The Parlour is where modern meets tradition, where Italian dining meets Century Hospitality. It’s a restaurant. It’s a lounge. It’s the place to meet family and friends. It’s the perfect marriage between beauty and taste. A Stunning Venue Parlour is a stunning venue available in Edmonton Downtown for all types of special events! This unique venue is perfect for wedding ceremonies & receptions, baby or wedding showers, private dinners & meetings, birthday celebrations and casual business networking receptions. The space boasts versatile configurations, a gorgeous outdoor patio and can accommodate a variety of food service styles along with space for a dancefloor.
We recently hosted our staff holiday dinner at The Parlour, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Natasha and her team were amazing to work with, offering great dinner options and helping us create the perfect setting for our event. They were very accommodating with special requests and dietary needs, which we really appreciated. We rented out most of the main floor, and the layout was perfect—not cramped at all, with plenty of room for guests to mingle. Dinner service was smooth overall, though there were a few slower moments due to the volume, but the team made sure everything came out perfectly. We started with a variety of delicious antipasto platters and enjoyed a set 5-course dinner. The standouts were definitely the spaghetti and meatballs (a true Italian classic), the tender and flavorful short ribs, and the peach tartlets, which were a hit for dessert. The ambiance was wonderful, and our whole team praised the attentive service from both the bartenders and servers. Everyone had an amazing time, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend The Parlour for any special event or dinner!
10/10 to the Parlour and their incredible staff. Natasha was an absolute gem and she helped me plan my husbands 40th birthday surprise party. The staff were so wonderful and went above and beyond. The food was so delicious. Highly recommend having your special event here. 💜🫶🏽💁🏽♀️
I had a lovely experience at the Parlour, and the food was wonderful. We starred off with the calamari, and it was quite filling. The sauce that came with it was incredibly delicious. Our server was wonderful the whole even with us being a large group. For the main course, I had the fettuccine, which was great as well. I took pictures of all of our foods too. Overall, I will definitely come back for that calamari!
TLDR: The Parlour held our wedding reception and the staff was incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive. The food was delicious, hot, served timely. The whole event went off without a hitch, I recommend the Parlour 100%! We just celebrated our wedding reception at The Parlour this past weekend and wow, I am truly blown away by how amazing they were through and through. Josh was friendly, thoughtful, kind, and communicative through the whole planning process. We are a more laid back couple which means we often needed some guidance and to have things explained to us and Josh was always thorough and generous with his time and talent. On the day of, he was there early with some other amazing staff getting everything ready for the day, and gave us charcuterie to snack on as we decorated the tables. Many staff members offered their assistance while we were decorating as well and although we declined, it was a very kind of them. They also made sure we were hydrated and were checking in constantly to see if we needed anything — they were so attentive! The night went beautifully — my partner and I were absolutely amazed by the sheer number of staff working our evening. It was likely at least 15+ people (and we didn’t have any other vendors such as day-of-coordinators or planners or photographers, this was all just The Parlour staff!). The food was delicious, my partner and I were served plated dinners and everyone else was served family style dinners (except those with dietary restrictions who were given their own plate as well). The family style dinner was amazing, I prefer it so much to a buffet, the night just went so much more smoothly and everyone seemed very happy with their meal. The food was delicious and plentiful as well! It was honestly some of the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding. I had many people complimenting the short rib specifically! And each table had a waiter who would attend to them and bring them their drinks as well. Ugh, it was just so perfect! The bartenders were wonderful, our guests were very happy with their drinks and everyone had a great time. When it came to cleaning up, the staff was discrete and they gathered up our decor and other things as the night winded down, and they even collected any scattered items at the end of the night like jackets and phones and made them easily accessible for people who may have misplaced them. We were able to leave everything there until the next day at 3:00pm to pick up. They had everything neatly packed away in bags and boxes for us, and nothing was missing! For reference, my partner forgot his wallet there over night and they had it set aside safely along with our other personal belongings and decor. Even as the night got late and our guests were getting rowdy, the staff was kind, attentive, and supportive of us having fun (especially Pia!). It took a bit of wrangling to get the last guests to go home, but we never felt pressured to leave or any sort of discomfort from the staff, they were all very relaxed and kind. This is going to sound like a bit much but it almost makes me emotional thinking about how well they took care of us. Weddings or large events like this can be very stressful and vulnerable for some and the staff at Parlour really felt like they cared and wanted to offer as much support in making the night as easy as possible. I understand that for them it was just another day at work but they made it feel like it was a very special day, and they really showed up for us. Truly I can’t imagine a better place for us to have held our reception. They handled EVERYTHING and I couldn’t be more grateful. Will honestly be pushing all my friends to have their weddings here because every newlywed deserves a wedding like this, I recommend them 100000/10.
The baked fontina was so good! Highly recommend that! The pizza was okay. The mushroom one was good. We tried the Godfather pizza. That one was a bit bland. Will be coming back for the $10 Thursday. Service was great!
While visiting Edmonton, we had a fantastic dinner at Parlour. Simon was our server and he did a fantastic job. We started with the ricotta which was to die for! For our mains we had Spaghetti & Meatballs, Full Green Salad ( Added pulled chicken & prawns ) and "The Queen" pizza ( added ricotta ). Everything was great from start to finish. We will definitely be back!
Went here for an anniversary dinner. The service was incredible, the staff went out of their way to make sure it was a great experience. The food was good and fairly priced. I will definitely be returning.
The Godfather pizza slaps 11/10, have to get this every time we visit. We always ask for honey on the side, and it is perfect to go with the pizza. They have really good happy hour until 6PM, where you can get cocktails are $10, and appies for $10. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Love the place and vibe, perfect spot to catch up with friends
Chicken Parm was sub par. Spaghetti over cooked and sauce lacked taste.
Staff is amazing, great atmosphere
My office came here for a work holiday party. The food was great, and the serving staff were organized and attentive. The events manager was also very helpful in organizing. Definitely a new favorite place for pizza!
Amazing place, had our wedding there a year ago and would recommend! Great food and service!
Thank you Natasha, for arranging our evening, and an especially warm thank-you to Daniel, our amazingly attentive server!
Great meal with great service Thank you !! Food
Amazing service and amazing food! We had a change in plans with our reservation and the team at the Parlour was able to accommodate to use beyond our expectations! They were so kind and always have amazing food and drinks! Definitely recommend coming here!
Host/server was fantastic during our saturday afternoon. The kitchen was speedy and the server confirmed dietary concerns a few times which is always appreciated
Just had our annaul boys get together at the Parlour and the staff and food was excellent. Very accomodating! It will continue to by my go to venue. Thank you!!
Great place for a corporate Christmas party. We enjoyed the loft space, delicious and abundant food, and the service was excellent!
Drove all the way there for the $10 pizza Thursday night, only for there to be a sign posted outside the restaurant saying closed for private event. There was nothing on their social media indicating the restaurant would be closed that evening. Would recommend calling before going to this restaurant, to make sure they are actually open.
Our company hosted a business dinner and the food and service were impeccable! It was very easy to plan the event start to finish with The Parlour team and we will most certainly be back in the future!
The Parlour gave us the opportunity to reserve a good space for a fair amount of people without too much hassle. The coordinators were attentive and always checking on my list/ requests. The group was super happy and given the location, everyone made it on time and felt the space was big enough for chatting freely. Everyone recognized and complimented the good choice of place for this event!
Great atmosphere, perfect for pre-game food and drinks.
Great place for a private event Dietary restrictions: Accommodated gluten free Food : 5/5 |
We had an event here - Natasha helped us organize everything and the space is gorgeous. We had around 70 people show and the space was great for standup / cocktail-type service. Staff were friendly, drinks and food were yummy. Recommend for similar events.
I chose The Parlour because a couple of friends had attended weddings there. I was responsible to plan a retirement dinner for 45 people. Planning process was easy. Natasha was amazing - attentive. Josh, incredibly responsive - amazing. Room for improvement - the chairs in the loft are quite worn, tattered and do not match the quality of everything else we experienced (planning, food, cocktails, service). I may have been the only one that noticed, but I noticed immediately. We also tried to have some speeches following dinner, but the music from downstairs was overbearing in the loft and we could hardly hear. While the staff tried to adjust the volume of the music for the loft, it was still very loud upstairs and were told that they were not able to adjust the volume too much because of the people and atmosphere downstairs. Regardless, I will definitely return and would host another event wat The Parlour. Overall... amazing experience. Dietary restrictions: Without reservation, had gluten free options for our guests and were very attentive to them.
Appetizers were really good. Service was good too.
Tasty Italian food, nicely located in city center, not far from Rogers place. Pretty cool brick building.
Great private room for a family celebration, and staff made it fun.
Dietary restrictions: Looked after a celiac guest well! Food
Delicious food, great atmosphere s there, and friendly, fun staff!
The Parlour Italian Kitchen & Bar offers a fantastic blend of classic Italian dishes and modern twists. The menu features a variety of delicious options, from flavorful pastas to perfectly cooked meats and fresh seafood. Each dish is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients that bring out authentic Italian flavors. The ambiance is chic and inviting, making it a great place for both casual meals and special occasions. If youre looking for great Italian food in a stylish setting, The Parlour is definitely worth checking out.
Had a great time, lots of vegetarian options. Drinks and drink specials were awesome.
Food has always been good and consistent. I ve had the twenty-layer lasagna a few times and it s always been great!
Excellent cauliflower bites. Shared a mushroom pizza. A little dry, but half price wine helped. Very good service Parking: One of the service providers at parlour explained how to get from the parking lot to the parlour free lot. She said it might be quite full, but encouraged me to try, otherwise, she recommended. I look for the street parking that was free. I did find a spot at the parlour free parking lot.
We had an excellent time here for dinner last night. Our server Lacey was really helpful with menu selections and was a lot of fun, our food and drinks were wonderful, we will definitely be back!
The food is delicious but the music is so atrocious. The Ed Sheeran remix actually made me laugh out loud like guys . This is not enjoyable I promise you.
We hosted a dinner for 30 people and had a great evening. Food, drinks and service were all excellent. Kid-friendliness: Family-friendly environment.
We loved this restaurant. The food was quite good! The meat was fall off the bone! We will definitely be coming back to try out more of their menu.
Came through for happy hour with the so! Service, and food were amazing. Big shout out to Sam you were the best! Made our evening. :) Food : 5/5
Went crazy on apps & meals, everything was amazing. Service top notch
They charge $4 to add two small slices of garlic bread to your pasta dish. Pizza was subpar. Servings were quite small for the price. Had to wait 20 minutes to eventually get a server to bring our bill
They need to fix the upholstery looks very shabby. They also need to dust light fixtures.. its all in the details.
Came here as a group of 10 for a birthday. Food was good, service was not. Unfortunately as there was an 18% mandatory gratuity placed on parties of 8 or more, we felt like our table was ignored. Took 40 minutes to get our drinks. Waters were not refilled. Old glasses piled up on our table. Was not asked if we were celebrating anything. Disappointing experience, would not recommend attending for celebrations.
I love this place. Especially on Thursday nights. They have a fantastic pizza special that is wonderful. Thin crust pizza with varied flavours and great toppings. The staff is always lovely and friendly. I go by myself often and its nice that they chat you up a bit. Highly recommend giving THE PARLOUR a try as part of CENTURY conglomerate. I have tried a few of their cocktails as well and they are very good. They have happy hour specials. Delicious pizza and drinks and great staff.
It was a fantastic location to host a wedding! The food was by far the best tasting wedding food I have ever had! The pesto pasta, so good!
Pizza is small and chewy, and half was hard. And overpriced. The chicken parm was literally spaghetti with like a cheap canned tomato sauce almost no flavour. Not impressed with the food and cost
Great food, great atmosphere, great service!! Loved everything.
The food is great, and the pizza is very good. Rourke is the greatest server I ever seen with great passions and enthusiasm on customer s experience , btw it s our first restaurant after landing, came from Vancouver and made this business trip meaningful at first, our team are all excited about this Edmonton place for sure, thank you for the valuable experience.
Came for the food, stayed for the head. Best. Ever. I definitely recommend the Grinder. Food : 1/5
Food is meh. For the price its a bit underwhelming
The weekend of August 11, 2024 we attended a wedding at The Parlour. Incredible venue, amazing staff, and extraordinary food. I would easily go back for a truly awesome dining experience. Dietary restrictions: There was gluten free and vegitarian options. Parking: There is a parking lot to the west of this venue. Street parking nearby as well. Easily accessable by transit Kid-friendliness: Always welcome to dine.
My husband and I came here for our marriage anniversary. Nothing went right from the beginning. We had asked for seating in the dining room and they seated us in the bar originally. We ordered the calamari and it did not come for a while. We ordered our main dishes, which came out first. The calamari came out as we were finishing our dinner. The food was not great for the price you are paying. The service was bad as it seemed like they were focusing on the tables with larger parties. We were never check up on and had to flag our server down whenever we needed something. It is not a good look when the server is always apologizing every time they come back. It really dampened the mood and what was supposed to be a celebratory night, left us feeling upset.
Still remember the parlour team poorly executing my events and birthday Dec 2022. Highly do not recommend supporting this business as the owner also will threaten you. Extremely unprofessional from execution to how the situation was handled. Every patron in my party will not support this business and their branch businesses. Beware
This is the venue to hold your wedding! The service and hospitality is second to none. Josh leads you through every step of the way and is there for you on the day to coordinate everything that needs to be done. All the staff was top notch and were very attentive and helpful throughout the evening. The food was exceptional. The patio was a wonderful place for family to visit, while others danced the night away. Thank you so much, Josh and staff for an outstanding evening!
It was good. Food was tasty, service was attentive but not over bearing.
First time attending and it was amazing celebrated a wedding for a friend great atmosphere love the location
The food is always fantastic and Daniel has served me many times and is one of the best servers I have ever encountered. I would return just for the service.
The Food, The Service & Atmosphere At The Parlor is Amazing. Really Like The Baller Meatball Sub As Well as The Queen Margherita Pizza. Anyhow I Look Forward To Trying The Pastas As Well Featuring The Short rib Ravioli Pasta When I Come By Sometime. Hope The Pastas Are Very Impressively Flavorful!
Definitely it impressed ordered for the first time and ordered the large antipasto board, was suppose to get toasted crostini s and got bread slightly toasted little niblets of cheese. Got the garlic fingers they were undercooked and tasted like raw dough. The white rice balls were exactly that, absolutely no flavour tasted like bland white rice.
We celebrated my friend s sweet 16th today and it was so fun! The reservation process was a breeze and the staff were so kind and patient with us. The server with beautiful makeup even took the time to take pictures of our group outside. Every single staff member was great from the second we got there to the moment we left. It is so beautiful and the food was incredible. I will totally be coming back.
Manager Josh, our server Daniel, and the whole team at Parlour saved the day when we lost our dinner booking at another restaurant for my sister s bachelorette! They went above and beyond to give us the VIP treatment! The drinks were amazing, the food was the best of the weekend . everyone is still talking about how special it was!! Most importantly the bride felt like the star of the day. I cannot recommend Parlour enough for group bookings they truly know how to make it a seamless and special experience! Thank you Josh and Daniel!
We found this restaurant amazing! Perfect spot to celebrate of just enjoy a night out with the wife! 4 thumbs up!!
Had the ravioli, it was fantastic! Great service, great food, I definitely recommend
The drinks were super tasty and the food was quite good, but the service was slow. Good place if you want to visit with friends and stay a while.
First time going! Service was excellent, pizza was delicious! Will probably go again, if and when in the area.
I feel that for the plate size and portion size didnt seem bigger because of the bigger plate used, so I was disappointed in the amount although the taste was amazing and service was fantastic. Ill definitely go again. It was a Sunday and super quiet. Ample parking in the back of the restaurant.
Enjoyed many items off their menu, I would especially recommend any one of their pizzas with a side of black garlic dip. Their cocktails were delicious.
Food was terrible server was excellent. Understaffed for a Tuesday.
What a great little gem! The atmosphere, food and service was incredible! Shout out to Kenzie, Josh and Adam for making table 25 the greatest!
The lasagna is an event, 20 some layers, but I ate it all...then desert. The ravioli is also delicious. Will definitely return Parking: If you need to throw caution to the wind, park at Dannys
The inside of the building was really nice, thats the only nice thing i can say about it at this time. the food was lack luster and tasted poorly. i got the pollo alla diavola pizza and it was easily the worst pizza Ive ever had. If you havent been here, just go to Paninis its way better
Great place for Italian cuisine. Ambience is amazing, they have their own parking which is a huge plus. Food was tasty and great seating indoors. Service can be faster. Vegetarian options: They have couple of good veg options in Pizza and Pasta Parking: They have their own parking spot
Blueberry pizza it s a MUST!
I havent been here in quite some time. I have enjoyed my time here today, and now, am forced to reflect on why I have not been here in sooo long. It will not be this far between again
Found by accident, and a great find. Im definitely going back.
Charcuterie board is quite good
We had lunch here and had the pleasure of Simon taking care of us. He made us feel right at home. Thank you, Simon! And the food was excellent, the pizza there is just chef s kiss
Great spot to go before the Oiler game.
Do not recommend. Food is pretty good, but business model is sneaky. We went for happy hour but were seated upstairs, given the happy hour menu, ordered and then when the bill came told happy hour doesnt apply to where we had been seated. Not a huge difference in price, but it felt pretty dishonest.
EPCOR encor had a chefs table there and the service and food were wonderful
Went here for a Encor Chefs dinner, it was awsome, service was excellent, they even have a outdoor fire pit, too bad it was cold outside. This dinner had a special menu for this occasion but definitely check this place out. Parking: Parking at the back of restaurant Wheelchair accessibility: Main entrance
Cool place, need to hang out here more
In town for a concert tried here because of location. Great atmosphere, service was top notch, our girl Kenzie was awesome! The flavours and food, were incredible and reasonably priced for the quality. Will definitely go back.
Such a lovely space! Best Arancini, loved the pesto and the malbec was excellent. Wrapped our mains up with Gelato and espresso, surprising combination for me but wow so delicious . Looking forward to the next visit.
10/10, run, don t walk, so good! I would recommend reservations but we lucked out and were seated with no wait, it filled up fast though. Our server was absolutely amazing, so friendly, excellent food recommendations and explanations of the menu, great drink recommendations too! It gives really upscale vibes without being stuffy or pretentious. It would be perfect for a nice romantic date night or something casual like pizza and a beer with a friend. The pizza oven is next level too! It s nice to be able to get a double zero crust that s fire cooked in an oven like that but have other options on the menu too. Excellent menu! Parking: The building itself is surrounded by parking lots, reserved for another restaurant on one side, a pay lot on the opposite side, you want to go behind the building (from the alley) to get to their free lot. Definitely not enough stalls to match their capacity so be warned, we had no trouble finding a spot but I could see it being right if you ve got a reservation to make and they re busy you might not find a a lot right away.
A server can make or break the whole experience and this server -Simon- made it. I wasnt able to have many of the appetizers because of allergies but he looked at all the options for me, showing an attention and care for myself as I was there. His cheerfulness, enthusiasm, and friendliness stood out and made it a very joyful experience. On top of that the food was very tasty with the reduction sauce and how the beef short rib fell apart with a fork. Overall a lovely uplifting atmosphere and experience.
The best pizza!
Was at a friends wedding reception there this past weekend. Food was great, served family style, included brushetta, salad, two pastas, tuscan chicken and veggies, shorties and veggies, and three mini desserts. Not a full bar for this event but enough choices of wine, beer, coolers and socktails. Ive been twice before, once for drinks and once for snack on the outdoor patio (in the summer) and wondered how they would handle a wedding reception/dance. The setting in this beautiful old brick building was beautiful. Also enjoyed the fact that the outside fireplace was kept stoked. Met my expectations and more. Its a wonderful location for a private event.
Great place for a Venue
We have been here multiple times, most recently for my sons birthday dinner with family. Service is always excellent and the food always great. The atmosphere is one of our favorites in the city - never too noisy. And they even went out of their way to make my sons birthday dessert extra special. Thank you Parlour staff!!
We decided to try this place for the first time, and ordered the arancini, brushcetta, the godfather pizza, and the ravioli. Of everything we tried, the brushcetta was the only thing I would have again, though I probably wont be back. The arancini was dry and saved only by the aoli accompanying it. The ravioli was drowning in oil and I gave up after 2 bites, sending it back and calling it a night. My friend had a piece of the pizza, and found it to be underwhelming. He did end up taking it home for his roommate, but neither of us really ate at the restaurant. Overall I would say its overpriced, mediocre food, and fresh ingredients are not anywhere near a priority. I think the focus is more about aesthetic than anything. Our waitress was lovely, and very attentive... but the rest was, unfortunately, a let down. I would not recommend this place for a meal if youre a fan of Italian food.
5 stars all around every time. Nothing beats this place. I have been going here for 10 years and its always the first place I recommend to people from out of town. Its a very classy, high end place with AMAZING food and great service. I love love love the cheeeseee please pizza. It used to be called Quattro fromagio. It has 4 cheeses and I finish the whole thing to myself every time. I absolutely love it and crave it!! Best fire crust pizza in town. The other options on the menu are good as well but thats my go-to. Drinks are fancy and tasty as well. This is my top recommendation for a place to take a date you want to impress. Or even throw an event at. And in the summer the patio area is beautiful! Parking: If the parking is full you will have to park on the street and downtown anywhere you have to pay the meter. Go on a less busy night.
Had a lovely dinner there on a Wednesday. The food is great and Wednesdays are even better with their wine Wednesday 50% off bottles of wine.
Slow and inattentive service. Asking if we want more drinks an hour after waiting for pizza. Super slow service and unaware. Just wanted food at that point. Not great service at all! Food
Ordered for the first time. Portions were small, like for a toddler, came cold. Very disappointed in our dinner and deserts. Spent 100.00 and had to get food from another restaurant. Lasagna came to us burnt. Usually I am pretty easy going but I felt completely ripped off. The fettuccine came cold and I didnt eat the chicken I paid extra for, worried because it did not looked cooked.
Had a great Valentines Day dinner. The atmosphere was really nice, and the menu had many different items I wanted to try. I chose the 27 layer lasagna which I greatly enjoyed.
We have struggled to find a new place in Edmonton that we love to go to. We have tried a few places, looking for the right blend of amazing cocktails and delicious food. We went to Parlor a few months back, and had a marvelous time, and on our second trip we found it was just as good as the first! The atmosphere is wonderful - though if you are worried about it being a little lax or pub feeling dash those aside. The space is a great blend of a casual atmosphere with a dash of class from the bar and decor. The staff are wonderful always, and the cocktails are a must. They dont necessarily reinvent the wheel, but their takes on the classics are the right level of different while still being memorable and recognizable. The real secret is the food. The menu online does not do the food justice. It looks simple, it looks easy, and it looks like it could be mistaken for any other bar downtown. This is misleading. The food is simply amazing. You can tell there is care in the ingredients, the preparation, and the presentation. Every add-on is worth every penny, and every piece is worth the price, which is less than they could get away with. If you want great food and an even better overall experience, this is where you go. Ignore all the flashy try-hard bars and spend your coin here instead. Parking: There is a little parking lot just behind the restaurant you can park in! We have missed it twice now until we walk up, but it is there. Wheelchair accessibility: There are two levels, and its well laid out to accommodate people of different mobilities.
Had a great experience here for our work Christmas party. Amazing ambience! Super clean and every employee I spoke to was welcoming . Highly recommended and will be back! Glad to see some places downtown or in edmonton in general that take customer service seriously ! Speaks volumes of the place and management. Thank you and Happy holidays!
I had a disappointing experience at Parlour Kitchen Italian. The delivery for our meal was significantly delayed, and the food quality did not meet expectations. The portion sizes were smaller than anticipated. Additionally, there was considerable disorganization in management, leading to billing errors that significantly exceeded our budget. The response from the owner was extremely unprofessional. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment.
Six of us decided we would have supper and then head over to the Rogers Place to see the Oilers play the Senators. We were happy we did. We had made a reservation and on arrival, we were immediately seated on the second level. Our waitress was Liz, she was very pleasant and professional. We also liked the additional staff who ensured our water was replenished. It was a team effort. I had their New Yorker pizza, Im not sure about the name, having been in Italy for 3 weeks in 2023, I could have closed my eyes and thought I was back there. My friends ordered: Chicken Parmesan substituted with Fettuccini rather than spaghetti (they gladly made the substitution), Pollo ala diavalo pizza, and Rigatoni. Everyone enjoyed their respective meals. Overall a positive experience. It was nice to have the manager Bob thank us for dining at his restaurant when we were leaving. A couple of things to note, there is no elevator, I believe this has to do with limitations associated with historic buildings however theres lots of seating downstairs. There is a lot of parking in the back and its a 5 minute walk to Rogers Place. Parking: Probably enough parking in the rear for approx 30 cars. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible entrance and bathrooms however no access to second floor.
We hosted our son and future daughter-in-laws wedding rehearsal dinner at this location in December 2023. From the initial request for information to the final bill, the service was outstanding! All of our guests enjoyed an excellent meal, and appreciated the professional and personable attention of the service staff. I look forward to having another occasion to celebrate at this amazing venue! Dietary restrictions: The staff ensured the dietary restrictions indicated were respected.
Great place for a date or get together with friends
Had the pre built dinner here on NYE, $49 per person and very reasonable for the amount of grub you get served. Salad, charcuterie board, pizza, spaghetti and chicken Parmesan. VERY filling. Great good and lots of it. **I never took pictures day of. So I scooped these pictures off other reviews for reference.
Me & my team enjoyed our meeting tonight, Riley was very professional and friendly.
Nice digs
really cool interior! really good food and service!
Wait 25 min for drinks, miss two main course and the food is below average, worse experiance in a restaurant
Not bad
I LOVE this place. The food was amazing, the staff were awesome and the atmosphere is so great, its a beautiful restaurant and patio. Excited to go back!
Good food, a tad skimpy on toppings for pizzas. Dont recommend the arancini as they didnt have much flavour and mostly rice. All in all a little over priced for what you get. Went twice recently and had to waive the waitress down to place our orders for drinks and appetizers the first time and for the main meal the second. They did give us free shots but would rather have the service.
Service was slow, underwhelming beer selection (server told us they only had one local beer), and most importantly the pizzas werent great. The potato pizza was so incredibly dry - could have used some olive oil or something at the very least. Margherita was okay, but nothing special.
Horrible!! Probably the worst restaurant I ve been in Edmonton. We didn t get a drink until over 30 minutes in. Our server didn t even acknowledge us the entire time. Food was overly salty and not cooked properly. Oh and they still charged us the full bill. Will never go again.
Great place to go for wine and pizza. Lovely patio with shade during summer and a nice large bar / restaurant area over winter. Service is normally good especially at the bar. Optimum time to go is Wednesday before 6pm so you can get half price wine plus cheap appies / pizza at the end of happy hour. Pizza itself is a high quality thin crust but with more toppings than a traditional neopolitan style. Other tasty dishes include cauliflower fritto and lasagna.
The service at this place is undoubtedly one of the worst in the city, I have walked in this facility a few times and have been treated poorly from the moment I stepped in, I have never actually dinned in there because I could see how bad the service was without having to spend more time there and find out how bad it can really get. Tonight was the last chance I have given this place, and for no surprise, they have stayed consistent providing poor service. If you want to be treated right I would suggest finding a different spot to try.
This restaurant has become a staple for my partner and I. We eat here practically every Thursday, which is when they have the best deal ever, the Perfect Ten Thursdays where they have all of their signature cocktails and pizzas on for $10 each starting at 7:00pm. We love trying all of their different flavours of pizzas, our favourites right now are the Hangover pizza (which we would LOVE if there was more than one sunny side up egg on it and would suggest ordering an extra one on top) and the classic margarita pizza is always a reliably delicious choice. They have recently updated their menu as of last time I went, and they have made soem new additions to the menu and the new pizza called Pollo Alla Diavolo and it is delicious as well! The staff are always super awesome, and very accommodating. It is also very impressive watching them carry trays up and down stairs over and over again and they deserve a medal for not tripping as often as I surely would if I was in their shoes! Parking: There is a parking lot which you can park in for free right out front of the restaurant, which only has a limited number of stalls (approx. 20 stalls) and then directly south of that parking lot is another lot which is pay by the hour, not owned by the restaurant, and I believe it is $5 every hour if not more.
I enjoy coming here. Their food is always great - especially the pizza which is incredible. The drinks are good too. Outside patio is just relaxing. A great place to unwind and enjoy.
Great pizza for pre oilers game.
Good wood fired pizza. Lots of vegetarian choices. Great ambiance.
Great place, especially Thursday with their pizza and drinks special. Ryan at the bar is a phenomenal bartender.
Beautiful setting (both inside & out) with a nice modern vibe. Plenty of parking for a place so close to the downtown core. Delicious unique cocktails, legit stone-fired pizzas, and yummy menu. They have a private room in the restaurant that is great to book for larger groups and/or social events. I highly recommend the Arancini Risotto Balls & Baked Fontina for apps and the Blueberry Pizza for a main dish!
Great place with a great ambiance. The food was pretty good as well. Definitely recommend getting a pizza (and a dipping sauce for the crust). Vegetarian options: Pretty good vegetarian options for salads, soups, pastas, pizzas, and sandwiches.
Pia was our server and she was incredible! We also had some guidance with the menu from the bar manager, Ray, who was so personable and professional. This place is so great!
Love their Thursday $10 pizzas and cocktails, glad their chef is back to making the original Blueberry pizza :)
Craft cocktails were disappointing, not well mixed. Pizza was ok on happy hour Thursday ($10). Service was great! The food and drinks uninspired and mediocre at best, this was my 3rd visit since they opened.
Incredible mediocre. I got the arancini balls. They were not that crispy on the outside and we re not a very interesting mix on the inside. The Caesar salad was fine. The only redeeming point was the crispy prosciutto. I had the mushroom ravioli, and they just completely overdid it with truffle oil. Overtook the flavour so much that it was no longer elegant, but just stinky. Finally had the peaches and cream for dessert. I m pretty sure my five year old can make this dessert. The peaches were out of a can. With a scoop of flavorless, vanilla pudding, and canned whipped cream.
Could not say enough great things about this place. From the atmosphere, food, staff, and everything in between this was one of the best decisions I made for my special day. I initially had a bit of sticker shock when I got my first quote to reserve the restaurant for a day (on a Saturday), but if you can fit it in your budget, it is SO worth it because it s just a food & beverage minimum so you re technically just paying for that and not even paying for the venue! By having my wedding there, I no longer had to worry about catering/bar, music (they have a full sound system so I just did a Spotify playlist and it worked SO well) and I only had to do minimal decor because the location is already gorgeous. We got so many comments from guests about how great the food, staff, and location was. One of the big things for me was that we had a lot of dietary restrictions among our guests, and I wanted to make sure everyone could eat a full meal. They accommodated EVERYTHING, even the most complicated ones! No one left hungry. Even outside of the wedding, every time weve come here, we had a great experience. Highly recommend whether its for a date night, quick bite to eat when downtown, or a wedding!
I went here on june 24 and thought it was outstanding. Ended up here because Joey was full and we are very glad that we came here instead. The restaurant was full, great atmosphere, service was fast, and the food was really really really good. Definitely the kind of place you want to go enjoy in person because the food was so tasty coming right out of the woodfired oven fresh.
Had a bunch of appetizers and drinks. Service felt very professional and quick. They were very accommodating, and the atmosphere was very Italian.
Atmosphere, and service were top notch. Pizzas were dry and lacking flavor, among the five different ones we ordered. Maybe it was an off night, because we had heard several glowing recommendations before checking Parlour out. Not sure we will be back anytime soon, but the Atmosphere alone makes us want to give it a second chance.
Very cool place! The blueberry pizza was amazing!
Not a fan of the potato pizza but great deals and lovely service.
Food was out of this world good
Went for supper with my wife. Someone had given us a gift card for a restaurant group that this one belongs to. I thought the portions looked small, but there was plenty of food. The lasagna was just tall, rather than the longer, thinner ones Ive had, traditionally. I had the 20 layer lasagna and my wife had the ravioli. Both were made with roast, rather than the usual ground beef (as I recall), and both were very good. Garlic toast was not included, but offered. We had it. It was different, for sure. The staff were great. Our server was Emilio and he says very attentive.
The happy hour rocks. The share appetizers are $10. Mussels were awesome.
Great patio, food was delicious and service was amazing!
Great spots for date nights. Good food
We just discovered this place and have loved everything we have eaten or drank! I suggest the Blueberry Pizza!
We come here often because we love the patio, free parking and the food is good, but today we wanted to leave a review because the service was extra special. A special shout out to the kitchen staff who gave us water for our dog in the parking lot before we went in and to the staff who helped us when we had a glitch with our car when leaving. The waitress also gave us excellent service. We will definitely come back!
The food isnt as good as it used to be.
Our server, who I will call S, was fantastic, fun and very clever at making recommendations. Service, food and the patio were all perfect. This is a hidden gem off the alley in downtown Edmonton. Lots of parking, safe environment, and quiet as off the road.
Ordered a fettuccini and requested to have chicken. The Chicken tasted and smelled funny. It seems like it was left over from the day before and just reheated with a microwave. Felt sick after. People go to restaurant to enjoy food not to get a food poisoning. Never again going to this restaurant. Even my wife hated her meal. Ruined our day!!. The service was ok.
I am pregnant and was craving fettuccini. I ordered it and the taste was not good. Not only that, I had food poisoning after and even my husband chicken smelled funny. I don t think I will be able to eat pasta again.
I had the pleasure of attending a wedding ceremony and reception at the Parlour this past weekend. The entire staff went above and beyond in terms of their explemplary service and professionalism! The food and drinks were phenomenal and the venue was absolutely stunning! 5 star service in all aspects of this event! Such a great experience!
Great service, great food. The staff went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!
The building is gorgeous, the food is amazing, and the staff are the loveliest.
Pizza pizza! ohhhh and that pasta!! Thank you for all the delicious everything! Making my belly happy one visit at a time. And the staff is I love the brick and the pizza oven so much!
We had an amazing experience! We were among the last customers, and the waitress was friendly. The staff was working diligently. We enjoyed the ravioli, fried cauliflower, fettuccine, and Caprese salad. I particularly liked the ravioli. Fresh ingredients. Generous portions. Clean tables. Great vibes. This was the best Italian experience Ive had in the city!
A very quaint yet classy place. I love the place I will go back there again . The food was great !
First time dining here. Beautiful space, friendly efficient staff and the food was excellent. We will be back.
My wife and I went here for an anniversary dinner and we absolutely loved it. Our server Bronti was excellent! The atmosphere at this place was perfect. Great tunes all night too. Then there is the delicious blueberry pizza and several drink choices. We plan to bring more friends back soon!! Parking: Great free spot behind the restaurant.
Our experience with Parlour was great. We bought out the whole restaurant for reception and had our ceremony there for our wedding. Cost was reasonable as it was both venue and catering since it is a restaurant. The ceremony did have a fee, but it went towards our minimum spend. The price does vary quite a bit based on the day you are looking to book, so those looking to save money with a flexible date can do so here. Josh and the rest of his staff were professional and easy to work with. They have lots of experience running weddings so they are able to help guide you if you don t have an exact vision on how you want events to go but are also willing to work with you to bring the ideas you do have to life. Also many vendors are familiar with them at this point so that can further ease the stress day of. Setup was on us to provide, but the transition to reception and takedown was done by the staff and we were able to pick it up the following morning. The food was a 4 course meal which included a dessert and was obviously fantastic, everyone that came was raving about it. Dietary restrictions are well cared for and they will make individual servings if needed, which we had a few. They also can accommodate any form of bar style including tickets at any price you would like, open bar, or fully on guests to pay and they can use cash or card. Once again, their flexibility was awesome.
Weve hosted our customer appreciation night there for 5 years now. Always impressed with the sevice and atmosphere
Had the Blanco pizza with truffle oil as it had an amazing aroma of truffle when we walked in. Good casual spot for a meal. Parking: Free parking lot is tucked in behind the restaurant.
The parlour hosted our wedding yesterday. I cant thank them enough for their willingness to accommodate. They really went above and beyond to provide an experience. Food is excellent. Service was above and beyond, our vision was helped come to life! Thank you 1000x to everyone at the parlour!
It was a nice place to eat with family and friends. Very cozy and i like the interior design. Very industrial like and contemporary. Its just a little dark inside but the atmosphere is magnificent. Very lively and the staffs are nice. Food is great too.
Was here for an intimate wedding and I wish I got our servers name, to recommend her. The food was great (chicken a little dry, but everything else was good), but our server did an amazing job. Her attention to detail was exceptional and was very polite and friendly. Would definitely come back!
Great food. Service was poor. Slow, not attentive and it was not full. We were disappointed
Food and service were excellent!
The food was great! The service was also excellent. A few food items were slow to come out of the kitchen but it was busy and they were a little short staffed. The braised beef and mushroom ravioli was amazing.
the total experience is amazing. A big applause to the bartender/server! we forgot to ask His name but we wont forget His face! He makes an amazing bellini tho its not on the menu! Gonna come back for sure! Cheers!
Aw, what a cool place! Definitely will be back! Originally we sat in a back room & found it too cold. The server did find an open table & sat us in the main room. My short ribs were amazing!!
First time here for an event and it was awesome . Food was really good, cocktails were delicious and service was top knotch!
This was the best Italian food Ive had since being in Rome. Amazing food, amazing server Liz R. Cannot wait to come back.
Good food, great service, yummy drinks! Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessibility, bathroom in the main floor. Food : 5/5 |
