Don't eat here. Can't follow even basic food safe handling practices. Watch a worker handle cash then proceed to making pizzas without washing hands, and another working running hand through hair and touching face and returned to work without washing hands.
Little Caesars Pizza is the best pizza in Duncan. There is no question or doubt about that. My fav is the DEEP DISH Hawaiian with extra cheese. It comes in a rectangular box. There is 8 pieces all rectangular cut and this is truly an amazing pizza. The pizza is very thick, consistently cooked perfect and is not oily like some pizzas from other pizzerias. The staff are always pleasant , happy , and easy to deal with. I usually order about 15 minutes ahead of picking up , and have never been disappointed. The pizza is always ready on time,... cooked perfect with generous toppings. Little Caesars pizza in Duncan has an excellent location being in the Thriftys plaza. Reason being it is so incredibly easy driving in / out and large ample parking stalls make for an enjoyable experience overall. The menu has many items on it all being delicous . So I ordered a pizza then my son decided to have a different pizza cause he doesn't like pineapples so, I asked the worker here today December 1st @ 12:50pm to switch the order to a pepperoni. He tells me it's in the oven already, I get it but it's cheaper then the Hawaiian but I feel like he didn't want to process what I wanted.. poor service. Like he wouldn't look at me as a customer. He looked at the door dasher when I walked in first... so poor service for me
Had my order messed up but staff was really nice about it. Manager helped us out big time and was fast to get a new pizza done for us and our kids. Definitely would go back and they are ready to help if mistakes are made much thanks from the McKenzies!
I called 2763 Beverly St, Duncan, BC V9L 6X2 location to order couple of classic peproni pizzas and requests to get them made fresh but employee who picked up the phone laughed at me And said it's our cheapest pizza we can not make it fresh it's our store policy. It was pretty embarrassing and bad costumer service how he was talking to me. This policy is not written anywhere in the store that we can't get it fresh. I was really disappointed, I have been going to little Ceasars for years 😔
Called ahead of time with my order, 1 pizza, 1 bread sticks, 1 stuffed bread sticks & 1 cinnamon sticks. Told them on the phone that I'd be sending in my 12 year old son with cash for the order, I have just had surgery so I couldnt come inside. They said absolutely no problem at all. 20 minutes with my son waiting for the order and $50 later he came out with double of everything, no receipt and he had to correct the man of the fact he had already paid. 🤦🏼♀️ oh well. We ate a lot of pizza.
Called ahead of time only to get more than half of our crazy breads practically uncooked and doughy. (Photo Included) We're trying to bake them more in our own oven to save the rest & our $ - But unfortunately my husband is feeling the effects of eating some of the raw dough and already feels really unwell. I understand a rush but quality should always come first. Never again. Unfortunate because they have good taste sometimes. That's the only reason it's 1 star higher, good tasting recipes.

Wasnt overly impressed with the crazy bread, but it was probably my own fault showing up 10mins before closing. I got what had been sitting in the warmer for a while. A word to the wise, if you find yourself pulling up to a little caesers before closing....dont! Lesson learned. Staff was super friendly though

I fould white wrapper plastic in my food and i told the Staff and they were kinda brush off the whole thing...i dint had the money to buy anything else slept hungry that day.

Theres never anything ready, no matter what time of day you go in. There only ever seems to be 2 or 3 people working, and most of the staff seem to be inconvenienced by having to serve you. If you open at lunch time it would make sense to have at least 3 or 4 items ready to go (isnt that the point of the Hot n Ready?) especially given the close proximity to 2 schools.

Inconsistent. Sometimes good, sometimes gross or undercooked. Shame, crazy bread is my favorite!

Its beter tha dominoes, if that counts The 899 pepperoni thincrust is actually really good. The regularly pepperoni pizza is absolut garbabage though cheap price at least in a world of 20$+ pizzas that are no better tha delissios from Walmart for $3

Didnt have the hot and ready pizza at five dollars like the advertisements claimed was told twenty minutes on that, did end up getting it a bit earlier than claimed but still thats the one thing the company advertised on.
The website wont direct you to a menu. It just takes you to the town little Cesars website with a link to facebook. Would loved to have tried them out.
There was no hot n ready items and they could have discussed the schedule situation when there was no customers. They didnt have to leave customers standing waiting to take an order

Ok its Little Caesars, what can I say. If youre ok with greasy, cheap pizza then this is a safe bet. Actually there really is a lot of value here. If you eat frozen pizza then maybe you should eat Little Caesars instead. Its far better and probably priced very competitively. Just writing this review is making me hungry haha

There was a child! 9 years old, oldest. Spinning a little Caesars sign around on the side of the highway in the dark!! No cement barrier. On the main stretch on the highway! Are you serious. Would not support this business
We ordered two pizzas both with mushrooms, onions, and pepperoni and yhey charged us for it and didnt put it on the pizza then refused to either remake the pizza, or give a refund for the extra charges associated with the add ons. CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE MAX!
