Had a lovely dinner right before the holiday, the food was delicious and our server Olivia was so attentive and wonderful.

Thursday evening. Location wasn t very busy. Walked in at 8:40pm. Took 5min to greeted by a hostess. Requested a booth because I was accompanied by a Senior who required assistance. Servers were talking amongst themselves about who was going to stay and who would look after us. We sat at the booth for 10min and did not get any service so we got up and left. As we were walking out a server asked if everything was ok. I was not impressed at all by the level of service. Staff was extremely disrespectful. As a Level 8 Google Local Guide in the community it is not often that I leave 1-Star reviews. When we go out to eat local and support local small business in our community we should be given basic service at minimum. I do not recommend this location and will not be returning. Had a great lunch with my daughter. Our Server, Nancy asked my daughter what she would like to drink and she said surprise me . Nancy came with a tasty Dragon Fruit Lemonade. So enjoyable! Thank you Kelsey s and Thank you Nancy.

We came in with a party of six, ready to enjoy some good food and drinks, but things went downhill pretty quickly! We ordered 5 Preachers Beers, nachos, spinach cheese dip, Caesar salad, steak, and two kinds of wings. Sounds great, right? Wrong. First off, the service yikes! We had to play a scavenger hunt for napkins and cutlery, asking for each thing one by one. Seriously, is this a restaurant or a survival game? Then came the beer in a wet glass. It slipped, spilled on the table, and things got messy literally. As for the wings? Let s just say they barely met the sauce and parted ways before they hit our plates. Zero flavor, just disappointment. The steaks? Oh, we asked for well done, but got well-burned. Basically, it was like chewing on a charcoal briquette. All in all, this Kelsey location gets a hard pass from us. Not worth it.
