A small, cute, quaint restaurant in a restored century old home. Warm, cozy and clean atmosphere. Friendly, attentive service. A creative chef and team with a menu you can never decide on a the option with fresh baked bread and biscuits, house soup, home made hollandaise sauce to house made buns and slow roasted pulled pork!
Brunch on 3rd is pure heaven - I’ve raved about this place to so many people because it’s always a 10/10 experience! The food is insanely delicious. Their hashbrowns and holladaise are on my mind constantly haha my husband loves the drink flights too! Especially the iced coffee one.
Finally went for the first time today. Now I know why there's often a line up . The eggs benny was delicious cooked to perfection with the tastiest ham. Had a yummy mimosa as well. Great friendly service. Will deffinitely be back!
The flights were the highlight of the visit. The mimosa flights were good, but the Italian soda flights were exceptional, with the white-colored peach and raspberry flavors standing out. The Caesar flights were also delicious, especially the smoked whiskey Caesar, which was the standout. As for the food, the beef dip was decent but lacked flavor. The Duck & Cover Benny was disappointing, as the flavors didn’t quite come together harmoniously. However, the Salmon Benny was the best of what we ordered. Overall, it’s a great place for brunch, and the flights are definitely worth trying.
The place and atmosphere is lovely but the food was just ok- service was lagging and had to wait a lot for everything. French toast was not so great and was mostly crust pieces- $2 extra if you want real Maple syrup🙄I’d rather see that reflected in the price and not extra for a small amount of maple Syrup and for the trial price it’s a lot with nothing extra presented with it. Not a lot of options if you don’t eat pork for substitutions.
We had a great morning brunch. We dropped in and got seated with no wait (Sunday in July!). The food was amazing and we enjoyed the Momosa flight too! The staff were friendly and our server did a great job making sure we had everything including keeping our water glasses full on the hot patio that morning. The atmosphere is great, inside is cute and busy like a downtown cafe (but still bright and cheery) but if you can you need to enjoy the outside patio. The garden atmosphere is just a great way to enjoy your meal.
We tried for the first time while visiting family and it was awesome. It looks like you're going into a housing area and then it's there a house converted into a restaurant. Very good food totally recommend this place 😀 The staff is awesome great patio with heat . Gets really busy because of the food and service
This was SO Good!! this is beautiful little restaurant in the middle of a neighbourhood, lovely gardens & really pretty setting. Service was excellent. It was noon on a Friday afternoon and it was super busy but we were able to get a seat right away. We all had different types of eggs benny and they were all probably the best we have had. It’s a bit pricey, but the quality of the food is so good that I felt it was worth it. Parking is a bit challenging but we were patient and went down a block or so. You can sit inside or outside, lots of outdoor seating. The staff are super friendly.
I’ve been raving about this place since I’ve tried it. We had some time to kill before our ferry departed so I googled brunch places in Duncan and this place was close by. We had a little bit of a walk there and when we approached the place I had remembered seeing a post on social media about it. We asked to be seated on the patio, our lovely server gave us blankets but the covered patio was also heated. So many great menu options that I’ve been contemplating going back again. Drinks and food were both absolutely amazing, so much flavour and the price is on point. Thank you for the spectacular brunch experience.
Had the duck & cherry (duck&cover) Benedict. Hollandaise sauce was phenomenal. Had the mimosa flight, the guava one was the best. Service was quick and very knowledgeable. Cute & trendy place. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available
This place blew my mind. I went there and was not expecting this to be such a niche, high-end dining spot. There was quite a line up when I got there as the seating inside this repurposed house is limited. I was seated outside and it was cold a rainy that day but they have the entire patio covers and theres multiple heaters in there and they give you blankets too. It wasnt cold at all and my food didnt get cold either. I had the Eggs Benedict which was some of the best eggs benny Ive had in a long time. I want to try everything on their menu. Highly recommend.
Wow! Absolutely amazing food and friendly fast staff. We will most definitely be back. My mouth is watering just thinking about your food. Great job!
Great place to eat for a cozy atmosphere with excellent food and service. A definite must visit!!!
Great place hidden in duncan! Very cool atmosphere, waitress was great , the food was amazing , I had the egg Benny with chorizo sausage and amazing guacamole! And cant forget about the delicious flight of mimosa!! The passion fruit was my favorite!
Fantastic place for a nice brunch. Excellent and attentive staff, great food, and good prices. Try this place out - its absolutely worth it.
Great food, really busy, but I feel that is a reflection of the quality here
Super breakfast spot. Great service and friendly staff. Fresh ingredients. They did some substitutions for my low carb requests.
Really good food, but not friendly service. I have been there five times and didn t feel like the service was up to snuff. So for that reason, I do not go there
Food is really good worth the wait if you have to.
A bit of a wait. Draft from outdoor patio. Otherwise, fabulous.
Cramped space inside, eat outside if able. Their largest plate leaves much to desire as does their hash. Wheelchair accessibility: Only outside really
Okay this is the most amazing brunch place in Duncan! I highly recommend it. They even have a half portion meal which was perfect! Great atmosphere great staff!
Any foodie worth their salt-free status MUST come here and just enjoy: the cheerful vibe, the great food in generous portions, reasonable prices and the excellent staff. Doorstop sandwiches alone worth the visit.
Lovely late lunch. Wait staff & kitchen very accommodating when 2 small appetites wanted to split a large sandwich after some yummy, fresh veggie-filled tortilla soup!
Me and my husband were looking for a hidden gem breakfast joint on our weekend getaway and Bruch on 3rd was the perfect spot. From the cute aesthetic and wonderful atmosphere to the great service and amazing food, we would definitely recommend it!
We moved to Duncan about a year a go. This place is the only place that have impressed me with their culinary creations.
10/10 would eat again
It was my first time at Brunch on 3rd, and I was thoroughly impressed. Being a chef with my own restaurant, and having worked in the hospitality industry, including at Relais & Chateaux, I know great service when I see it and Im usually a tough critic. However, Karis service was flawless she was professional, knowledgeable, and confident. The food, smoked salmon benny & duck cover benny was served quickly and tasted amazing. The entire staff was not only professional but also visually appealing with their simple makeup, all-black attire, and warm smiles.
Lucked out finding such an excellent place to eat. Duck confit Benedict was so good.
Great food, great service! This is the Hash with bacon no toast with tomatos instead. So filling!
Obviously Duncans best brunch spot. Great place and a beacon of culinary hope for the area.
Excellent
Its a nice place with excellent service. However, I hated my breakfast which was Huevos Rancheros Hash. Its basically a platter of flavorless canned beans with very few hash browns and 3 chips. I can only eat so many beans, so I left hungry. Ive heard a lot of good things about this place and may give it another try next time Im in town. But I definitely dont recommend this dish.
Good food, good service.
An amazing breakfast place! I had the eggs Benny and subbed in bacon, what a pleasant change, I was surprised at how thick and tasty the bacon was, cooked to perfection, and their hollandaise was one of the best I ve had!
My husband got the slamming salmon, and I got the nook and cranny and the trio mimosa. The food was amazing and the service was great. Will def be back.
Great lunch fantastic service and the food and portions were great a must check out if you are in the area
Amazing food , ceasers, mimosas, Wheelchair accessibility: Level ground Food : 5/5 |
Got seated quickly with menus, Wife ordered a coffee, and I was deciding on a beer to have her coffee arrived. Our waitress never came back, finally waved down another server, and we got to place our order. People that sat down after us had already finished their food before we even got ours. Food was good, decent prices, not sure what happened with our sever, but the other girl got the job done well.
Yummy! Great staff.
Cute brunch spot hidden in a regular house. The garden patio looked super cute, I wish we had sat out there. The food was delicious and prepared with care. I had the huevos rancheros. It was really cool how simple ingredients came together to make an amazing dish. I could really taste the freshness of the tomatoes, it had the perfect balance between sweet and sour. I wish the potato was crispier and there were more than 3 tortilla chips though. Overall still a very satisfying meal. Nice place to stop on our drive from Victoria to Nanaimo.
Love this place. Sat on the patio which was lovely, food was delicious and servers were always checking in on us. It was a very busy day for them and they were still kind and courteous. Will absolutely go again! Dietary restrictions: Im gf and df and it was easy to change a bit of the meal to make it fit what I needed. I had the hash and it was so good!
My favorite brunch spot in Duncan. Service is awesome, food is absolutely delicious & the drinks are very fun!
Thank you KARI for your service. This place is consistent, affordable , and we appreciate you for being personable. WE LOVE THIS PLACE!
Im celiac and was wondering if the wait out the door was worth it. It was a market day and Ive heard alot about this place. I was happy to learn that most of their items are already gluten free and they have a gf fryer! WELL worth the wait
Friendly, fast service. Market lunch was so flavorful and fresh.
I love the food here but was disappointed that our waitress seemed to have forgotten us once I ordered my coffee. About 15mins of waiting we got the attention of another server and she was great.
Terrific brunch with a flight of mimosas!
I probably come here at least once a month their beef dip is so good, with excellent flavors from the Swiss cheese and caramelized onions. If youre driving through Duncan, it s the best place to stop for brunch. They have a heated patio and offer blankets, so even on rainy days, you can enjoy the fresh air without getting cold. They do have wheelchair access, although finding parking can be a bit challenging. The Monte Cristo here is the perfect blend of sweet and savory, especially with their house-made syrup. They also have a great selection of changing coffee flights and mimosas, which are a delight to try. While I do wish they would update the menu with new dishes since it has remained the same since they opened they make up for it with their weekly specials that are always changing. Overall, this spot offers a cozy and enjoyable dining experience with a variety of delicious options, making it a great place to visit regularly.
Had a great brunch here to wrap up our lake vacay. I thought the drip coffee was weak, and so was the virgin Caesar but egg Benedict s were superb, French toast was giant, kids menu very funny, patio very cute, service very attentive. So overall - great spot. (Please get signs on the bathroom doors though.)
A model of excellent customer service! The food is great and the atmosphere is beautiful, but the real five stars goes to the service! This crew works as a team and supports each guests experience from start to finish. A big pat on the back to whomever hires and manages the customer experience here and to all the service staff. Top notch.
Great service, huge portions; come hungry!
Our favourite place for brunch when we have essential business to do in Duncan. Friendly service, consistently good quality food and beautiful patio & deck space. Safe and clean.
We got there early to avoid the line. We were seated quickly, and our waitress was friendly. I highly recommend the Huevos rancheros and mimosa flight.
Just had breakfast here this morning. I had Southwest Bennys, and my wife had Duck Bennys. Both were fantastic. Sunday morning was busy, but the service was good. Highly recommend
I actually dont have words for how great my experience was here. I had the bacon and tomato benny. Bacon is high end, tomato grilled, biscuit homemade and the hollandaise spectacular. Service was exceptional and the patio surrounded by flowers. Mimosa flight just cannot be beat. My only complaint is theyre only open for breakfast!
Beautiful deck seating with pleasant landscaping, enjoyed outdoor seating with patio heaters. Service was incredible, food is well presented and flavorful.
The food looked good, but we wouldnt know because we never got our meal. Prepare for bad service and extreme wait times.
People smile, service was above average, feels like a moms house, food was top tier, long waits if you go around 10am. Worth the wait. Portions could be 5% bigger, poached eggs seemed small. Food
heated outdoor patio awesome service and great food
Brunch on Third . What a little gem you are Atmosphere 9/10 was lovely and comforting, the heritage home has a nice aesthetic and all the staff were friendly , relaxed and attentive Food 7.5/10 Homestyle cooking well executed, everything tasted fresh, would ve rated higher if our dishes had a bit more depth and balance. Mind you only tried 2 of many great looking dishes. This could change on a return visit Drinks 8.5/10 Mimosa Flight - love the concept everything was well balanced, mango and soursop were a hit. Guava on the other hand was a lil bunk 8/10 Shaft Flight - Bussin classic, espresso, and peanut butter whiskey all smooth and balanced. As I write this my mouth waters for another round of these. Great concept, exceptionally executed 10/10 Overall, anyone looking for a cute brunch spot should look no further. I thank those that recommended me this place. We will be back!
Great breakfast and drinks
Wonderful brunch. Most in my family got the special beni, loved it. I got a grilled cheese and tomato soup, excellent. Mimosa taster was delightful, I preferred the guava juice option.
Unexpectedly delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed the Bennys morel daily special was great, and smoked salmon also a hit table mates also a big fan of the huevos rancheros and the grilled cheese mimosa flight was so fragrant! Service was helpful and accommodating as well. A real gem of a spot we were grateful to have stumbled upon it on our travels
Lovely patio and good food. The staff all seem to border on unfriendly though, and this has been each time we ve gone. A few smiles would go a long way to making this a much more pleasant visit.
Iat time there, French toast banana bread was delicious and staff were lovely
Eggs benedict was fantastic. Just wish they did lattes etc.
First visit today. My dear friend is visiting from Ontario. Brunch On 3rd was recommended. Fabulous experience! Staff are amazing, food was delicious. We sat on the heated patio which was a great choice. Will definitely return. Thank you for the great service!
Nice atmosphere, good food
Omg the duck eggs Benny was the best thing Ive put in my mouth in a long time , the mamosa flight was FANTASTIC and was a really good price. Im very happy with the food and the atmosphere, we were outside on the patio all by ourselves with the heat on and they even brought us out blankets just in case. 100% top notch 6 stars
Some of the best Eggs Benedict in to be had here, worth the visit. Super helpful staff and great food.
Currently the best breakfast in Duncan.
Always worth the wait. Food is constantly good whatever I have.
Had a delicious gluten free lunch. Good service. Its a bit noisy when all the tables are full, but what can you do about that? Kid-friendliness: Two babies there!
Food was amazing. Bacon is gigantic lol which is basically my favorite food. Place is very busy so we had to wait to be seated as well as order but we didnt really mind.
Best eats in Duncan. Staff all warm and friendly not to mention efficient AF. My fave local eatery!
Excellent spot for really really good food. Burger was one of the best I ve had and the Benny was delicious. Their side potatoes aren t amazing so I d skip those next time. The service isn t fast (assuming because everything is made fresh and created with care) so don t stop in if you re in a big hurry. Heated patio and restaurant were full at 11am on a weekday so it s a popular place. Turnover seems consistent though so not too long of a wait for a table. A definite must in Duncan as great food is hard to find there.
Really nice brunch spot! Folks know too as there was a line waiting to get in
Amazing food
Stumbled into this Gem on a rainy Saturday in Duncan. We were lucky to stroll in with a little wait, and oh boy, were we in for a treat... the food is excellent, the service was quick, and the only downside was that they only serve drip coffee... Must admit I was prepared to drop an additional $5.95 for a latte. Do yourself a favor, brave the line... in the rain and get yourself some brunch.
If youre looking for an incredible brunch experience, you need to try Brunch on 3rd. This cozy little café offers an amazing selection of delicious brunch dishes that will satisfy any appetite. From the moment you walk in, youre greeted by friendly staff who are always ready to help and make your visit enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to catch up with friends or enjoy a relaxing meal by yourself. As for the food, its definitely the star of the show. From classic favorites like eggs Benedict to creative twists on pancakes and French toast, youll find something to satisfy your cravings. The portions are generous, and the quality is top-notch. Overall, Brunch on 3rd is a must-visit for brunch lovers. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the staff are always welcoming. You wont be disappointed!
Thrilled to have found the best breakfast place - quality and style up to par with the best breakfast restaurants in Montreal. Best hollandaise sauce, finally and thank you! The details like pan toasted English muffin so it s not soggy, yes! The potatoes superb - chef know his potatoes and how to do them, perfectly - I m Québécoise - I know! Great place and great service!
A bit of a wait to get in the door, but what an amazing little place! I had the Special Roasted Red Pepper and Artichoke sandwich with carrot ginger soup all deliciously homemade. Food came out quick and staff were attentive. Would recommend and will return :)
This is a quaint, cozy, and remarkable little spot. It sits in an old house that has been beautifully renovated. The only downfall is that this business has exceeded everyones expectations with delicious quality food and excellent service. Now we just need more houses on the block to renovate and take over We had a table of 8 and even though they were super bumpin as always, the service was great and the food delivery was impeccably timed. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We highly recommend and will absolutely return hopefully soon. Thank you for your wonderful business
I like breakfast.
Surprisingly good hollandaise, disappointing coffee I would definitely go back if I was in the area for lunch.
Consistent and excellent food. Everything is made from scratch and made with care. My go-tos are the 3rd Street Traditional, Hash or Nook & Cranny. Service is always timely and friendly.
Great food!
Cute local brunch spot! Usually busy on weekend. Wish that their menu offered more vegan variety but what they do offer is tasty! Service is average and the atmosphere is cosy.
Phenomenal food, service, drinks and vibe! Would definitely go more often if the line didn t get so long. Really great experience!
Great food and better people!
The staff very very good. I enjoyed the atmosphere. The coffee was well done . The food I had was average. They really need to clean the black stuff on the bathroom floor.
Busy place but short wait, food and atmosphere amazing
I have not stopped raving about our experience here two weeks ago. We waited around 15 minutes to get a table, and the food was worth it. The heated patio was warm on a rainy day and the blankets were a bonus. We will be returning any time we pass through Duncan on our travels.
Cold hash meal with overcooked eggs
Amazing place to eat! Great food, service was good and wait time wasnt too bad at all! Will definitely eat here again! Came back, still a great place to come to! Its worth the wait outside!
This is a great spot for brunch. I got the huevos rancheros hash. It was done well and was a huge portion. Service was quick and curtous. Coffee was always full. Careful coming too late, it is a popular spot so expect to wait.
Awesome place get there early to miss the lineup
Amazing Staff and even better Brunch! Highly recommend getting the Ceasar Float to start. Having your meal and then the Shaft Float as your dessert.
Tasty bites. Prompt kind service. Delicious hollandaise. Look forward to another visit.
EDIT I have removed two stars after returning with family. My brother paid and was still complaining the next day. They changed too much since my prior visit. Issues I had included service wasn t friendly with a smile anymore though it was competent and nothing to complain about, but friendliness made a difference last time. Potatoes some idiot has decided to make the potatoes colourful and the hash now has PURPLE potatoes (where flavour goes to die), sweet potatoes, etc, and they all require different cooking times/temps to get crispy, so naturally they re completely inconsistent. English muffin on the Benny, the English muffin is poorly made so it doesn t hold together in the cut pieces. Coffee it s weak now! Weak and lacking in flavour. We both grumbled about it. I really wanted to love this place again but when you go and change a lot of what makes you successful, it s hard to keep people happy. Based on the potatoes and coffee alone, I will not return. Sorry. Just what you want for breakfast! Friendly service, fast too, refills without hassle, and tasty as heck. The classic Benny was $16. With coffee and tip, it came to $23 for one. There s a heated patio but the inside is cool too, so be sure you dress warm in winter months.
My sister, son and I went together. My sister had been there before and recommended it. I flew in from Edmonton. I had lived in Duncan before but Brunch on 3rd opened after I had left. I was excited to try the Eggs Benny but was disappointed to get weak coffee and the potatoes were multi-coloured so they were not cooked properly. They are all different types mixed together with the intention of looking pretty and colourful (purple, white and yellow etc.). Some were under cooked, none had same consistency. Sounds like it s all gone downhill since my sister was last here. I won t be coming back due to the potatoes and weak coffee. Thanks, Shawn
Fabulous as always. Love the seasonal Benny .
Hidden gem. Roasted colourful array of local vegetables in the hash with perfect hollandaise, delightful chorizo eggs Benny and great coffee. Coming back here for sure.
Had a really nice brunch, banana bread french toast was delicious! Really long lasting be you get in but definitely worth the wait
I do not give 5 stars lightly. quality, price, staff, portion size and ambiance were all excellent!
Sorry no pics. But this is a must stop everytime wifey and I hit Duncan from Saltspring. Highly recommend
Always delicious! Well worth the wait, even if its in the rain :)
Obviously the best place in the whole Cowichan Valley for food, service, etc. People waiting like an hour in line....in Duncan? Damn, that speaks for itself.
Loved the heated outdoor patio with the blankets. I had the duck confit cherry eggs benny.. Yum! Was refreshing to try something different. I look forward to returning.
The absolute best place for breakfast in Duncan! Everything I ve had has been amazing! Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly
Everything was great, was seated on the outdoor patio which was heated and they provided blankets as well. However there was a bird that was coming in and flying around a bit. The coffee was just alright
Such lovely humans working here. I came with a craving for the Banana Bread and mistakenly ordered the French Toast. Ah well , I thought. But, I had driven all this way. I laughed to the server at my mistake. And then decided to order again! And when my bill came my toast was taken care of, not because I asked but I guess she just understood when someone needs a little something. What she did not know is I have a sick child who I am unable to see. So, thank you all for caring for me.
Always a great atmosphere with excellent service! Also, the portions are huge! I had the French toast, instead of the 3 pcs I asked for 2 and added eggs and bacon on the side. Their food is above and beyond! As always, consistent and never disappoints.
Great food, made fresh. Best bacon Ive had in years.
Great place for brunch/lunch in the sunshine on the patio. Food delicious, good service and friendly atmosphere.
Waited over 30 minutes for our food after ordering, 25 minutes of that was with an empty coffee cup, was never offered a refill. The food is great, the atmosphere is nice, and everyone seems to be doing the best they can
Yet another excellent meal from Brunch on 3rd. Even on Mothers Day, busy as anything, the servers were great, the food great and there were no long waits for anything.
Great food, good service, enjoyed.
Really great place for breakfast/ lunch.
Heard about this from a friend. Get there before the brunch rush because its busy. So worth it! There were 4 of us and we each had a different meal. All came out at the same time, all the changes were correct, all prepared to perfection! The wait staff were excellent, we had 2, and the left hand knew what the right was doing, like a fine ballet. Highly recommend.
great food, good price, good.
Delicious food and such a beautiful, charming location. The outdoor patio seating surrounded by beautiful landscaping and bird fountains was such a pleasant experience. The indoor seating looked wonderfully cozy and clean too! Food was delicious, we split the three-egg breakfast and a Belgian waffle with peaches for topping and was plenty of food for the two of us. Reasonably priced as well! Our server was wonderful and friendly, making for an all-around great brunch experience.
Great breakfast in a cozy setting. Expect a bit of a line on the weekend but the wait is definitely worth it because the food is delicious. They have a great heated patio which was perfect during a light rain.
So delicious. Good food, good drinks.
Food was nice, quite a queue to get seated though! Werent sure what to expect but it hit the spot
Very loud and busy, but food came fast
Amazing food - definitely worth the drive!
Great gluten free options ! Will be back !
Absolutely best hidden gem in the valley!!!
Very enjoyable.. Vegetarian options: Several available choices. Food : 5/5 |
We love going here with friends. All our meals have been delicious and the staff is very friendly. Their brunch cocktails are lots of fun. It can be busy and there is often a line. We love sitting outside here on a warm day. Definitely recommend going here ! Vegetarian options: I love their mushroom eggs Benny! I also tried their avocado toast (not just avocado!) and salad which was great Kid-friendliness: My son loves everything he s tried here.
Great spot hidden in plain sight! The food is reasonably priced and very good, service was quick, and both the inside/back patio are awesome seating areas. The house potatoes are tasty! Wheelchair accessibility: It should be very accessible, especially for the outdoor patio. There s a wide path that leads around the side and to the patio area.
Always an excellent meal and service at B on 3
Food was very basic, things you could make at home easily. Wasn t impressed by the drinks either. The staff was nice, which I d say is the only good thing about Brunch on 3rd. Wouldn t suggest to anyone.
Will go back. Intriguing menu, wine selection inexpensive but good. Popular so recommend reservations.
Maybe the best brunch spot Ive ever been too. Food was amazing.
Had breakfast here this morning - loved it! We sat outside, very chill and friendly, great food, wonderful service, will definitely be back. Thank you!
Vegetarian options: The herbi has a vegetarian sausage, potatoes are, avocado, toast and tomatoes. Food
Everyone was very friendly and service was good. I had tomato and bacon eggs benny and it did not disappoint!! Will eat there again when I visit the island.
One of the best lunch spots on the island.
Lovely place. Great food.
Just had great French toast. Will be back to try some more of the menu.
Parking: There could be more Food
What a cozy place . Lots of history.
No parking for this restaurant .food average ..nothing special
Friendly team, clean place, welcoming atmosphere with positive vibes, fresh delicious food, we had great time.
Yum!! Would recommend! This is a must stop if you re passing through!! I don t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. I wish we lived around here so we could come often! Service was friendly, fast and informative. Food was amazing, the ingredients are fresh and of good quality. And the atmosphere is light, they had some lovely music playing and there is beautiful fauna everywhere! Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps are everywhere for wheelchairs and strollers.
Ive come here a handful of times when Ive visited my brother. Its a very busy spot, so sometimes there are long waits. They have a great brunch menu with lots of delicious options for breakfast or lunch, as well as daily specials. Ive loved everything Ive had here, from egg dishes to cubano sandwiches. The best part is that they have caesar and mimosa flights. The juices used with the mimosa flights are always changing, and delicious. They have a nice big patio and lots of indoor seating. A very cute spot.
Food was really really good! Everything cooked perfectly and folks with dietary needs are well taken care of here. Prices were also really good which was a lovely bonus.
Its chilly inside, the coffee was bitter. Portions are big, but the quality lacks. Spoiled creamers, and small things stuck to my pat of butter for French toast, which was undercooked inside.
Cozy brunch restaurant with a great ambience and very friendly service! The breakfast was very tasty, absolutely recommended!
We had the most amazing brunch on a lovely outdoor patio. This gem is tucked away in such a pretty spot. Great service and delicious food!
Great brunch spot. Were staying in Cow Bay and someone had mentioned this spot. Im glad I took their advice. One of the best salmon bennys Ive had. The atmosphere is an old, converted house with a great feel to it. All of the staff were great and attentive. Ill be sure to spread the word.
Jenna our server was awesome. The food was incredible and had good portions. Definitely going back here. A must if you have never been. They don t take reservations so first come entry. Usually it doesn t take to long to get a table.
Food was amazing, drinks were cold and delicious and the wait staff were fast and awesome. Highly recommended!
Best brunch ( eggs) I ve EVER had, anywhere! I m kind of an egg snob and think many a so called chef can t cook an egg exactly the way you ask- that s certainly NOT the case here! Everything on the plate was fresh, hot and carefully made, right down to their own ketchup jam. Wow! Bravo!!!! Parking: Worth the effort. Walk a block
Friendly staff and the food was delicious.
Love this place. The food is incredible, the setting is awesome and the staff are so good. Definitely take the time to go there. Food
Fantastic little brunch place that s easy to miss. There s usually a line but it moves quickly and is ABSOLUTELY worth the wait. The drinks were awesome and the pork belly eggs Benedict were some of the best I ve ever had. Lots of street parking in the area.
Love love it here!
Loved this restaurant and we all enjoyed our meals. Going back before we leave Duncan. Excellent service and reasonable prices, be sure to check it out.
Food was really good and not expensive.
Easily the best breakfast we ve had in Duncan. Lots of gluten free options and a dedicated gluten free fryer. The gluten free options are not indicated anywhere online or even on the menu so I was surprised to find out they were so accommodating. Home made hollandaise and some really yummy Benny varieties. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
The flights are a must! Cute little brunch spot my go to with friends! Highly recommend!
WOW!! exceptionally good brunch spot, it was amazing, the food, the service, the environment!!
Thank you leah for turning my experience around with your genuine service! loved sitting on the patio
I ve been too so many brunch places because brunch is the best & this was truly a full experience from the story behind the spot to the atmosphere, the servers, the BENNY 10/10 recommend Food
Chicken and waffle Benny for the win!! Excellent food, service and atmosphere in the converted house on 3rd. Food
Was highly recommended to head over to Brunch on 3rd. There were 3 of us, and overall we enjoyed it. The tomato soup was not to my personal liking, it was covered in oil. I should have known, as I believe the menu said there was oil in it, but I thought it would be more of a light garnish. There was also a very overpowering spice in it that I cant place now. In the brunch items, everything was good, eggs Benedict was awesome. The only thing that we were left wishing had more care put into it was the hashbrowns. They were just lightly seasoned, lightly cooked hashbrowns. I suppose some people may like their hashbrowns that way, but its not our style. The chicken sandwich, the cluck, was absolutely delicious! Service was ok - you could tell the staff were very busy, but they were friendly enough. Overall, we would likely go back, but order something other than the soup, and likely substitute the hashbrowns for something else.
Fantastic breakfast spot in Duncan! Food is always great and service is good. Busy place but definitely best choice in Duncan.
Our food was good. Service also good .Def will be back .
Pancakes are huge, dont over order, all serves are generous. Lovely venue. Might need to check in regards to disability access. Wheelchair accessibility: Didnt see any ramps or signs indicating access.
Delicious brunch/breakfast spot when in Duncan. Brunch on 3rd is a warm and family friendly restaurant perfect if you are looking for a classic and tasty breakfast. I recommend the bennys as they never fail to disappoint.
Food was delicious and the coffee flight was yummy. Drip coffee was meh. Service was not great and staff were not friendly. Felt as though we were an inconvenience. Will not be returning.
I have been going to brunch on third since it opened. My wife and I love it! I have tried almost everything on the menu, and nothing has disappointed me. The staff and the owners make you feel so welcome, they remember you and what you like to order. I highly recommend it to all my clients. And I often buy gift cards to give away to clients because I know that brunch on third will not disappoint.
