Checked out this local Chinese place after seeing it posted in a few facebook groups. Tried the buffet and found the food was flavorful and in the top 3 between Nanaimo and Duncan. The spring rolls and scezwan beef were my favorite. Hit the desert bar for some Nanaimo bars and two chocolate brownies. The servers were attentive and friendly. There were lots of seats available but it was a Tuesday at 6pm. Going back on a weekend to see if there is a difference.
I noticed the color, texture, and firmness of our Chinese dinners were not right. I also thought it tasted sour and had a bad odor. I also found it to be too salty. My husband only ate his soup and not his dinner. I always checked reviews since we just moved to Duncan, but my husband wanted to surprise me with Chinese food take-out. Unfortunately, our evening ended badly. I ended up getting sick from the bad Chinese food. I do not recommend this place, because of the bad Chinese food and prices.
Minimal selection for lunch buffet. Food was mediocre, with the majority of dishes being quite bland. How can the broccoli dish be so delicious, then be followed up by some of the worst chow mein and fried rice I've had? A little effort behind the wok goes a long way.
Worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten in my life. Food has 0 taste and far away from being authentic. Does the chef even know how to cook, while eating the food I have to stop for a moment and think about how the chef has to close down the whole restaurant and work on his cooking skills, because the food is TASTELESS.
I Had the lunch buffett. The food was great, fresh. And awesome service. And I went back for the buffet again.
So glad to see the buffet for dinner and lunch is back again. You can even do take out buffet. The server CE is outstanding and the food is always fresh and very flavourful. I highly recommend it.
Large restaurant with lots of seating, suitable for young and old. They had boosters and high chairs. The food was okay but it was nice to have a large selection to choose from for the buffet. Lots of dessert options also. I think it was a little over priced.
Special Fried rice was disappointing. Not fried and the chicken was from a chicken loaf, cut into tiny little cubes. The beef & broccoli was good. The deep fried prawns were ok. The delivery was quick & I had to pay cash.
Good buffet for a reasonable price. The chow mein and fried rice are very plain, but the chicken wings/sweet n sour pork/deep fried prawns and wontons keep me coming back.
Good old Chinese food as u want it
The food is a solid 7/10 it s always consistent and definitely the best in town
Good food. Ok price great service I will be back Food
I have dined in and we take out regularly and the service and food are always good.
Best Chinese food in town. Hot, delicious, and lots of options.
Food was actually really good not bad size portions overall is a good place to dine at Parking: Not many spots to park in at dinner time
I went for buffet dinner last night got food poisoning have had the squirts all morning will never eat there again
Don t believe the bad reviews, you just can t please people who have bad taste. Good food, good people!
The buffet here was pretty good. It s pretty standard western style Chinese food on the buffet so set your expectations accordingly. They were very quick to refill items and remove dirty plates.
Buffet delicious but was a little expensive but Iike everything prices have gone up
Worst Chinese buffet! Mushy vegetables and then there was the white thing in my food I didn t recognize and my best guess is potato? Fried wings were good though however not Chinese food. If and that s a big if I ever return I will try ordering from the menu. The food coming out of the kitchen definitely looked better than the slop from the buffet. Too bad because I just moved a block away. I ve seen they call themselves the best Chinese food in Duncan then I guess they are the only Chinese food in Duncan!
I had the WORST SEAFOOD HOTPOT EVER this is NOT an authentic Chinese restaurant the seafood was small and previously frozen, very dry they piled the tofu up, when I asked them not to give me much of that stuff they didn t listen The owners before the pandemic made a beautiful seafood hot pot with real prawns, squid & scallops and less tofu My friend had the buffet, she was very disappointed with that as well I will NEVER RETURN AGAIN!!!
Great food great service well go back there anytime
Great food
Ive had better. Service was good, prompt and pleasant.
Great service, food excellent,
Gave me water that tasted dull
really nice buffet
The food used to be great, but today the spring rolls felt like actual card board and our beef chop Suey was about 5x undercooked, although delivery was great and ordering was great, the food was not great
8 years ago it was horrible but seen some positive reviews so we have it another shot. Still horrible really don t have anything good to say about it maybe the buffet is better but all five of us tried it and didn t even finish our plates. Really wished it would be good have to keep going to Victoria for quality Chinese food
Great servings. Quick service.
In my opinion this is the top Buffet in Duncan! I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant in any way.
We had the buffet and the food was delicious with lots of variety. The service was friendly and theres a discount for seniors. Would definitely eat there again!
Great service and food
I went in with a large group to have the lunch buffet, but unfortunately was very limited in my options due to a gluten sensitivity. However! One of the servers came over with a menu and took the time to point out the things that were gluten free or that they could make gluten free with some adjustments. She answered all of my questions and even checked back in about one of the sauces. The food was amazing and the service was great. I will be coming back and bringing my family in the future. Dietary restrictions: There are several dishes from the menu that they can make gluten free with some adjustments to the sauces. For example, their soy sauce contains wheat, but they were able to substitute with oyster sauce instead.
Always the best food especially the chicken wings. Its great that the buffet is back.
We order take out and pick it up. Order always ready when they say it will be and food is great. Very tasty and hot when we get it home.
They are the best! The food is great!
No stars server looked at me in disgust when I ordered the buffet saying no I cant feed myself with the kids buffet maybe if you would let me finish ordering you would have noticed that was for the 2 year old in my arms and I would have ordered the buffet to never attempting to go here again whole business can get bent telling everyone I know also gave my mother food poisoning avoid this place at all cost Kid-friendliness: Turned me and my kid away so get bent
We don t order very often, but the food quality is excellent. Never disappointed.
Great service & food.... portion sizes were great.
$27 for buffet, even in todays overpriced world seems high. Yes its buffet, so you should leave feeling like a stuffed little piggy.... There was not an abundant supply of food available at 6pm, pretty sure you wont starve, but could have the buffet replenished more frequently . Lunch might be a better option ?
Best Chinese food ever. Highly recommended. Owner is nice and staffs are friendly
Well this is hard...Spent 140.00? 7 dishes...Rice ...chow mein x2...ginger beef...almond gai ding ect.... We ate a half plate each..hungary... This is the most tasteless food ever... Ive ordered here several times for pick up.. I phoned restaurant told to bring back and they would recook... I didnt want more good. I wanted a refund... I got half my $$ back... When l returned with the food l was told you have to specify you want taste and flavour... Dont know how to rate place...one chineese food in duncan??....
No stars, no taste, waste of money...horrible food.
I was there December 22 2023. Lunch smorg. Sat ourselves. No service. Dirty table. Smorg 1/3 full. Had 1st round. It never got filled. Even though it goes til 2. It was 1. We requested refill. No response. People could barely speak never mind English. Disgusting service and food
Better than we expected and very reasonably priced.
Fun buffet with more options than just Chinese food. Staff are amazing, price is fair and quality is great. Thanks for being here! Food : 5/5
Went for Nye dinner. Food was good. Long lineup for takeout
The restaurant provided a gluten-free meal. Which was delicious. They tailored the meal to our needs. Which we really really appreciated.
Checked the reviews on the internet for best chinese food in Duncan BC and by word of mouth. The buffet was cold, too much batter with the prawns, the rice tasted like Uncle Bens quick 5 minute rice and served with deli chicken. Paid almost $64.00 for two people and it all tasted like packaged food. Also the bill showed total only. So dont know if we were charged the advertised amounts from the menu. Doesnt anyone cook from scratch and with fresh ingredients anymore! Not coming back and certainly do not recommend. Parking: poor parking and very dark parking lot. Carpets curled up in the entry so one could trip if not careful.
Awesome food!!! Great staff
I had the buffet and got food poisoning from it I wouldn t eat this terrible food ever again
Pleasent visit, thank you
They use to be so good! Last few times we have ordered its been disappointing. Gotten worse really. Lesson learned after tonight. No point in calling and mentioning as they doesnt seem to do anything. Tonights chow mein was dry, bland, not much too it and squished in the plastic container to get cold before your home to eat in 10 min. The stir fried rice is more steamed then stir fried on any day. nothing was really good tonight... Just not worth the money anymore!! Take a drive to Dragon Juan in Cobble Hill. Better choice...
We arrived just before 4:30pm quite ravenous having had brunch much earlier up island. We were welcomed and told that the buffet would be available starting at 4:30pm. We were brought a pot of tea and over the next 5 mins quite a few tables filled up. The last dish was brought out of the kitchen and then all the steaming dishes were uncovered and serving utensils added. We tried a little bit of everything and it was all really great. We commented that we d never had Chinese buffet that fresh before! The very polite and helpful staff kept an eye out for drips at the buffet plus kept our teapot filled. If we could six stars we would!!
I m not a huge fan of Chinese food but I ve always loved wonton soup! I ve eaten a ton of it from restaurants all over BC. In my opinion, this is by far the best wontons I ve ever had. They are super flavourful and melt in your mouth. The Gyoza is the same, but deep fried to perfection. I hope they never change the recipe, because I m addicted.
Wow! What an excellent experience! The service was excellent. The food was fresh and hot. There was such a great variety I couldnt try them all! Needless to say I will return for more. Oh did I mention it was the smorgasbord. Yes I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you Sammy for all you do! Charlee:) Parking: Lots of parking at front Wheelchair accessibility: You can go in with your wheel chair and pull up to the table and smorgasbord if you like. The restaurant is ground level entrance. No stairs.
I want to lie I would have liked more veggies in the chow mein more meat a bigger shrimp not too much coated on it but otherwise it was all right
Very authentic Chinese food. family run and very friendly staff
The food was really good it was fresh, and hot, really great service We had a combo, the servings were decent . The restaurant itself was super clean. We were completely satisfied with our lunch and will definitely be our go-to lunch spot when we want Chinese
Lovely waitress. Food we got was very clean n tasty. Not greasy. large take out portions. A bit pricey but thats par these days. I dont regret ordering when the Chef is Excellent.
Always great food & service. They were accommodating during the pandemic & their buffet is up & running again
This is a great stop for a fresh buffet dinner. My last stop was mid-afternoon and the buffet was closed, but the menu selection was great. Large portions and freshly prepared, served by friendly staff.
We did take out for Easter supper. Dinner for 6 plus a few extras. Fabulous food and more than enough for another meal
It was nice to have a buffet open again. Good was adequate. A bit pricy tho.
Not only does this place have terrible food, they charged me 3.25 for a can of pop, and thats pick up prices. Outrageous mark up. Their chow mein is very strange, reminds me of Mr Noodles. The sweet and sour pork has no taste to it. I would rather make the drive to the next town. These five star reviews must be fake, I dont understand how anyone could rate this 5 stars.
Not good!
We had take out and found it to be clean and tasty. The staff is friendly and competent.
Ordered 2 different combo meals. Both were generous portions, super fair pricing and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was clean & quiet. Everything was fresh and packaged separately The chow mein was very Canadian, but the rest of our dishes were authentic. Reminded me a lot of when my grandparents had their Chinese restaurant. Parking: Large parking lot
Disgusting waste of money, sad excuse for Chinese food. Never again! Money well wasted! Flavourless, what is battered is Disgusting Dryribs are half cooked and not proper. Save your money, i know i wish i did. How the reviews are so high is beyond me.
Very friendly and great service
Ordered sweet n sour prawns no sweet n sour sauce egg rolls were doggie with very little plum sauce Kim Wahs from now on!!!
Extremely disgusted by this food. We spent over $130 and this was the biggest waste of money I ve spent. The food was disgusting, it was soggy, the sauce was purely water. If I could give a zero star I would. I read a review about this food tasting like box food and it s very true. The chow mein noodles tasted like cardboard and the 5 TINY strips of chicken was pathetic. Tried contacting them about this but never ever heard back.
Very good food. Buffet well stocked and fresh. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Food
Best Chinese food in Duncan. Great sized lunch combo portions. Highly recommend
Definitely substandard unfortunately. I was really disappointed in the quality of food but also in myself for wasting my Friday night treat money. So disappointed. Great service for really not so great food.
Ordered in; delivery was swift, Dinner for Two would easily feed four and was very tasty. Nice crisp veggies, tender meat. Not outrageous $$-wise.
I ordered a combo plate. The vegitables were fairly fresh. The noodles were not and the chicken balls were all dough. I had to do surgery to find any chicken. The service was good.
We just moved to Duncan and we wanted to find our new go-to Chinese restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant and were greeted by the friendly waitress. She sat us and brought us water immediately. We ordered 6 dishes for take out: Curried Beef, Ginger Fried Beef, Lemon Chicken, House Special Foo Young, Special Chow Mein, House Special Chop Suey. Our order came to $131 and change, so we left $135.00. We were starving and couldnt wait to get home and dig in! When we unwrapped everything, we were immediately disappointed and as we sat down to eat, we immediately knew... THIS WOULD NOT BE OUR NEW CHINESE RESTAURANT! The Fried Ginger Beef (which the waitress told us was crispy) was anything but! It was limp and hard to chew through. The Lemon Chicken (which is supposed to comes with a lemon sauce, hence lemon chicken) came with a distinctive red sauce which when tasted, was a sweet and sour sauce. When my husband called the restaurant to let them know they gave us a sweet and sour sauce for our Lemon Chicken instead of a Lemon sauce, he was apologized to and told to head down right away... which he did. When he got to the restaurant, the chinese women, said no... thats lemon sauce. She argued with him that the red sauce he was holding in his hand, which had NO taste of lemons in it, was Lemon Sauce. She kept repeating no... thats lemon sauce. Then thank-you and sent him on his way. The House Special Foo Young comes with a side of gravy. Lets just say, that side of gravy had absolutely no flavor. The Special Chow Mein, which costed $3- $6 more than any other Chow Mein... came with Chow Mein noodles and a few, and I mean a few, slivers of pork and chicken. Definitely doesnt deserve the title Special. The House Chop Suey had a nice mix of Vegetables, shrimp and meats but was tasteless. The Curried Beef also had a nice mix of vegetables and beef, but the sauce was watery and lacked the aromatic fullness and distinctive flavour of curry.
I cant belive people eat here.. it was my first time trying take out there and was by far the worst Chinese food Ive had in my life. Literally through it all in the trash
Food was aufel and way over priced
We ordered take out, four entrees and four spring rolls The spring rolls were from frozen and reeked of cabbage and had a soggy crust The sweet and sour meat was off, tasted bad The almond chicken tasted like the batter was made from corn meal The egg foo young was undercooked and slimy The noodles were ok but the chicken julienne on top was smelly We were charged $94. for this mess. It was disgusting, frozen food, reheated and let go soggy and smelly. Restaurant denied everything and didn t offer any refund.
If you want gluten free just order a meat item, there are no good gluten free noodle dishes here. Paid $18.98 for a plate of gluten free noodles with 4 prawns on top. It was suppose to have other meats but it was shredded so didnt taste them.
Basically zero atmosphere, but excellent food, full buffet, reasonably priced. They are dilligent about keeping the buffet items topped up, until about 30 minutes from end of service. Good for a family feast, if youre on a hot date, might want to pick someplace more Romantic! LOL Kid-friendliness: Big tables, lots of room.
$108 for three smorgs. Prices are wrong.
By default best Chinese food in Duncan but they need to work on their order system. Only really order 2-3 times a year but last 2 times orders were 50 minutes and 30 minutes late. Both occasions our food was ready at the correct time but the staff failed to communicate that I was waiting for my order. Not sure of restaurant technology but must be a better way than staff running to the back with paper and then not communicating to other staff who is waiting for orders. Soggy almond chicken when I live 5 mins away isn t the best service.
Our favourite Chinese food by far!
This was the worst Chinese food we ever ever had!!! Ordered #97 and 2 spring rolls. Disgusting!!!!!!
overall an amazing experience, I had the Dinner Buffet and was surprised by it. The BEST Wonton soup i had in months after i moved from Vancouver to the island. The fillings were done in an authentic Chinese way with sesame oil and the soup was savory. Also majority of foods does not taste like MSG was added, did not feel thirsty afterwards (which is a good indication of less additions of food). Fairly expensive but the foods are deliciated home made and it is a buffet so it is reasonable. Would not hesitate to come back for another meal after a long and exhausting work day!
We eat here often, and the food is always consistent and delicious. The owners and staff are amazing people
Had the buffet and was so disappointed. The batter was too thick and the meat and noodles too dry. To expensive! Parking: Limited parking lot
I went in for Chinese food with my aunt, we sat down and it took about seven minutes to even have someone come and greet us. I will add there was no other customers in the restaurant. Finally, a lady came out of the back and started to serve us. We placed our order and while waiting for the food we got an awesome show of the owners two kids fighting behind the counter and messing around. We finally got our food and I gotta say I have never seen Chinese food that looked so bad I took a couple bites and literally only a couple bites and that s all I could take. When the owner came back around I was really nice and said that I just don t like the food and I won t be able to eat it sorry. She then said that the combo #3 is the most popular and she can t comment. To add my aunt took 3 bites and also couldn t eat the meal. She gave us the bill with the full price on it so we paid in full and we will never be back
Im not really impressed by this place as a non buffet customer. Speed: 2/5 . A good 15-20min wait with no customers. Not impressive considering what I got. They have the longest wait time of any Chinese place Ive been to if you are simply ordering. Quality: 2/5 I got essentially re-heated buffet food from the previous day or two. The chicken and pork did not have a crisp texture that you get on fresh Chinese food. The sweet sour sauce is very nice though. Service: 2/5 They were not overly friendly at all or seemed to want to help me. The just pointed to their akwardly written brocure menus. Atmosphere: 1/5 This place is in a run-down area of town and also the the inside is also very awkward. Very dated. No proper waiting area. The front counter is plex glassed off. Its better to just order and go wait in your car. Value: 3/5 Average. $18 for a 3 part dinner.
What a treat! Chinese smorgasbord back on the menu! Food was great and was fun to be able to stuff your face again!
Good food
Got food late one night, was horrible, old overcooked, and cold.
All depends on what you order. Chicken fried rice had cubes of processed chicken (barf) -far right. Vegetable chow mein had low grade slivers of veggies (not the pictures shown online of large chunks of broccoli or carrots) - far left. Ginger beef and szechuan fried noodles were good! (Middle)
I just ordered Egg Rolls and War Wonton. The rolls were a little greasy, I guess thats to be expected. THE War Wonton was the best I have ever had.
Good food take out only. Singapore Noodles were outstanding
I loved the Chinese food there, great portions, the price was good. Definitely will be going there again !
refused to give me the emerald splash meal.
I am not a picky eater, but we decided to throw out 80% of the order due to the low quality of the ingredients, and frankly, disgusting artificial sauces. We ordered a meal for four. Upon pick up we were amazed by the HEFT of the order. The bags were surprisingly heavy for the order. We opened the bags at home to realize that everything we ordered was literally floating in giant piles of neon sauce. The sauce had cooled slightly, and turned into a jello-like consistency, which, upon reheating the pork and chicken dishes, the sauces turned into a solid brick of neon gunk. The chicken in our rice was some sort of chicken loaf thing I wouldnt even feed a dog. The spring rolls and chicken balls were clearly deep-fried at too low of a temperature and were saturated with unfresh-smelling grease. I love trashy American-style chinese food, but this was just ... Inedible. You will get A LOT of food, but A LOT of it will end up in the trash.
Poor quality food. Not terribly hot and seemed like it was made hours before. I ll not eat there again.
Pretty basic western style Chinese food. Thats what I wanted though so I am happy. Veggie chow mein was just noodles and very few small julienned basic veg, one star off there but otherwise good stuff!
Apart from not opening the dining room, and making the pickup area look like a quarantine room in a hospital with plastic sheets draping over everything months and months after every restaurant has opened back up, the food was terrible. The fried rice I ordered was clumped together and wet and the shrimp and meats etc were on top of the rice. It was very obvious the shrimp had been boiled and not fried with the rice. It had absolutely no flavour and was completely bland.
Have never tried this restaurant before and thought we would give it a try .We had the dinner for two . It was undoubtedly the worst Chinese food we gave ever experienced . There wasnt one dish that was even close to being close to acceptable . We threw most of it out after trying small portions ....a total discrace .....
Great food and quick service.
Best Chinese food midisland. Edit. Unfortunately the food has gone downhill since my original review. I have ordered out from here around 4 times and it seems to get progressively worse. It Now tastes like every other American/Chinese takeout. I hate to say that I won t order from here anymore. What happened?!
My vote for best Chinese in the valley. We usually just get one of their family combos and it s always tons of food and very delicious
No inside dining. Except for a 2 seat table in the front. Waitress was awesome
The best Chinese restaurant in town
17 bucks..not good portion and eww.
Visited late Nov 2022. We ordered spring rolls and three dishes from the menu. The food was tasty (especially the ginger beef) and the portions were good for the prices (about $18 for a large dish). I thought the buffet price was high ($28/adult), and seniors only get a discount of $1... Better to order a couple of dishes to take away and stretch out over a couple of meals. For a fairly large restaurant there was not a lot of parking, so car pool or park on the street and have a short walk. Vegetarian options: There are some veggie only dishes on the menu. Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly.
Awesome place to eat, ill go back, staff is wonderful
Really good food. Simple, but delicious.
Poor quality food and expensive prices.
Decent food. Huge portions. Worthwhile. Better than the other Chinese options in town.
Best Chinese food and so fresh for a great price and friendly staff.
Food was hot and tasted good. Price was reasonable and the delivery driver was courteous
I was extremely disappointed in this restaurant the food was expensive in our takeout order and theres no way on Earth it was fresh.
Great place ... Friendly service
Always friendly there. Fast service, awesome food!!! Also great prices
That was the worst most Bland food ever. Will not return.
Best Chinese food you will ever find! Prices are great and portions are huge. The owners are absolutely amazing as well.
We have been enjoying the take out menu. Food is good, good selection of dishes.
The family who runs this restaurant deserves every bit of our business, they have great food and amazing service.
Very good
Love the food so fresh and great portions
Really good food. Friendly people
Won ton soup was awesome, but if I ask for chicken chow mein , Im definitely not expecting spaghetti noodles with process chicken.
Love this plc. Best Chinese food in town.
Best Chinese in town. Ive tried everywhere in town. This place is so fresh every time and always generous portions. My office love cheat day here!
Nice service, quick................but pretty gross
The prices are steep for a hole in the wall frankly. Maybe the go to place in Duncan. I am not sure if it is Covid or if this place just had better days. Standard western style Chinese sweet and sour pork is a must serve dish etc.
Before COVID, this place was my favorite chinese restaurant in Duncan. I ordered recently and was so disappointed with the food. The Almond chickens breading has a pancake texture and the worst part of it all is that they used Chicken Loaf for the almond chicken. The chow mein was good, the sweet and sour pork tasted watered down sweet and sour. I am so sad.
Because of covis 19 it is strictly take out.Great food.Great service Looking forward to dining in.
Not a bad place
Amazing! Im a big fan of extra large pancake battered egg rolls! So so good to sop up some plum sauce with! We also got some chow mein, so good, mostly noodles which I love! Got a hangover? This is the fix!
I read the reviews, so wasnt expecting a lot when we ordered take out tonight. But wow! Fresh, NOT AT ALL GREASY and really good. A new family favorited for sure! Takeout portions were a little smaller then Im used to, but it was more then enough for 4 adults. Highly recommend.
Always enjoy the food and staff, great restaurant.
Everything was delicious on the buffet and the staff was sooo friendly
My family and I have enjoyed their off the menu selections a few times as takeout and thoroughly enjoyed the dishes. We tried the dinner buffet the other day and it was okay but not as good as their menu selections. Now it was a very busy day during the holiday season so I will definitely give the buffet a second go another time. You wont go wrong with the menu selections though ...that I definitely recommend. Hard working staff and owners.
Best chinese food duncan has to offer, used to be woodlands chinese restaurant but they moved to a bigger location, the place is always jumping great food
Excellent food ,service is exceptional
Very good food
Good service and good food.
Disapointing and abrupt service and quality of food on Chinese New Year. We did not partake of the buffet, we ordered all the meals from the menu. Several dishes were not hot (even the hot pot). Food and dishes were rushed off the table and we had to demand that they be brought back. One dish was 90% onions, very little else. We have had better food and service several months ago.
Good Chinese food.
The owners of this place are super friendly and have cute kids. If youre looking for more legit Chinese food, order off the menu. The buffet itself is fresh too though!
Excellent food. Very Friendly staff
Great service, Fabulous Food.
Wanted to give a 5 star because the food was delicious but we were given water and asked if we were having the smorgasbord in such fast talking and not asked what wed like to drink, we said yes to the smorgasbord and the server left quickly. It was busy and felt like a sit down and eat then leave vibe. No one came to ask. My dinner companion after having a plate asked for Chinese Tea which is what we wanted in the first place. Lady was apologetic. Go for the food for sure!!!
Always good food at the Gazoo
Good food selection & good service.
HAD SOME TAKE OUT CHICKEN CHOW MIEN. NOT GOOD VERY DRY NO TASTE LIKE IT HAD BEEN SITTING IN FRIDGE UNCOVERED OVER NIGHT VERY DISAPPOINTED WOULD NOT GET AGAIN .
Delicious of course!!
Ordered take-out last night. It was absolutely delicious!
Food was excellent, very effficient considering how busy they are...
We had dinner for six delivered. It was nice and hot and delivered by the owner. Great selection of dishes!
Very good quality food, no surprises. A nice change from other Chinese food places around Duncan.
I just had some great Chinese Food. I have been looking for decent Chicken Chow Mein since I moved to Duncan, and I finally found it.
Best Chinese food in Duncan
Weve eaten at dozens of Chinese restaurants. This was the grossest ever! The rice had the oddest musty taste, the beef stir fry tasted like chemical, the beef couldnt be beef, the sweet n sour pork hard gritty and flavorless, the almond breaded chicken was all bread and wet just gross. 43.00! we threw the food away..two of us had hair in our food also..minor compared to the food though..
1st time there. Very nice people. Excellent food.
Great menu .. Great food. And great customer service
Its always good usually always consistent they do as theyre asked when I ask for something special
A picture is worth a thousand words... I drove back to the restaurant & brought back that so called food... they told me that every Chinese restaurant on the Island serves chicken chow mein like that... dry noodles, fake chicken, no sauce what so ever, I found a couple of tinny peice of carrot as veggies... never Ive I seen chicken chow mein looking like that... I got a refund & gave back that meal!!!
Twice I have ordered take out and received the wrong order.
Weve had food from here before & always had great take-out. Really disappointed that they dont offer Debit for deliveries. Only cash, & credit card over the phone, or E-transfer.
Always good food and nice people
Good foods..
Good prices delicious!
