Consistently delicious burgers, the restaurant is clean and the manager always makes sure our stay is great!

Long wait in the drive thru and dont have everything on menu.

Love the music. So much more enjoyable to listen to than the garbage purported to be music in many stores and restaurants. Store and restaurant music should be pleasant and listenable, not loud and obnoxious.

Terrible customer service and the product has been dropping consistently in quality since I ve been dining here. It s sad to see a good place go down like this. Maybe they need a change of management. Everything rises and falls on leadership.

Used to be good. Now I will never go back. Overcooked burgers at rip-off prices. Also something very strange about the staff at this location. In addition to being extremely slow, theyre miserable, lacking social skills, and all just seem a little off.

They always have great burgers. A diner atmosphere with golden oldies playing on the sound system. The prices are high, especially with the combo adding $5 to the price. They are worth it imo.

We ordered two breakfast club sandwiches with both bacon and sausage. The sandwiches we got had only sauce, hash browns, and a sausage patty. No cheese, no egg, no bacon. We payed for extra bacon, and the sandwiches we got didn t even have the basics in them such as eggs and cheese! They were gross. Extremely disappointing. We get that sandwich all the time and it s our favourite. This was not what he ordered and payed for.

Always consistent with their service - friendly and timely. Food is always fresh and consistent.

Did the drive-through for side/of-the-road burgers going to Port Alberni during the back road detour/Cameron lake fire!

Two is a hard star to give, since I actually really enjoy a Triple Os burger. The service is polite, but restaurant slow in waiting for your fast food time. The patties on all of the burgers were so scorched, that they were inedible for the entire family. The drivethru is also too tight for trucks. Save your time, tastbuds, as well as money, and go elsewhere, or sit down and eat at the White Spot down the road if youre craving it.

It was dirty. Cups and Dips on the floor behind the counter. Took forever for me to place my order. My sweet potato fries are over cooked but soggy. And no personable stuff. Not sure if its under new management or if everyone booked the Friday of a long weekend off. But not good.

The best fast food restaurant! First thing I realized when I had something here, my tummy is not gassy. Which is rare feeling to eating fast food. It is worth it for me.

25 min wait for decent food this time usually it s 10 min, very expensive expect to pay $20 minimum each person for your basics. Large family on a budget? probably not a good choice.

Although the food is tasty, its very expensive! $7 for this poutine, and it is very small the fact you have to pay extra to make it a meal. While the burger alone is $12+ dollars, it should be included for that price! It was my second time trying that place, and I can tell ya, I wont be back again! Big thumbs down Triple Os please fix your menu and prices!!!!!

Waiting over 15 mins just now for a burger and milkshake... restaurant was empty when I ordered.. ( still havent received my food but watching new customers walk in and out with their food... ridiculous

The burger was cold, the pickle chips were undercooked and cold and sweet potato fries were overcooked and cold. And we waited a long time for our food for it to be very disappointing we paid a lot of our hard earned money for a meal I couldnt even finish because it wasnt edible

The Original Impossible burger was well made and they happily substituted their Triple-O sauce (which has animal stuff in it) with just mustard and ketchup. I think their plant-based burger is the best of the fast-food variety in town.

There was a fairly large pebble in the fries and they had a bit of dirty taste to them so I went back in to let them know their potatos werent washed and get them replaced with something better, I checked the fresh fries in the store and they seemed fine I ate a couple and I got a mouth full of sand... eat there if you like eating expensive garbage . Id leave no stars if I could.

Best burger in Duncan! Every time i come here the service is great, line moves fast and my food is always how I ordered it. I don t eat a lot of take out but when I do it has to be Triple O s, well worth your time and money.

So I went there for lunch today to get a 5 piece chicken strip meal with some fries and I gotta say I could literally taste how black the oil was once I got back to my site parking lot aka the new Duncan hospital aka five minutes away and I ate a fry and it was absolutely disgusting it made me start gagging, so I put those to the side to try the chicken strips and they were even worse I gotta say that was a waste of $17 since the only thing I could consume was the root beer. I ve worked in fast food before and can tell they don t like to spend the little extra time and money on fresh oil even though fresh oil makes food taste better which draws good attention but idk I m not a broke owner struggling to pay rent every month

Took 40 minutes for our food to be delivered to the table. Not an experienced I would recommend, especially when you have small children

Food tasted raw and cold way to over priced and staff are lazy almost forgot we got garlic fries and it didn t even fill in half of the container it came in there was nothing on it like it was supposed to and again was cold when we got it I ve eaten there before a while ago but i don t know if they just hired new people but it s just trash now

Its ok for them to make people wait 20 minutes for their cold food but when they have to wait 5 minutes for someone, its rude even though the traffic is crazy because of the weather but they won t consider it lol. Who would want a manager like that

We were the 3rd car in the drive through and it took almost 30 minutes. The food was thrown together quickly...the salads were pathetic.

The Burger was overcooked chard black dry and hard. When spoke to Jake the manager he says that how they cook the burgers at triple Os #Welldone it was more like #burnt ! Won t be back

Good food ...a little pricey though

Excellent quality food line. A touch pricier, but worth the quality received. Great choice for my meal desires. The above visit was my first and I ve returned twice since then have to say I wasn t impressed, fries were dried out and contained a lot of black spotted areas that I wouldn t serve to anyone nor eat myself. The burger I always order didn t have the zest that I tasted on my first visit. Could it be a different chef that s caused the difference? On my receipt it shows a charge of $2.50 for a Combo ~what is that about? A Combo is suppose to be a little savings, now we re being charged%#/*I don t think I ll be buying combos anymore, might take a chance that a good Chef is behind the counter and get a burger by itself

There would be four stars if the staff were a little more committed. The burgers arent bad. (My rating/opinion is compared to other places in Canada).

This is our last visit. The empty condiment counter, the smell of urine, the incorrect orders and long waits and blank stares from staff when asking for your order to be correct 4x in the last several months is enough of giving them another try.

20 min in Drive through?

Expensive. That would have been ok, but they saw fit to crush my burger into a tight little ball while wrapping it. It appeared they took some delight in doing so too. It looked like a used napkin burger. Thanks so much. Plenty of fooling around in the back while we were here too. Its annoying to listen when youve just paid for and are eating a squashed burger that looks like a used napkin.

I went in on my lunch break, food took forever! 25mins! Then when I get out of the parking lot. I got the wrong thing. I ordered chicken and got beef. Not impressed couldn t eat waste of money

Christmas came, then Easter, finally after 8 months of waiting, I got my 1 burger, chicken strips and fries. I heard they cured COVID while I was waiting.... Food warm enough, just wish I got right burger, wonder who got my cheddar bacon cuz I have their mushroom.

The drive thru lane is immediately adjacent to the garbage enclosure which was filthy and smelly. We lost our appetite and backed out !

Used to be great. Absolutely horrible now. Ordered two burgers in the drive thru in the evening when the restaurant was empty and nobody else in the drive thru. Was asked to pull around front. Waited just over 15 minutes until I went inside to find out what was going on. Three or four staff members inside. Got my order and left. Cold soggy burgers for $12 each? No thank you.

Im not sure why but consistently its taken more than 10 minutes to get our order through the drive thru lately... it seems like the staff either dont know what they are doing or dont have their priorities straight. They are slow in putting orders together or they go clean the tables in the restaurant. And then when its taken so long, the staff dont even acknowledge the issue. Also, we ask for no tomatoes every time and every time, we get tomatoes... how hard is it to leave off a topping? If it wasnt so expensive, I wouldnt care... but when you pay top dollar for food, you expect a little better service...

We got a meal from here one evening and the fries werent cooked and the burger was burnt on the outside and under cooked on the inside, plus the ladies washroom wasnt clean

Every time Ive gone here Ive asked for extra pickles or added things to the order and never once has the order been right. Cant fix incompetence!!!

Im a every day customer, i go there literally everyday. Today i went there around 7pm and ordered my food, the person who took my order was collecting garbage and then she without washing her hands picked up my food and gave it to me, and stared at me leaving, after checking my food I entered again and coz it wasnt complete order and she sighed when i went back to the front desk.

Four starts because it isnt really fast food, going through the drive through can take awhile but honestly I pick this place over McDonalds everytime. Burgers are amazing, sides are equally tasty and who doesnt love that honest mustard!!

Food is good but the floors were greasy and smelled funky. Time to put some deceased in that bucket and change the mophead.

When we got to the Duncan Triple O pickup window in our vehicle the other day, we realized we hadnt brought our credit cards and we didnt have enough cash with us either. We apologized to the cashier and said we would have to cancel our order. We were quite embarrassed! The gal in the pick up window said she would call her Supervisor. When Jake appeared, we explained our situation to him and we aplogized profusely but we would have to forgo picking up out order. He spent a few seconds speaking to his staff and then turned to us and said he would personally make up the shortfall. We refused for the longest time but Jake insisted. Needless to say, we were blown away by his kindness and understanding. Our sincere gratitude goes out to this young man that exhibited genuine, customer care. A breath of fresh air indeed when experiencing such thoughtfulness and kindness. We intend to repay Jake for his kindness on our next visit. Thank you sincerely Jake!!

Extremely over priced for what I had ordered, then I get the food and the extra small fry box half full is just a joke. Two basic burgers and fries with a extra garlic fry for $45? This is price gouging at its finest.

Food quality is great if you can actually get it. On two separate occasions I went in and they left out the sauce on the burger making it one of the most dry sandwiches I ve ever had, and another time where I just didn t get fries that I payed for. Could I have looked in the bag before I left? Of course I could ve. But that shouldn t be my responsibility.

Ordered meals and side of pickles. Tray came to table with bottom full of pickle juice, old cold fries and burgers. Brought new food but made fools of themselves with the sloppiness of the replacement order. Called White Spot and the manager was supposed to call but never did. Dining room has always been a mess there. Watch out for the greasy floor.

Frequent mistakes unless youre ordering the most basic of basic stuff with no modifications (no pickles, no lettuce is apparently difficult). Slow service, never less than 15 minutes in the drive through lineup even if there are only 2 cars. Dont order fries unless you like them soggy and cold. The burgers taste good if they get your order right though.

Food is generally reliable meeting expectations. Drive thru order was missing items. Drive thru is very slow compared to other drive thrus, but made to order.

Floor was slippery

We enjoy going to Triple O s on Tuesday for the Legendary burger special but find the quality of the food hit and miss. Sometimes our burgers are nice and warm and done perfectly. Other times, like tonight, they are meh. The fries tonight were cool, not piping hot and golden like they ve been on other nights. It would be nice if the quality was consistent.

One of our all time fave places to go! Been here tons of times, staff is always fantastic and friendly and the food is always delicious.

Yo! Ordered the onion rings, they tasted fine, you know normal onion rings, greasy crunchy, oniony.. but I literally only got 4 onion rings for like $5. Also the chopped onions on my wifes bc chicken burger were super old, leaving a weird metallic smell on her breath. Id say dont go here, its a rip off. Took them 20 minutes to get us our food too, for a drive thru, that seems pretty bad.

Always makes you wait, 10 to 15 minutes before you can even order food. And then extra wait for food to prepare. Not once, every time i come here make me wait and the front store staff just ignores you standing there, taking orders for the drive thro. Had to ask them to take my order today after being ignored for 10 minutes standing near the counter

I love Triple Os! The food is fantastic and I absolutely love the atmosphere. The news plays silently on various TVs, and older music plays. Triple Os has major retro vibes to it. Staff are very quick in preparing your food, and they bring it right out to you. I recommend getting the BC Chicken Burger or classic Legendary, but there are lots of delicious options. Check out Triple Os, you wont regret it!

My son got food poisoning from the $9.00 burger I bought him and I felt even my meal was not very good at all. He said his burger tasted weird and was very hard. He didnt finish it but got very sick anyway. Way over price and the health inspector should probably pop by to see what is going on there. Never going back.

Usually anything out of the deep fryer is a soggy mess. The fried pickles being the absolute worst for being soggy/squishy . So if you like the crunch of fried food your best bet is the onion rings or somewhere else. I gave it 2 stars because its good enough if youre starving but I would never go out of my way for it. I just got a meal plus two sides hoping my kids would share to hold us over until we got home and it was $24. Not sure if thats average for fast food but it seemed like a bit much.

Best burger of any fast food place. Obviously, it has the faults of any fast food place like a long wait in the drive through ect... but I damn well love me some triple O s. The quality is leaps and bounds ahead of the others.

Certainly not the cheapest fast food around but I really dont think thats what theyre going for. The quality of the food is second to none for a place with a drive through window. Inside though, you get a fun look back with a bit of an old style diner. There are quite a few friendly staff.

Stopped in after a power hike, and enjoyed an awesome poutine and shake. Would have been 5 stars except for receiving the wrong order. However, error was cheerfully made right!!

Burger joint fare however many options available even gluten free option such as lettuce wrap for burgers. Great shakes, awesome onion rings, clean atmosphere, friendly staff and golden oldies on the jukebox.

Ok heres my 2 cents .. we stopped in here for the first time today . I was immediately shocked by the prices almost 30 bucks for two meals ! but after eating I understand why . The quality of the food was very good . the pickle was tasty and large . The burger tasted grilled nicely . The tomato tasted sweet and fresh. The fries were thick cut and very good . I dont think I could afford to eat here often but was a nice treat .

Good poutine, uses cheese curds, not shreddred cheese which is nice.

Garlic parmesan fries have an excellent garlic to parm ratio. Need more locations.

Tasty burger

Not a bad place, the burgers are iffy, one day they are great, another time they can be like hockey pucks, dry and not very moist. Can now fit a wheelchair into the resturant but to get to the ordering counter is a very narrow aisle blocked on one side by booths and the other side is tables, got to be careful getting down there. They need to move the tables.

I just cant believe how good this place is. For a fast food restaurant, this is over the top! The ambience and look inside is so much fun... Like the oldies! There menu had alot of options and they have SWEET POTATO FRIES!! MMMmmm :) . Staff is super friendly and the meals taste so good; fresh, beautiful flavors and nice portions! . We love to come here when where shopping in the area.

A small mistake was made on my order. I wasnt even bothered, but the staff fell over themselves to put it right. I was amazed.

Came here after visiting the Forestry Museum. Husband ordered a beyond burger and told us it was going to be a while. That was fine, we werent super hungry, than 15 mins later turned out they hadnt out it on the grill, so it was going to be another 10 mins. My husband is a chill guy, so wasnt upset, but than the manager insisted on refunding the money for our whole meal. The food is good, but going above and beyond in customer service is what Gets this place a five star review.
