Seriously, its so good. I am a good eater and my burger was enough for my appetite and what can I say about the service? The waitress was very friendly. We felt special and welcomed like family. I will definitely go back.

Good restaurants that maintain their value for money are increasingly rare and La Muse is definitely one of them. My plate of beef tartare with its accompaniments was incredible both in terms of quality and quantity. My partner had the stuffed salmon which was also excellent!

Food wise it was good, nothing more. The portions were still small. The service was sometimes very good.

I recommend Parking: Very difficult to find free parking. We have to walk for a good 5 minutes.

Excellent beef tartare that I really liked and portion wow! I took the beef tartare, mushrooms and bacon and my daughter took the beef tartare with prosciutto and cheese. We ate on the terrace. There were a lot of people inside so the service was a little long but not because the waitresses werent working hard but surely because there werent enough of them. Very nice evening and above all very good food!

Good carnivorous restaurant, very very few vegetarian choices however.

I had the table dhôte with penne in tomato pesto, feta, pine nuts, black olives, dried tomatoes and chicken. Long wait to order and be served. The waitress came to tell me that there was no more penne, that it would be linguini. OK... The main course finally arrived, even though I had barely started my starter. I send the main dish back to the stove while I finish my starter. The piece of bread with the main course of linguini was very large, probably to compensate for the tiny cubes of feta, the total absence of chicken on the plate, the few strips of dried tomato, the 3 or 4 pieces of olive found on the linguini plate. We complained about the lack of chicken and the waitress brought us barely warm pieces of gelatinous chicken which we had to spoon into our dish. The utensils and ONE paper napkin (stained with tomato sauce, no less) were provided to us in a glass with our starter. The table was dirty when we arrived and no paper placemats were provided. We went inside to get more paper towels. A weakness in the plywood of the terrace caused my chair to tip to the side as soon as a person walked next to me. With the wasps hovering around us on the front patio, it was quite disappointing. The muse was not there to inspire the staff and cooks that evening.

The food is excellent! Whether its fish, tartare, pasta, seafood or burgers! Our meals were yum

Everything was very good, I also heard about the multiple hand creams in the bathroom. On the other hand, to my great dismay, there was NOT one in the mens room.

An excellent restaurant with a fresh and varied menu and a very attentive waitress. Plus fartfreindly wow! I ate on the terrace with my little dog. The waitress even brought him a bowl of water. Very nice to be able to walk....Have a drink and good food without having to leave our little one at home. Very nice place.

We were a group of 8 people. We were very well received, served with great professionalism and the waitress was impeccably courteous. We were able to extend our meal without problem: no pressure to leave the premises We are returning to this restaurant for sure!

Simple and efficient, the restaurant claims to have the best tartares but they are not all top we had a beef and bacon tartare and there was WAY too much sauce. Salmon tartare on the table dhôte was succulent, no complaints. Salad and fries were perfect! We would have liked to tell the waitress but we didnt have the chance since she didnt inquire at the end of the meal and was in a hurry...

Pleasantly surprised. Upon entering, the restaurant looks more like a small, ordinary restaurant apart from its 2 aquariums with tropical fish, the decor is quite eclectic and it is noisy. However, Felixs service was excellent. Our dishes were simply delicious. Starters of bruschetta with mushrooms, salmon fillet and seafood casserole as a table dhôte with a small dessert and Baileys coffee included, at a more than reasonable price for the quality. A great discovery, we will return.

The service is really excellent. Courteous, fast, efficient, smiling and who takes the time to explain the menu and answer all our questions. For the starters, really a nice selection to the point that I had difficulty choosing. The Blinis were delicious. For the main meal, the choice is more limited. On the other hand, the meal was really hot, tasty and the portion was very reasonable compared to the price. I liked the choice of wines, beers, the table dhôte formula with alcoholic coffee. Best restaurant in the world. The people are passionate and what can we say about Chef Olivier; Gordon Ramsay can go get dressed. I will go back again and again until I die. The food, service and ambiance are impeccable.

Very nice place, nice atmosphere. The cooking of my partners filet mignon was very good, but the stuffed potato was reheated and it showed. $55 for this one plate is overkill. My main course onion soup and beef tartare was delicious. As a table dhôte, with an alcoholic coffee and a dessert included, for $42, its very good. Where the problem lies is the childrens menu. $13 for a mini pizza the size of a hockey puck with a handful of fries, a tiny slice of a dessert that looks suspiciously like the sidewalk-style squares you find at Costco and a small glass of apple juice, This is completely ridiculous. In short, good in general, but expensive for what we ate. Not sure Ill go back there.

Very nice decoration for Valentines Day with a very nice bloody Caesar I took the starter of escargo puff pastry and brie sauce and white wine it was delicious as a main meal I took the Indian beef tartare at cheese and pistachio accompanied by fries with homemade mayonnaise and an excellent salad and its vinaigrette is just too good and for dessert I had the crème brûlée which came with a small piece of chocolate cake and an alcoholic coffee and I had perfect service, I cant wait to come back and eat here, its really good

Very good restaurant at an affordable price!! Everything was delicious, we ordered the table dhôte and for around $42 you got a starter, a meal, a dessert and an alcoholic coffee!! In addition to the service which was pleasant and very fast (almost too fast...) the atmosphere was great!!

We were a group of 10, and had a memorable dining experience; everything was EXCELLENT. Professional service (special mention to Frédérique* our beautiful waitress who was perfect), the plates well decorated, hot and so succulent. Seafood pizza better than in the Islands!! yes yes... Tartars, pasta... everything tasted like love... We give a rating of 10 out of 10 for everything. Thank you for this beautiful evening celebrating my partner and despite the snow (storm on March 25) we loved it and will come back. CONGRATULATIONS to the Chefs!!

An institution for several years in Drummondville. The menu is varied and the service is courteous.

Excellent small group dinner experience Sunday evening before show. Excellent food, well prepared and not too greasy like other restaurants. Chicken skewer, cooked salmon, and pizza, sought-after dessert. Plus, coming from outside Drummond, we found an electric charging station right next door.

This restaurant was a nice surprise, the welcome was really warm (a smile on your face from A to Z! In terms of cuisine, we had a very good burger that was perfectly cooked and the minced steak/fries and vegetables, everything already had the flavor, regarding the broth served on our arrival I was skeptical but it was ultimately really delicious! Thanks again to Caro for her delicious time in this company Parking: Inexpensive paid parking 2 streets away!

This place has multiple personalities: decor is hip, food is pub fab with a gourmet twist, there was Quebec pop art on the walls, English rock music from 70/80/90s playing and inexplicably the overhead television was playing an ongoing nature documentary of grizzly bears, wolves and eagles while people seated the other direction viewed a large neon -lit fish tank. Notes from the menu are a lot of fish/seafood options and a page devoted to tartares. Burgers and pizza made up the bulk of the rest. Unusual for this area poutine is not offered. Cocktails were alright but nothing special - there was tap breast and microbrewery options. There was an outside patio on the sidewalk. Parking is available in the area and particularly behind this restaurant. Service was ok - very limited English.

Super nice experience at this restaurant in Drummondville where we were briefly passing through. I dont regret choosing this place at all! The service is great, the atmosphere is great and the aquariums are interesting, our daughter was captivated by them. Very nice lunch menu, the food was very good! If I have to find a downside, its only that the fries were a little sad... but all the other items (from the soup to the dessert which are included on the dinner menu) were really satisfactory! The beef tartare with proscuitto and candied onions was actually one of the best tartares I have eaten. The portions are generous, the seats are comfortable, the decor is interesting, the toilet rooms are beautiful and clean too. I would definitely go back if I go back to Drummondville.

Very long before having water before ordering and before receiving the food AND made a mistake in the order and then refused to take it back to change it (Pépperoni cheese pizza received with pepper mushrooms) were told to be right remove them (so no cheese ended up just eating bread)

Woooooow discovering this restaurant is a favorite for me and my partner, their specialty is tartare. Very large and clean with open kitchen, a must see. Good service with smiling waitresses.

Great experience at this restaurant well located on rue Hériot in Drummondville where we went before attending a show at the Maison des Arts de Drummondville. Beautiful atmosphere, lots of people, very lively. Vegetarian options: Unless Im mistaken, the vegetarian offering is limited to the Mexican bean burger as well as the healthy vegetarian pizza for main dishes, and there is also bruschetta as a starter. But I imagine that you can also order other dishes in adapted versions.

Good food and very courteous staff. On the other hand, I find that there are too many restaurants that offer burgers and tartars (especially at lunchtime) and not enough variety from one restaurant to another, it ends up lacking in originality. Parking: You can use part of the citys parking lot located behind the restaurant - a large part is reserved only for sticker holders, but the parking meter only takes change - no cards. This restriction is very inconvenient.

There were 3 of us and we are not from Drummondville, we were lucky to have chosen the Muse. The weekend menu is very simple and we loved the dishes we ordered. The decor with all the beautiful paintings on display is worth the detour, my sister and I were very impressed by the two saltwater aquariums with the beautiful exotic fish, but particularly the (live) corals and sea anemones. I highly recommend this bistro which initially seems average in space but they also have a very nice separate room for a special event which can hold a little more than 50 places. I will return there on my next visit to Drummondville.

Sunday October 22 ~1:00 p.m. 2023 Very good value for money! We are from Montreal and were coming back from Quebec, so we decided to stop on the way for dinner. I was looking for a warm, family restaurant (we didnt want a chain restaurant or fast food) and we were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Cuisine: For the price and the portions it was good. I didnt have high expectations, but I was completely satisfied with what we received. I chose to add the lunch option for $3 which includes coffee/tea, soup and dessert and it was definitely worth it. Service: The waitress who served us was very friendly; Impeccable service! Atmosphere: Very friendly restaurant. I will come back to try your evening menu. Thank you for having us!
