I visited this restaurant and was very disappointed with the service. After being seated, I waited for over 40 minutes, and no one came to take my order or even acknowledge my presence. The lack of attention from the staff was frustrating, and it completely ruined the dining experience.

Awful. You do not put huge ass green peppers into a vegetable Primavera. Secondly, the salad was like toppings for my burger. I spent a lot of money on this as it was delivered to me through a DoorDash. The food was freezing cold when I actually got it. I was expecting to have some broccoli or some actual real vegetables. Just disgusting.

It was my son s first time at the restaurant. Without knowing that, Izzy was fantastic and timely with checking in with us frequently to make sure our experience was fantastic. She was patient as well I speaking to him and answering his questions and we were pleasantly surprised that she passed along his message to the chef! The food was how I expected it to be. The Italian wedding soup was great as usual. I found the salad could have used a little more dressing. My husband had the seafood pasta with the alfredo sauce instead of a red sauce but I found there was a little too much sauce. I had the 4 meat pizza. It was great. The service was great and the atmosphere was a good family atmosphere. Overall, a good meal and definitely we will go back again.

I went here recently with my wife for her Birthday and everything was high quality. The food was great tasting and the service was really fast. Tonight I had a reservation at this location (Newmarket) for a party of 20 people for my daughter s birthday. The restaurant was very clearly under staffed and very busy. I noticed EXCEPTIONAL service from one individual by the name of CAM. They made sure our night went smoothly and gave us an amazing experience. They stood out with their extreme kindness and ability to work under extreme pressure of demanding people. Thank you CAM.

I ordered kids chicken fingers and fries for my 3 year old and my 6 year old. The fries were dangerously hot for the kids, and after waiting a few minutes, my 6 year old took a bite of one of the chicken fingers and spit it out, saying it was still very hot. I ordered the meatball hoagie with fries and gravy on the side. Upon getting my food, again, the fries were dangerously hot, so I cut one of the meatballs in half and found it to be barely warm. I had my wife check the internal temp of the meatball, and she agreed that it was barely warm. I informed my server, David C, of the problem and he apologized and asked if I would like the kitchen to remake the dish, if i just wanted to eat the fries, or if I wanted to order something else. David C seemed very unsure of himself when questioning me. David C also asked if i would like some bread brought to the table, and i said yes. Upon bringing the bread to the table, David C proceeded to place the bread with butter and a serrated KNIFE down in front of my 3 year old. At this point, it seemed clear to my wife and I that David C was either not trained very well or had little training. I completely understand that he could have been new or that this could even be his first job however, proper training should have been provided especially in regard to safety. It seems pretty Once I received the dish the second time, it was served the exact same way as the first: fries dangerously hot and the meatballs barely warm. Again, I had my wife feel the temperature of the center of the meatball. However, it was the center meatball within the sandwich. She again agreed it was luke warm at best. A lady that I assume was the manager came over and asked how things were this time to which I replied that the fries were once again scalding hot and that the meatballs were cold. She sent the dish back to the kitchen and apologized for the issue telling me that she would have the dish removed from my bill. She then asked if there was anything else she could do. The way she asked me these questions was as if she was looking for me to help her figure out what to do. At this point, I was hungry and frustrated and just wanted to leave and get my kids home to bed. After paying my bill, I noticed that on the bill I had been charged for 2 meatball hoagies and had 2 of them removed, but was still charged for the gravy on the side that I only dipped two or three fries into because I was hungry. My wife and I both being in customer service for over 15 years were both very disappointed in the overall experience at this newmarket/east gwillimbury location. After not giving us any warning as to the temperature of ours or our kids food (as many other restaurants do if theyre particularly hot), not being able to properly reheat meatballs, receiving 2 meals with the same issue, the deer in headlights look when the manager came to talk to us, the server being so unsure of what to do when it was mentiond the food was cold, and placing in knife directly in front of my 3 year old, all of this together just made this whole experience at East Side Marios in Newmarket/East Gwillimbury Ontario dissatisfing enough to never want to return to this restaurant ANYWHERE!

I went in today during what I assume is their busiest time, it was such great service from my server Alex and the supervisor edit who helped us by taking our dirty plates! Alex and Edit did amazing!

Went here for dinner the other night and was very disappointed. I ve been going to the location in Aurora ever since I was a kid and thought I would try out this new location. Upon arriving, we were seated immediately as it was not busy at all. Once we sat down it took them 30 minutes to come take our drink order, even though there was only 2-3 other tables. Despite there only being 2-3 other tables, the server was only rotating between those tables rather than also coming to ours. Once we ordered our drinks, wrong size straws were given and our server was nowhere to be seen, we eventually asked someone else when we saw them. We never were brought bread, only until we asked for them to bring us some. We got the summer specials, and the Cacio e Pepe was good, but the Linguine Speziato was very bad and had absolutely no taste at all. Safe to say we won t be returning to this location.

First time visiting this location , we stopped in for lunch and had a great meal. Service was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my pasta carbonara . Highly recommend this place. Enjoy their free wi-fi .

It is the new things that you have refill but you cant share with your husband. If there is limitations on the orders, it must be mentioned in the menue. Not recommended Kid-friendliness: Lovely
