Kindly ensure an order pick-up sign is clearly displayed to avoid confusion for those standing in line to place orders. This will help prevent misunderstandings about why someone picking up an order is served ahead of them. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience today when a rude individual, making a racist remark, insisted that I stay in line even though I was only there to pick up my order. It ruined my weekend.
I completely screwed up my pizza order and it had nothing at all to do with the lovely folks behind the counter. They were so kind and considerate and more than understanding. The pizza is great too! Don't pass this place up! I will come here every time I am in Duncan.

Very friendly service with sincere gratitude and smiles. The pizza is delicious- thin but not too thin crust, generous toppings, yummy cheese that doesn’t taste cheap (iykyk) All the favourites you would expect and really delicious flavours like Tandoori Chicken, butter chicken & shahi paneer! Way better than any of the big brand companies and very competitive prices. We’ve been a few times now and will go many more. Thanks for being awesome!
The pizza here is beyond amazing! I have to be honest, I didn't have high hopes for this place after trying it when it was FreshSlice, but I am impressed... Not only the quality of the food, but the friendly staff, clean restaurant, comfy seating, and great prices make Local Pizza so awesome. We ordered two medium pizzas and devoured all of them because they were so good that we couldn't stop eating. This is one of my new favorite pizza places for sure.

Such an awesome pizza shop i been after long time food was up to marks I ordered shahi paneer pizza it had very fine pizza crust and taste is really too good staff was very humble and polite everything is outstanding .

Weve picked up slices and ordered whole pizzas and its really good. Unique flavours and super reasonable prices! The best in town for sure.
BBQ chicken and the not so Hawaiian were great. Live the extra BBQ sauce on the BBQ chicken one. Ordered it and walked in 15 minutes later, and they were just slicing it up.
Ordered for delivery, my order came half an hour earlier than expected! The pizza is delicious, I will definitely order from here again.

Gluten free household here! Weve tried every gluten-free pizza in this town and hands down, this crust was so good, we worried we got the wrong pizza! Created our own BBQ chicken with that garlic pizza sauce ... speechless. Price comparable to anywhere else youd get a dry, thin, from-frozen GF crust at $26 before taxes and delivery fees. I can only assume it was made from scratch in-house - doughy, soft, crispy, and holds shape even with loaded toppings. Only waited probably half an hour for it to arrive through Door Dash. Yall doing the Lords work for Duncans gluten-sensitive! Id give it 10 stars if I could - well be ordering again for sure! Dietary restrictions: (See above) - gluten-free crust available in 12 size, which is more than enough for two people.
Great tasting pizza!
Wife went in to order a pizza, first time weve been here. There was 2 guys at a table eating. She was ignored by staff for a bit of time. When your staff came to take her order and she started talking to them he turned and walked away to continue making an order. Needless to say she walked out. By the reviews your pizza sounds good but customer service on this day really sucked. Dec28@630 approximately.
These guys make great pizza. The best combination of quality and value in Duncan. They dont skimp on toppings! Thats the #1 problem with other pizza places who only care about maximizing their profit. Local Pizza doesnt rip you off, their pizzas are loaded. Lots of specialty pizzas to choose from (spicy tandoori chicken is my favourite). Very hardworking staff, very friendly, and happy to accomodate your preferences or make recommendations. They can get a little busy during dinnertime hours, but its worth the wait.

LOCAL Pizza in Duncan went above and beyond for our Duncan Cowichan Chamber of Commerce Retro Bowling event. The pizza was delicious, piping hot and the feedback was fantastic! Dietary restrictions: We ordered the Vegetarian pizza and it was delicious and the Gluten Free pizza was equally amazing!

My household has been ordering from here since we discovered they exist. Love the pizza quality and freshness of ingredients, the house made ranch, and pizzas with flavours from India. What I am most impressed by is that the one time they made a small mistake on my order they offered to remake the pizzas with absolutely 0 hassel or request by me. Absolutely top notch customer service, they even threw in a free house made dip. Could not be more impressed!

We order Meat Lovers and BBQ Chicken and both are hot, always the same delicious taste. Order through their website for delivery and its the same pizza but its cheaper than using other delivery services. Highly recommend

I recently found local pizza in Duncan when heading up island. The pizza is well made, reasonably priced and delicious. Best pizza Ive eaten in a long time. It is well worth making a trip back up to Duncan just for the pizza. Parking: Small parking lot that is used by other businesses in the same building. I didnt have any problems finding a spot to park.

Vegetarian options: The Desi veggie is AMAZING! Best veggie pizza I ve had 10/10 recommend Kid-friendliness: My kiddos LOVE pizza! The workers are so good about doing half and half so my husband can have a spicy side and the kiddos can have a non spicy side! Also the cheesy bread is to die for - my kids absolutely love it (so do I)

Pizza was dismal. Extra large for 30 dollars weighed nothing. Asked for extra cheese didnt get that at all. And went back to complain and they just stood there and looked at me. Very disappointed. Went to burger King and got food after.

My family and I ate that this restaurant today. The pizza was piping hot and delicious when we tucked into it for lunch. We asked that the pizza be ready at a specific time and it was, on the dot. If you live in the Duncan area you probably already know how good this pizza is, and if you are just passing through, you owe it to yourself to grab a slice so you dont miss out on something special.

I went for pizza with my son and husband. The pizza was great, my picky toddler loved his cheese pizza and my husband and I wolfed down our pepperoni pizza. The workers were very friendly and polite. I highly recommend rhis restaurant for any serious pizza fan!

This is the best pizza in town. Looks like they have added some new flavors recently. You will get good quantity of toppings in each pizza. The owner and the crew are very friendly and courteous. I ordered their pizza recently for a party and every single person loved it. Will visit again for sure!

I tried Local pizza for the first time yesterday, and let me tell you, I am not disappointed. If you need a fast bite to eat, there was ready to go pizza in the hot case, and if you wanted to make your self a personalized pizza, they will make it for you with a smile. I will definitely be going again. 5 stars for me.
Just ate lunch here. Had a small concern about my order and the staff went above and beyond to make it right. Ive honestly never seen service as friendly and hardworking as the group who manage this restaurant. Great pizza, even greater service!

So I thought I would give these folks another chance when they changed from Fresh Slice, but its the same old nonsense. They said they were looking forward to seeing me again, but then when I do come in, two hours before their closing, they refused to take my order because they were closing early. despite having no signs anywhere indicating as such and having their delivery driver running orders and having people behind the counter making pizza. I guess they really dont want my business after all. Done with this place and I would not recommend that anyone go there. Its a waste of time. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is really good, great crust, great sauce. Ive worked at restaurants and pizza places on and off 18 years all together, so I know food. The food, the stuff, are great, the store is super clean, and the owner is super friendly. I will definitely go back again and again.
