Best Poké bowls in town!! Every time I come to Drummondville, it is my choice #1. Fresh ingredients , great taste.
Can't rate the food since we weren't served. Four young employees behind the counter, not even one of them greeted us. After 5 minutes I asked if there was anyone to take the order and one of them bothered to say the cashier was on phone. No apologies, no invitation to sit, nothing. Truly appalling. After 2 minutes my husband said "clairement on les dérange. Allons ailleurs" so we left. Will make sure to spread the word.
Food was good, not amazing. I'd say price was average to high. Service was friendly. Parking is shared in the plaza - I can see it would be busy at peak times. There is limited seating inside - had more of a lunch quick in/out feel vs a sit down restaurant.
I live just up the road. Love the sushi and the price. You're the only people who've gotten my brother to like sushi, he's a damn picky eater too.

Wow, the food at this sushi shop is really good, with a lot of ingredients and fresh ingredients. The service attitude is good. I will come again next time
The rice was a homogeneous rice paste from which the grains of rice were almost indistinguishable. The presentation was unacceptable. Also the size of the pieces was very uneven... one was twice the thickness of another. I was lucky to eat there because I was served the wrong drink and no wasabi or ginger. And when it was served to me... The wasabi was compressed/ecrapoutti in the ginger... These are details... Where it really was THE detail that changed the balance was that I really felt bad and was afraid of being really sick after eating even though I always order the same thing at the Sushi shop among other things because that it leaves a feeling of having eaten fresh . The service would have been correct (perhaps even a little better) because the small team was very prompt and very good. I found that they responded very correctly to the little glitches of one employee in particular who, even though she was in training (she didnt Maybe its not either (I didnt know) wasnt all there and seemed to be a bit of a burden for the others and not at all in learning mode... Bored? I dont know how to say it better. After all, the difference is in the details and the attitude. Congratulations to the two or three of the team who will recognize themselves although I thought they managed it well.

I really felt like I was bothering the 2 employees. And my poke was really less good and pretty than what I usually have.
Much cheaper than their other branch. First time I went to Drummond. I ordered the same seat as usual and I noticed that the pokebowl was a lot less full than usual. Several ingredients were missing and the quantity was ridiculously small compared to usual. It seems that the recipe changes depending on the branch, but not on the menu... Their bubble tea was as good as anywhere else though!
Very good sushi, excellent value for money. On the other hand, I have often been called to place an order, been put on hold to respond to a customer, then had to wait several minutes while hearing the background noise of the restaurant (including the departure of the customer in question) and never get an answer. The problem is that if you hang up during this interminable wait, the phone number then rings busy.
Please tell your employees that closing your restaurant at 7:45 a.m. is not 8 a.m. as supposed and the worst is when they forget to lock the door and you go inside and are told sorry but we no longer serve then its 7:45 a.m.... weve done it 3 times just for me so I cant imagine the number of customers who turn around... in this case you just have to close at 7:45 a.m. and not 8 a.m....

First visit to the Sushi Shop in many years... now I remember why I didnt go there anymore. Slow service every time, the order is not ready when I arrive (despite the fact that I order 3 hours in advance), and unlike their direct competitor (Yuzub Sushi not to name them), they charge for absolutely everything. Ginger, wasabi, impossible to swap sauce - really its time they adjusted their service. We are no longer in 2008 where the only option for sushi on the go was Sushi Shop... really disappointing I will continue to go to Yuzu. The only positive point: some sushi recipes are interesting.
We arrived and the person at the counter told us that to order we would have to wait more than an hour because there was no rice... How is that possible?
I order regularly. The sushi is good, but sauces are always missing. I have to check and ask. My last order, I was told that everything was ok and delivered to the house, missing 1 sauce.
I didnt get the sushi I asked for at all and I was charged almost $10 to replace the avocado with cucumber. Very disappointed

Worst service Ive had!!! I arrive at the restaurant, we sit down and order at 5:20 p.m. and they tell me it wont be ready before 6:45 p.m.?! We went out to have a good time and we left there and the children were in crisis of hunger because the team only mentioned it to us after spending 10 minutes choosing their special meals!!! Looking forward to hearing from the restaurant owner for a formal complaint. If you dont serve your customers in a restaurant, close your dining room, its the least you can do.
Taste of not fresh fish, and... strangely, we got sick. (cramp...) $80 to be sick!! No I will not contact you!!! It s disgusting and dishonest!! This has never happened to me in 5 years with yuzu!!! It was the first and LAST TIME!!!!
Ive been on it so much, I compare it to grocery store sushi. Disappointing product quality
We ordered 2 platters of sushi for dinner and we were completely disappointed. The sushi was poorly rolled and tasteless. One of the rolls contained pollock with the plastic wrapping still around it. And our 2 bubble teas, different flavors, tasted like soap. After one sip we threw them away it was impossible to drink. Last time for us. I will give 0 stars if possible.

Super normal to go get sushi and have to take it from the fridge because you absolutely have to sell it? impossible to order on site but online yes.. (Not to mention that we paid more and didn t get what we wanted) Just do less for your fridge.. right? I didnt know about this new rule, next time I will go to your competitors with pleasure.

Very bad service, all the employees chat together and dont answer us. And then have us tell them that they are complete on order, only to have two employees argue about whether they are complete or not... and then talk to us more. Very angry about the situation.
Unfortunately, we have noticed that the quality of sushi has deteriorated for some time. The sushi no longer holds together because it is not rolled firmly enough. Additionally, on our last order of 27 pieces, we were told that only one sauce was provided with the meal... Only one sauce for 27 sushi!!! There were 4 of us sharing them. We had to buy 3 extra sauces of 1.25 each. Quite an ordinary experience.
We were picked up for our order of +30 sushi, no soy sauce in the bag once we got home. Neither ginger nor wasabi. We call: we are told that next time they will give us twice as much sauce. The sushi was not pretty: small, broken and not very tasty. In short, it was the last time for us.
I love their Poké bowls. Order an hour in advance because it works.

Friday January 8 - I placed my order two and a half hours in advance. I am vaguely confirmed three times when I can pick up my delivery, I arrive at the agreed time and they are not even ready to start. I have to wait 45 minutes in the parking lot. Very disappointed. You wont have this kind of problem at Yuzu if you dont mind paying a little more.

The worst incompetent branch, not able to supply on demand, the employees are so inefficient!... They are better at sleeping on gas!! I called 2 consecutive days, around 5:05 p.m. to have a small order prepared and they already cant take orders anymore... They close at 7:30 p.m. They should close for good, you BS!

The sushi is small, my order had about 20-30% less toppings than what Sushi Shops normally put. The fish didnt taste very fresh. The two kitchen workers were not wearing masks.
I am the manager at the sushi shop. I assure you that everything is fresh and in good shape. Yes, unfortunately sometimes we are late because I think its the same everywhere. We lack employers. We give our 110% at all times. And the guidelines are to wear a mask at all times. THANKS

The last time I ordered I found that the sushi wasnt really fresh, it looked like it had been made the day before. This isnt the first time this has happened. Also, I find that the portions are very small so I will not recommend this place again.
To work there I understand certain comments and less satisfied customers even when we compare ourselves to other restaurants it makes us really happy to be able to serve you and also communication errors can happen from other restaurants on several telephone lines to us. we only have two... so sometimes it is possible that waiting times have to be taken into account!!! 20 minutes for a Bubble tea
Thieves! They charge me 5 sauces for $0.85. We arrive at home (20 minutes drive) no sauce! Were calling! The girl who speaks to me on the phone who calls herself a supervisor tells me that she cant reimburse me that she can just do something if I go back to the store/restaurant: so 40 minutes of driving there and back! Spending $7-8 on gas to get my $$$ back is a steal! An error is understandable but repair your error and reimburse the customer on their credit card (used for the purchase) or send a refund by mail but do not withhold the money from customers who also have their dinner spoiled because without sauce children hate sushi and wont eat it: $108.39 in the trash! Or do 15-20 minutes (we cut the pear in half) we. Goes to the iga to buy sauces to manage to eat some sushi! I advise against bad service to go to sushi taxi or yuzu sushi instead: much better service and taste!

I called three times to order: the first two times no answer. The third time, she picks up the line and hangs up immediately. I called back, no answer. So I place my order online. It doesnt take two seconds for her to call me to tell me that I wont be able to get my order at the requested time (its funny, her phone works!). I ask her to be reimbursed, she tells me that I have to go to the restaurant to get it. Whatever, really poor service. What company does this, answer and hang up immediately? Afterwards it complains that it has to close.
Ça fait plusieurs fois que jy vais et ils ne prennent plus de commandes.. Pourtant, jy vais durant des heures non achalandé, quand il y a peu de clients, avant les heures de fermeture ou jappelle davance et ils ne veulent pas faire de commande. On doit prendre les repas quils font déjà davance même si ce nest pas ce quon veut. Vraiment dommage...
My girlfriend showed up at the store 2 hours before closing to order and was told it was impossible. Subsequently I called to have an order prepared 1 hour before closing and I was told the same thing. Im quite disappointed... I frequently order from the sushi shop in Saint-Hyacinthe and it never happens.

The ingredients are always fresh. The employees are friendly and professional. I always prepare in advance out of respect for the preparation time. There are perfect orders but 50% of the time they are poorly cut and rolled so they fall apart and the ingredients fall onto the plate.

I had an order prepared for takeout. When I arrived home, the sushi was not very appetizing (see photo). For sushi prepared in the same hour that I ordered them, their ingredients do not seem fresh. Order date: Saturday August 4, 2018. Hoping that the owner(s) will follow up.
