disappointed with my bowl, it was plentiful but really not good, I felt sick afterwards...

Got laughed at for asking if they had gluten free. Like it s fine if you don t but why laugh? Unnecessary and rude. He looked like one of the managers too in his nice dress shirt. So unprofessional. Dietary restrictions: Don t have gluten free.

As for the food, dont expect to eat with taste. As for service, if we were tipping for poor service where the servers are impatient and rude, this Subway would be upgraded.

Overpriced, as everything is in airports, but after coming back from Cuba, the fresh veggies were absolutely delicious!

I have to give a star to be able to leave a review but we couldnt even eat a sandwich since it was CLOSED! Fortunately it is noted on their site open 24/7 and until 10:00 p.m. in the international zone. It s 8:30 p.m. and it s closed like the rest of the restaurants. If you want to eat before your flight, pay attention to the times...

Return to the country after three weeks having left since the morning. I hadnt eaten almost all day. Its 1:30 am and Im hungry. The only open restaurant I see. The 6-piece steakeurant is fresh, hot and comforting. I devour it in no time. Even at the late hour, the staff was very friendly. A few seats. Prices are higher than at a Subway outside the airport.

Fresh ingredients, good service, wasn t cheap on the meat like some American branches.

Beyond slow service. A simple order of 4 cookies and 2 bottles of water took over 10 mins for the cashier to process. Strange.

The chicken does not look or taste like chicken. The bread was very chewy and the price is outrageous.

Charged me 13$ for a 6 inch ham, when i told them the price should only be 7$ like it says on the menu, they told me thats not how it works. Buncha dumbdumbs. Subway is a basterdized version of itself after we lost the 5$ footlong

Worst service Ive ever received at any subway. Paid 32$ for two veggie patty footlongs which were neither toasted nor grilled. I asked not to toast as I like my sub grilled. When we rached to the final step I asked the employee, who told her name Ash, to grill it. She refused saying its not possible as grill machine is only for wraps. I insisted on grilling the sub as it wasnt even toasted and in the last 6 years not a single subway location ever refused to grill the sub. I told her that everyone always does that and you can easily do it but she just kept saying its only for wraps, we dont clean it everyday, my manager asked me to not grill sub. On top of that she kept visiting someone in the sitting area after finishing my order, who seemed to be her boyfriend or husband, that clearly demonstrated that why she was in hurry to finish my order fast. Pathetic experience after my long tiring flight.

The store was clean and the veggies were looking fresh and the behaviour of employees was good and i got my sandwiches within 5 minutes overall it was a good experience.

yesterday Wednesday October 18, the Arab cashier gave me attitude because I didnt leave a tip, and refused to give me my glass of Boissin Fontaine that I ordered with my sandwich and asked me to take it myself

Great staff, but fraudulent Subway. Adds a fee of $0.50 for crispy onions when normally its free according to Subway (I myself work for Subway and there is never an extra for that) And given that they cant find the extra option on their checkout they charge a biscuit by changing the price to $0.50 as an extra. A complaint will be made to Subway as well as to the Consumer Protection Office.

Probably the best Subway I have been to. Delicious food, Fancy and Clean Atmosphere Friendly customer service. Very professional. I was recommended the foot-long brisket, it was absolutely delicious.

I had the best and hilarious time at this subway. The subway was packed like crazy but I still had the best customer service. Also when it was time to pay a staff member named Arshad I think was super funny. He cracked jokes to me while punching in the order and made me have a big laugh and smile on my face.

Employees (2) a little lost during my visit. Not very friendly, and made several mistakes in our order. Bad bread, bad cheese. The crispy chicken was wet and grainy. Not properly cooked at all. NOW question SAFETY. I must have counted around twenty flies in the dishes and flying all over the unwashed tables. Honestly I dont recommend it. Very disappointed and unpleasant.

The food was okay (ignored the bugs flying over it) but the cost was ridiculous. I eat at airport Subways all the time and this is by far the most expensive in the country. $6.44 to make it a combo is greedy.

I had a spicy chicken grilled sandwich .It was ok but there was a Indian guy on the counter who scammed me with exchange rate. I gave him 100 dollars usd bill but he told me that he can only give cad in exchange for usd
