The wheelchair door is typically remaining locked or without power. It is a bit frustrating that when you go to spend money at a place and the doors remiled locked Wheelchair accessibility: One of the few places around town that actually has electric door openers for wheelchairs

Veggieburger definitely tastes better in Germany, but you shouldnt eat it here :D Vegetarian options: Little alternative and not so good

The environment is pretty good for Burger King, but there are strange people around the restaurant. Feels not good. Vegetarian options: Vegan burger and impossible whopper

Dont waste your time, theyre closed. Theyre always closed. Staffing issues for the past 3 years, very poorly managed obviously..just stay away.

Im tired of trying with this place. I want to make it my go to place for lunch because the food is cheap and its nearby. But, half the time I walk there the restaurant is closed to in house diners. Ok, I try to call them. Most of the time I get no answer so I have to hope the restaurant is open. When I do get an answer its just a, uhhhhh, hello? Never a, Hello, this is Burger King, how may I help you? Then inside at the counter the same thing. When my order is ready, some kid will hand it to me without acknowledging me, no Heres your order, is there anything else I can help you with? Or Here you go, have a nice day. Nope, they just hand you your food with a dead look in their eyes, then turn away from you as soon as they can. Pros: Close by, cheap food. Cons: Lack of professionalism/Customer service, Restaurant hours are inconsistent and change day by day, Cant even call them to find out if they are open, you just have to hope they are.

For a fast food joint, they are actually pretty good. Never had a problem with the staff or the food. Food is always hot and cooked fresh. Never had to wait. Maybe Im a lucky one, but Id say its one of the better fast food places in Duncan

Whenever I go to Burger King the employees are very kind and respectful they make sure that you have everything you need

I ordered a Wopper Jr. It came with onion, pickles and a bit of ketchup. No tomato or lettuce. Very disappointing!!! However, their poutine was very good.

Actual bad bro i live in australia and im in canada rn and aus has hungry jacks and there burger is big and has more veggies and burger here at burger king the burgers are so small they are smaller then a dorito and they only put ketchup in and we have to add sauces ourselves and there is only 2 peices of lettuce one string of onion and cutof tomato and chedder cheese and a swirl of ketchup Vegetarian options: There vegies that are placed in the burger are low quality they barely put anything in

Awesome staff. Maria at the front made a point to engage with my seven year old granddaughter which made her day. Always happy to have a chance to enjoy a whopper too!

Staff are friendly and fast, but food is terrible. Tried Butter Chicken burger, advertised as crispy chicken with butter chicken sauce. Basically got no sauce. If your burger is centered around a sauce, use the sauce!! Ketchup nuggets just pain nuggest dusted with something vaguely Ketchup coloured, zero taste of Ketchup. Hopes werent high to begin with, but most disappointing meal ever

Its a Burger King. Good stuff though.

They made a minor mistake (nuggets instead of burger kids meal), and immediately fixed it- replaced the burger and let us keep the nuggets. Seems small but this is the kind of service that s so often missing. Mistake fixed- no wasted food! Thanks Abdul and team. :)

Gross... ordering was painfull. People working here are a depressing example of human intellect. Probably the worst whopper ive ever eaten. Cold rubber comes to mind. Deffinately the most ibe ever paid for a whopper. 100% will never return. 100% love burger king. This one needs to be forced closed and sold to a new owner completely. Imo

Ordered online on the BK site for delivery, the order was accepted and $33.62 funds taken out of the bank account. Half an hour later received a message that the order was cancelled and money will be refunded within several business days. No reason given. No answer at the BK business line. Not cool. At all.

First off we ordered three burgers and three fries we ask that the burgers did not have ketchup onions or Mayo, but when we got home the burgers were covered in mayo all three burgers and all we had left to eat were fries but the fries were covered in salt way too much salt!!! we were in the Drive-Thru and they told us to go wait in the little parking lot area and it took so long to get our food we had to go inside and see what was taking so long and our bag of food was just sitting on the side counter getting cold well were waiting in the parking lot for 10 to 15 minutes when they said we will have your food out to you in 2 minutes! we have been to this Burger King before and we have had problems with it some of the workers theyre harassed us and yelled at us and customers were filming it because they prepared our meal wrong and we asked them to make us a new one I am definitely not happy with the service or the food

Really? July 7, 2022, around 2pm. Staff on the floor could be heard audibly laughing and joking about their fellow employees terrible ice cream cone, which Id ordered. They then served it to me anyway. Who hires and trains these people? +1 star because Ive had a good ice cream cone here before. But just look at this thing. How does everyone on a whole team of professionals agree to serve this?

It is a national fast food chain. The food is what it is. If you expect the world... it is on you. I am more annoyed that this location has been drive through only for almost two years. I get it.. covid...staffing etc blah blah blah.. You are the last place around that hasnt opened up inside dining. Figure it out.

Whoppers were fresh and delicious, copious amounts of pickles, and the fries are low key some of the best fast food fries. Staff were cheery and helpful. Solid place to grab a burger while on the road.

Tried to order a Whopper at 6:30pm and they were out. Isnt that the main attraction at Burger King? The day before I tried to order and they closed before they were supposed to with no notification or closing the drive thru lane. Employees hanging out in the parking lot ignoring the people trying to order at the drive thru. I watched several cars drive up, sit there and have to back out of the drive thru. The employees that were standing there could have at least told the people that they were closed.

Burger King is now CLOSED on Sundays at 6 PM due to staffing issues. Both Dining room and drive thru. I would say upper management need changed! McDonalds and Wendys is open down the road go there! Please adjust hours to reflect!

Service is slow, and the poor drive through speak has terrible audibility. Staff can never hear you due to the traffic noise so expect to repeat yourself. Building needs some TLC but, its BK. Always a step behind their competitors. Food is good though.

If I could give them no stars I would! TERRIBLE service. They interupt you as youre ordering, never listen to what youre saying while trying to order as well. Get your order wrong because they do not listen.

Unless you are more fortunate than most people and can afford to operate a vehicle you wont be able to dine here, drive through only, not very satisfied...

$2.50 momma burger. Came out super quick.

Food is better than average and depending on the day, the service ranges from good to excellent.

They do not honor burger king coupons, not to mention they took and discarded my valid coupon while informing me they choose to bow out of said promotions because they cant operate at those prices. At this point I noticed that some of burger kings coupons werent savings at all but coupons for the actual regular price of the meal. Wopper meal coupon 5.99 for regular price of 5.99. Yup I was thinking of making use of some of those coupons which would have meant business but now I wont be returning. In case it matters the burgers arent spectacular but they are decent.

Not my favourite food in the world but its alright I guess! Maybe I should try it out again to see if my opinion would change. But for now, I prefer places like A&W and Wendys. Lots of parking is available outside this restaurant, and theres plenty of seating inside. In a good location as well, right in the centre of Duncan.

The guy at the desk with tattoos and ponytail thing is the biggest beauty on earth. They are grinding it out in there, and this guys on the horse leading the army. He s the Napoleon of Burger King, and the workers and guests are his followers. If burgers were innocent people, this guy is Genghis Khan. Nothing less then amazed by his performance. Good hire

Managers has horrible customer service. If there is more than one customer complaining at the same time. Perhaps it s not the customers. Learn your business!

Quality of customer service so LOW that I will not be going back again. Verbally abused, by manager, while going through the drive thru. Order was cancelled, by the manager, after I corrected a few mistakes. I was told, Im here until midnight, I dont have to put up with this I frequent this place...well at least I did. Noticed the manger becoming progressively more hostile towards fellow employees and other customers over the last couple months. Really disappointed. That empkoyee needs to be talked to.

What are condiments ? On a whopper with cheese they will tell you the sauces . So when u ask for just mayo for the sauce condiments specifically no ketchup ..mustard .. or special house sauce but the rest of the items are great would you be satisfied with a plain burger just mayo bun meat ? Whem I have asked for two whoppers with cheese and only one of them special please? Not one but two but over seven times in a two or three week span? I did not bother to complain mistakes happen. But only once has anyone apologized or even spoken with me I have called left a message or two. Nice polite messages I might add only to have no call backs not offers to fix their Mistakes or told they have no record of me calling in twenty minutes before I arrived there again and wont offer to give side condiments of lettuce and tomatoes and cheese with out charging me. I have worked in customer service for over twenty years I get it but this is inexcusable and very not the way I practice great customer service or even mediocre customers service. Sucks cause I live the deals and food .

This is my favourite fast food place in the Cowichan Valley. The staff are always friendly and efficient. I have never had an issue with my order being incorrect. The food is always hot and consistently prepared.

Worst service ever the guys on the drive through are jacked up on drugs or something? Didnt finish making my order and was told 3 times rudely to drive ahead to finish my order then was rushed at the window to order. Asked to speak to the manager ...he said he was. Other guy wouldnt let us see his name tag or give a name. Made a complaint. Lots of homeless people and drug dealers hang out in the picnic area in front using drugs when you drive through to the pick up window. Too bad we love thier burgers wont be going there till it changes.
