Loved their teriyaki chicken with multi and mayo
they dropped a 6 inch on the dirty floor and proceeded to handle it, put on in the counter that they use to prepare food, then sell it to the next customer in line.
Ordered two foot-long’s for lunch. they messed up both of them. One of them was soggy and missing half the vegetables. The second one they didn’t toast and they put heavy vegetables instead of light vegetables on the second
Went to the Subway by Canadian Tire on April 4th at approximately 4:30 pm. Not disappointed! The two young men working were efficient, friendly and just overall happy. I truly enjoyed the experience. Thank you for your great service!!!!!
Absolutely horrible customer service!! I ordered extra cheese on my sub (got it for pick up might I add so I couldn’t watch them make it). By the time I got home to eat it there was absolutely no cheese on it at all. When I called back I got told to call back 7 minutes later. Okay that’s fine but they don’t answer their phone had to call 3 times for them to answer. When they finally answered I got told I can’t get a replacement blush or even give me my money for the extra cheese back. They insisted that I take 3 cookies as a curtesy for their mess up. All I wanted was to have cheese on my sub or my money back for the extra cheese I paid extra!
I really appreciate the customer service here. I know it's kind of an in out type shoppe, cut they don't try to rush you through and also go the extra mile by making suggestions that might add to your meal. So obviously the management here has hired a positive staff treating the customer very well. I've been in several Subways where they are just get you in and out and cold. My husband enjoy there courteous staff....we'll be back over and over.
I occasionally buy from this location and I've never had a problem with the staff here. They've always been pleasant and efficient, and when you tell them you want extra or 'a lot' of whatever, you get enough that you don't have to ask for more. Lines during busy periods tend to move quickly - the only slowdowns I've ever seen have involved customers who let their brain take the day off.
Subway varies depending on the location. The last few times I've come to the Duncan location I have been very happy. Good service, great work ethic, polite and my sandwich comes out the exact way i picture it before ordering. I wish all locations were as good as this one.

I had the worst experience ever at the subway. The guy who is working tonight, took his time he rushed for the person in front of me, but when I got to him, he took his time. Made my sandwich set it aside He made and rung in the five people that was behind me and then he rang in my sandwich after. His table was a mess and didn t change. His gloves he could barely speak English also I would give this place zero stars if I could

Went to thy local subway to buy a sandwich. The person making the sandwich had gloves on and was building my sandwich, then proceeded to use the register wearing the same gloves, then went back to building sandwiches with the same pair of gloves. This is not food safe practice and no have interest going back.
We went in on a Tuesday afternoon and a fellow named Clifford made us a great footlong Subway Club sandwich. We noticed that he had a name badge that said Clifford in Training, so we asked how long he had been working there. He said six months. For goodness sake, get Clifford a regular name badge with just his name, as he is obviously very well trained. He was very polite and friendly, and we hope he is working the next time we go in to get a sandwich. Great job Clifford!

Honestly go 100m to the north and get Wendy s instead. The bread was old and all we don t know why but it just tasted wrong compared to all the other subways we went too in canada . save your money.
Staff are incompetent. I was charged $15 for a regular, footlong chicken teriyaki sandwhich with no toppings of additional cost. Did not even get a drink or chips.

Ordered online, app said they were making my food. When I showed up they hadnt even started yet then proceeded to serve a half dozen customers before even giving my order a thought. What is the point of ordering ahead if they just ignore it. Would have been faster to just wait in line.
This is a great place to go, I enjoy every visit.

This location has friendly and disability friendly staff. The food is always fresh and they dont skimp out on the fresh toppings. They respect all covid protocols INCLUDING the protocols around those with medical exemptions. No one is judged here and they know how to make a Sub without it being sloppy.
I had a negative experience that was a result of a glitch with the app. I reached out to the Subway App team, and instore with the manager, and was very pleased with the outcome of both conversations. Excellent customer service!!
Good food even though 5heir definition of fresh is a little different then the rest of the world....hence the saying subway fresh.....some people just dont realize your play ON the words ro make it sound better then what it is.

I will never go back to The Subway at 330 Trans Canada hwy in duncan. Tonight I bought a 6 in sub on Italian herbs and cheese and the entire bottom of the bread was as hard as a rock and stale. How disgusting. How can they sell it like like.

HORRIBLE service at this location. Having a trainee making sandwiches without any help with a lineup of several people right at closing while two senior employees watched. When asked whether they were going to help, neither would other than complain about how long the line was. Ill be going to a different subway to support service that is happy to have me and respects their customers.

My go-to sandwich option, the turkey option, is always made the way I like it at this location. The ingredients are always fresh. The staff are mostly friendly and the restaurant itself is usually very clean. Good fast-food option in Duncan.

The food was very good. Disappointed that they got rid of Egg Salad Sandwiches. I didnt give them 5 * because they were very slow, even though there were 3 of them, and a bit disorganized. I am aware that the masks and plexiglas made it difficult for staff and patrons to hear what was being said.

Austin is a good staff member at Subway Duncan BC. I had telephoned this location as it was next to impossible to submit a survey as I spent over 48 hours waiting and waiting in trying to log on to the survey. I kept being delayed as the icon was continuously revolving clockwise and so I called the restaurant about this malfunction and then was instructed to come in for the free fountain drink as a reward to doing the survey online. Austin, the staff member was a pleasure and a professional in resolving the companys glitch to do the survey online. If only Rupi, the manager, was like this.Two stars for the glitch but 5 stars for the service by Austin. Thanks very much and Happy Thanksgiving: 12/10/2020.
One guy is so slow but the rest are pretty nice but yeah one guy did my sandwich and he was like taking forever he messed it up a little bit but otherwise theyre freaking beautiful these sandwiches are good.

Im very pleased with the removal of the lineup bar! I use a power chair for mobility outside of my home so obstacles like that bar are annoying. Im also giving the staff and food a great review! I definitely recommend eating here!!

My friend ordered a mobile order, they claimed to never have gotten it, she showed them the order confirmation with date they were rude when she asked them to make another one and made her pay for it a second time refused to honour the mistake!
