We love Glow! The staff are always so helpful and patient. We had a peppermint Nanaimo bar over the weekend and it was so good!

The staff is so friendly and it s always a good place to stop and grab a snack/ coffee.

I love getting a treat from glow while passing through town, the breakfast cookies are wicked! The staff are all wonderful and super friendly I m Never disappointed with them! Food

I adore this place. I stop in here every time that I pass through Cowichan. My only wish is that they were open more often. Their juices are so good. The fact that they re organic and reasonably priced is such a blessing. I hope they think about opening more locations around the island, specifically Nanaimo!

A nice space but shockingly small portions. I wouldnt pay $15 again for 6 pieces of organic broccoli, 6 halved brussels sprouts, and a handful of coconut. also their toilet is in a state of disrepair

It was a hot day today, so I went into Glow to purchase a very yummy and nutritious smoothie. I normally do not bring my dog into establishments, but it was too hot to leave him in the car and he was with me at PetSmart before we headed home to Mill Bay. I was greeted by a polite and friendly brunette counter staff member who complimented my dog. I then was approached by a young blonde staff member who was rude and looking at my dog with disgust. She then began waving her hands at my dog and proceeded to tell me in passive aggressive manner that Glow does not allow dogs in their establishment. She seemed very agitated and was snearing at my dog and I. I informed her that normally I would not bring my dog in, but that it was too hot to leave him in my car. She did not change her tone, but asked me to step outside after I ordered. I agreed politely. Once I placed my order, the friendly brunette counter attendant offered to bring my smoothie to me outside. She was calm and professional the entire time. The blonde counter attendant was horribly rude and dismissive. Her behaviour makes me wonder if I should take my business elsewhere. As a side note: Many Duncan establishments allow dogs. I did look for a no pets sign before I entered and did not see one. It would be helpful if Glow put up such a sign and explain to their young blonde staff member working today how to interact with customers appropriately as to not to deter future business.

Very expensive!!

I m not an easy guy to please , I first visited glow to get a super healthy juice to replace high refined sugar drinks readily available on the market . Once I found my go to juices, I started to eat the food that they had prepared. To my surprise the food blew my mind , especially the quesadilla. The food started me on a trend to eat better and enjoy eating whole organic food while cutting out highly processed food. They have something for everybody and I appreciate them being here. I recommend giving it a try and see for yourself!

Healthiest restaurant on the island. Highly recommend for those looking for a quick and healthy lunch. Plant based / vegan menu and raw vegan. Some dishes can be heated up and I recommend the butter vegan chicken (cauliflower) and the raw quesadilla. Also you have to get the cherry or raspberry vegan ice cream. So good. Wish they had another location in Nanaimo.

If you want to be served mediocre food by indifferent teenagers, go here. Not pleasant vibes.

I love this place. Its so healthy and it helps my health as I grew up outside Canada and have been searching for real food when I moved to Canada. And whenever I go out theres a lot of junk food around and I found that Glow serves real healthy food that is good for our gut health. Im a former weight loss Coach and I recommend this cafe to anyone who is willing to take charge of their health like they mean it. Stop wastingvyour money on fast food junk food that will destroy your gut health. Instead invest on real healthy food and you glow and stay healthy and age like wine. Go to GLOW !!! Its worth it.

The folks are this place work so hard to make the most delicious raw food Ive ever seen or tasted ! The juice is my go-to when feeling I need a boost and the ladies are amazing . Great place to pop into for an amazing experience. My favorite salad is seasonal ...the strawberry spinach one ! If I could give 6 stars, I would! A tad obsessed with this place. I have no idea how they offer so much variety; everything is delicious. Super friendly, super chill space to eat in or sit outside. If youre into healthy eating, this is one not to miss. Their rose cardamom bars are probably my fave!

This café is so awesome! The vibes are great! The people are great! And the atmosphere is amazing! Rachel made the best Chai in the world for all the family - it was 5 of us ordering a Chai with Walnut & Brazil nut mylk 3 of us ordered the burrito bowl, 1 quesadilla and 1 mushroom rotini! All were amazing! They also have a nice area for learning about the local spiritual events/businesses and space rentals. Were excited to try the lemon blueberry cheesecake we brought home! Vegetarian options: They are an all plant-based café Dietary restrictions: Theyre very gluten-free friendly & vegan-friendly some desserts and goodies have nuts in them, however, there are food and smoothie options without nuts. They also have dairy-free milk!

A must see spot for anyone in the area, Glow juicer y offered me really good service, the store was super beautiful and aesthetic, and the food while pricey was absolutely to die for, you will rant and rave about this place to your friends afterwards, and I didnt feel sluggish or tired after eating!

A disorganized experience trying to order a product from the online store, I wouldnt recommend. The staff in-person seemed nice but very confused when I showed up a month after ordering and inquired about my items status. It was difficult to get someone from the admin team to respond.

I love Glo Juicery and I love that there s a ton of option. The price is just a little bit steep.

My husband and I really like your product and have been strong supporters of your business. And always had exceptional customer experience in your store until today 19 of May 12 noon, where the person who attended to me was very condescending and who kept rolling her eyes at my enquiries in an obviously irritated manner. I am an experienced intelligent person who practices a healthy lifestyle and do not appreciate to be treated in a disrespectful manner. I will continue to support your business and I understand that everybody has a off day.

The food and other options here are great but if you want most not pre packaged food come after 11am! Coming in at 9 30am I opted for the stuffed mushrooms, the kelp noodle salad and lavender smoothie which were all absolutely delicious!

Service was good but they Did not have 4 out of the 5 juices I came in for. This is incredibly disappointing when you re one of the few healthy spots in town. If something is unavailable maybe put a sign up or cross it out of the menu so customers aren t inquiring about menu items you don t have... EDIT: When I first went in I asked the older lady at the front what was available from the menu and she said pretty much everything so you can imagine my disappointment when one after the other what I wanted actually was not available. We all know the summer is hot and a business like yours could probably do better by preparing as you know there will be a rush. Idk I just don t see a great excuse for not having multiple menu items. I was only visiting so that was my first and last visit to your establishment.

The best! My brother and I go there at least a couple times a week for smoothies and snacks. Our mom has dementia and I didnt think she was capable of forming new memories anymore but since weve been taking her there shes started asking me if we can go to that place with all the delicious stuff, she loves it! Our favorites are the choco mint smoothies and the big breakfast cookies, absolutely legendary, soooo good!

Glow Juicery has become my office where I bring my laptop to do work every day. Natural light, high ceilings, free wifi, spacious, more than enough seating and delicious smoothies and elixirs all day. This place has also been such an incredible hub and gathering place for the community and the staff are so generous and loving. Cant speak highly enough.

Being gf and df this place offers so much convenience for a last minute meal, lunch out, or other -without ever compromising flavor. I send my husband yearly for my Bday cake and simply wouldnt survive without it in town. Ive completed juice cleanses from Lisa purchased and am always wowed by the quality of everything. They have an amazing cashew chocolate/vanilla pudding! I think about it often. Love their ginger mango smoothie as well. I enjoy coming here to finish university assignments. Nice, calm atmosphere.

Harvest Glow juice has been my absolute favorite juice since they created it. Im in love with the tangy citrus as well as the health benefits of apple cider vinegar. So yummy!

Amazing raw food and smoothies and even better staff!

Stopped in on Feb 12th, on my way home to Victoria. I picked up a Buddha bowl $14.00 and a berry energy ball. I ate part of the salad which was jam packed with a good variety of veggies. It was delicious. Everything was so fresh and beautiful/colorfully presented. I saved the res of my salad and had it for lunch the next day. Very filling. The energy ball was good too. Service was friendly and efficient and the premises were immaculate I will return. Kudos to the management of this cafe for having such a well-run and welcoming atmosphere.

First time here. Beautiful menu. I had a delicious juice and some energy balls. Excited to try my raw bagel and cashew cream cheese. Will definitely return. Staff was lovely and helpful.

I love the fast and healthy snacks I can get at GLOW! Running around for work and with kids activities means I need fast options that wont give me sugar crash 30 minutes later and keep me full until I get home.

I spent one week in Duncan at the beginning of the Summer. I must have gone to Glow 5 times! This was my go to vegan restaurant in Duncan. I love the raw food aspect and the staff was super friendly. Rachel was my favourite server. In this photo I had the pizza and my dad had the bagel. We both loved our meals and our drinks. I have yet to find a bad item on the menu. The only thing better than the meals are the desserts. My favourite are the peanut butter cups! If you are looking for a delicious, healthy forward meal head to glow Juicery!

We were unfortunately disappointed with this place. They reviews are excellent, however; the hot food was not satisfactory. I had the butter chicken which had a very odd spice / flavour and way too much sauce. My friend had the soup which had almost no flavour and a latte which tasted like soap. My other friend had the burrito bowl which had a very tiny portion of brown avocado and was most certainly heated in the microwave. We frequent raw food restaurants but this place did not hit the mark. Side note, the energy bowls were great. Also, FYI if you have COVID-19 compliance concerns, this is not the place for you.

Brandy and crew always greet you with a smile and a good morning. Recently discovered the Glow and its my new happy place to go for a real smoothie with real ingredients (organic), I reccomend the Lavendar ? One. Nice sunny tables, where youre welcome to pull out your laptop for an extended stay. Go get your Glow on!

Food was excellent and service was great

Delicious and nutritious. How do you say that about a cake? The cheezecake I had at my birthday was from here and it surprised everyone! To be fair I was sampling their selection for almost a year by then and cant say anything is bad. The honorable mentions are the lavender cheezecake, taco salad, and that activated charcoal smoothie I can never remember the name of. The smoothie and juice selection is far better than anything else in town. Duncan is so lucky.

Great raw vegan and warm food sometimes place. Place is a little expensive but they use really high quantity ingredients.

We loved the experience of walking in and getting raw food, superfood drinks and fresh pressed juices so much that we bought three fresh pressed juices to take home with us. However when we got home, we saw that all three juices we bought had expired yesterday. My husband and I were super disappointed to have spent $30 on expired juices. (Today is June 17 and the expiry on the bottles were June 16, 2019). I am sure this was an innocent mistake, however it is still a huge disappointment when we are spending so much on a high quality product.

I really like the company and what it stands for, the juice and different products as well as the owner. My only problem is when I go to pay with debit or credit I always get asked for the tip option....... If I am already spending a lot on a juice or food and doing take out i dont like seeing that tip option as I dont feel its necessary and makes me feel bad not too etc when i dont think i need to but it still makes me feel bad.

Wow, what a find! All organic ingredients. They even use raw sprouted nuts! This place shocked me. I had the Glowing green smoothie, cardamom rose chocolate cashew square and a raw quesadilla to go. All were amazing. I cannot wait to try all the other products Glow has to offer the next time Im driving through! We need a Glow in Victoria.
