I’ve never really went to this place before but my family members usually buy pizza from here and it ends up tasting pretty decent. I only recently looked at the reviews and was shocked to see what a psycho the owner is! Like imagine having no life and going out of your way to fight with random strangers who are giving genuine reviews and giving u chances to improve yourself💀💀 I’m making sure my dad never purchases from this place!
Always very rude behaviour by this restaurant. Very poor customer service. Today 6th April 2024, he asked us that the pizza will be ready in 15 minutes, when we went after 15 minutes the shop was closed, when we went behind he was still there but was not ready to give the pizza. If he was not there, it was a different story, but after being present there you are not ready to give really shocked me. He was in a hurry to leave. I don't know with such attitude how they are surviving the business. This is not the first time earlier also several times I have felt that by serving us they are doing favor on us. We are paying you for what you serve you are not giving us free. I usually don't write any bad reviews, but I was observing their behaviour and attitude for a long time now, and what they did today really shocked me. We too have self respect. You are not the only halal pizza store in Toronto. This was the last time, I have been here now. Edit: You don't accept your mistake and correct yourself and instead blame the customer this is the type of customer service you have. I knew you are going to write this nonsense because I have read about other customers who tried to correct you and you did the same thing. There was Khan Pizza before you there and I was their regular customer but when you took over I saw the attitude and behaviour and start coming less, now I'll never come after seeing such reply from you. Mocking, insulting and embarrassing customer is your hobby. So I'm not shocked, and who is lying Allah knows better, and for treating customer like this you should have shame not me. Also I go to dozens of restaurants including pizza stores in Toronto, like Express Pizza, Pizza6, Late Night Pizza etc. and their quality is thousand times better than you, and for some I'm their loyal customer for more than 15 years now and more than anything I like the way they treat you, which is the basic of any customer service. A person like you will never understand that, because you are ready with excuse as soon as you see someone is pointing your mistake. You have to go and first learn the basic ethic of how to speak with customer before anything else. The customer who like your quality also have the taste and standard like you, they might have not tasted any other pizza. Alhamdulillah I'm not poor but definitely the quality of your pizza and your service is poor. This can be very well seen from the way you reply your customers. I never claimed whether I'm a good or bad Muslim, my Allah knows better whether I'm a good or bad Muslim. You are no one too tag me about it. You first check how you are treating people and whether in Islam you can mock and embarass people like this. Before thinking about praying think about whether you are treating people properly or not. What you are asking me not to come to your store, I'll myself not come to such place where you have such a cheap behaviour.
I'm a Regular Customer of them. Everything is okay include Food, But one thing that i don't like their food price is more costly in Uber Eats then Walking order.
If it was possible, I would have given it a negative star review. This place is so unprofessional. I wanted to order for delivery, they don't pick up the phone. They lack communication very badly. I really hate their customer service. They put trash in front of my door with their pamflets and used tissues. No wonder why people give these one star reviews. I hope that beard man who served me the food gets fired and I hope that business shuts down for everyone's health and the greater good. The cheese is not that good.I requested for fresh fried chicken, they refused. I ordered 5 pieces of chicken and a medium Pizza. I am editing this review now because They Called me in the next day morning to ask me why did i left the review ? I mean seriously guys??? Ordered a large pizza. Came back home with medium pizza. Apparently it was my fault, because the order taker heard the wrong size! Bottom line the pizza was decent, but Customer service was poor. Hence, will avoid this place at all costs! Parking: Best to park on the side streets.
I love Subhan Halal Pizza and their fried Chicken; they are more delicious compared to several other pizza stores I ve tried in Toronto. I also appreciate the fact that I dont have to worry about my food or cheese being haram. Sometimes I go to Subhan Pizza in person, but mostly order from them via Uber Eats, and sometimes they forget to include things like creamy garlic but thats Human and alright. I HAVE TO EAT THEIR PIZZA TWICE EVERY MONTH! Also, I think their customer service will do much better if they smile a bit more.
I ve been going to Subhan for over 6 years now and they consistently serve quality food at an affordable price. The chicken burger and wings are exceptional and a personal favourite of mine.
They forgot the dipping sauce and they did not provide me with receipt.

After trying almost everything on their menu, I can surely say they are the best in the business. Their pizzas are fresh, cheese and sauce tastes soo good, their burgers are worth trying specially beef burger ,so juicy full of flavours. Wings, onion rings are awesome too. Asked for a box to take out the leftover pizza. They didnt give box, instead they gave that in a paper bag which is totally unprofessional. And the quality of the pizza is just ordinary, nothing like to go for a second time.

Food quality is between a 3 to 4 out of 5 but the quantity and prices for what you get is very good I think it was 6 wings and a large pizza for $22 with 3 items on better than Pizza Pizza or anywhere else that I know.

Witnessed on a situation where the server told customer with pointing finger Do not Come to my Store as I dont need customer like you where so far I understood that the customer was fighting to get the price which is written on the promotional leaflet, but they decline to accept that price and wanted to charge the customer higher.

Ordered Combo Three. It was supposed to be a large pizza, but it was a 10-slicer, which seems Medium to me. Also, the combo is supposed to come with garlic bread, but got none. The chicken wings were dry. And the fried chicken tasted pretty terrible and was definitely overdone. Not ordering from this place again.

I ordered their large pepperoni and chicken pizza and the overall quality of it was horrendous. I talked with the owner and told him i didnt like the pizza and he was arguing with me about he has the best food in town. I ordered a pizza over the phone, picked it up, it was garbage but oh well that money was wasted and it was too late. 3 days later, a police officer called me and said that subhan pizza said that I harassed them. I didnt say anything to them even though they were very rude when i picked up the pizza, didnt say anything about their horrible pizza, and minded my own business. They still for some reason decided to take my phone number and lie about me consistently harassing them over years. I am not surprised that the police acted on bad information, and I am not surprised that yet another toronto pizza place has no standards, but having them lie to the police about me harassing them after having only visited them once, is a new level of low for restaurants in toronto. TL;DR dont order pizza from here unless you want to be unfairly reported to the police for harassment that didnt happen.

The pizza is delicious so is the wings. Order time and pick is also gr8. The only problem they have is even if you pay cash they charge you tax. They should not. The money is haram that they get. And if you pay by card they also charge you extra for using your card. I know most places do but they charge a little extra. Otherwise its best pizza store.

No customer care at all
Just gonna base the review in my experience of the place, despite so much controversy here and on YouTube. I came here for quick bites when I used to teach at an art school next doors. The owner was always nice, food was hot and fresh, and for the price I paid it tasted great. I think Ive tried most of their pizzas over the years and my favourite was their take on the Hawaiian with ground beef and feta. If youre one of the people who love pineapples on their pizzas, give it a go! I am though quite caught off guard at the divided reviews and the responses from both the owner and the customers. I was not aware of any of these and have never seen the owner in this light. I hope the owner is able to continually provide the hospitality that he has shown me to anyone and everyone.

Updated- Bad pizzas, very rude staff. Asked me to pay a dollar extra if I used card. My bill was above $15 and still made me pay extra. I told this is not done, so he said dont come again if you dont like it. Updated it seeing the reply of the owner. What audacity man.. applause. Apparently the customer service is down the drain, probably from where your food comes.
