Bad delivery driver I think he was the one cooking and put the teeth marks in my food.

Skimping on extra cheese.. I can actually see the pizza dough through the cheese.. Usually takes a few minutes for someone to answer the phone.. Get the feeling that noone who works there gives a damn.

I miss the pizza hut of old, but its a quick easy pizza place to get. Especially when the buy one full price get three next 2 or 3 for 5 bucks

This place was my go to pizza place cause I loved their stuffed crust (as overpriced as it may be) but they ve clearly decided to go to a cheaper cheese with absolutely no flavour. It tastes exactly like frozen stuffed crust. It was extremely disappointing

Phoned Duncan, no answer, tried online ordering didnt work, got call center made my order, which they transferred me to Nanaimo without my knowledge (I live in Duncan) after an hour delivery driver in Nanaimo phones my son, starts swearing at him...yet it was their screw up. Called order center number asked my son if he would like to be transferred to head office, he said yes..then they disconnected him. Dont order from this place, now we have a kids that have been waiting to eat for over an hour, with no remedy. Pizza Hut will never have our family nor our friends as customers again. Duncan and the ordering center have been a horrendous ordeal for us all. In the End we gave up being treated badly, we went to LITTLE CAESARS! While waiting my daughter in-law was talking with them about our experience, heres the kicker, Little Cesars gave us two orders of stuffed crazy bread complimentary, wow they didnt do a thing wrong yet they gifted us . My New Pizza place

Tried to place an order on their website on Friday but after two unsuccessful attempts (no reason given, just the order failed and pls try again!), I called in to their call center and was told the store closed at 7 PM vs 11:45 PM. No indication on their website about the early closure, it still showed open, it let me select the location, and I could still place an order with them on DoorDash. Now I understand that things happen and sometimes you have to close early, but they charged me twice for an order that failed and was never even placed. And when I contacted them via social media a few days later to find out when I would be getting the funds returned to my card, I was told I had to call their customer service line to get my money back, essentially making it my problem instead of theirs. As much as I like their pizza, their poor business practices and customer service means I likely wont be ordering from them again.

Could use more cheese and sauce but a nice treat.

So disappointed. They stopped making our fav pizza (butter chicken), their prices have skyrocketed, hard to understand staff as English does not appear to be their first language and they speak TOO SOFTLY, and topping have become quite sparse. PH used to be a fav, but not anymore.

Online ordering systems super glitchy. It places my order twice , one as paid one not paid. I ordered and paid 4$ for extra cheese and not only did I not get extra cheese, I got less cheese than normal! To the point where I couldnt even see it. Very disappointing. Dont offer it as an option if you are not able to do it.

Food was delivered by Doordash, regardless, in plastic containers for boneless bites, and the bites dressing was on half of them, not evenly worked into or tossed! Super disappointed. Not hard to toss boneless bites and evenly to distribute. Also, to send in plastic, gets cold immediately! Thanks..

I ordered and paid online. 2 hours later I didnt have my order so I called 3 times no answer. I called a 4th time and got an answer finally and they told me they would remake my order and send it with 2 free 2 liters of Pepsi. It arrived 3 hours after me initially making my order and my pizza was missing toppings and I did not receive my free 2 liters. Im very disappointed and will never order from here again.

Never again for pizza hut. Announced yesterday they were giving out drag queen books to small children. Disgusting to do that to young kids. Wait until they are older. Shame on you. Will boycott you and all my friends as well.

I was feeling homesick since Im from America so I decided to see what Pizza Huts here are like. They actually did a pretty good job. Not sure if theyve changed staff since those other reviews or what, but they answered the phone when I called my order in and they got my order exactly right, and it was ready when I got there. My only criticism is that I was craving their thin & crispy crust and what I got was not the same as thin crust pizzas in the states, not sure if they accidentally gave me some variant of hand tossed or what...? Might try again and see. But their boneless wings were absolutely delicious and they followed special instructions well. ^_^ Thanks!

I was visiting my relatives in Duncan & decided to call for pizza delivery, was told I would have to order & pay online, pay relatives were going to treat us & could not pay online prefer cash, plus I was told it would be delivered by Doordash! I would prefer to have drivers who work for the company. Long story short, I hung up & order from Panago who quite happy to take my order over the phone, delivery & paid with cash plus a good tip. Shame on Pizza Hut! I will not ordering from this ever again!

This location ripped me off. I placed a online order for delivery and after it was placed it said pick up time was such and such. I immediately called to cancel the order since they didnt deliver to Cobble Hill. They assured me that my money would be refunded but it it never came. Thiefs!

Have been waiting over 2.5 hours... We cant even cancel because the call center seems to just pick up and not say anything? Then get snobby with us saying we wont be paying for the order because its now been close to 3 hours and got back do what you need to do

The most inconvenient experience Ive had ordering fast food. Currently on hour 3 of waiting for my food after 1 hour on hold trying to figure out why its saying its delivered, when it has not been delivered. Countless transfers to people that cant do anything and the only thing close to a solution they had was to send a report to the location that doesnt care enough to answer their phones. Go to any of the other pizza spots nearby.

I love going to pizza hut their pizza is awesome I like your personal little pizza I usually get two of them Hawaiian and ladybug my dog and I eat it yummy yummy I also work for doordash and I get a lot of orders for there Ive never had to wait no more than 5 minutes for the order the service is great the people that work there are awesome theyve always served me with a smile and also make sure that I am satisfied with my orders for my customers keep up the good work guys

The covid line up system is frustrating as the employees dont enforce the waiting room rules so people with ready orders cant get in without breaking the rules but the food is consistent

Not impressed. Ordered large garlic bread, Calzone, DIET coke and extra sauce. Didnt get the sauce, no complimentary marinara sauce and there was only one slice of garlic bread? Not to mention I got sprite LOL Everytime I order something you guys always mess it up. I called to complain and you tell me I was wrong when I have the receipt to prove? Come on..

Pizza is always great at this place

So greasy I almost couldnt eat it. Service is good toppings are good. Crust is basically seep fried in oil and the sauces are a bit vinegary. Doesnt deliver to Crofton. Panago does even though its further. Door dash might but their online booking might be a in house delivery driver. Have definitely had better experiences than the recent. I feel like they got sloppy and used too much. Well ask for half oil if order again.

Extremely rude staff

Best thing we got was a refund. Ordered pizza and eight drinks. Took so so long to arrive about 1.5 hrs and we were starving by the time the guy arrived. After delivery guy left we realized they forgot our eight drinks. My wife cried. We tried calling to get the drinks: we phoned nine times. They literally answered just to hang up on us. Had to leave my family and get in the car and drive down there, wait in line and then ask them for a refund. Disgraceful.

This is a great place with super chill staff. Everytime I go in, Im greeted with warm smiles,and great attitudes. The place does seem to be understaffed at times, but they seem to keep up really well with the work. And what really matters is that the staff are working hard to insure that my order is correct.

Not sure if this is a store problem or delivery driver problem, last time I ordered the delivery driver dropped off at wrong location. This time order didnt arrive on time and the wing container was open...which resulted in sauce on all of the boxes and the wings being cold.

Terrible experience with this pizza hut, it took over 2 hours before our delivery to arrive. When I called to complain they just said sorry, but theres nothing they can do about it. Save your stomach the hunger pains and dont order from here.

Placed order on line. Unfortunately Covid Pandemic has presented a resource shortage for drivers resulting in the order being an hour or more over ETA. When I was able to get thru on phone line as they were really busy, the manager offered me a 20% discount if I was able to pick up myself, so I chose this option. When I arrived he discounted it substantially more which was greatly appreciated, as it had been 2 1/2 hours since I placed order originally. The food was hot and delicious

Worst service ever everytime I go in there they just stand around and make you wait forever for your food, can barely understand English which also makes it very frustrating. And tonight I tried to order pizza online and it was such a screw around it wouldn t work, kept saying my total had to be $12 or more, which it was at $34.09 I kept trying and trying and still wouldn t work, so I phoned the store maybe 20 times in 10 minutes (maybe not that many but a few indeed) and no one answers ever , not even an answering machine system. All in all, not so impressed with Pizza Hut Duncan, and this isn t the first time.

Good pizza with fair deals...especially online. The problem is their website always gives me an error so I have to call/walk in to place my order.

The delivery driver didnt only get lost he went to a few of my neighbors houses opened up the pizza box then asked if they ordered the pizza. Was cold by the time it got here.

Super dissatisfied with this location. The people are super friendly, but the last 4 times I have ordered, the delivery has been way over an hour later than estimated and cold. Tonight (as Im still waiting for my order) I tried to call 11 times. No pickup, but always disconnected. Last time I ordered, when I did talk to a manager they didnt really care. I guess we are done trying here. Edit: Pizza never came. I drove into town (2 hours AFTER the estimated delivery time... so 3 hours after ordering) and got my money back. The pizza still wasnt ready at that point despite it saying online that it was getting ready to be delivered.

So I order 2 mozzarella for my daughter and her friends after 15 hr day of work I knew it was getting late so asked if I could sneak an order on 20 min before they closed I gave them my phone number as always. They do not ever offer delivery service to us and we only 15 minutes away I was going as fast as could and was about to run out of gas and couldn t risk it. So I showed up 5 minutes to late.... they not even the decency to call me with the phone number that I gave them .. I spent 30 minutes @ 1040 at night after working since 6am !!!! I know everyone has life s but seriously what s even the point in taking my phone number so you won t even use it I would have tipped very generously had they of thought of me as a customer.. not just a number... So now I will be enforcing my daughter changes her favourite pizza place to one that cares about there customers I hope Pizza Hut makes this right I will be hopeful. For now Not impressed either way ..... Was very excited for our dinner Thanks

Aweful service and aweful food called and made a 50$ order they forgot our chicken tenders and the large pizza had barley any cheese on it when I called to complain the guy told me that no we put cheese on all our pizzas when I informed him that the issue was not NO cheese but that the cheese was not even covering 60% of the pizza you could literally see the bread and there was hardly any sauce he said that he would replace the chicken tenders because he knew he forgot to give them to us (didnt call my number on file just hoped I wouldnt notice even though we paid for them) but that he didnt care about the pizza being so porly made we didnt even eat it and ended up throwing most of it out. This is not the first time we have had Gross food and bad sevace from this place I would choose Romeos pizza in town they are way better and much better service this place it not worth the money.

Pizza tastes ok but I ordered half black olives and green pepper on our pizza....there was literally 3 tiny slices of black olives and 5 tiny slices of green pepper.....every 4th bite you might get your extra topping....NEVER ordering from there again....and VERY expensive!

Tried calling the Duncam location for 35 min . No answer, nothing . Website said they were open. I thought they were too busy , maybe they could at least answer the phone and put me on hold . I drive there and ask why they are ignoring customers as another customer next to me says the exact same about calling with answer. He says the service is down , I can see and hear the phone ringing as hes saying this and completely ignored the phone. No customer service at this location. Also ... I ask him for a glass of water and he said we have no cups .

Websites seems to be down every other day. The inconsistent customer service has turned me away.

Terrible service from multiple locations. Pizza hut has gone way downhill. Cant even get service, or its not as advertised (only thin crust available, and wont honour online deals from website when website doesnt work). Website hasnt worked right for years. I think they keep it that way to rip people off. Tragically unhip.

Their pizza is far too expensive. Even on sale, two medium pizzas with three toppings is going to run you about $35 with delivery and then there is a standard expected tip on top of that. As for the pizza itself...The large are always doughy and under cooked. We order the medium to be sure the dough is done right. Dont order their thin crust. Its like hard crackers and their cheese filled crust is tasteless. But no matter what pizza you buy there, youll always get dried out toppings that are burnt on the top. They leave the toppings sitting out for days, and arent fresh or high quality. They are also very stingy with their toppings and cheese. I ordered mushrooms and got 3 total on a medium sized pizza.

The walk in deal for $8.99 was hot, crispy and delicious.

They online ordering system failed to deliver my order to the restaurant, I told them what my order was, they neglected to subtract the bacon from my pizzas and only made three of the four I ordered until I asked where is the other one and when I explained I specifically said no bacon, they didnt even offer to fix the mistake, I was able to get the fourth pizza that I had already paid for but was never made until I asked where it was made correctly. So I had to pick off all of the bacon leaving pork fat still in my food! I was trying to be kind and understanding but there is a limit and I feel they exceeded it by a large margin.

Believe me, I have ate some good pizzas, but I believe this Pizza Hut has the best pizza anywhere !! We ordered 4 pizzas last night, they quoted me a delivery time and made it on time, maybe even a little early, the fella who delivered the pizza was friendly and polite, the pizza smelt so gooood and tasted perfect. I would, and do recommend this outlet to anyone in Duncan to order their pizza pie from. Yay for good pizza !!!

Just ordered a pizzone to to my job site this is what i get for 20$ 90% dough. I usually pizza hut pizzones because they are foll of stuffing. I called and asked if they had forgotten to fill it and the woman told me if i wasnt happy not to eat it and bring it back to them for a refund. .. The whole purpose of ordering pizza was i had no lunch... I told i wouldnt be ordering from tgem again and she hung up on me. I was hungry and didnt have time to get anything else so i ate it but I will not be ordering here again.

I went there to get a we quick bite to eat, they dont make the price of items wildly known, if you want to substitute one topping for another they will charge you for a topping vs keeping the price the same and you wont be notified until you pay for it and examine the receipt. Otherwise they are like any other Pizza Hut, this location has limited seating available.

I have ordered pizza from this place and they delivered to me before. Well this time the Manager said they dont deliver to my address. She made me feel like I wasnt telling the truth that they delivered to me before. Wont order from here again. Horrible customer service from the Manager.

Terrible. We ordered from them for delivery in Duncan, BC. They cancelled the order without calling the house. When we contacted them, they told us we are out of their area. Too busy to drive out our way, we were told. Well.....no worries, we ordered from Alibaba without problems. Last time I order from Pizza Hut, let alone recommend them to anyone.

First time we try to eat at this restaurant, we could not get a stuffed crust pizza. The second time, I ordered online. They called me back and told me that they could not make my 5 five cheeses stuffed crust. They were out of cheese. What kind of pizzeria runs out of cheese!!! Absolutely unacceptable.

I try to order from them every saturday to get the veggie lovers online deal. Its hit or miss on quality and time it takes to arrive, but lately, its all miss. The incompetent drivers apparently dont read the full address to see the details about where I live, so they wander around the property aimlessly. Lately when they finally do find me, my pizza is hardly warm, and it is all pushed to the side of the box. They forgot my dip on my order when I only had 3 things on the order. They have been 15+ minutes late past the delivery promise time. Now, their shitty site is glitching and wont let me do ANYTHING online. It keeps changing my delivery address to the address of the pizza hut store, so I cant finish the order because the dumb site thinks I want to order to the store. So I called in and explained my problem and tried to order the 10$ deal of the week pizza, and they said its online only. So the phone call ended without me ordering any pizza and I guess they dont care enough to honor their deal. I have had enough bad experiences from this place now, the pizza tastes great but the service is horrible. Youve lost a good customer.
