Church's Texas Chicken, formerly known as Church's Chicken, a chain of fast food restaurants specializing in fried chicken, started back in 1952 in Texas, USA. It all starts the night before, when we marinate our chicken in our original recipe of spices. Then, we wake up early to hand-bread every single piece of chicken. I was very happy to eat here and I don't get to go to Church's chicken enough! It was delicious and I was very happy with my sandwich! 🥰👍 If you are reading this I hope that you are well I was born in Canada so besides restaurants I have been eating fast food all of my life. 🤷😇 I really enjoyed the sandwich and the fries were delicious. I wish I could eat here more might have to get it on Uber. 🍗🍔🍟💯😎🖖 Apart from not having napkins and having to inconvenience the staff repeatedly it's a nice location please keep it clean and be nice!🙏🫡 I think this is a very good plaza I used to work here back in like 2006 at the Staples briefly as well as the grocery store for like a week.🧐👷 Please try to drive safe and the wind in this area picks up litter 🚮 so please try to be responsible & enjoy the area anytime of year!
I was there tonight with kids for dinner. Tables are all dirty. I ordered chicken combo. Chickens are dry inside. Fries are cold. Biscuit is hard and has no taste at all. Horrible customer service. The dining area is too hot. We couldn't finish our food.
Good place to chill and grab some bites. Tried their signature spicy fried chicken meal, was okay. It was not 'spicy' though. The shop was almost empty but clean and spacious. The girls at the register (both are Indian) were okay, a little ignorant I would say. We would expect a more friendlier tone and helpful with customers.
Never bad Church’s chicken before this so I was interested to see how it fares compared to others. The only good thing i would say is they have good sauces, otherwise i am pretty sure for a fried tenders my chicken was a little undercooked. The price is the same as everywhere else, biscuits are a little unique. Overall average place. Wouldn’t go back again.
We really love Church Chicken and their biscuits. Moderately reasonable price. This location is good. Friendly staff. Enough parking spots are available since this is at a plaza. Little bit of line up. But they make the orders ready pretty fast. I am personally not a big fan of their fries but they are not too bad. I wish they had hot sauce. We got 12 pcs combo with 1 large fries and 1 large coleslaw. This combo comes with 6 pcs of biscuits, we added two extra biscuits. 5 people dined easily.
Second visit: Went back again and it was just not so great. The chicken was all sitting there so nothing was very fresh, at least for the regular fried chicken. Definitely didn’t get that. Got a couple sandwiches and they were just sog and cold even though it seemed they were made fresh. Didn’t even finish the sandwich which is unusual for me. The honey butter biscuits were the best part. Can’t say I’ll be back. First visit: Nice variety and tasty chicken. Staff was friendly and the flavours were nice. The spicy sandwich was actually pretty good.
Bad service I ordered twice from uber eats to pick up. Both times the food was cold.

Went for lunch want to wash hands only but they dont allow to use restroom even only to wash hands they ask me to buy food first thats not call a service.thanks no more visits at this location after this.

Worse chicken sandwich. I bought a Texan chicken sandwich and a fries around 11:4] today. The chicken was very hard and dried, must have cooked few hours before. This should not have been served to customer. You saved money on chicken but lost customer

I m regular customer for churches chicken As the same time I use washroom like anybody else so 2 days a go had no plan to buy a food so I entered in the restaurant I want to use washroom us usual they don t allowing me to I said why? Your not a customer, i said I am a regular customer, still they denying me even I talk to supervisor or manager she said the same thing arguing me over 5 minutes, I was offended, upset, mad and I left. What kind of service is that stoping you for using washroom, it s unprofessional and bad behaviour, attitude towards the customers:

The restaurant is poorly clean, no hygiene. The food is not incredible, to be avoided especially for children.
The crew members are unprofessional and disrespectful. They are acting improperly and disrespectfully when the Uber Eats drivers asked them if the order is ready or not, in addition they didn t allow Uber Eats drivers to use a washroom while the driver waited until the order gets ready.

Went and ordered takeout last night. Asked for a 3 piece tender combo with a biscuit and a bbq chicken sandwich on the side. Had to repeat myself many times. Open my order when I got home. Order was completely messed up box was empty with 3 tenders no fries and 3 biscuits. I have no idea how the order got messed up so bad. Don t got much to say but the communication while ordering is horrible. I feel like my english was not understood. My order was put in the combo box and was empty missing the fries and was not what I ordered.

This has got to be the worst fast food place I have ever been to. First of, the workers here are so rushed, they took my order and gave it to someone else. Then they made me wait 6 minutes and when I finally got my order it was hotter than ever and I almost burnt my mouth. They also started talking to other customers in their native tongue and started ignoring me while I was waiting for my order for so long. This is in no shape or form a good work environment. The food could have been better but they didnt even give my ketchup.

There was a picture on the wall manu saying bbq chicken sandwich.I ordered thinking it is bbq chicken sandwich but I got fooled they make the sandwich and pore bbq sauce only. Watch out when ever you order this meal.
This is the only location where they can customize your order i have been to several church s chicken locations and every time and everywhere the people are so understanding and can make the order but here the experience was not pleasant at all i asked the lady for the jalapeño bombers and wanted to add some sauces on the top and she denied at all told they don t have the sauces anymore and even though i asked her to charge me for those things but still she denied.. Never gonna comeback to this location for sure

Might be alright if everything wasnt room temperature. Cheese plopped on chicken that had clearly been sitting around a while in a dead cold bun. Not exactly appetizing. Piles of chicken premade just sitting here in plain sight. Should have been a sign to not bother.
Ordered a $15 meal but was refused cup for water.Was told I ll be charged for the cup and they apparently don t have cups for water

I just ordered deal of the day one spicy tender wrap from church s danforth 26/2/24 at around 6pm. The price was 500+tax which was about 6.70$ after tax. It was a take out and it feels like 2°C outside. When I asked for a carry bag the lady there straightway said they dont have carry bags. Then i pointed out she had plastic bags behind her. Still she said no! I wanted to pay for the bag still she said she wont provide a bag for a small order. When i said i cannot take it like this I WILL pay still provide me a bag. Then she provided me a bag! This is ridiculous. Previously also another day i asked for water to the lady , ahe said she cant provide me tap water. This is beyond outrageous!

This place is disgusting!!!. Tables where dirty and service was terrible. To make matters worse I spent a better part of the evening in the hospital with food poisoning. I most strongly advise not eating here. The wait times are a joke, the staff at the front are extremely rude and the food makes you sick. Never going here again.. if you love hospital visits, enjoy!!
