Just got a Lamb donaire from here. Three small pieces of meat and the rest was lettuce!!! Very disappointing.

Keep your money and spend it else where unless you want cold pizza that s likely been sitting for more then two hours

The donair was more like a gyro... but then again no one seems to be able to top athenas pizza n do airs in Victoria.

This place is horrible I paid 40 dollars for a small pizza that is insane any other place it s 25 dollars roughly and I paid 7 dollars delivery when it comes from 1 minutes away??? Never going back

I enjoy the pizza alot but was not impressed with the service, I ordered delivery and told the guy on the phone twice that I wanted to split the bill with my dad so we will be paying half with debit and half with another debit, he said no problem then when the driver got here he flat out refused to do it claiming that Ali Baba doesnt do that..every business does this even Walmart I think he was just lazy and didnt want to pull out the calculator so he didnt get a tip, if he wouldve split that payment he wouldve got a tip from me and then got a tip from my dad and we both tip atleast 5 dollar each so good job kid u lost out on a tip and now u lost out on a deliver because now Ill just go in and tip the cooks when I split the payment in house

Little bit of a communication breakdown, but as always , severely Delicious!! The Pizza is so so good! Even got a vegan Mexican pizza for my daughter. Ended up having 3 pieces of it. Tasted amazing!

Donair was tiny. Blackened strips of prepackaged donair meat. Paid 12 bucks for something that youd expect to get from a gas station. Skip it.

Ordered from romoeos years... they are gone in duncan... tried dominoes not bad not great......20 years Go had an sli baba pizza victoria was awesome... I got 2 larges Marco polo and Ali bzba special....absolutely horrible....dry no toppings ...went be going back ... 50$ wasted....huge diappointment

This place WAS good until they decreased the size of slices AND decreased the amount of toppings. $14 for 2 chincy slices? Yah right.. Now its not even close to worth the money. What a shame. I used to go here almost every day. They also need to learn to wash their hands after touching money. I watched a guy take cash, then immediately start making pizzas again without washing. Hi there, I am SO flipping mad right now! Right now, I am using my SONS google acount right now because I don t have one but I am so angry! Here s the story: Today I went into your establishment and ordered five large pepperoni pizzas and five more large pepperoni pizzas, and I modified it by adding extra pepperoni and MORE?! And when I obtained those five pizzas and five more I was highly, and I mean HIGHLY, revolted, dissatisfied, enraged, and balistic because I only received SOME extra pepperoni, not extra and more! I use my hard earned money just to pay for what you call pizza? I am never, and I mean never, entering this establishment again. I am super embarrassed and humiliated for you guys. Do better. I am already in contact with corporate and my lawyers are on the phone AS I SPEAK! See you in court libtards

The making of these pizzas is the laziest way of making pizzas. They are THE tasteless pizzas we have ever eaten. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM Ali Baba AGAIN!! No Blue Cheeze sauce on the Black and Blue pizza (which we were looking forward to). No flavor whatsoever on our made-to-order; Ham, Italian Sausage, Fresh Garlic, Spinach, Feta Cheese, Sun-Dried Tomatoe, Roasted Red Peppers, Mushroom, with their own Pizza Sauce... Nodda, Nothing, blanned af! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Delicious pizza

I used to love this place, but since they changed their menu options about 5 years ago I havent liked some of the pizza options. But that not the issue with the low rating... honestly pizza wise its still good... but my issues are: When I call to place an order whoever takes my call some how manages to mess my order up somehow, either wrong pizza, wrong toppings, wrong crust etc.. another time when they delivered they pulled into my neighbors driveway. When they realized it was the wrong address the DROVE ACROSS MY LAWN TO MY DOOR instead of pulling back out on the road and up my driveway. And lastly... the cleanliness of the shop in duncan itself is disgusting... the doors and windows are Filthy. The pop fridge is dirty and the warmer that they keep the sliced pizzas in looks like its never been cleaned. Its time to whip this place back into shape or shut it down there are plenty of other good pizza places in duncan

Best pepperoni pizza in town...

I wasnt thrilled with my pizza. I think there was a spice or herb in the sauce that I didnt care for. I had the ham and pineapple.

Pizza by the slice is a good deal but pizza was essentially flavorless and sauce was watery. Not great, not terrible.

Ali Baba succeeds with its unique and delicious, albeit pricey, pizzas. This location treated me with fantastic customer service, going above and beyond by walking to my car in the parking lot to hand me my order. Highly recommend for great pizza, but just be prepared to pay more than expected.

Ali Baba Duncan has been a favourite of ours for some time. Great staff ..always courteous and on time .. unfortunately the last two pick up orders . Burnt thin crust. I noticed there was only one employee there both times . Recognize we live in unusual circumstance. I ll continue as a customer. My review . only a gentle push to the owners. I wish them good fortune. And will happily report positive change .

Great pizza heard there was an accident up the road so we stopped in and got some delicious pizza for the drive north. Price was good pizza was great.

Their pizza is good; fresh hot and priced well. I ordered a donair as well; the meat was not fresh, it tasted a bit rotten so I smelled it and indeed it was at its turning point. I called to let them know; he argued that the meat was fresh. I told him that I had to trash it. He assured me that he would write it down. If there is a next time for me I will be taking my first bite there so I can get a refund instead of a promise to write about it . Parking: It was late in the evening so parking not an issue.

Delicious!! Service take like 40 to 45 minutes, but it doesnt matter because the pizza is so good!!!

Best pizza in town hands down! They sell by the slice as well which is really 2 slices because they are so BIG ! The crust is the best I have ever had and they have so many menu options. Staff is super friendly

Decent pizza and donairs for an alright price. Always awful service and prices on the menu dont match the prices on the till. If you are going to change the price of an item, you should probably update the menu.

When Alibaba opened more than 20 years ago the franchise was amazing they had things like artichoke hearts and spinach and feda cheese on a pizza they called gourmet it was absolutely amazing even had pesto sauce and it was only $4.20 taxes including the taxes.it was and still a quarter of a large everyday it was phenomenal unfortunately theyre riding on their name more than their providing the same quality of products and services they used to so Im disappointed to say they arent what they used to be however one place that does not do that is authentic pizza they still make their own sauce and dough on a daily basis because theyre vege8tables and me as required and they provide the best pizza experience year and a half hands down if your fortunate enough to get an order.

I used to really like it a lot better when they opened more than 20 years ago in Victoria they used to have an item on the menu called gourmet it had sun-dried tomatoes artichoke hearts pesto feta and mozzarella cheese it was excellent and its only $4.20 for the same size slice thats now $6.50. However times have changed and they dont offer that item anymore, theyre a good choice but Authentic Pizza on Trunk road still beats them 10 to 1 every time!

This location has no soy option for pizza and burnt my pizza so badly that I would be embarrassed to serve it anyone. On the plus side my wifes veggie pizza was nice. I still love Ali babas. Just not this location.

The crust here is unlike any other place in town. Its that slightly dense and elastic type crust, a mix between pan crust and Panago. Pretty solid pizza and they really put a lot of toppings. Their cheese is always a little lightly crisp too.

I hate to say it but this is the worst pizza Ive had . It literally made me sick and poopy . It gave me the worst tummy cramps . the guy working there was kinda rude and didnt seem like he cared at all. I definitely will not be back. I suggest Little town pizza in Chemainus . more expensive but worth every penny.

Dont judge this place by the pizza they serve at counter for walk ins. The pizza that you order for delivery doesnt look or taste the same - its way better. We were sort of hesitant to try it, but when it came it tasted awesome. Their menu has a good selection and some unique ideas. Very well made pizza with prices comparable to Romeos.

There wasnt enough cheese.. the pizza was kinda dry. The sauce for the wings didnt have much flavor The bread was overcooked and bland. It was Romeoes pricing but not romeos quality.

We ordered a large, thin crust half pepperoni and half Hawaiian. How can you ruin that...its pretty basically, right?!? $28 and change....we picked it up....it is by far the absolute worst pizza EVER! I was looking forward to chilling out with our grand daughter after a great day at the Centennial Water Park. Such a disappointment! I wish we had gone for a Burger & fries at McDonalds....we would have been more satisfied!

They charged me for two pizzas and only delivered one. When called they hung up and did it resolve the situation. Almost $38 for one pizza is ridiculous and the customer service was atrocious! I will not be ordering from here again. What a disappointment.

Pizza was ordered online. It took almost 2 hours. When it arrived it was almost cold and tasted burnt. When i tried to call the number on their website it asks you to enter your parties extension and you cant reach anyone. Absolute worst service from beggining to end.

Consistently delicious pizzas. Their pottofini gluten free crust is the best I have come across to date. A tad expensive but very filling and fully loaded pies.

My wife and moved to Duncan in December of 2014. Since trying several pizza places in town Ali Babas is the best. We order regularly and the pizza is always great. Bring your appetite because they are always loaded with toppings and the staff is always friendly.
