Most delicious crepes and such a large variety of flavors both sweet and savory. My only complaint about Ironworks is that they need a location in Victoria, until then, Ill drive up to Duncan. Staff is always very friendly as well.

What an awesome place for a unique city. Yum, yum. Blood Marys and Martinis were perfect. Staff is open and inviting. Must try!

Love the food. The all crepe menu with both savory and sweet selections is a refreshing new option when considering a brunchy date out. The atmosphere could stand to be a bit more cozy but the staff are welcoming and the prices are reasonable. :) Ive been here several times and just took visiting family members who were so in love they insisted on going back once more before they left. 100% worth the visit!

Always tasty and I love that the savory crepes come with a side salad. The Duncan location really needs better ventilation though, so we usually take out unless they are quiet. One of my favourite places to get food! Vegetarian options: There are veggie crepes and they have vegan batter if you want it. They are pretty willing to modify as needed also! Dietary restrictions: They have lactose free cheese!! And gluten free batter. vegan batter also. And alternative milks for tea or coffee. They dont really post these as options super visibly, so I was surprised and impressed!

Cold bare atmosphere, and the place is dirty. Terrible service and the menu has odd crepe combinations. Presentation is terrible, just a crepe on a plate, not even a garnish.

there s no sweet cream cheese in my 4berry crepe? there s only two ingredients; berry and cc? how do u forget one? also had a savoury crepe w no salad dressing. didn t give me a wait time when ordering, i waited 40 mins for crepe, in a cold dark dirty cafe. wouldn t of ordered if I knew it would take that long. staff kinda looked miserable and un wanting to talk to customers. also when did the menu change? The choices are so random, I miss the old ironworks. And did the prices go up? 35$ for 2 crepes? I ll spend 20$ at Walmart and make 100 of these crepes at home next time!

Oddly enough I was in on the same day as the last review I thought the cafe was bright and comfortable and cheery, there was an older gentleman that i observed chatting happily with one of the staff, she was very lovely. Food was great as always my 4 year old loves coming here and getting a desert creep after lunch. Prices are fair, I highly recommend it, bonus points for being open on Sunday as most of the other restaurants in town are closed.

Cool place and very delicious

Gave one star for Atmosphere because ventilation is so poor I could barely breathe. Two stars for service because they took the order (and the pay) for a Greek chicken crepe and after some waiting they told us they had no chicken and offered ham instead. Two stars for the food because the crepe filling was super-salty and the salad was minuscule.

I ordered a delicious savory crepe and it did not disappoint at all! So tasty. Plus I ordered a macchiato which was also good and hit the spot. The Doordash driver who delivered was so friendly. I will definitely order from Ironworks Cafe and Creperie again. I plan to check it out in person as well

Outstanding fresh savoury crepes. The bratwurst and sauerkraut crepe was delicious.

My Dad and I stopped in to have a quick lunch while Mom was doing a little shopping. At first, we were surprised by the prices ($16.50 for a ham Swiss savory crepe, April 2023), but the portion size was very filling and tasty. We felt that this is good value for your money. Also, my Dad needs to use a walker so we very much appreciated that the one M/F bathroom has room for his needs. If I could give them bonus stars, I would.

The food here is AMAZING!! The amount of times I get a hard craving for their berry crepe is insane. A little sad I haven t seen it available for delivery on the different delivery apps as sometimes I m stuck at work and cannot leave during the day to come fill my deep craving for their absolutely delicious food but I understand. The workers are always so kind, friendly and efficient, the food is always top notch and the location is always clean and tidy. Highly, highly recommended and always share my love for this place with my customers at work that are looking for a good place to grab a bite to eat. So so so good!

What an amazing location in downtown Duncan! They have some of the most outstanding crepes Ive had in a long time! With reasonable price points and amazing staff that are helpful and kind I would reccomend ironworks to anybody going through town! Thanks for an amazing experience ironworks!

One of my favorite places for breakfast. Had the mexican breakfast and coffee marscapone crepes, amazing as always! My wife had the original breakfast crepe, the kids going for smores, oreo, and strawberry Nutella. My only complaint is that they dont have one in Langford!!

Its nice to have a dedicated creperie in town! The flavour combination options are good and cover the basics, but the ingredients are a bit bland and basic. Offers for improvement (I prefer savoury so wont comment on the sweet options): Add some fresh ingredient options (load up the greens, cilantro, sprouts); Offer some sharp cheese options (instead of brie and cream cheese); Use bold and creative flavours to give the dishes a kick. Counter service but expect to sit and spend some time, the restaurant is usually quite busy (especially on Saturdays) and of the times Ive been, it takes between 20 and 30 min to get your food.

Taylor Swift and gluten free crepes?????? Count me in. Excellent service; we all had dietary restrictions in the group and the staff was super knowledgeable and helped us decide what was best for all of our needs! Absolutely loved it.

The food was fine, the service was atrocious. I ve never experienced such rude service before. They chastised me for touching a drink I thought was mine on the counter (they sat it down next to my food, I m not sure what else I was to assume) and then loudly complained that they were going to have to make another drink because I had touched it. It was embarrassing and completely unprofessional on her part. I will not be returning.

We went to the Duncan location. We had never been to any of them. My husband had the Seafood Crepe and I had the Apples and Cinnamon Crepe. Mine was delicious. Sweet but not too sweet..crunchy oat crumble in it too. My husbands was stuffed with loads of shrimp and salmon. Came with a little side salad on the plate. A little salty but very good! We liked it so much we plan on going again soon!!

Crêpe heaven! Lovely menu choices of savoury and sweet as well as daily specials. Our party chose 2 savoury with spinach, artichoke and Brie as well as a special Nanaimo bar sweet crêpe. Italian sodas are also available plus a great café selection. A local guide steered us here and we re glad for the chance to have enjoyed our lunch at Ironworks. We ve had the privilege of eating crêpes at the foot of the Eiffel Tower and the Ironworks selections were as good or better.

Best restaurant in Duncan with amazing crêpes! Top 3: Cinnamon bun, Oreo, Ham & Swiss. Relaxed and nice atmosphere. Friendly employees. Would be nice if it was open longer in the evening. (Basically where I spent my exchange semester.)

Came in today for lunch at Duncan location and had an amazing breakfast crepe. Staff was super friendly! even though the place was packed I still got my food super quickly. Will definitely be back in.

Tasty pancakes. Salty and sweet. Dressing and toppings, choose your own choice to find the pancake that suits your taste. Very wide range. You can come here for both lunch and 4 hours. Hospitable and smooth service. Dietary restrictions: There are different doughs with which the pancakes can be made, including vegetarian ones. Kid-friendliness: There is a childrens menu, although pancakes are not really difficult for children.

The food was alright, service was very slow and staff seemed disengaged. When plates were ready for pick up, announcements were so quiet other customers didn t realize their food was ready. I m not sure I ll be back again to this location.

Sooo good. We both had sweet crepes and I can t recommend the coffee and sweet crème one enough! Both the servers were very sweet and quick with both the food and drinks. Great spot, nice and quiet on a Wednesday afternoon

So slow, we were warned would have to wait 20 minutes but it s been quite a bit longer and still waiting going to try and cancel our order because there are still others in front of us There are at least 3 staff members Also the place was Smokey not sure theres any ventilation is this up to code? Could have at least opened the door. Orders ahead of us were coming out broken up and by the time the rest of the order came out the other people were done eating Also it s pretty expensive for meh food

Very expensive, also lacked flavor. Iced London fog tasted like there was no earl grey tea in it. It was just oat milk. Hope things improve here.

We love Ironworks crepes however, a few things that would improve our experience are if the servers asked us what type of batter we wanted instead of just defaulting to the original. Tried the breakfast crepe and it was good but also would suggest that the side salad is not put on the plate because the dressing seeps into the crepe and if you don t like the taste of the dressing, it will ruin the crepe for you. Other than that it s great and the American misto was delish!

First visit last weekend and we will definitely be back. Atmosphere was nice, food looked and tasted amazing.

Basic crêperie. We had their vegetarian savoury crepes which were okay but not fantastic, served with vegetables, garbanzo beans, and sauce - all lukewarm. This place felt a bit too franchise and not enough restaurant. Still, the mochas were delicious.

I had a sweet crepe and it was tasty, however my coworker had the shrimp crepe and it had such little shrimp in it and the shrimp had gone bad. sadly we will never go back as it was pretty pricy for the quality to be that bad

Really delicious crepes with unique flavour options. Loved that they have vegan options and can substitute various ingredients to make it vegan. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We unintentionally came when they were about to close and we re so thankful they still served us.

Not what I expected when I hear the word crepe but such a tasty treat. Had the breakfast crepe and it tasted really good. Tried my partners keto crepe and it was not bad but I think I liked the regular crepes better.
