Not the greatest but not the worst

We had absolutely superb service from Martin this evening, it was very much appreciated.

I drove through.It was great food Parking: There was Wheel Chair exsesable. Kid-friendliness: Oh ya! Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

I love this location. My order is always correct, theyre quick, and the staff is always pleasant.

Both Mill Bay and Duncan Outlets are great if you want to just stop in for a coffee or a quick lunch. There is always seating.

Slow No drive thru Food

They always get it right.

The place was filthy while the workers stood around talking about nonsense. Couldn t find any clean tables as they were filled with garbage or had pop and coffee all move them. Food

I dont know why anyone would go anywhere else for breakfast...the bacon and egger is far superior to an egg mcmuffin. And the full breakfast is delicious and great value...

This is why there is fast in fast food. In a blink of the eyes, my food was ready.

Nice to have beyond meat here for plant based. Not sure if the mayonnaise is vegan but you could have it removed.

Great breakfast, superb service friendly place, they have a tiny girl (mel) there that could run a seminar on customer service, she is so pleasant she always makes my day.... what a shock went in the other day & there were guys serving food that looked like sweaty sumo wrestlers..

Typical A&W... Consistent food. Enjoyed the frosted cups for when you fill your unlimited refill pop. Service was very friendly. Wished they had a monitor that displayed order numbers so you know when your order was ready.

I have been here quite a few times, and I have always had a pleasant experience. The staff have always been friendly and polite. The food has been quite good and hot. Very quick service even when busy. The mens washroom is NOT wheelchair friendly at all! The stall is way too small to use with a wheelchair. It was also not very clean. Wheelchair accessibility: The place is wheelchair accessible. If it is not too crowded, it can be tricky to get around everyone with ones chair. The mens washroom, as I mentioned, is not accessible at all for wheelchairs.

The veggie burgers are cooked on the grill with the meat the fries are cooked in the same oil as the chicken. A & W is not vegan or vegetarian friendly. I wont go back until this changes.

Theres not much better than a teen burger and fries. I cant eat wheat so I get it lettuce wrapped and delicious and crunchy and I dont even miss the bun.

Just went through the drive through, ordered sausage and egger, and decaf. The sandwich was soaked in grease and coffee lukewarm. I use the A&W all the time this is the first time this has happened

ordered 2 orders of onion rings and discovered shortly after the light batter, wasnt evident of new oil but very much under fried, chewy and doughy. Brought it to the shift managers attn. and the narcissist thought it was both funny and unimportant. Certainly wont be back to this location!

Gross-est A&W burger I have ever eaten. Cold, Cheese was solid, Burger Taster off...

I almost didnt stop here because of previous reviews. It was great! I only had a great experience. Considering the place was extremely busy with students from a local high school. The service was fast, the food was hot and fresh. Staff were extremely polite.

This is my go to as a treat for my lunch break at work or a quick snack that doesn t cost an arm and a leg! The Buddy Burgers are inexpensive and do the trick for a quick bite and are surprisingly filling. Service is always fast and efficient when time is short and the restaurant is clean and roomy

Great breakfast

If the people operating the drive thru would simply be quiet for a moment, customers would be able to tell them what they would like, and the entire transaction would go a heck of a lot more smoothly than it does now. Most people generally know what theyd like and are not in need of a fast food sommelier.

No line up and 5 employees by the till. I came in and stood there for over a minute. I asked if anyone was available. They all ignored me. I don t for the life of me know what they were thinking. They seemed distracted filling up sauces or something? The manager on duty seemed to be whispering something in an employee s ear. It was pretty surreal. Total lapse of service.

Beware the drive thru! Ive ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage and bacon and the bacon has been missing but Ive still been charged. This has happened 2 times lately! Double check your food!

What more can I say about the heavenly A&W. Like my last review, this A&W holds up to the quality that I have been blessed with in the past few months. This A&W stands out with its incredibly fast service, I practically had the food in my mouth by the time the order slipped out of my lips. It s been said that A&W is a family restaurant, and it couldn t be more true. I came here with friends and I left with family.

At the Drive Thru today the sweet potato fries were cold and partially cooked. Terrible. Last week the onion rings which are usually great were almost raw. Get on the stick! Your food is better than other fast food places around here.

Worlds fastest A&W drive through, I swear. They got my order right everytime Ive been there too. Service is alright, nobody being rude or snarky, but no joy seems to come from thru there either, but what do you expect from a fast food joint that makes billions and barely pays their staff? Vegetarian options: Were vegan actually, and theres a couple items that are good on the menu

Great Rootbeer with the best onion rings

It was very busy and only 2 cashiers. One was in training and the other one was credit ot debit only. Took half an hour just to place my order.

Context for five stars is for the fast food drive thru options. Burgers are really good and the beef feels fresh, also the tomatoes didnt taste like plastic. I would highly recommend it opposed to other fast food chain.

I Got 2 blueberry pies on way to work. they are obviously over cook or reheated from yesterdays. and there is only about 1/2 of teaspoon filling in it.

Do NOT get the frozen rootbeer! I came here with my friend and we both ordered a frozen rootbeer. When we got them they did not taste good whatsoever, I don t know if it s just me but I thought it would be fizzy, but it was not. It didn t taste like rootbeer either. It tasted like some cheap syrup put over slush. It wasn t worth it based on the price of it. My friend was displeased with theirs too and I am highly disappointed.

Incorrect order, employee advised me incorrectly and then lost my order. Had to go into store to reorder. No point in having a drive thru. Very unorganized

This could be the best A&W in Canada. Two eggs cooked to order, two sausages two small pieces of bacon toast a hash brown and tomato slices with a coffee for 12 bucks, that s crazy in this economy. The food is always well presented and prepared (it actually looks a little like the pictures in the ads) the restaurant is clean and the best part is the staff, always friendly and they are attentive which is amazing and very unlike their competitors just up the road. Keep up the good work, you are all doing great!

Havent had a chance to dine in at an A&W in many years but was pleasantly surprised by how good the experience was. So few things are what you remember them being from your childhood, but that frosty mug of root beer still hits the spot. Well worth taking the extra time compared to the drive thru.

The BEST A&W location on the island. Both FASTER and FRESHER food than other locations. I dont know how they do it and why other locations cant. Keep up the good work!

Cigarette butts scattered outside because smoking is allowed on patio outside even though a butt can is there. Love the food here but cant sit outside and enjoy the good weather because of smoke. Too close to main entrance. Shouldnt be allowed. Also they have two patios...why not make one of them non-smoking???

The onion rings were crunchy and golden brown with just the right amount of seasoni g, the teen burger was dressed exactly to my specifications and the coffee crisp turnover was absolutely dish!!

must be a one off experience but the classic bacon & eggs at this location are awful, rubber eggs that looked like a dehydrated scab & bacon was cold, limp & dripping in fat. smelled horrendous too. needless to say, I returned the meal.

Food was good, there was an old guy dressed in a full cowboy outfit eating poutine in the corner and some guy walked in and handed his electric scooter over the counter to charge. entertaining, 9/10

Definitely one of the better options when it comes to fast food joints. Was immediately handed a frosted mug for my root beer upon ordering. Burger patty tastes more meaty than others. I personally like their onion rings but I suspect the industrial road salt seasoning may carry a lot of sodium. All in all this is a better selection when traveling with the family and/or being in a rush and pinched for time. Several was very polite and positive

Stopped here for lunch, got a teen burger combo which is normally a pretty safe bet. The fries we re very warm and there we re a lot of flys in the restaurant. Flys usually signal issues with cleanliness of a restaurant.

I always order the beyond meat burgers (amazing but usually takes longer to prepare) and theyre always incredibly fast with very little wait time. Ingredients always fresh too!

Pretty standard A&W. The only issue here is consistency with breakfast sandwiches and sometimes running out of sausages. Great service though.
