En plus, nous aurions voulu un dessert et la facture est arrivé avant. Finalement, elle avait une attitude désagréable. Tout de même le décor et la nourriture était excellent.

We loved our experience. Me and my husband had Rosalie as our waitress. Very sweet, caring and helpful. It was late October and the restaurant was decorated for Halloween. It was impressive! It was better decorated than the one in Montreal, the owner is definitely passionate and resourceful. An excellent evening and as delicious as ever, a national pride!

We had the special thigh holiday meal $21.99 which included coffee dessert tourtière and fruit ketchup, ordered a diet Pepsi, I was given a lunch menu of $4.00 only for the Pepsi without telling us, its a total steal $4.00 a Pepsi on the lunch menu and twice because my husband took brisket holiday menu $8.00 two pepsi

Very very very slow service. We waited almost 2 hours before being served (6 adults and 2 children). The waitress didnt even come to see us for our drinks, we had to go get her. In addition, there was an error on the bill and we had to go to the entrance to pay our bill, because it had been 20 minutes since we had been served and the waitress did not bring us our bill. In short, the food was OK, but the speed of service leaves something to be desired.

The big problem in my opinion is with the reservation, we were not the only ones forgotten for 8 people, the people at reception did a good job finding places, lets just say there was a lack of supervision.

This St. Hubert is an ideal halfway stop for a meal on the drive between Fredericton and Toronto. I ve stopped here more than half a dozen times, and usually, my order is ready in under 5 minutes. However, during my most recent visit at 7 PM on a Tuesday night, it took between 20 and 30 minutes to get my food.

Lets face it, St-Hubert tastes good!! We love the taste and when we order takeout we are happy and cant wait to get home to enjoy what we have chosen. But when you open the box and discover a wrap the size of one you would make for a child and a poutine dish barely half full, a club sandwich with very little chicken and another poutine filled barely halfway through, we are very disappointed to have paid almost $50 for so little. However, you are a great franchise that supports causes that are close to peoples hearts and that is to your credit. But is it possible to serve representative dishes on your menu to maintain customer satisfaction? What we are served is not at all representative of your photos on your menus. For the same price, just opposite, we get what we pay for!!

Clean location, fast service, friendly staff. Ordered take out to take back to my hotel. Only complaint is I had to ask for butter for my bun and the extra 2 buns that I ordered. That should be a given.

Had dinner with my wife here tonight. Empty tables on the patio and when requested the patio, we were told there was only 1 server out there and she already had too many customers. We sat inside. Waitress wasnt rude, but wasnt nice. The club sandwich sucked with dry chicken and very, very little bacon. My half chicken, was just OK. We both agreed Swiss Chalet to be better.

A piece of I dont know what with a sea of gray-brown sauce, garrochage (this is the chefs specialty, garrochage), enormous, overflowing. My mother-in-law, who is very understanding and forgiving of the human species, stops eating clean. Uh... what is that? We wait 15 minutes for our dear waitress. Sorry, this dessert is unsuccessful, inedible, unworthy. ha okay. I cant do anything, Im going to go see my manager. Five minutes later: she rushes by and places the bill on the table without looking at us or speaking to us, continuing on her way. We understand from reading the bill that the filthy dessert is free. Its the least we can do, even if we dont care about the $7, because its the event itself that counts... But the forgiveness, here, is not to charge. Sorry ? Niet. We withdraw the amount and leave. My wife tipped 11%, but I wouldnt have tipped anything. Nothing. The waitress is a person, yes, but we are also people, more than wallets. This is a combined review. Had takeaway ~2 weeks before having a sit down at the same resto. Firstly, staff (both visits) was awesome transitioning from French to English with a snap or the finger. Secondly, food was tasty both during the takeaway and the sit down visits with huge portions. Was expecting something different for the peri-peri 2 leg dinner flavour wise (heavy on the vinegar in the peri-peri sauce and not sure if this was supposed to be served as a cold sauce???) and the order was mixed up in the kitchen and took a little longer than expected to get our meal (sitdown) - sorry for taking away a star for the food. This is the resto to go to if you want coleslaw!!! More cabbage that in a Newfie Jiggs Dinner!!!! All in all, this beats the living hell out of Swiss Chalet!! Highly recommend either the sitdown or the takeaway - diners choice!

The counter service is great and you can sit down (20 seats) and eat quickly!! Plus ketchup and mayonnaise available at will!!! Great, with a good club sandwich on the go and close to the highway to quickly leave!! Better than McDonald s and same price!!

Loads an extra breast, serves chicken instead of veggie chicken, forgets the sauces, then gives us the wrong sauce, forgets a coleslaw, serves a traditional one instead of a creamy one . By far the worst customer experience in a while.

Dont go to this place if you are in a hurry. Plan about 1.5 hours for the total meal from the time you enter to the exit. The food is great and it all arrives at your table via a super cool little robot that the kids find super cute with its cat face.

Very good restaurant. Parking is good. Everything is well thought out for the drive-through service, those who eat quickly on the go in the express mini-section, the restaurant bar is good, the dining room too. Very happy to have this in my corner! Too bad its not cheaper though.

We were a group of around 50 people and we had great service. No errors on my invoice, something normally rare when you are a large group. I recommend, it was a lovely evening.

OMG! Where to start: Overcooked and dry chicken that I flipped. The waiter forgot about me, I got my meal after my husband finished his. The chicken was limited, but there, I was at the point where it was well, thats okay. I ordered a mille-feuille, it was served to me frozen. The next day we went to Bennys and it was 100 times better.

I went to express to order bring They were great to offer new drink products but when you order to bring They should not suggest alcoholic drinks for the road. So I didnt have anything to drink to eat on the way and I thank my partner for reading the information on the comet before I drank it. They should also say the price of the cans before offering because I was surprised for $10 per small can.

The staff werent accommodating at all. The food is just good enough though.

We had take out meals. The chicken breast and feta salad uh where is the feta? The chicken skewer made up of small skewers whose cubes are very small. We are dissatisfied with this meal and it is unfortunate because we will not return to this restaurant.

Really disappointing service for a birthday. They serve a little whipped cream in the bottom of a small bowl with a candle as dessert for a birthday and dont bother to bring a utensil because the dessert served is so ridiculous. Other restaurant chains offer great benefits during birthdays, either real desserts or even significant discounts on the birthday persons bill, so something to think about when choosing a restaurant to celebrate a birthday.

Gluten free menu. I use to get St. Huberts when I was a kid and I was not disappointed. I missed the bread and fries. The poutine was awesome and the staff was friendly and helpful despite my French was horrible. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options but online options did not allow for no breads. Poutine was not gluten free due to the St. Huberts sauce which was disappointing. Kid-friendliness: Zoo animals chicken strips won over my kids.

Really sad for a St-Hubert. We ordered French onions and surprise there were only six warm slices in the dish for $8.25! We receive the coleslaw with no seasonings the chef must have forgotten to add the vinegar and sugar. The 2 other tables next door had the same observation! It is certain that we will not stop at this restaurant again.

St-Hubert has become unaffordable. I will go back when it is possible to have complete meals with drinks for less than $20 on site, tip included. Inflation is just a blanket excuse to increase everything but at the grocery store I can get several similar meals for a lot less and thats what I will do in the future. I will spoil myself less often because going to restaurants has become lust, thats all.

A year ago he was my favorite Saint Hubert. I went a week ago and it was the worst experience Ive had in a restaurant in a long time. The food took an hour to come. When she came she was cold. Portions were poor. We had to ask for water and napkins after being ignored for another hour. We received the invoices before the coffees. Not too happy with the waitress who tried to convince us that the portion was large. Additionally, she made an inappropriate comment when I tipped slightly below what is considered the norm. We came from Montreal to eat there because we knew it was worth it and we were very disappointed. We have no plans to return there unfortunately.

My 15 year old daughter went to eat in this restaurant this evening, with her robotics club, a nice large table of around twenty people. She took care to ask the waiter if the coupon for 4 free cheese sticks with the purchase of a Saint Burger was accepted. The waiter told him that yes, the restaurant accepted them. Once the meal is finished, my daughter realizes that the sticks have been loaded for her, and the waiter tells her that they dont actually take them. To top it off, the waiter doesnt even give him back his coupon! So I congratulate the restaurant for ripping off a 15-year-old girl, who paid, with her pocket money, $7.75 for something that was supposedly free. A big congratulations! ***update*** customer service contacted me and offered my daughter a $15 gift card. This made up for the poor service received in the restaurant.

I received my meal after 1 hour of waiting, completely cold, I returned the plate which was simply reheated in the microwave. The steak was overcooked and the sauce that boiled over spilled onto the plate and partly evaporated. Very ordinary for a meal almost $40
