Great food every time. Pretty quick. Staff is always very friendly. Compared to other fast food locations, excellent value and the food quality is easily comparable to more expensive restaurants.

The moment I walked through the door there is a welcoming atmosphere from Alex and his team. I ordered Pad See Ew and it made really well with just enough amount of sauciness and with medium spice was perfect. Good food taste good and is cooked right

This will be my first 5 stars all around. If youre looking for some Thai food, you have to go here (18267 Yonge St, 3 Building B9, Unit B, East Gwillimbury, ON L9N 0A2). Under new management (Alex and family), the food completely surprised my family. Portions are great. We ordered Pho with beef, veggie Pad Thai, Thai Fried rice, veggie Pad Sew, fried veggie spring roll, and fried chicken dumpling. A little more than usual but we wanted to try the food. In our opinion, best Pad Thai in the area and can easily challenge other districts. Service was amazing. Greeted us when we came in. Took their time and provided the options. We didnt feel rushed so that was great. Pad Thai and Pad Sew. I felt like I was sitting in a traditional Thai Restaurant. Not too sweet, not too saulty, and not too saucy on the Pad Thai. It was perfect. They provided crushed peanuts and lime on the side. The Pad Sew, OMG. I cant find the words. Thai Fried Rice, again OMG. Exactly the same if not better than the traditional Thai restaurant. The veggie spring roll, i can honestly say its better than a lot of places. Now for the Fried chicken dumplings, I could probably eat 50 in one sitting. The portions was great, we had leftovers. I just came from the place and Im getting hungry just talking about it. Alex, thank you for the great food and service. Say hi to your uncle and tell him that the Pho was Perfect. Ive been to a few different Thai Express and I have to say, dont change. I often go to this location after new management change. Their food is absolutely delicious, its so much better than any other thai express location. Staff is very friendly as well. I would highly recommend it if you like thai food.

I Have been avoiding this place for a while but when I saw there were new owners I decided to give it a try and I am so happy I did!! What a difference! The portions are huge food is very flavourful inside is very clean! We were greeted with a smile. I am so happy I gave this location another chance. My son was obsessed with both meals we Ordered this is now added to our weekly dinner spot! Definitely recommend coming in and checking this location out!

I went last Saturday and pleasantly surprised with the food quality - chatted with Alex, who was super nice and even gave me free spring rolls!.

I come here often during my lunch breaks, and I can say that ever since they changed management service has been super fast and theres more care and attention paid to the food. The staff is very friendly - I love coming here for small chat and a tasty lunch.

Got take out from the Thai Express on Green Lane today for lunch and my oh my the flavour of my Pad Sew was flavourful, spicy (just the way I like it), and on point . The new people that took over the store definitely knew how to make Thai food. I also loved that they didnt try to cram the pad sew into those tiny Thai Express take out containers which would have made the noodles all clumped up and gross. Definitely will come back to this location in the future.

I made my boyfriend go in and order me some fresh spring rolls. Was expecting it to be like a tiny side but it was huge! Amazing quality and service, and the food was extremely fresh. Everything was made to order and the prices were very reasonable. Just had lunch today and we were beyond impressed with the quality of the food and service! Staff were absolutely fantastic! So kind and generous!! We werent given an option to add a tip on the debit machine and wanted to leave something after we finished eating but they would not accept it. They were all so sweet, will be back for sure!!

We noticed it was under new management so we thought to give it a try. Our family of 4 went in there for a late lunch around 1pm. Place was very quiet but not empty. Being that they are newly opened we ordered lightly cuz usually new establishments still has kinks to work out. I was very pleased with my PadThai chicken and BeefBasil fried rice. The noodles were soft and starchy (as it should be), chicken pieces were tender and big, flavor was on point (tangy ,savory not too sweet). The rice was good texture and so aromatic with the basil. Also, the portions were enough for all 4 of us to share.

Our first time entering this Thai Express. Very friendly staff greeted us and promptly took our orders and offered us complimentary spring rolls. The best spring rolls Ive ever had that melts in your mouth. We were very impressed. I had the Tofu Pad Thai and my husband had the General Thairacha. Tofu was cooked well and fluffy and my husband really likes the Thairacha flavour. Enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you!

Thai Express has always been hit or miss for me. I love it when it hits and I feel disappointed when it misses. Well this location is under new management and it s the biggest hit I ve had from Thai Express. I was served by Alex who made sure that I was satisfied with my meal. Food is not fresh and not the same quality when I go to another Thai express location. My stomach started hurting me after I ate.. and until now I feel pain..

Tried calling multiple times for take out order No response. Again came to location at 8.27 pm on Thursday evening Feb 15th. The closing time is 9 pm but the location is closed the next door shops are all open. Very disappointing.

Place is clean all the workers and humans are really nice. Food comes out hot and fresh food recommendations every single time always come for a treat for lunch.

This is a great spot for a hot quick meal. I found it by accident but was glad I did. Today s special was Pad Thai and I got that with chicken. Unlike some places, it was filled with big chunks of chicken and had been sprouts to give it crunch. Sauce was very tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back.

They have lots of thai food variety. I order for chicken noodels and they guy who took my order take hardly two minutes to serve me . I impressed with his speed , after that he offer me peanuts and spicy sauce. Noodels are so yummy and portion also good . Thivyan makes the best authentic pad Thai in town. My wife is Thai and when she says it excellent, it s excellent! This is the only place that she will eat pad thai.

Was on the way to Keswick from new market. And was looking for a low carb fast food The staff is absolutely amazing. They offered shrimp and veggie stir fry and it did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious. And to top it off service was exceptional. Highly recommend this location.

I ordered a pad Thai with Shrimp, got a pad Thai with Chicken. I also ordered a Tom Yum soup and got a noodle soup. Doesn t taste good either. Pad Thai was over cooked so the bottom tasted really toasted.

I entered the store tonight October 6 at 8:56pm and as I approached the counter to order they said they were closed and would not take my order. I reminded then that the door was open the sign said open and that it was not yet 9pm but they refused me service. I will be contacting the manager and owner directly. People these days just dont want to work.

Awful experience! There was black crud at the bottom of my drink, luckily I dont drink with a straw or I would have never seen them and sucked them up. I contacted customer support to notify them and was expecting at least a coupon for a free drink seeing as I had to throw mine out. Customer service asked for some information and pictures. I sent those and have never heard back. I re-contacted them and now they ignore all my emails. And the real kicker was the pad thai I got wasnt even good!!! What happened to Thai Express they used to be good?!?!?!

Got short changed $10, said whatever il leave it for a tip. I expected the food to be worth the $24 i just spent. well definitely was not worth it because it was way too spicy when i asked for no spice.
