My beef Pad Thai was made with ground beef, which is not the standard for Thai Express. I’m trying to wrap my head around how this could happen, and why I was charged 21$ (with tax and tip) for this. Feels like taking advantage of customers that are in a rush to get to their gates or a larger seating area. I’m quite upset by this, as this is nowhere near the advertised meal; to make matters worse, McDonalds is right next to this airport’s Thai Express. Am I being served McDouble in my Pad Thai?

Food was a solid 5. Made to order, super hot and fresh, great portions, and tons of flavor. I had the General with Pineapple and Chicken medium heat. Wasn't too spicy so if you're looking for a little heat I'd go up some. Service needed a bit of work. My order was put on the counter and not called out so I waited for 4 others before asking and it took them a while to figure out it was mine. Otherwise great and would recommend.
I order my fried rice with them and after a long time, I ate a great food!! The service was excellent and the atmosphere had an optimistic effect to me. I’d come back to them whenever I take my flight.

I had an amazing experience at Thai express in Montreal Airport. The food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What a horrible experience. The menu is microscopically small and it's almost impossible to determine any prices before you get up to a window. There are no menu pictures posted to Google places and the website doesn't work. I tried taking pictures to zoom in on the menu as well but it was even too small for that! I think these guys could teach lessons in writing an incomprehensible and confusing menu. It was a stressful experience for mediocre food that cost way more than I expected.

The worst That Express Ive been too. The food tastes like cardboard, extremely slow service and, as expected, very expensive. Avoid and go somewhere else.
Be careful if you are unable to eat glutin. This place says it offers gluten free they assured us it was okay. Now my girlfriend who s got celiac is out of commission for days. Wish they would offer what they say they offer. Celiacs be careful here. Dietary restrictions: Celiac

The pad thai was ok, too saucy, too much salt, wrong noodle, almost like a spagettini rather then a thai noodle. Will not be ordering pad thai from here again, until their cooks figure it out.
Bad customer service , the cashier was so rude , i ordered a shrimp pad thai i received a chicken pad thai after waiting more than 30 mins
We just finished our meal. The two dishes ordered, a bland fried rice and a pad thai, were a disappointment. The rice was drowned in a sauce (bad-tasting soy sauce style), completely masking the taste of the vegetables. As for the pad thai, despite the promise of a moderate spice level, it was inedible because it was so spicy, making each bite a real ordeal. We threw it away. We are particularly disappointed: we wasted 37 CAD, I wanted to ask for a refund! (Pad Thai Montreal airport). The two dishes we ordered, a stir-fried rice and a pad thai, were a disappointment. My food did not taste the same as outside in fact the rice was poorly cooked, I gave 5 stars to the employees on site because they make a lot of effort but are not numerous enough to serve an airport with its employees and passengers
Worst experience ever. I waited in the line for like 15 min just to be told that they are closed. The funny thing is that the guy told me maybe tomorrow haha. Like I was going to return to Montreal tomorrow just to eat Thai Express? I was having a connection in Montreal to another cjty.
I will recommend it. Food quality is amazing. But it would be much great if the quantity would be more. The service was awesome. Though you have to wait in the line as it s really crowd during the pick hours. Overall I found it worth paying.
Very friendly and welcoming employees, take care of your customization if you asked, it s pretty busy so have to be a little patient to get your turn but its all worth at the end.
The manager was super cooperative. I ordered a wrong item mistakenly but he was so calm to sort out my issue in a minute. The food was very delicious. Must try this place!

Dietary restrictions: I ordered a vegan bowl with vegetables and noodles and I told the cashier I m vegan and no eggs but they had eggs in it. I couldn t return it because in the airport I had passed the security they had no phone number to call and complain too.

Food tastes so much worse than other Thai Express locations Ive been to. And it takes about 20min to get your take-out order during off-peak hours, which I find a bit ridiculous.
They made the wrong food. Then remade it and the rice was WAY overcooked. Very disappointed. They never miss, except this unfortunate time. Dont recommend.
Quick, simple, good. Quite a few choices available, and spice level adjustable according to taste. A little lacking in tables to eat on site. 5 stars because thats what I expect from an airport restaurant.
