Soggy chicken.... Was soft when picked up. Dont order anything from here. Really disappointing considering its fricken 25$ for 6 pieces.

Really delicious every time I come and also they give me a free piece of chicken sometimes. Really nice!!

Excellent service with a smiling, good-humoured, courteous and pleasant little lady. Cuisine faithful to PFK, everything was good, fresh and hot. Ok atmosphere, its a PFK.... It has been renovated so its clean and friendly.

Good morning I have never been so disappointed for a dinner, really disgusting chicken like the one this afternoon and whats more the cook tells me that its normal for a chicken like that and I try to make him understand that his chicken wasnt famous, he raises his voice and angrily tells me to get out (to get angry) that he doesnt want to see me anymore, I was just trying to chat. I have never seen such an impolite person in a restaurant towards the customer its not the big class, would you like to be treated like this

The food is very good but the service and the atmosphere created by the customers are downright UNACCEPTABLE. I have already been a few times before/after the renovations and I find that the service in particular is constantly poor, the waiters/waitresses respond really stupidly like CRISS and are incredibly poorly organized in their schedule... This evening I am there I went and as I entered I saw one of the two cashiers with her arms crossed sighing and rolling her eyes at EVERY customer regardless of the customers attitude, all while the main cashier was tapping the phone and the customers at the same time. On the customer side, be really forgiving and be patient because the worst indecisives and the worst hard heads are found there. Every time I go there, the problem is the same on this side too, customers go there blindly and hope to be met with instant solutions to ridiculous requests. I notice a lot of people who make personalized requests even though the menu is clearly pre-made and they allow themselves to be angry and impatient with the staff! A beautiful wheel that turns, such a shame because despite everything, the food is delicious. I find it really hard having to juggle good food but the worst service in town. Disappointing to the highest degree.

Very nice restaurant and very good food the renovations have been good

The room has been redone, unfortunately when we were there at the beginning of January, it was really very cold. The team had difficulty keeping up with the pace of orders on a Saturday evening, but thats somewhat the case in all the fast food restaurants in Drummondville.

They renovated everything but not the service, it took a long time...

I was there on October 8 with 2 friends we each ordered on our side we all took the famous bacon sandwich $17.58 (tax included) on the three burgers the cheese was not melted just placed like s it had just come out of the fridge I went to ask if it was normal the manager told me yes but in the image on the menu the cheese is strangely melted. Then my friend noticed that his chicken was pink and therefore not cooked enough, then my other friend, his burger was dropping drops of horrible fat, his bacon and mine were dry and sandy, it just tasted of fat and salt. The drink machine instead of serving Crush served sparkling water with orange coloring, shameful. The restaurant itself was disgusting... greasy table, extremely greasy floor. After we finished eating we didnt feel well and were laughing about how messy it was. Im going to ask for a refund, the manager tells me that you seem to be having a good laugh with you, youre friends, are you sure youre not feeling well? I tell him that I am sure and he tells me that he cannot reimburse me even though he has the reimbursement sheet in front of him... On the way my friend almost vomited several times and we were all in pain at the belly.

When it s closed don t write OPEN!!! Lack of management and responsibility lets see. We have a tradition of eating KFC every November 27, because it s a special holiday. We were very disappointed when we got there to see that it was closed, even though on the internet it clearly says OPEN.

Ive always loved Kentucky Fried Chicken. Only, over the years, it has changed a lot. First, the coleslaw is no longer the same as before (and I never knew why it changed), before there was a slice of bread with dinner (not anymore) and the opening hours could go until midnight (not anymore). I will continue to buy Kentucky chicken, but of course it was much better before and much cheaper than before, but everything costs more today!

Experience the The Famous Sandwich Plus, the 2nd one for $5 is completely stupid. The cook Kevin makes the real old-fashioned sauce and his chicken is cooked to perfection. Good, fast and very courteous service. Well done to the whole team
