I had an extremely Racist and aggressive delivery driver the last time I ordered delivery when my card wouldn’t go through due to the lack of cell service in my basement apartment. I ended up paying cash after the kept guy threatened to call his manager to “deal with someone with no money/refusal to pay” despite showing him the money in my account / explaining the issue sometimes occurred with POS in a basement and me desperately trying to cooperate. You guys also *consistently* bake tomato and onion ends into the veggie Stromboli - hairy tops and all. Too many other non-prejudiced & black owned businesses (like the carribean owned restaurant down the street) in the city to ever eat here again. Insane in 2024 that I need to even to write this. I’m being petty at this point but of all the chains in the area - by far the worst pie unless you’re looking for their keto pie or something specific. There’s just no reason to go here.
Been going to this location for over 20 years!! Their vegan 🌱 pizza is really good (I like to air fry for an extra 5 mins to make the crust even more crispy!). Staff are always super friend and nice ! See picture of a recent pie purchased from this locations!

Every single time I go here (which is not often as I go to Pizza Nova now), and I order a pizza they charge me for a combo with drinks. They claim it saves me money yet a L pizza is maybe 20 bucks and then they end up charging upwards of 40 dollars. I even had to yell at a worker once for trying to give me the drink combo when I only asked for pizza and chicken. Would be nice if they weren't so sketchy when doing this sort of thing.
I ordered online delivery for panzerotti ,coke, and chicken wings at the 796 O’Connor Dr location and tipped the delivery driver 15% but he gave me the panzerotti and coke. I paid and noticed the chicken was missing so I was going to run to the parking lot to find him but found the box of chicken wings on the ground in front of my fence. Please see picture attached. Our family has ordered from here multiple times and is a regular customer. We are very shocked and disappointed with the service we paid for. We called customer service to notify of the incident and they only called the delivery man. He then called me back twice saying he gave me everything in the order and never apologized for what he did. I want management to be aware of the behaviours of their delivery service and take appropriate action to prevent them from being rude to customers when we paid and tipped.
The establishment was found neat and clean. Internal decorations are inviting. They have decent seating arrangement. Staff are friendly. They greeted well and took reasonable time to process the order. They also have good numbers of parking. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
The guy handling my request can smile little bit. Very dull service. He heat up a veggy slice for me and it was cold. When I asked to give me some chilly flakes or condiments he refused due to “Covid” ! Really ! People r coming in without masks and touching other things but they can’t give the condiments shaker since there is Covid ! Customer service and friendly service could improve.
As “Big Box Pizza” or “Industrial Grease Wheel” shops go 🍕🍕 is not bad. It’s like Denny’s or Mickey Dees, you can go any where in Canada & it always tastes the same. It’s the Ford Taurus of 🍕. This location is not too bad. The 🍕 tastes good & is consistent. My only critiques are the staff. I’ve seen on more than one occasion staff cross contaminating food by working the till then with bare hands grab chicken bites & load them into the deep fryer. I know it’s not the end of the world as the temp in the DF will kill anything....still gross. I’ve also seen workers go from till to making 🍕 without washing their hands, again, gross & I assume against health code. Never had my 🍩 go 💥 as a result ....so far. Fingers crossed. The store is a bit beat up & messy sometimes. Not a pig pen just looking slack. Never used the WC so can’t comment on cleanliness etc. Prices are reasonable so no problems there. Parking is easy.

do not go to this pizza pizza store. one older guy in night shift denied for dip for swap of cold drinks in special offers all the pizza pizza store can able to swap dip for drinks. highly unprofessional and having negatice attitude.

I m not going to lie the food is normal pizza pizza however the service is top notch which makes the pizza taste that much better. The cashier working was an extremely nice dude and left me with a smile.
I normally dont have a bad experience (not a great one ) but normally not bad either but when I can tip highly I do this month I couldnt and the delivery man that just delivered my food let me know that he wasnt pleased. Literally such bad customer service and you guys are literally a 1 min drive from my house... thats crazy .
This is my go to shop as its close to my house but today had a really bad experience. Just ordered like half an hour ago the pizza is burnt from the edges and its too dry to eat. Pictures are attached for your reference.
This is my favorite Pizza Pizza spot. About every time I come to visit Canada I hit up this specific location. Always one gentleman working behind the counter and he is straight to the point and gets the job done. The joint is clean and food is amazing!

While doing Uber Eats the person working during the evening last night told me to cancel my delivery because I didnt have a bag. Which ultimately would make the customers food cold! Poor service on behalf of the staff there.

The Indian guy reported false reports on my last delivery with them for no reason. These guys are destroying our rating on Uber apps. Management should take some action against their employees who reports most delivery guys bad rating.
I recently had a meal from Pizza Pizza and overall I was satisfied with my experience. The pizza was delicious and had a great flavour. However, I was a bit disappointed in the chicken wings. They were overly cooked and very dark. I think if they had been cooked a bit less, I would have enjoyed them a lot more. Other than that, I would recommend Pizza Pizza.

Consistent taste and reasonably priced pizza with a good amount of toppings, and the classic wings are pretty good, too. I prefer it over Pizzaolo Vegetarian options: Large selection of toppings to choose from!
I ve been ordering from pizza pizza for years today I had the worsed experience ever!! They called me to go to the lobby to get the order instead of them delivering to my door.. they said the delivery guy didn t have the buzzer that s fine I understand so I go to the lobby the guy is in the lobby.. if your in the lobby why not bring it to the door? Why call and tell me to go down stairs ? I m not impressed! I have 4 kids if I have to go to the lobby I wouldn t order delivery I would go and pick it up.. the door in the lobby is always open! So I called Customer service! That was a joke I will never order pizza pizza for delivery again!!
This one has off sales
This place used to be the best pizza pizza around before it got sold. When Italians owned it yrs ago it was amazing! Now the pizza always comes undercooked and party raw and honestly the last two times we orders my son got food poisoning. It used to be my favorite place to go and now the new owners ruined it.
Very good service and staff are friendly. First time visiting this location, and we will be back. The pickup special is a great deal.

I grabbed a veggie slice to go and it was sooooo good! By far the best slice of PIZZA PIZZA pizza I have had in forever. The crust was baked just right (other places over bake) and the cheese and toppings were generous! The gentleman working the cash was polite and friendly too!

100% lazy workers - no ready made pizza slices at 11pm when they are still open for several more hours - Im willing to wait for them to make more - lazy workers say no pizza- obviously no pizza you have to make. Totally useless lazy workers getting paid for what. To chill and eat the toppings while telling customers no pizza :/

I ordered buffalo chicken. There is old guy said he doesn t wanna make my order. He is very rude and zero costumer service from his side also i ask his name he didn t tell me his name.
This is one of the better Pizza Pizza locations. It is located conveniently and there is usually ample parking anytime of day or night. The staff are always very friendly and smiling and will accommodate special requests like cooking the pizza to well done. The toppings are ample and fresh and the wings are typically cooked very well. For walk-in orders, there are always special deals. The one thing I would suggest is if you are getting a slice, make sure you take a look at it before it goes in the oven. Sometimes those slices sit out for quite a long time and I think maybe that could be something that is improved.
This is THE BEST PIZZA PIZZA IN TORONTO BAR NONE! I had a deep fried pepperoni panzerotto and it was packed with cheese. The cook here is awesome and a really nice person. This is the only PIZZA PIZZA I will go to from now on. Its a real class act at this location.
Worst pizza I had at any pizza pizza location. The creamy garlic sauce tasted expired. We had to throw the full pizza in the garbage.
Let me tell you this pizza pizza location sucks! They don t know how to make a pizza.. I ordered spinach and pepperoni and they literally boiled the spinach and threw it on the top of the pizza it was raw very bad experience I will never order from here again!

I m a regular customer of this Pizza Pizza store. My past experience with all the staff members was excellent. Lately, I had a very bad experience with the behaviour of the two staff members in this particular pizza pizza store. There are two staff members working during the afternoon time (Sri Lankan and Bald Man) who were passing racial comments which was followed by some heated arguments as well. They were probably drunk during the work time and more over they threatened me as well and even abused. So I would suggest everyone to be aware of those two guys.
The employees were nice but its pizza pizza, the food is just okay at best. Not their fault though. Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza.

Nowhere does it say that I cant add and pay for an extra topping. All I wanted was a large pizza with extra pepperoni and he said from 10:49 it would go to 14.99 and it would include drinks and I said to him I dont want that. Ordered 2 med pizzas and one was fine and the other burnt should have got 4 drinks and only got 3 we called to get a replacement pizza because thats what they offer if any thing is wrong with the order we talked to a man and helped us seemed very nice and smooth then to have someone from the restaurant call and ask why we are complaining and said the pizza cant burn and they want the pizza back so they can see that its burnt saying that we are lying its unbelievable how unprofessional they were and how rude they were to us on the phone never ordering pizza pizza again. Pizza Hut and Dominos will be getting all are orders from now on good job to the cook!!
Come here often and they treat us very well and always make sure they interact with my very talkative 4 year old.
I do not like to leave bad reviews but something must be said about this location. Ive ordered pizza pizza delivery countless times and never had any issues with other locations except for here. Something is going wrong at this location. Im not sure what the issue is, bad management maybe or staff that dont care but there is constant mistakes made to my order. Its been every single order Ive ever made, something is missing or incorrect. The pepperoni always tastes slightly off or bad and Ive changed my toppings to order from them just one more time and yet again another mistake. The driver didnt even care and when I asked him not to charge me for the missing item he refused. But yet I still had the decency to tip him. Terrible service, terrible food and better off saving your money and ordering elsewhere Its too bad this is my only pizza pizza in my delivery area, if I could pick another location to delivery I would Do better, honestly.

Bought 3 panzerottis. Little to no toppings inside. It was flat. Asked for chili flakes inside and got none. Super small size. Won t go back to this place again.

I ordered a pizza and a cheesy bread. Food was not hot and cheesy bread seemed to be baked a long time ago before the order and served without heating which made it hard to chew. I had to throw away cheesy bread with loss of my money. Pizza was just ok.

Pizza Makers NOT wearing masks!!!!! It would be much more comfortable eating from this place if the guys making the pizza put their masks over their nose and mouth instead of just on their chin. This is not the first time I have seen them making pizza this unsafe/healthy way this summer! This review should have been posted about my visit 2 weeks ago, but sadly it was the same story when I got a slice a couple days ago...pizza makers not wearing masks... only the cashier consistently wears a mask. Although pizza is cooked at high temperatures, I still dont think it is health conscious or safe and respectful to customers for pizza makers not to wear masks during this Covid-19 time.

I didn t get his name but an employee here was very helpful when my Apple Pay didn t work the Pizza Pizza app. Did the whole loop on the phone with corporate, and tried his best to make sure I wasn t double charged. Impressive because many other location staff would try to blow you off and not make it their problem as well.

Surprisingly good. I havent ordered from this location for about 3 years due to some quality concerns but Im less concerned now. They did a lot more than re-model the place I can tell you that.
