Severed off our order instantly the second we placed it in return they forgot our food, food was sitting there for 10+ minutes before someone noticed to being it out food is now cold and I know they got those higher McDonalds points for severing our order instantly meanwhile we just ordered one burger and a water and it took 10+ min

37 minutes for cold food.

Drive through. Asked for ketchup they forgot had to go back. Asked for crispy chicken wrap gave me under cooked grilled had to go back and wait again. Now its 3rd time I should be getting this for free. Came back again and took 2p mins to go through the drive thru.

Our family loves McDonalds and we ve been to quite a few. This is one of the best ones we ve been to and choose to go to here over the Bradford location. The food is usually hot and the service is good.

I ordered from McDonald s tonight (oct 9)i got a spicey deluxe mc crispy it came cold and did not have the spicey sauce. I also got French fries that came cold and some not fully cooked. They also made us wait about 10 minutes for our food and it still came out cold

We got our order after 10-15 min waiting by the window and received this classic egg BLT with absolutely NO egg on it ! If you re fast food lover this is not your place !

Forgot to give a happy meal on the drive thru. My husband had to come back for it. Forgot to put a toy in the happy meal.

Did a mobile order for fries and a sundae to be picked up inside. Saw the sundae on the side, thought the order will be ready soon, so I waited and waited, no fries, obviously they were waiting on the fryer, finally brought out my order and the sundae was basically a cup of slush at this point. I said can I have a fresh sundae as its been there a long time. She snatched it up and threw it away, got me another one and slammed it down and walked away - Nice customer service there - lol The car park has also got to be the worst layout Ive ever been to in any McDonalds, who on earth designed that?

Great service, drinks and food were perfect

It was very busy, our table wasnt cleaned, when I went to the counter to ask for a rag to clean the table, the employee was rude and said Ill get someone to clean it when we have a chance,when we finally got our food the fries were luke warm, my hamburger had pickles which I told them no pickles, I was uncomfortable and they were unprofessional, if I already didnt order I would have left. Wont be going back, just an overall bad situation

I m always impressed with how fast and efficient the service is here! Even during busy hours, the staff handles everything with a smile, and the food is always fresh. Definitely my go-to McDonalds!

Ordered a happy meal and waited over 20 mins. Told me no more combo boxes. Yorgert was lost. the toy was the wrong one. The milk bottle was so dirty, like picked up in the garbage bin.

This might be one of the slowest McDonalds Ive been to. Whether there is a line or not orders seem to take longer than usual. So if you are in somewhat of a hurry, may be best to choose a different location

Just now I asked for double tasted bread with cream cheese on the side and cofee with 3 milks, The lady typed all wrong - I received completely burnt bread that she mentioned it is completely normal for double toasted bread ! one slice of chease on the side instead of cream cheese on the side and cofee woth full of cream Not Milk !!! What is going with this MC, they need to change their staff and more trained people instead , also better customer service. Last time same mistake, I asked for cream cheese on the side she provided butter on my bread ! There is no inspection for them ?! No management nothing! Not suggested-0out of 10.

My food was OK. Burger was just warm. A group of teenage boys were boisterous, and unfamily-like words were used, able to hear while I was in line. My meal was not inexpensive like it used to be.

Horrible service waste of time

Went here the other day to get a combo. Was served by Lizbeth. I waited 10 minutes for my order while 4 other people in store were served and 10 vehicles in the drive thru were served. Lizbeth left my order somewhere and it did not get completed until someone else noticed I was standing there for a long time. She went and found my order and completed it for me.

I m writing this review because the Asian gentleman that was working around 2am the morning of Sunday May 26th single-handedly saved thousands of dollars that my friends and I spend at this location, from going to another place. The only positive encounters I ve had at this location prior to being served by this absolute legend, were solely about the pure entertainment that can be witnessed in the parking lot thanks to all the travelled and weathered characters that would find themselves in various situations. Besides this, my order would always be missing items or wrong altogether. The service was sometimes rude or unhelpful or both. But I repeat, this absolute legend of an employee that was working on this faithful night dealt with everything thrown his way with elegance and grace. He deserves paid time off (at least a month) and to be made regional manager at the very least. That is all

This location is sometimes good sometimes not upto the expectations - guess it s mainly due to the staff who is preparing the food. I had really good experiences often and well as poor ones too. Overall it s a regular location I visit and I hope it maintains some consistency with the food.

After repeated making mistakes on my order the lady taking it became very rude, irritated and unprofessional.

Asain older lady (Filipino or Cambodian) who is on nights is always very rude. Lies about making the order right, when i show her the sanwhich right to her face and says to meyou didnt say you wanted the sandwhich like that sir it was late and i was tired and ready to go home. Another incident i order a mcflurry with extra oreo which she proceeded to charged me an extra $1 for had no extra mcflurry and refused to add more. Another incident i order mcflurries for my children after they went to bed i decided to go purchase one for myself as i got the craving lol (this was about 2-3 hours later) and the same asain lady said that the machine was broken? I asked what happened i order them a couple hours ago and she begins to yell and say THE MACHINE IS BROKEN SIR I CANT GIVE YOU ONE WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? I then told her to forget it and i went to the McDonalds at yonge and dawson manor in front of the Canadian tire. They are always very friendly and make sure they get your order right. And dont make you feel like your the one who ordered it that way when you know how you like your food. I can go on for about 4 more incidences but im tired and ready to go to bed from late shift. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS WHEN THAT ASAIN LADY IS THERE TAKE THE EXTRA 5 MIN AND DRIVE TO THE ONE DOWN THE ROAD. As for the asain manager lady, you should do better with customer service especially when your in a job where it requires your to deal with customers face to face on a daily. Do better and i hope your superiors sees this.

TOTALLY MADE MY DAY! waited only a few minutes (one song long..) and they bought it the FRESHEST SAUSAGE AND EGG BREAKFAST SANDWICH TO ME!! ordering a breakfast sandwich at 6:35pm , fully expecting leftover, but THEY DEFINITELY FIRE THE GRILL BACK UP. THE BUN IS FLUFFY AND CRISP THE EGG WAS LIKE A HOT PILLOW THAT SASUGE WAS BETTER THAN MOST BARBECUE EVEN THE PAPER BAG!! it was carefully folded with the napkin NOT OILY. Mind blowing. Service is super slow(Drive thru and dine in)waited 15 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers with no pickles no mustard no ketchup and a junior chicken with tomato, messed up the burgers and forgot the junior chicken(which they brought messed up)

Dont bother going through the drive through, they will literally pull you to wait every time, doesnt matter what you ordered. One sandwich got pulled, combo? Got pulled. Its ridiculous, I have never once gotten my order at the window, always pulled over.

Just ordered a hot chocolate in the drive through and I had to wait while 5 Cars behind me were served first. Then the hot chocolate I got was just warmed milk.

Its McDonalds. What else can I say. The service was a little slow. Wheelchair accessibility: Two doors to get in, the outside door did not work when you pressed the button to open the door. Makes it a little difficult getting in and out but not impossible.

This food was disgusting!!!! My fries were white with so much salt and I couldn t eat them and my big mac had so much sauce on it that when I picked it up everything slipped out. It was awful!!!! Never again!!! Feb 16 @ 4 pm. You lost a customer.

Rayland helped with an order mix up that was a Big Mac combo and got a cheeseburger. was refunded and given the right order after waiting for a bit. Was timely and effective. I ve been to this location a few times in the last couple months as I m working in the area. It is quite possibly the worst run McDonalds I ve ever been to. The dining area was dirty each time we ate inside with stew wrappers and drink lids on the ground. The bathroom (both men s and family) are so filthy you don t want to touch anything in there. If you re ordering inside, you ll wait forever because it s obvious they d prefer you use the self ordering kiosks than take your order directly. If you go through the drive through, regardless of how busy they are, be prepared to have to pull up to a parking space to wait. I was one of 2 cars in the drive through recently and ordered 2 quarter pounder combos (very basic order) and I was told pull up to spot 2 and wait. The car ahead was still waiting for their order as well. Today, same thing, 2 quarter pound combos, and again, pull up to spot 2 and wait. This time I timed it and it took just under 17 minutes from when I paid to when I got my food. No apology or anything. Just really poorly restaurant.

Parking: There is a good amount of parking for this plaza, and a very long drive through enabling long lines. However, the restaurant is well staffed to ensure that the lineup is taken care of. Kid-friendliness: As always, McDonald s is kid friendly however, at this one did not seem to have a play place. Wheelchair accessibility: Seems to be accessible with ground, level entrance, and ramps onto the sidewalk as well as automatic doors.

Wow! I dont normal write bad reviews, but I cant believe the service at this place. Got told to park. Someone brought out food and asked what we ordered, didnt give it to us and went back inside. Came back out with food for another car. Never came back out. Other kids brought out orders for all the other parked cars and new ones that came. So my husband went back in. The same girl came back out to ask what we ordered. Then my husband never came back, as cars came and went. I went in and asked what was going on. Apparently they gave our order to someone else. I get that happens we are human. Some kid yelled our food was sitting there. No one bothered to rush the mistake and just left our food there. And then they threw the food at us and never apologized. Thats why I am upset. I dont care that mistakes were made, but an apology or at the very least a look in the eye. Dont act like this was my mistake and throw my food at me.

I hate that it says 24hrs but you go anywhere between 3-4:30 am and you get were rebooting the system. At least put the acurate times up so people dont waste their damn time. Theres literally two places open 24/7 in Bradford, and I still cant even get food. Smh. Second time this has happened to me at this time. Even the last time I was there is was 2am. I waited 35 mins in the drive-through!! Everything in my bag was cold. Hate this loctaion but stuck with it being the one of only two options.

Ordered for a smoothie at drive thru. They told us to wait at a spot. Waited for more than fifteen minute, no one came. Then we went inside and asked them for the smoothie. They didn t even know that order existed. This is the worst place to go. This situation happened twice here.

The food was served hot. The bathrooms definitely need more attention. But overall, it was a McDonalds. Theyre fairly standard.

There was 4 of use customers standing there waiting for our food. An employee was standing at the pickup counter after the 4 of us had order and where waiting for food and when a. I bet was called a customer had to reach around this employee standing at the counter so we went up to him and asked him if he worked there and he says yes, and that he is waiting for his food. We said so are we and people have to reach around you to get their order cause you are standing in the way of the pickup. I said with you been an employee you should know better than to stand there and not move at all and people have to reach around you to get their food because you are so rude that he didn t care that other people had order their food before him and where standing back waiting for their number to be called unlike him. This employee made the store look really bad. It was a male employee s and adult too not a kid. Shame on him he should have more respect for customers than that. There was 3 different customers that where not impressed at all.

I just came from drive thru in Greenlane and yonge location. i didnt get the milk that came with the happy meal. i had my dog with me so i just took the meals. i had to wait for 10mins on the 3rd window and still didnt get the milk. i didnt even drive away right away and they still didnt try to remind me to get the milk. bad service

Slow drive thru (all McDonalds now) and getting in and out of this parking lot is a disaster

Depending on when you go, and it depends on the employees that night that you would have to deal with. Like most mcdonalds, its unsure how long it will take to receive food, and the contents of your meal if its properly made or just the experience of the employees on the floor and what environment you encounter can be distressing. Like I said, most McDonalds are like this. But this location is better than some I have been to Tip: Always check your bags to make sure you received the right meal, and all the contents on your bill were received because they have a habit of forgetting. But forgiving and will help. I give a 7 out of 10 rating for now.

Visited for take away parcel

Went through drive thru. Ordered 3 items. Got 2 of those items and was asked to park at #6. Waited for 20mins only to find out my 3rd item wasnt ready. Cant even be mad. Probably my fault for waiting that long. Appreciate the crew that was trying her best to fix the situation though. Lil tip: i know you want your drive thru serving times average to be low. But drive thru crews shouldnt be serving off orders that hadnt gone out.

Waited over 25 minutes when asked to wait in reserved drive-thru parking spot. I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches (no mods), one was a combo.

Slowest possible service

I visited this location two days in a row, the first day I waited in line for nearly 20 minutes to learn that their debit machines were down and I only had debit as my means of payment. I returned the next day on my break and was able to make a purchase that day, but the fries were cold and limp and were not very tasty. I found the restaurant quite dirty, there was peoples leftover garbage on multiple tables and the staff didnt seem too interested in cleaning up, so I will limit visiting this location in future

Food was great. Washroom could have been cleaner. They initially charged me more than my coupon order amount, and after I noticed it, then they rectified the over charge to my credit card.

Came here during the night one day, on Tuesday and witnessed manager and employee on shift kissing each other?? Young man and blonde woman. Is this not against company policy? I used to work at a McDonald s and this would get the manager removed from the store. My food came out very slow and wasn t very hot but edible to say the least.. they were probably busy with each other and giggling around the corner . Step it up, seriously. I don t plan on returning here during my night shifts.

Frequent here about 3-4x wk for clients , and staff is always quick and friendly but the food is basically 3 out 5 x always wrong and most of the time ine I just end up wasting my money because I have already left drive thru . Unfortunately the location is convenient so I guess Im hoping for improvement . Thanks

Good food! just the parking lot is very chaotic! It takes forever in a peak rush to make it back onto green lane. Its a Very closed junction. Parking: Great looking plaza! Very impressive looking. But when it comes to the grand plot and scheme of things this junction to McDonalds is a pain when having to get back onto green lane. The parking to the right when trying to turn left out of mcdonalds to exit back to green lane if somone is parked there it creates a very closed junction and during high peak it is lengthy in time to let ongoing traffic through before making a successful turn.

I ordered the adult happy meal to get the collectors McNugget character. These guys put a kids toy instead of the collectors McNugget I feel ripped off
