The dishes are excellent. And we dont serve chicken by the gram like their competitor Saint-H! There is chicken in the dishes and the chickens are plump! On the other hand, parking with stickers for the disabled is non-existent during the construction of the Wendy on their land. Try to find a place!!!! In addition, as the staff goes to the back of the building, they did not know that we could not park in front of the entrance, with the fence installed in front, because the manager or owner does not inform his staff who takes the orders!

We were very crowded at our table. It was a booth in the corner with a huge leg under the table. Its a bench seat for 4 although there were 5 of us. I asked to be moved to another table, but she seemed to have nothing else of what she said... The bench seat would have been fine without a foot under it. the table and especially not in a huddled corner even if there were 5 of us. The management to administer the tables leaves us a little disappointed. The meal was excellent though.

The owner manager is arrogant and really not friendly. Very passable food, waitress who did better but she clearly had to manage too many tables than she could handle. Having my box loaded up to take my food as a take out is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!

It was ok, nothing special, decent taste, had a burger, salad bar is cool, still a little expensive for what you get, it doesnt beat the burgers at Victor in Quebec

Very complete salad bar

What an unpleasant experience but not because of the waitress but because of the dishes...the salad bar is absolutely pitiful...I had to ask to change it as it was all blackened and bathed in black juice the worst is that a was changed completely and the next she sorted it, mixing the good one with the stale one..I saw her doing it and told her and ignored me....the feta in the Greek salad is red as it has been swimming in it since I dont c when. Totally appalling and extremely negligent of consumer health. I have already eaten at score and never been disappointed but in Drummondville I will never set foot there again. Look and take the time to assess the freshness of the food at the salad bar.

The best scores in the province are in Drummondville. Its worth the detour. The soup & salad bar is excellent and well stocked with a good variety.

We eat well and its tasty and Im very satisfied with this restaurant. Im going back there again and the service is slow. I understand they dont have enough waitresses to serve us the food. Coffee or other they do their best but we are waiting for the coffee to be renewed

Mundane menu, straight out of the 80s; It looks like a bad museum... food included. Poor service. A perfect place for grandparents, not for me.... I chose the Quebec skewer.... nothing too Quebecois about it.... a basic chicken skewer on which we poured a sauce whose taste is unlike anything and which simply alters that of the chicken skewer... not to mention the bacon sprinkled on top... a culinary disaster. The choice of beers is anemic. An experience to forget..... And worth noting, the parking lot is being renovated, a real battlefield... Dont go there.... there are some good restaurants nearby....

We went there as a family. I ordered a plate of ribs for dinner, mentioning that I was going to share it with my 12 year old daughter because the portions are very large. She says the salad bar is therefore included for one person only. No problem, I completely understand, I tell him that my daughter will take the salad bar included with the plate and that I dont want it! The rest of the family orders too, everything is ok although the service was very slow before we could order. Several minutes later, my daughter starts her salad, the plates for everyone are ready and she comes to tell us that the manager does not want my daughter to take the salad bar, that if we share a plate between two neither of us cant have the salad bar or that I absolutely have to pay extra for the salad bar, extra at $16 that anyway, I dont want your salad... At worst it had to be said before, when of our orders. We left the restaurant immediately. Very bad service, they are very stupid with their salad bar, its completely ridiculous, not to mention the fact that the waitress was stupid. What were my options? That I order a plate just for me and while waiting for my order I watch the rest of my family eat? To pay $16 for salad that I dont care about? She just didnt offer anything. It was a first for us and unfortunately we will not be returning there again. Lose a sale of 5 people all because I share my plate with my daughter and I dont care about your $16 salad?

During a recent meal at Scores, we were very disappointed with the quality of the chicken served. The chicken was dry and clearly not up to expected standards. On top of that, we were told that it was our responsibility to report if the chicken was not to our liking. This response seemed absurd to us. Indeed, the preparation and presentation of the dish is entirely the responsibility of the restaurant. The chicken is prepared by the cook, supervised by the manager, then served by the waitress. It is therefore unacceptable that three different people were not able to detect that the chicken was not of acceptable quality. It is therefore up to the restaurant, and not the customer, to ensure that the dishes served are of good quality. If you are considering eating at Scores, we strongly advise you to return your meal immediately if the chicken is not to your liking. It is clear that the staff at this restaurant are incapable of guaranteeing the quality of their dishes, and so they told us that it is OUR responsibility to ensure that WE receive what WE have to pay for..

Well-known restaurant chain I greatly deplore that this restaurant chain does not take reservations for less than 6 people 2 3 4 5 people is not paying enough so a couple or a son who wants to bring his mother to Mothers Day or this one cannot book to be sure not to stick their noses at the score door or stay standing like idiots waiting for a place to become available so their frail old mother will have to wait standing with her cane thank you score of tell the populace that it is not important enough to guarantee it a place super interesting me who previously had given a good score review I change my mind to give it a mediocre rating for the customer service which is not innumerable and well paid for you

You are our destination on Sunday when we want to extend the weekend. Thanks to Megane who offered us outstanding service: warm, professional and very respectful. The food is always good and meets our expectations.

After a very very ordinary service... Waiting and lack of knowledge of the waitress... I decided not to leave a tip. Seeing that she would not get a tip, the waitress became very insistent, raised her voice and explained how to get her tip. To end the discussion, I told him that my decision remained the same and that as indicated on the terminal, tipping is not an obligation. She became visibly very angry and arrogant, telling me that next time I should go grocery shopping instead of coming to the restaurant!!! After that she came behind my daughter and said she was poorly behaved!! Why do people feel obligated to tip? For these reasons!! Intimidation from the waitresses!!! Luckily for us we had 2 waitresses as we were a group and the other waitress gave us exemplary service!!! Customer service is not given to everyone!!!

A place sometimes too noisy and with a long wait to be assigned a table but the food is good.

Warm atmosphere even if there are a lot of people. The chicken parmesan was as delicious as in the other scores I visited. The only problem is that its a very large portion. Iced tea is sweet, but refreshing. The chocolate cake is extremely sweet. Kid-friendliness: Childrens meals

Their skewers are delicious, the meat is tender and the seasonings are tasty. Carrot cake is a must!

We went for dinner on March 12, 2024 and we were very disappointed .my husbands hot chicken was served cold! The waitress returned it to the kitchen to put it in the microwave to bring it back with soft bread and shriveled peas. They didnt think it was worth remaking it but putting it in the microwave. No excuses nothing Normally the service and food are excellent but not this time!

Very disappointed. Family outing, waitress stupid with us but friendly with our table neighbors. We rarely go out to restaurants so disappointments are very unpleasant. My cooking is much better. Forgot our entry, error on my order. Paying $30 for a poor plate, combo, micro short ribs, bad chicken (chosen flavor) and puts the blame on the kitchen. However, one of the tasks of a waitress is to check the contents of the plate before serving. (My old job) Very small thighs, tasteless and texture not cooked enough close to the bone and dry on the outside. Only thing on my plate that was good was the baked potato, because I added butter, salt and sour cream. No feedback on our appreciation, even with my feedback did not try to accommodate us. Forgot my partners coffee and be silly with my children. Salad bar with half rotten (with a cut in it) or unripe kiwi, dried cucumbers as if recovered from the day before. Bacon that tasted like fish oil. My son told me that the tomatoes in the Greek salad tasted rotten. Very expensive to pay for so little quality. Only my partners Piri Piri Chicken tasted good, the bite he gave me was the best bite of dinner.

I went there to eat around 2 p.m. so it was quiet. Very nice waitress and the food was delicious. Parking: Easy to find parking as the restaurant is in a shopping complex.

Great salad bar, okay chicken plates but terrible customer service. We were charged 75 cents for a takeout box. Honestly it s not about the 75 cents. We spent almost 100$ for lunch and having to pay 75 cents to take the last of our meal is a little outrageous considering they raised pricing on every item on the menu. What got me upset and honestly ruined forever my experience at scores is not the 75 cents but how it was explained and how the box carrying the food was superior. What if we took takeout, isint the box free????? I m very disappointed in Scores. We will never be back. Plenty of options out there.

Usually I can choose a meal for myself with an extra charge for the salad bar. This time I was charged the full price ($18+tax) for the salad bowl because I wanted to share my plate with my young child who clearly doesnt eat much. I find it ridiculous, plus it encourages food waste. Clearly not a family restaurant, they are here to overcharge!!!

I have never been treated this way in a restaurant. My wife and I wanted to order an appetizer and a club sandwich that we wanted to share. The restaurant refused my order saying we had to order two half club sandwiches, which wasnt even offered on the menu and the waitress didnt even know the price. Despite my effort to find a solution.Ex. I order the club and my wife the entry. This was refused. Strangely enough, they accepted that I ordered another meal and my wife ordered nothing. Quite a contradictory policy! I will never set foot in this restaurant again. PS. The SCORES admin made it seem like she would follow up. As suggested, I sent my contact details and have yet to receive any follow-up.

I loved having dinner there, the food is really good, there isnt too much of a wait and the waitresses are nice. There is an unlimited salad bar to accompany our dishes. I left with a happy stomach. I recommend

Chicken leg for over $15. Much more expensive than many places. Also the salad bar is no longer included, its $6.99 more if you want it. Very small thigh, it was dry and I was left hungry. The included salad bar was the only perk of staying there and they took it away. They are abusive, I will not go back and I plan to warn as many people as possible to avoid this place. I respond to the owners comment that he tells me the high prices are due to covid. Frankly! covid has a very broad back. There is no reason why a chicken leg sold in a large chain should not be cheaper or the same price as the competition. If the salad bar was included I would understand. $15.75 before tax for a chicken thigh that was very small and half-dry is nonsense. Its a shame because Ive been a customer since the 90s. I dont like being scammed and whats more the owner gave me a BS response. I will not recommend anyone to patronize this place.

It was my last time at Scores! I ordered a meal 2 legs and a baked potato. The potato, still hard as a rock, when I cut it, it is black inside! It smells musty so I throw it away. I ended up throwing the chicken away too, it was tough and dry, looked like it had been microwaved. Do you take advantage of customers who order through Doordash to pass on your old stock? I DO NOT RECOMMEND SCORES AT ALL!

Varied menu Excellent service

For us the experience was not very pleasant! My partners steak was the size of a hamburger patty with tirasse. Overcooked vegetable. My thigh was hard to eat... overcooked chicken. Salad bar not cleaned well, plates poorly washed. And there was no food in the jars. We werent in the middle of rush hour there...it was 5:00 p.m. On the other hand, we were well served. The waitress was smiling and had her business! It wasnt his fault! Happy holiday to our waitress! THANKS.

I had the opportunity to eat at this restaurant a few times. The salad bar is really what makes the difference from other rotisseries. In terms of waiting, I was served quite quickly even though I always went to eat at peak times. I was able to taste the burger, the poutines and the chicken plate. I must admit that the cuisine reflects traditional cuisine and very (or even too) salty foods. Overall, its a good restaurant. Vegetarian options: The salad bar is a win for vegetarians.
