The Birch in East Gwillimbury

Awesome ambiance in a tranquil setting.

Me and my husband had a date night at The Birch last Friday. We had the caprese tower and mussles they were so yummy!! We split a wood fire pizza with prosciutto absolutely delicious. Our table was right beside the lake overlooking the golf course such a cool spot. Our server Makenna was super friendly and made us 2 negroni's that were fantastic ! Highly recommend this place

Played golf at Silver Lakes, and discovered ‘The Birch’ what a find, great patio with fire pits, Muskoka chairs and wood fired pizza!!! Such a great place, the service was amazing and we sat and enjoyed the peace and quiet of Blue heron lake. I was also told about the yoga they have here on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings!! You must try out the areas newest patio!! Open to the public not just golfers!! Highly recommend
