Had an issue with the app. Was dealt with very professionally and I was pleased with the outcome.

Came here on Saturday at 3 pm ordered steak and they said it s no steak available, very upsetting

I ordered the French Dip, brownie and a Diet Coke. I got the order (Uber) and NO DIP with my sub. I called the store and the Mgr, Sasha, said that all they could do was give me a free sub next time or I could come into the store and get it. Well all I can say is THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME. The whole purpose of a French dip is the dip. I know you might think that this is petty but honestly I didn t appreciate Sasha s attitude. Not very good customer service for sure.

Long wait, soggy and overpriced. I saw a staff wince and clasp her hand working with a sandwich that came out steaming hot. Not sure if something is provided and she chose not to use it, but they should be using something to protect their hands from the heat in my opinion.

It was too fantastic experience for me and how they treat customers and service, It was too good. Staff was very friendly.

Another excellent Firehouse Subs, Their food always, I mean always, tastes fresh, their employees seem to like working there and this shows in their naturally friendliness, Great decor in this . support our local restaurants.

I dont think youre supposed to heat up the pastrami, it tasted a little different.

Order subs ahead of time. Pick it up and always ready.

Just had delivery from this location and it was a big disappointment. The bottom buns were so wet and soggy. Plus the lettuce was yellow and wilted. I don t know if our order just sat around for too long but we won t be having subs again anytime soon.

I recently visited Firehouse Subs and tried their Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket sub. As someone who appreciates quality ingredients and bold flavors, I was thoroughly impressed. The sub features hickory-smoked beef brisket that is tender and flavorful, paired with melted cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and Sweet Baby Ray s Barbecue Sauce. The combination of the savory brisket and the tangy barbecue sauce made each bite incredibly satisfying. Its the best sub Ive tried for the whole year.

My husband and I got some sandwiches for the family this evening, I got him the engineer and myself a meatball sub - which is so hard to perfect and the kids we got grilled cheese, all the food was incredible and it s the best meatball sub I ve ever had. Everyone was super friendly and I would highly recommend Parking: The plaza with the restaurant is very small and during lunch it s impossible to park without taking a walk Kid-friendliness: They have kid friendly options - I wish they had more sides because a rice crispy treat isn t a side

The sub was so wet I couldnt eat it I will never eat at firehouse subs again

First time here. Waited a while to be served. One other customer & 3 employees Said wanted assorted cold cuts on a bun. Girl said that would be the Italian. Ok. Ordered. Then had to wait longer until another girl finished serving another customer. Then made my sandwich. Why on earth would they toast a cold cut ssndwich with lettuce. Never ever again will I go into that place.

It was my first time dining in and chris walked me through the menu which was so amazing. He explained to me every detail on the sub. I ended up having cheddar brisket which is simple but it was so delicious. Will definitely come back.

Best sub and soup I ve had in a very long time. I wish I knew this location sooner. Great service from all staff. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The sub and tomato soup were delicious. All for less than 20 CAD including drink.

Quality sandwiches! $20 for a large sandwich is a little expensive but it is a huge sub, big enough for two sittings. Friendly staff and relatively fast service (they do take the time to make a sandwich with love)

A singular Meatball on my sub came rock hard, burnt and black. Please see my picture for reference. Would not recommend getting that black burnt meatball, it hurt my tooth.

This place was a gem till I walked in today to grab a sub. What seemed to be a manager was arguing/fighting with an employee in front of all the customers. Treating that poor girl with no respect and accusing her of everything under the sun. No one deserves to be treated or spoken to in that manner especially in front of people. Fully lost my appetite.

I love firehouse subs more than any other sandwich restaurant, mostly because I have gluten and dairy allergies and the employees always do their absolute best to make sure I am well taken care of! I ordered this from UberEats yesterday. Awful food. Bread was soggy lettuce was soggy. My husband and I were both sick all night. First and last experience there.

I come here all the time. Justie, Jesse and Sky were absolutely amazing. They know exactly what they re doing. The food is always top notch. The store needs more employees like them.

Great location when you need a bite to eat in a pinch ! I ordered the medium hook and ladder on whole wheat and it was really good. Exactly what I expected. The store is kept clean and the 4 younger gentleman working were very kind and respectful. I would ve left a tip but only had card and the machine doesn t prompt for a tip (I can see that machines that do offer this can be viewed negatively to some but personally I don t mind). Overall good experience! Thank you.

Absolutely amazing!. It puts subway to shame. Better food, the small sub is on a small sub bun of its own, not just a rough cut 6 inches. Meat also has more flavour.

Food is fabulous and the staff work in unity. they nicely sanitized their equipment. I noticed this on a few occasions when I came in hours before close. This was my fifth visit and it remains a positive experience.

Came here the other day for lunch. Placed my order for two Subs and sat and waited. Noticed someone coughing quite a lot behind the counter. After the 3rd coughing spell I looked and it was the sandwich maker coughing and sniffling. Looked closer and she had no mask on, no gloves (nobody behind the counter had gloves on) and she was turning her head to cough, not even covering her mouth. I ended up getting a refund and not taking the Subs. Sorry, having someone cough all over your food is quite unappealing. Went to the Firehouse at Davis & 404, everyone had gloves on. Questioned if all Firehouse locations follow the same guidelines to which I was told they do. Everyone is supposed to wear gloves. Management needs to investigate this flaw at this location.

It was only my second time having a Firehouse sub and it was delicious. I recommend trying there subs and remember to support local first responders by rounding up when paying! Parking: It is located in a plaza so the parking lot is shared with other businesses. Kid-friendliness: Lots of cool firefighter memorabilia and pictures for kids to look at!

A decent fast food place but it looks that there is only one type of cheese in the universe and its called Provolone. :)

Was just at this location about 20 mins ago and got a medium club on a sub. When asked if everything was okay on the sub. I said no onions but everything else was fine. When I got home I gave the sub to my dad who bit into a huge slice of onion sending him into an allergic reaction. When I called to complain the person who picked up the phone and was also the same gentleman who made my sub denied putting any onions on the sub. When he passed the phone to his manager the manager just sat on the phone and didn t say a word and then tried to accuse me saying I didn t say anything. This is the last time I will go to this location and considering how involved they are supposed to be with first responders this is disgusting I will be going to head office and making a complaint. Disgusting company disgusting staff

I don t know what to say but WOW. 10/10 service. Katie was so personable along with the rest of the staff! Made me feel like I was apart of the firehouse fam! Will definitely be recommending firehouse to everyone I know! WOW.

We use to love this place, recently it has really gone downhill. Service is very slow, on my last two visits there has been one person in front of me and sandwiches took 20 min and 45 min respectively. Last week received an incorrect sandwich and didn t realize until we got home. This evening (45 min for 2 sandwiches) my husband asked why others who came in after were given their sandwiches first to which he got the reply that s the order the orders were given to me . The sandwiches always taste delicious which is why we keep going back but it will likely be sometime before we venture in again now.

First time here, got the steak and cheese. The sub tasted fine, nothing amazing like some other reviewers are raving about. But what gets under my skin the most is service. I walked in, I am the only customer standing waiting to order.. and no acknowledgement, not even a well be right there, for at least 5 minutes. I really think online food delivery is killing the walk-in service. There wasnt short of 5-6 workers, and they were busy with no one in line other than myself.

Wow. Always wanted to try and and once I have it ll be my go to when hungry in Newmarket.

Just had two subs delivered and they went straight in the trash. Completely soaked as if they were dipped in water before coming! Not impressed with the quality first time ordering. Subway comes crisp and fresh every time not sure why this couldn t.

Been ordering from these guys for a year. Simple order. No onions. Add mushrooms. Every time everything is wrong. I have to drive back for a new sub. One time I was lucky that I spit my sub out as I notice an onion or else I would have been in a hospital or on my death bed. They all talk 24/7 and do not pay attention to orders. Never had this issue at the Oakville location ever. They always get the order right. Imagine if I ordered multiple toppings. I wouldn t get any. Just a joke. Ruins the name for firehouse subs.

Excellent service. I asked what sub I should get since it was my first time eating at firehouse and they recommended the brisket since it was the most popular. OH BOY was that a good reco. That sandwich was so juicy, savoury and quality. You can really taste the quality ingredients and care put into the subs. The price could be a little cheaper but I understand since the price of everything is going up. Warm and friendly experience and I love how they donate and consistently promote donating to emergency services

Ive never purchased a sub here but it seems the place is quite popular and probably very good. But its now been several instances where Ive picked up uber eats orders and the order is rarely ready. Drivers told to wait a few minutes which turns out to be 10+ minutes as staff are clearly prioritizing in-person orders. Drivers receive no compensation for waiting, and additionally the customer will think the long wait is due to the driver thereby increasing likelihood for bad driver ratings. Unprofessional overall.

Good food but service not so much. They took my name, made my sub and left it on the counter without saying anything nor calling my name. Finally after seeing another customer who came after me get her food, l asked for mine and they showed me it was sitting on the counter. NOT good!!!

The subs here are quite tasty, but you dont get the same level of customization when it comes to topings like you would at a Subway or Quiznos. The is a custom sandwich option but the menu regarding how you build a custom sandwich and what it would cost is very confusing! Had the Italian and enjoyed it quite a bit.

This was my first visit to this chain. Staff was not very friendly. Price is a bit high for a sub. Service was slow. The bread was a bit sogy but surprisingly tasted ok. I would not go back again.

I ordered food in the eving and the one lady that was cleani g the floore and changed the garbage didnt wash or change her gloves when making my sandwich. when I asked her she Lied to my face a d said she did but I witnessed her not.

Staff seemed to hate their lives having to work there. All seemed grumpy and not caring. Counters were not clean. Didnt change gloves. Handed me a dirty take out bag covered in sauce grease and other unknown substances 1st time going. Never going back

Wow. That must have the best sandwich i have ever had in my life. I have had subway before many times, but never have a tried firehouse subs. I did not know what to get and i asked the fine young man at the counter what sub I should get since it was my first time here. He recommended the Firehouse Hero and it DID NOT disappoint. Like I said, it was the best sandwich I have ever had in my entire 38 year of living. The man behind the counter was named Marco and he was was amazing and his customer service was great. The sandwich he made, was made with love and care, the experience was absolutely fantastic. I will DEFINITELY be coming back soon.

The sandwich is very large, and fresh.

They never give you the pickle even if you specifically specify you want it. Im going to stop ordering from them from now on as it ridiculous they forget all the time!
