I have been coming year for a few years now, never had an issue. The staff are great and hard working. The only issue I have is this online ordering. I don’t think it’s fair that someone has to wait in line for so long before someone can take their order and people just walk in and grab their order within seconds. They should tend to the people who are actually waiting in line and not the lazy people that go on the app. Probably not going there again.
I have been to this location a few times and they are very clean and consistent. The staff working there are so cheerful and sweet. It’s rare that I go to a Tim Hortons now where I have this kind of fast, efficient, and wonderful service. It’s a shame that their website or app doesn’t make it easy to leave a compliment. I suppose there are perhaps more complaints than compliments, but still they should have a spot for that.
The freshest batch of coffee I ever had. Although I am not the biggest fan of Tim coffee. I had the everything bagel with butter. It is good and fresh. One thing that’s great about this location is that you can sit inside in the sun on a cold day and it is a just amazingly warm. If you like the sun, then it is your place.
A not so visible tim hortorns situated in the heart of a small commercial and medical area. Moat people wish it had a drive through. As for the place it has a decent space, clean washroom and plenty of parking. The staff is helpful, smiling and usually in good spirits. A nice decent spot to get your fill of tims craving.

I love the staff and the restaurant is clean but the donuts are NEVER FRESH. Like barely ever. Especially the chocolate dip. You guys really need to work on that.

Love this location it is right beside my workplace so very convenient for me. They are pleasant and quick. Always get my order right. Tried the tiramisu iced coffee today absolutely delicious. Best location hands down
The staff here are terrific. They are super friendly and always give a warm greeting. There s another Tim s with a drive-thru nearby but I much prefer to stop at this location.

Went in today to get my coffee and because nobody listens properly I get dark roast its disgusting I dont like it never ask for never will I, why is it so hard to get an order correct these days doesnt anybody listen anymore.

I personally like these locations. The coffee is great here. Ive had some pretty bad cups of Tims coffee from others. It always seems to be great here. The Cresents are amazing fresh and, at times, still warm yum I definitely recommend this location being one of my favorites. Parking: Lots of parking. Theres not a ton of locations in this area, so it appears most are actually parked for Tims, so its available every time Ive been anyway or go by ( thumbs up) all around.
I love this branch. Me and my husband had a good dine in experienced with the friendly accommodating staff. In addition our order delivered fast and the quality of food they served fresh and good. I highly recommended this branch.

Although easily missed because it doesnt sit exactly on the street and in a medical complex, its clean, fast, friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

I had such a bad experience with this tim Hortans. I ordered specific item and they gave me the order without the things that I specifically mentioned. I went there two times and the two times went so bad they were also soooo rude. Bad customer service too.

This Timmies is the one I go to more often then any other. Even though it does not have a drive through it is worth the trip inside. Vivian and Fredda are the best to ladies there. They make you feel like family. Love it.

Best timmies in the area, owner is super friendly and is always around to talk to his customers. I even saw him cleaning some tables the other day, very inspiring to see. I drive past 5 other Tim Hortons just cause of how nice this one is.

Dont go to the horroms on queenston rd and centennial, they dont even give you your roll ups for roll up the rim. 3 days in a row I scared my card and no roll up. Unbelievable other then that I love there blueberry muffins always fresh and coffee is hot. The scaming of the roll ups I dont care for Thank you.

Worst French vanilla I have tasted from Tim Hortons. There were dead bugs on the window ledge and a fly was at my table. The staff are very efficient and friendly.
This place is an Air conditioner free place .. The AC never works !! I am enjoying my meal in 32 degrees perspiring !! Stay away
Its like more than a week that the property manager at this location shut down the AC due to SAVE ENERGY in this weather Danger of heat stroke here Thats disgusting

Convenient location nestled near the health centre. Friendly staff and patient people. While I cant speak for everyone, Ive only personally had positive encounters; and remember friends, in this world patience is key. Dietary restrictions: I would be careful if you are asking for dairy alternatives at Tim Hortons. If you are lactose intolerant, it might be best to just order your coffee black. You always have options. Parking: The parking zone is used and owned by a number of corporations in the area; most notably a medical centre. Therefore there is plenty of space for parking in this location due to the collation of private organizations although legally to park you have may need to pay close attention to the posted signage. Wheelchair accessibility: Due to being located near a medical centre, there are parking zones designated for permit-holders with driving ability.
Its a nice place to go to and very relaxing, with friendly staff but there is one server, Vivian who is very rude, to certain customers and needs to either be retrained or to get rid of altogether!
The customer service here is quick and polite, definitely great staff and Im happy to come back again.

I have been coming to this location since I was a child! Always loved the staff and atmosphere, service was always great. Decided to visit again on tuesday, january 4th around 3pm and had the worst experience with a cashier named Rafinder. Other staff behind the register was very very nice but rafinder specifically was rude. I had quite the order to put in but after saying one after the other she tended to roll her eyes and had no manners reciprocated while I was being polite and asking so kindly. After her very unnecessary attitude, I decided to hold back from ordering anything else and ordered more at another tim hortons. The owner or manager needs to retrain her for customer service. Will not be returning here any time soon. Truly, unwelcoming.

Good variety and service as usual. Nothing against the store but had the Breakfast Sandwich with Beyond Meat sausage. Gross, wife couldnt eat it, just a chewy gross substance that ruined the sandwich.

Lots of room for parking, easy to find, just be aware that this Tims does NOT have a drive thru so you have to go in. Its a full size Tims however so theres more than enough room to stand so you dont get stuck outside waiting.
