Came here because it has the cheaper pizza and the people who work here are very friendly especially the manager. Sajjad stood by us for whole time and checked on us. Will visit again here.

This is my go-to favorite pizza spot in East York. Great tasting pizza with good prices.

New owners slices are half the size now and barely any toppings now. Not the same as before should change name to less toppings instead of free toppings. I HAVE TO CHANGE MY REVIEW BECAUSE NEW OWNERS AGAIN AND THE PIZZA IS REALLY REALLY GOOD NOW.

Came here a lot because the pizza here was on the cheaper side. To this day I still come here to eat pizza with friends and family and it s become one of our go to places when we want food.

My worst experience at Free Topping Pizza was when the owner hired me but didnt pay me for my work. On top of that, they blamed me for things that werent my fault. It was really frustrating and unfair. Adding to the frustration, the pizza makers at Free Topping Pizza didnt wear gloves while making the pizzas. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety, making the overall experience even worse. Thats definitely a big problem for vegetarian customers. When pizza makers handle both meat and veggies without wash the hands or changing gloves or using separate utensils, it contaminates the vegetarian toppings and makes the pizzas unsuitable for those who dont eat meat. Its a serious issue that undermines the trust and satisfaction of vegetarian customers. I don t recommend this to anyone.

I dont suggest anyone to go there poor customer service staff dont know how to engage with customer food was pathetic i spent so much but in return i got soggy chicken wings nd wrong pizza.

Best pizza

Ordered a pizza from this place, and it tasted like cardboard topped with disappointment. Absolutely dreadful! Save your money and your taste buds, folks.

The free topping pizza was a complete disappointment. The toppings were sparse and looked like they had been thrown on as an afterthought. The crust was soggy, and the cheese tasted like plastic. I wouldnt feed this pizza to my worst enemy. Save your money and go elsewhere for a decent meal.

Very bad customer servis

Unfortunately, the staff doesnt wear gloves, and they sold me a burnt pizza which they tried to pass off as a good deal. Not worth the visit!

The shop is extremely HOT in terms of temperature during the spring/summer months. Ventilation doesn t exist here. The pizza tastes like human sweat probably because the employees sweat as they are making pizza. Prices are fair but I will not be returning.

Always enjoy ordering from FREE TOPPING! Food is delicious, and customer service is always fantastic. I highly recommend the Hawaiian style pizza; The honey garlic wings and potato wedges are great as well. Trust me, You will want to give this place a try!

Very chill place to get some delicious food. They have a good selection too, not just pizza, although their pizza is great too. I love the workers, theyre all super friendly and sociable. I love coming here! Parking: When there isnt rush hour theres decent parking right in front. But its great because its located around the neighbourhood so you can really just walk there. Kid-friendliness: Good food for kids.

previous management had the Best Pizza in East York. new management - you cant skimp out on the cheese -- tip: when there is more than 5 toppings, you need to add more cheese to the top of the pizza.

The pizza under the new management is garbage! Really wish they kept the taste and the quality the same!

Fist time ordered from new management. Not impressed. Really (really) skimpy on the pizza toppings and the wings were soggy. Won t order from them again.

One of the better pizza solutions when it comes to chains

This pizza joint is in a category that s hard to describe. It s not gourmet but it s not fast food either, like Pizza Hut, Dominos, etc. It is the best value pizza I ve ever found anywhere. The quality is good considering the price. If you like your pizza drowned in toppings, this is the place. Unlimited toppings and none of the pay-per-topping games that other pizza joints make you play. Anything I ve ever tried from here aside from pizza has disappointed so the review is based solely on their pizza.

Been coming here for a couple years, and have grown to expect a decent pizza & great wings, at an incredible price. Today was the first time coming back since their remodel because I could never tell if it was open or not, and while nothing looked new, the service was notably better. The pizza was ready on time, served with a smile, and the guy was even trying to find me a deal to make my buck go further. Super happy with the experience today, and will be back much sooner than my last visit. Thanks!

Really nice pizza for good money and a friendly staff

Used to love coming here for huge slices with generous toppings new management really dropped the ball. Slices are now half the size and the amount of toppings is laughable. Service was unfriendly. Don t know if I ll be back.

I asked for halal salami and I got wet brown stuff looked like chewed up ground beef come on guys. How hard is it.

I have ordered pizza from free topping many times and they are always the best taste. Their chicken wings are amazing. Their crust is one of the best in town. You really want to try this. I give 9/10.

Good stuff! The wings were big and properly sauced, and the pizza was exactly what i was looking for in an old school pie shop style. Loved the variety of green olives. My delivery even showed up 10 minutes early! Good first experience Edit: added a star because the place was SO clean when I picked up recently and the owner/worker was very friendly. These things count for so much!

So disappointing. We did not have the great food mentioned in the reviews. Pizza wasnt too bad, just sort of mediocre overall, similar to Lava pizza. The wings were soggy and inedible, the garlic bread just looked off and tasted off, and they forgot to send an item included in the special.

Let me begin with : The sign outside of the place is very misleading. The sign in front says that you receive 3 slices + pop and dip for 5$ as a bait. It is a discount only for students ( with an extra 1$ fee for non students ) It is only 1 slice that is cut in an awkwardly into 3. Not only that when questioning the price - the guy resorted to making sarcastic comments about you re a student, you should understand the price and how this is 3 slices . To finish, I believe that I got food poisoning from this place. After 2 hours, i ended up throwing up the food that i had bought. BUYER BEWARE.

They have a great in-store pickup deal on large and x-large unlimited toppings pizzas that are really well priced. The pizza is really good to match the affordable pricing. Only thing I wish they had was buffalo sauce for the wings. Buffalo wings and pizza and a beer at home *chefs kiss*

Exactly what an old timey takeout pizza joint should be - extremely friendly, competent staff and very fast, fresh food which is exactly the same quality whenever they are open and regardless of who makes it. Takeout for the worker... open late... tried the fish and chips for the first time and I love it... simple and cheap and hot and fast after a long day of work...

I just ordered from this place for the first time today, while the pizza was half decent, the service was horrible, I am NEVER ordering from here again. I specified in the comments on the order that I was paying by debit. The machine was not working, and the driver made me try it like 7 times...he kept rebooting the machine. It took so long that my pizza actually got cold. When it seemed like it wasnt working, he told me that he will come back to get a payment at a later time and they do that occasionally. How ridiculous! I have to be home three days later to pay for a pizza because YOUR machine doesnt work. He got more and more rude as the transaction continued. Finally, about 10 minutes later, after restarting the machine several times, it finally worked, but he did not even apologize once. Truly terrible customer service!
