Really good service!!

Two people for lunch. The cook has the wrong plate for the eggs. We mentioned it to the waitress who watched us change the plates ourselves. My eggs dont run, soggy potatoes and cold food except baked beans. We ask for water, she comes with 2 glasses and a bottle, we have to fill our glasses ourselves. The waitress is still polite and smiling

Always nice to eat at this restaurant. But yesterday, a Saturday evening, it took 2 hours before we got our plates.

As of December 7, 24 the steak was burnt and had to be returned but I got another one. The pesto pasta was bad and not very hot. The service was perfect and the atmosphere always good.

First time and definitely the last. Restaurant half full, 15 minutes before a waiter came to see us. Cold pizza. No service. Only positive comment, the atmosphere. Cozy and beautiful decor.

Beautiful place and a nice atmosphere. The service was very good but the dish I ordered was not very visually appealing and the taste left something to be desired. I ordered their mille-feuille style lasagna, which comes in a frozen dish type tray from the grocery store. A very small portion, the vegetables almost nowhere to be found and the firmness of the pasta was mushy. The spacing of the pasta which is too tight and the absence of sauce between them makes it look like a loaf...most of the sauce is on top. For the price this meal costs, it would be good to get value for money especially if we compare to your great competitor Giorgio who does not skimp on quantity and quality! As for the service, it was very good, nothing to complain about. The big positive point for the meal is the bread bar!

We stopped on the road on the way home, the food was very good but the experience was incredible thanks to Diane our waitress. It exceeded expectations and was very good for the children, both my boys liked it. She is caring and excellent. Thank you Diane!

Service a little long, but impeccable food.

Delicious, lovely atmosphere.

When we arrived, the number of places was incorrect, but this was quickly corrected. Subsequently, the water was not served straight away, so you had to ask for it when trying to get the waitress. On a table of 8 people, there were not even 5 cups placed on the table to serve the coffee, which is already in the carafes. No one came to see if everything was okay after meal service. I had to get up to go see the waitress and tell her that 2 of our plates (eggs benedict) the eggs were hard and completely cooked. She told me that it didnt surprise her, that it happens often, she offered to make them again or to give me pancakes!! I told him that with children remaking meals is not always easy (6 months, 23 months, 10 and 11 years old). She also told me that she couldnt give me a discount since the manager wasnt there! But no, she was there. When I left, I went to see the manager and I mentioned this to her (2 meals of overcooked eggs, that I was offered two exchange choices and that I was told that she wasnt there! She did nothing and went to speak with the waitress in question. Very disappointed with this first time in Drummondville, which was extremely different from our habits in Granby and St-Hyacinthe, which are impeccable.

Service too fast...we had not finished our starter before the main course was served to us. We were advised that we were in no hurry. For aperitif, starter, main course, bottle of wine, dessert, coffee and to pay the bill, it took 1:15h Unpleasant!

We are regulars and very often take the same menus and the cook missed the cooking of our veal as well as the vegetables which were on our plate, it was moderately charred and tasted burnt, the accompanying pasta as well as the pizzas were excellent. We did not return our plates which we got around 8 p.m. even though our reservation was at 6:30 p.m. The service was very long and the waitress did not come to see us often, only to take orders, serve half of our plates and pay, no refills...but was courteous and kind (Maïka ( #33)) Dietary restrictions: They are very careful about allergies and no peanuts in their menu, very appreciated for my son who has severe allergies.

The cuisine is honest, the veal on the other hand was overcooked, but the fries were not sufficiently cooked. Otherwise, the presentation of the plates is excellent. Our server gave us great service.

We waited 25 minutes and no one came to our table. We mentioned it at reception and it took another 10 minutes before we received water... yes the restaurant was full, but a group of 22 people who arrived after us had service before us. After apologies, the service was good. I was expecting a discount or free consumption...nothing. Disappointing yes. Will there be another visit from us to this restaurant? no thanks Really bad customer service.

The chicken was cold . The return of the plate was not a success... The waitress didnt really know what to do or how to handle the situation. Fortunately we were good players but I wouldnt have wanted to see that with a really unhappy customer Parking: Spaces for electric cars!

The food is excellent but the service needs to be reviewed, our waitresses do not take note of our choice, and everything becomes complicated, an incessant coming and going at the table since it is not what we asked for, then my main course is not what I asked for, this one is much more expensive, so I was offered to come back with the correct dish, but I made the decision to keep it to eat at the same time as my partner who received their dish correctly. (Shrimp linguine and seafood casserole are nothing alike!). My partner witnessed what I ordered.

Like many restaurants, you have platforms where we can reserve without having to call, so its quick and saves you work. But as you do not indicate anywhere on your site until what time lunch can be reserved, we were refused lunch with a reservation for 11 a.m. In addition, I asked the question when booking but never received an answer. If we had, I would have simply changed the time of the reservation. So whats the point of asking a question in the booking comments if you dont look at what youre told? I was disappointed, we had invited friends, there were 5 of us and as we had an event planned after the meal, we stayed and ate a meal that we were not expecting. So, I will never book at Pacini Drummondville again because they dont respond to customers on the reservation platform and you dont provide much information about service hours on your website. In conclusion: it is very possible that you are not reading this comment since you never answered my simple question until what time lunches are served...

The servers are quick and have a smile on their faces. The service is great! The restaurant is clean. The dishes arrive hot and are very good. There isnt too much of a wait despite the busyness. I still recommend a reservation for Fridays and weekends.

Very good food as always, however extremely hot inside, the service was ok without more, we didnt come to our table often, we had to watch the waiter and signal him because also we couldnt get served for the base. Although I understand that the restaurant was full, clearly the service was not worth the 15% tip (which I still gave out of respect).

What a wonderful hotel! Food in the restaurant was fabulous, service was excellent, and the hotel rooms & facilities were very clean and in great condition! (And, as a BW reward member, I had enough points for it to qualify for a free night!!)

Very good service. On the other hand, the food is average. Too much pasta and little sauce in the spaghetti. We looked for the meat in the spaghetti Bolognese.

The dish to share is really good. Very good service with Diane. The atmosphere was okay, it was a Thursday evening (early). It was very good to go back. Vegetarian options: It s nice to have this option on a menu these days. Not many restaurants offer it.

Very good quantity on the plate and tasty. Service was particularly good despite the fact that we arrived late. The only negative point is the ambient light, we had to use our cell phones to be able to read the menu, we were almost lit just by candlelight. Its really unpleasant to eat in such poor lighting.

In 35 years as a Pacini customer, I have never had such a disappointing experience with the bread bar. He washes it once a day at closing time. They make lunch and dinner and when they arrive at supper the plate is soaked in dirt, when they put down the bread it gets soaked in the greasy dirt of the day and turns black without even having time to cook. Despite several requests, refusal to use a brush. A meal of over $100 for 2 without listening. The bread bar is the plus of this restaurant. Fortunately our waitress was super nice, because the kitchen served us cold dishes... I just cant wait to go to Brossard for my birthday this year, in the evening the plate is always freshly washed before dinner is served, less smoke in our face from burning dirt.

A restaurant with attentive staff!

Half an hour before a stupid waitress deigned to come see us, cold meal served after a 1:40 wait. Truffle pasta for $25 with two tiny slices of truffles fighting a duel. Three hours passed between our arrival and dessert. Totally unacceptable.

Excellent food, cooked to perfection, good portions. We opted for the feast for two and were very satisfied! Fast and courteous service and superb atmosphere, you would have thought you were in Italy! We will return there for sure!

Over a year ago, I left a rather negative review for Pacinis Restaurant, but today I feel obliged to revise my review to 5 stars. The service has changed radically, and for the better. The food is now delicious and the staff are incredibly welcoming. Im really impressed with the significant improvement in quality and overall experience. Congratulations to the whole team for this transformation!

Excellent evening. Very good meals, generous portions and we had very good service with Diane. Dolci are perfect for a little sweet touch after a hearty meal.

We booked a Sunday morning at 10:30am for lunch. We arrive at 10:30 a.m., we sit down and the waitress comes to tell us that the lunches are finished.....the dinner menu begins!!! Very very disappointed. We explained that we had made lunch reservations believing that 10:30 was a good time for lunch on a Sunday morning on a long Patriots Day weekend. The waitress understood...very nice. What we dont understand is Pacinis choice to stop offering lunches after 10:30. I wish them luck finding customers who want to eat pasta or pizza at 10:30 in the morning. This wont stop us from coming back to Pacinis but it wont be for lunch.... If at least the reservation website warned us. We would have saved time. We are not the only customers who have turned back.

We always look forward to eating here. Risotto is the usual order. We dine in, and stay at the Best Western. Great location, great service.

Family brunch. The coffee and food could have been hotter...but it was still very good.

We received excellent service from all the employees who served us. Nice portions and good flavors and a good atmosphere. Convenient for occupants of the hotel which is connected to the restaurant. Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian options are offered and clearly identified on the menu. Parking: Plenty of parking space.

Very bad experience 3 times for lunch in Drummindville! The first one we were refused for lunch but we were guilty in the sense that we arrived at 10:50 a.m. and by the time the person was free to answer us it was over... The other two occasions in the waters of 10:35 a.m. and 10:40 a.m. we was refused again AND its less understandable because on the front door it is mentioned until 11 a.m. :( Despite a few nice exchanges with the waitresses nothing can be done!! I even came back to the charge with the photo of the front door, suggesting that they correct their display.

A little more sauce would be an asset but really very good. Always a pleasure to have Jean-Marc as a server.

We were 9 people. The dishes were lukewarm, the service was really poor. No real smile, no introduction from the waitress. For the 7 adults, it was our most disappointing experience in a restaurant, we felt like we were in a canteen because the service was so basic. The meals would have been good if they had been hot, but value for money it was not worth it.
