Worst service i have ever seen at a McDonald's. At the drive thru they take the order one by one. It take between 5-10 min per car. It aint fast food if they're not fast. Dont ever go there in a rush.

Drive thru always make you go to front of building cause no food is ready. Make you wait almost 10 min. Burning gas etc no so green for environment. Always errors with my orders not what I asked for. Big mac? OMG. Beef patties paper thin not like the image in the advertisement. Poor poor management. Not organized at all. No use reporting as to nothing has changed. Now health sanitary conditions are a question now recently saw unsanitary conditions. Obviously corporate people are not paying attention. FDA inspection could shut them down. Then the corporate people will listen Update. Recently I corporation has read the reviews and now under new management. If have to say WOW! Much faster cleaner and mostly more organized. Big difference now. Well done
90% of the time they are out of some kind of food...or some food isint ready. The employes don't even look at you when they serve you mostly. The delay's are horrible ...40 minutes plus on some day's. Big macs are trown together... the meat paddys can be tiny or medium or bigger ...one on the left one on the right ...no sauce ...too much sauce ...sauce in the container instead of the burger. They make 1 mistake out of 2 orders..wrong items or items missing. The workers dont seem interested at all in dealing with the customer. The only good point is the manager is super nice and always gives back for every mistake done! Other than that ...its the worst mcdonnals ive ever been at ..And ive traveled all of canada and the usa.
First time here , floor was greasy , asked for a extra large tea two milk , they were gonna give me one tea bag so I said hey I ordered extra large that takes two bags … for that the manager says I’m right and hands me the tea bags ! I have to put them in my own water ! I said hey ur supposed to put them and he rolls his eyes and wishes me a sarcastic good day ?! Won’t be coming here again
It is McDonalds, no need for a review. Not so quick food anymore and the prices are close to a real restaurant. In a hurry place only when no DQ or Harveys close by. Tried again today Apr.09 2022, outside lineup not moving went inside to hear customers complaining about slow service, walked out.
It took 30 minutes to get 3 coffees!! We waited at the curbside service for 20 minutes then went in to be told that they must have lost our order!

EXTREMELY long both outside and inside especially in the evenings and weekends!! Yet they dont seem to be understaffed! ALWAYS errors!! And even during periods of calm. No sense of customer service, no smile, no kindness, talking trash to each other, or against customers in front of customers! Waiting at the drive-thru too long! Lunches stop at noon. Arrived at 11:35 a.m. at the drive-thru and passed at 11:58 a.m. and I was told that they no longer do lunches!! ROTTEN customer service! Another time I order for my 3 children and I, I ask for a lot of mayo, the cashier rolls her eyes and tells her colleague who was preparing our order, in a condescending tone, not to add a lot. I can understand that they have obligations on the distribution of condiments, but the tone and attitude were not necessary. Its been several times that I hold back from making a comment but this is too much!
It makes sense the boycott at the doordash two orders in one evening around 1am we ordered two bbq chicken poutine with a smoothie and a muffin.. we received the smoothie and the muffin but not our poutines then we recommend to have 2 others but with chicken buffalo but it arrives without the chicken and without the buffalo sauce on the topping you will have to think about having a meeting between night employee! And the fries are really poorly cooked, sorry, I add, Im hungry, I just had a mouthful

Lunches dont taste like anything and theyre expensive. On the other hand, McDonalds remains unbeatable for good coffee.
After numerous visits, I can confirm with certainty that this is the slowest drive-thru of any MacDonalds restaurant in the world.

Unfortunately, this place just doesnt quite reach an acceptable level of being a nice place. Dull atmosphere and limp staff, welcome with no smile. The work seems inefficient, there are several of them going around in circles and the customers are waiting. Ordered a McCrèpe lunch, it was so soft, the lunch potato was dripping with oil, I took 3 paper towels to dry it up. Sad because its all ready, otherwise I would go elsewhere or to the one at the entrance to the city! Disappointing on every visit. The manager of the place seemed discouraged and I understand her!

Lots of employees but service is very slow. My food is always delivered cold and the happy meal without toys. I ordered through the app and she gave me a code when I arrived, the cashier told me to call the app for a refund and she left without saying anything else. After that another young man came and I showed him the code and he immediately printed my receipt. But still without a toy in the happy drink. I only come here because its the closest to my home.
The team improved a lot this weekend. We see the professionalism of the employees in the morning is excellent. It s fun!

Waiting at the drive-thru is one thing. The drive-thru is terrible. Luckily I had ordered in advance. When I got to the window, a tall Frenchman greeted me with a stupid look, gave me my drinks and mentioned to him that I asked for no ice. Turns around with a bad attitude asks his coworkers to refill my drinks. I ended up getting my order 10 minutes later. Then, I signal to an employee because I dont have a fork, Napkin and straw. The employee ignores me.. 15 minutes later the big French guy comes back to the window with his stupid attitude and rolls his eyes and asks his colleagues to come and bring me what Im missing. 6 employees going around in circles for 25 minutes.... terrible
Poor service. The employees dont care. The bbq and sweet and sour sauce are loaded. Update. I went back after 2 years and its still worse. For lunch. Make yourself some toast, less tasty than McDonalds, but much less disappointing than a lousy and messy service. The problem with the sauce is not paying for it. This is the half hour that the staff takes to serve it to you. After two years I had completely forgotten that this is the worst McDonalds we know in Quebec. Since this morning, I enjoy my toast even more.

Only McDonalds where we dont have the 20 mcnuggets trio. So, croquettes, fries and drink all separately! Which increases my bill by more than $4. Only McDonalds also has to pay for additional sauces. At $0.75 each its too much for a little sauce that costs them nothing!! Elsewhere they give them away!!

To be honest, I had lousy service this evening, it took 45 minutes before they gave me my order, my boyfriend and his children ordered just before me and they had time to eat and wait 30 minutes after us before we get our orders. The orders were not served first to arrive, all the invoices were scattered. All the people who arrived after me were served first, for real, I am extremely patient in life but there my ears were burning because I was so angry. The people working were in no hurry and seemed like no one was directing them.

The worst place to order in Drummondville, waiting 20 minutes at the microphone before ordering while 3 to 5 employees speak outside. After 15 minutes of waiting at the window to receive the order, all this resulted in a long queue behind us and each car waited like us!! In short, a total of 35 minutes!!!!

The drive thru is very bad, you can spend 15 minutes in line and after purchasing you have to wait another 10 minutes on the other side of the parking lot waiting for the food.

Ive been to this McDonalds several times. Normally, no problem! Always fast and good quality. On the other hand, I was this evening and it was the last time . I ordered at the terminal and had to wait more than 25 minutes All the people who had ordered after me received their orders before (not just 1 or 2 people; but entire families) I was asked to an employee if my order was being prepared. He had no idea. Employees were disorganized, no sense of priority and no sense of urgency. They were all at the drive-thru. No employee took care of the dining room. An employee even wanted to order her meal for her break and a customer told her to queue, because more than 3 people were waiting...I arrived home, no quality of meal, no freshness. I am disappointed with my experience. I understand that certain challenges may arise, but this evening team should have a strategy focused on customer service!

It could be that it was customer service 0 taste of the food not really good, the tables and the floor serious its disgusting the guy who changes the oil changes and who carries his garbage bag while going to take it outside, ss leaves a smell of draining in the restaurant, yes enjoy your meal. I just went to McDonalds. When I ordered I asked for no pickles in my two cheeseburgers. The employee who took the order and who seemed to be in a hurry to finish wrote down no ketchups. When we got to the window we waited a few minutes for someone to come and charge us and we mentioned that it was without pickles and not without ketchup. We told him not to just remove the pickles because it is an intolerance. So the employee shouted to the other employee that in the end he had to start the cheeseburgers again. Which definitely frustrated him. So I received two hamburgers and not a cheeseburger. No cheese no onions. Only bread, meatball, ketchup and mustard. You can sense the frustration in his art of making hamburgers. Really disappointed with the service and getting items in a cheaper and less complete version than what I ordered basicly.
There were 4 of us. My friend ordered for her and her daughter. She realizes that the cashier did not punch 1 of the 2 lunches. So she goes back to redo her order. My boyfriend orders on one terminal and I on another (to be able to take advantage of the lunch offers) I receive my order, my boyfriend too. My friend too. Were still waiting for her daughters lunch, ordered first by the way! I even had time to finish eating and she still hadnt received it. I get up to go ask where they are. They tell me that the ham is cooked... I go back and sit down. After 10 minutes, my friend goes back. She FINALLY receives her order and is told: My God, patience in the morning... Its been 30 minutes since we ordered this breakfast! We will NEVER go back there.

I always ask for the same thing and many times I have to go back to have what I ask for added BUT at this McDonalds I havent had to go back to have it added what I ask for. Although there were a lot of orders on a Tuesday evening, CONGRATULATIONS to the whole team.
I went there last Friday evening and noticed that the cleanliness of the kitchen left much to be desired. The kitchen floor was covered in trash. Not only does this call into question the safety of the restaurant but also the health and safety of the young employees who work there. Any employee could have slipped on one of the numerous pieces of trash on the floor and seriously injured themselves.

Ive never waited this long for so long. We arrived at 10:05 a.m. and ordered two coffees plus two lunch potatoes. 10:10 a.m. the order is placed. We received our order at 10:40 a.m.! The staff had absolutely no idea what to do. No experienced people were there for the guides, several people were waiting both inside and outside the restaurant. Several young people were just standing on stake in the kitchen, not knowing how to help their colleague. Really disappointing, I hope changes will be made. Parking: Not enough parking

Very simple and rather efficient place, despite their incompetence and lack of attention they will manage to make your order a succulent dish. Vegetarian options: Many of their burgers offer a vegetarian option like their famous Big Mac which has a meatless version.
