Not impressed, I bought a slice of stail Pizza here. Not a fan. It cost$3.00 I wasnt looking for cheap food.

The older gentleman was very nice.

I have to say that I used to love coming here for pizza and like to eat it at the restaurant since it is so nice when it is freshly baked but recently a male worker is wearing a very strong cologne and so I cannot handle it. I wish restaurants would make sure at least their staff isnt wearing overbearing scents. Hard to enjoy the food.

So this location is open until 3 am, but apparently they do not employ delivery drivers, so if you happen to live in their delivery area, then you will be unable to have a pizza delivered to you. And pizza pizza will not allow another location to deliver into their area. I have never been refused delivery by pizza pizza until I lived in the delivery area of this location. Awful experience, I recommend calling pizza nova instead, the pizza is better, and they will deliver right up until they close!

This is certainly one of the best pizza pizzas in Toronto. Everything from their preparation to customer service was excellent. I was served by Krishna and his is really good at making recommendations and preparation

The pizza guy is so cool and calm and he make pizza very fast and tasty I love this place I specially recommend these place if you want to eat your food in good atmosphere.

Krishna is amazing. He always goes above and beyond in his customer service and always greats guests with the biggest smile.

Go there on a regular basis. Friendly staff, great pizza made to order well. One time a pizza box fell off another due to my own fault and they made another without hesitation. That is awesome and very much appreciated .

Gotta love when theres a pandemic and the people making your food are not wearing a mask. There was an older man with white hair and another staff member not following the mask requirements. The white hair man had a plastic mouth shield hanging on his chest for over 15 minutes while an other man had his mask pulled off and under his chin. If you want a place that cares about the health and safety of the people they are serving, dont go here.

poor in quality

If I ever want to go here for lunch, I normally get 2 slices from the trays set up in the front. The employees are kind most of the time but one day my friend got on their nerves and they pretty much snapped at my friend, but otherwise, they are fine. I never order pizza from pizza pizza because the cheese does not cover up the entire pizza, and the toppings are put under the cheese even when I tell them to put the toppings on the top of the cheese. That is the reason why I only get the individual slices from the trays because the toppings are on the top of the pizza and there is also spices which I can put on the pizza. This topping and cheese problem happens with every pizza pizza not just this one. This location can get very hot in the summer because they have metal platforms to put stuff on which radiates heat throughout the entire place, so I am pretty much forced to buy a water on the side from my combo. I would recommend coming here mainly during spring, fall, and the beginning/end of summer due to the heat.

We like the pizza, and we really like the service and the friendly nature of the staff. They welcome us when we come in, confirm our order, and always say thank you. We trust the service and appreciate the value.

Fast service. Customer can order ahead for pick-up. Its one of the few pizzerias that offers deep-fried panzarotto! (Im not a fan of baked calzones.) Friendly staff.

The pizza is great, talking to agents on the phone is a very stressful experience. The quality of the sound is very bad, they dont understand me, I hardly understand them. One of them just hung up on me while I was giving her my phone number. Also, it does not help that Google has 1641 Bayview Avenue Toronto address as East York, that led to major misunderstanding when an agent insisted I should pick up my pizza in Richmond Hill...

It s an awesome place with wonderful staff who treats their customers with utmost professionalism and a promise of satisfaction as well. Highly gonna recommend this place.

I love pizza pizza so much and I always buy from you guys however two nights ago, around midnight at Bayview ave location this staff an Indian tall guy was extremely rude and not very clean person he was using other stuff while using dough so I asked me nicely to wash his hands, he start yelling and calling me names, assault me and told me to get outLike really is this kind of staff you guys hiring! You should teach your employee how to be professional and most important polite and clean!!

I would give 0 star if possible. Worst customer service Ive experienced. Went around 6:45 PM for the Raptors promo to get a free slice when you buy one. Tall guy at the counter first said he didnt know if Raptors won yesterday in a rude way. I told him that yes, otherwise I wouldnt have the coupon on my phone app. Then, after putting the slices to reheat in the oven he went to the register and looked like he didnt know how to mark in the teller. He made a phone call (apparently to ask for instructions) and after hung up he told me in a very rude way that he couldnt scan the promo, that I had to go to other store to redeem (15 passed since I had entered the store)

4 stars just for Ali, great service and very sweet and friendly at the same time very professional. The times Ive gone and Ali wasnt there, I got pathetic service. I hope all the other staff get trained to this level of service as well. When it comes to the pizzas, they have good variety and they are very reasonably priced. I always go in for the multi-grain thin crust and ask them to make it crispy. One star less as they do not give chilli flakes and oregano in small pouches to go.

Ordered 2 mini Italian chicken sandwich on my way home found out they gave me wrong ones with sirracha sauce And I waited 20 min for that.

I go to this location some times, and I like the pizza, just the same as any other pizza pizza. Two drawbacks, the employees are hard to communicate with a lot of the time, as well as there is very, very minimal seating. (Literally 1 table)
