Ordered one night wasnt happy with the pizza. I was given a coupon for a free pizza. Sent my order in and it was exactly what I asked for. I would recommend dominoes, no other pizza restaurant has ever offered to fix a mistake with a free pie. Thumbs-up

Food was good and ready for when I arrived to pick up this will be my go to for pizza now - used to be Pizza Hut but lately we have been disappointed with the food - not the same as it was before, so Domino s it will be!!

Be careful when ordering from this Dominoes through the phone app. My order was 85$ which included a 20% tip. Two days later they reversed the charge, charged me two more time for a total of 185$ than reversed the 85. Leaving me out 20$. My Dominoes app shows it was an 85$ order. These charges happened two days after I ordered. Used to order here all the time. No more.

Pizza quality was great and they didn t cheap out on the toping. Ordered arrived to the BW hotel quickly. They did not square cut as requested, also the driver didn t bring the order to the hotel room ( when I worked for dominos we always went to the door, this isn t too much to ask).

Hair in 2 of my pizzas in less than 2 weeks apart, they sent free ones but to be honest this isnt acceptable! I let the first time slide as a honest mistake and only called them instead of a review like this, the 2nd one I could not. Someone isnt following hair net rules! I think who ever it is needs to be disciplined, I understand accidents happen but not this frequently. This pizza use to be my favorite pizza, now I think Ill be switching to a different pizza place. Absolutely horrible and disgusting to find.. Doesnt even deserve a 1 start at the moment, if you order here dont even tip they need to earn that right back!

Best pizza in town ever.

The fiancé and I drove into Duncan from Ladysmith to pickup groceries with our son at Walmart and decided to pick up a pizza before we went home. I called to order 1 Large Brooklyn-Style Pizza with mushrooms and bacon. I was told it would be 20 minutes for it to be ready, which worked out great. Upon arriving 20 minutes later, I was told that there was a mistake and that they wouldn t be able to make my pizza for another 45-90 minutes because of how busy they are. After asking what they intend to do about that since I have groceries waiting in the car, I only got a shoulder shrug, so I walked out. Was super disappointed at the service and the lack of care towards sorting something out. I was honestly excited to have my favourite Brooklyn-Style pizza.

First time having Dominos in many, many, many years. We were surprisingly shocked how delicious our pizzas were as the price was so cheap. We ordered the hand tossed thin crust MeatZza and Deluxe. Will definitely order again from Dominos Duncan. ***UPDATE: weve had Dominos a few more time since my review and again yesterday , still the same/delicious as the first time. Love the coupons so you can get more for your dollar. Great place to go for pizza for a family without breaking the bank. You wont be disappointed just extremely satisfied

The service is not good, the worker who made the food was looking at me with strange looks, and the worst thing is that he was watching a movie while preparing the food and made a mistake in my order, although I saw him pictures of the order with the name.

Pizza was severely undercooked, barley cut, barley any cheese. The pizza was completely inedible. I tried to call the store and it kept ringing and ringing for approximately 20 minutes before I gave up. Will be contacting customer service/head office unfortunately.

I ve been ordering from here regularly for years. Over the last year or so I ve seen the quality of the pizzas slide down big time. A few years ago I would ve given 4 or even 5 stars but as you see now it s down to one. The last pizza we ordered was ridiculous. The toppings were almost nonexistent. I should ve taken a picture but didn t think about it at the time. I m not normally a complainer but right now I m really thinking about moving to a different pizza place.

Was planning on ordering delivery. But I have cancelled my order and likely not ordering again. If the store wants a 10 dollar prepayment....they can lower the prices considerably. This is an absolute joke! Not like it really matters but this is now one less customer.

i am so unimpressed, will never again pay so much money to get boneless chicken bites that were no bigger then a toonie in size and tasted worse then no name brand, and they decide what sauce you have to get instead of a choice, therewas no marinaria sauce offered or given with card board tasting parm bread bites, and as for the pizza well let me tell you if thats what they call extra sauce id hate to see the lack there of for normal amount and when a customer says 2x black olives and they get around 6 sliced pieces on a large pizza, wooow and who cuts a pizza into squares and not freaking triangles the way pizza should be cut ! for $50 so P!$$& at the lack of value and quality, other than giving me my money back i wont be satisfied at all, i wouldnt want my food replaced it was that dissappointing!!! worst experience ever save your money and go else where... heres a picture of how my pizza was cut

Consistently decent pizza.

Pizza used to be decent and consistent, last two orders the pizza has been so under cooked that its been inedible without putting it in the oven when I get it home. Cold chunky cheese isnt good, kind of puts a damper on the convenience of fast food.

Dominos Tracker for my order was PERFECT! Exactly on time (and FAST!), order was correct, food was (is still!) hot, friendly delivery driver, great food! What more could you ask?!? I ordered from Dominos (Duncan, BC) because their food is great and my last order 3 or 4 days ago was equally awesome! Thanks Dominos!

Caught the employee with a name referred as Josiah or Padeep vocally announcing the final price as $31.10 which was a wrong number as the final balance on the receipt was $21.10. I came back to the store dispute the matter but he gave me back the $10.00 change without protest. Otherwise, the food and service was excellent.

Cant go wrong with the Meatza pizza

I was never a fan of Dominos pizza and usually preferred to order elsewhere. But one Monday night, the boyfriend and I were hungry and craving pizza and since Dominos had a promotion of 50% off all pizzas on Monday, we decided to give it a shot. Man, glad we did! Our pizza was made by Josiah and it was amazing. Fresh, cheesy, delicious everything youd want in a pizza! Weve ordered multiple times since (usually around the same time so its made by Josiah almost every time) and its always awesome. Plus with the coupons they offer on the site, you can get a ton of food for a really great value. Highly recommend the parm bread bites and the chocolate lava cakes as well.

I ordered online for a carry out, I wanted it by 7:30 pm, I got there a few minutes early so waited outside and they brought it to me, it was nice and hot. Exactly what I ordered. Very good, I got a medium for free (except for taxes) as a reward for my points I had, I will be back for sure!!

What I DO have a problem with, is the fact that 99% of other Dominos locations have a Coupon #3012 Carry out special Medium 2 topping for $8.99 and this location has just recently stopped offering that deal!! Ive ordered probably 30 or more pizzas from you using that code. Please come to your senses and reinstate that discount offer!!!! I dont want to take my business elsewhere.

Totally unsatisfied with not only the service, but also the attitude of the employee i just spoke with. After ordering online and being given an estimated time for delivery of 48-58 minutes... I waited 75 minutes before phoning the store. I was bluntly told we are busy tonight so you will have to wait longer I asked approximately how long the wait was, and was told unapologetically at least 45 minutes longer. When did courtesy and customer service go out the window? If customer has to wait over 2 hours for a pizza order maybe a better attitude or a complimentary offer would help the situation NOPE ...
