DO NOT COME HERE, i ordered a large burrito and they gave me the smallest portions the industry has seen, dude taking my order was rude and blunt, dont come here unless your ready to be dissappointed with filth

The food was great, and the service was amazing.

Great place to have some quality food. The portion is quite satisfying and tastes is good.

The chicken tinga burrito is great, and was ready when I called in for pickup at 2:10 am by the time I got there 10 minutes later. Definitely recommend these guys.

I wish restaurants took as much care with delivery and to go that they do when dining in store. Missing items on delivery is just careless, take the extra 30 seconds to make sure its right. The food is just OK. Wont be ordering from here again.

Worst mexican food chain

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic establishment that serves mouthwatering tacos and burritos. The food was exceptional, bursting with flavor and made with high-quality ingredients. What truly set this place apart, however, was the outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my meal. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend this spot to anyone craving delicious Mexican cuisine and top-notch service.

I tried placing an order on uber eats on march 9th at 1:40 am in the night. After calling them 8 times because i couldnt mention comments on uber eats. The guy picked up the call and had a reckless attitude during his conversation. Super unprofessional. Been ordering with them but will never do it again. He answered my call and and disconnected on my face after laughing in the background like it was a joke. 0 service etiquettes and 0 customer experience. Would not recommend anymore because of unprofessional staff. Would like the management to take a look into this and reach out if needed.

I really enjoyed the food was delicious! But did not enjoy staff!

We normally go to the quesada in red deer and we love the food! Was so disappointed when my partner went in a got food for us today and the worker was insaaanely cheap with the amount of food he put in our bowls. My other friend was there too and they filled their bowl full as hell, but my wife, who is Black, was given the smallest portions possible. The bowls we got were only about half full, and barely any meat at all. Def wont be returning to this location again. (Visit was around 12:15pm Feb 14th 2024)

Ordered online, black beans looked like theyd just been scooped from a can, no seasoning, tacos were cold, missing sauces, and btw the mexican slaw is just plain shredded cabbage lol Save your money and make better tacos at home, honestly sad

I had a burrito bowl and found a 3in piece of plastic, obviously cut from a counter, in my food.

These burritos are our go-to, they are soo good! Also, they gave a great little kids menu but only available for walk-in and not Doordash or take out. Vegetarian options: They have a tofu and a veggie option for vegetarians Parking: Its along a busy road central downtown, so street parking is not always available. Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu for a great price. Only available for walk-in as it is not on their Doordash manu

I dropped by here for lunch recently. Its very clean and I like the vibe. It was very busy when I arrived- lots of skip the dishes orders so it was about a 10 minute wait. I ordered the tacos with a hard shell. I like that they have a fish option.

Okay so I stopped here on a whim last night for dinner and was really happy with the food! I got a burrito bowl with their beef barbacoa and it was delicious! My son got a chicken quesadilla, and omg that was amazing too! Overall service was decent and the food was so good, well be back! Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu with taco or quesadilla, cookie, a drink for a decent price

My lettuce tomato and bean burrito had hardly any fillings for $10. They won t fill it to make it worth it unless you select more toppings which I did not want. There was not even beans (Uber refunded me based on my photo) in my burrito. So sad. Wasted money.

Not very mexican food

this place has the best vegan burritos ever. If youre vegetarian or vegan and craving a classic thick fast food burrito- get the Tofu burrito and extra vegan sauce and thank me later. The folks at this location are always lovely and so efficient too!

If someone from this location is able to reach out to me personally to hear a concern I have after ordering from your restaurant recently, Id prefer addressing it that way first over publicly advertising why Im unhappy with my recent experience - My hope is this was a one time issue that we can discuss and resolve, because I really saw the potential in this restaurant and in the couple menu items we did eat and get to enjoy. I truly hope I enjoy Quesada if I ever try it again. Because if I based my opinion of this place on the first and only time Ive eaten there, I wouldnt try it again unfortunately. They dont know how to read uber orders. Ordered ground beef and got some really spicy chicken on all three tacos. Then they dont even answer theyre phone.

I ordered for delivery a large burrito with grilled chicken, rice and corn, mild sauce and sour cream. The chicken was cold, they added tons of beans and green peppers, they used spicy sauce, and there was no sour cream. I ordered online so im confused as to why the order was completely messed up. Everything was in writing, there were no special instructions to mess up. I will not go back and I warn everyone against this location.

This place should have higher reviews, honestly everytime I order burrito they load up the meat and cheese like no other burrito place do, and doesnt matter whos working there always good service and good prices

Awesome! What a food quality and unbelievable cleaning at dinning as well as kitchen area.

Honestly sad to write this as Ive been here several times but this is definitely the last. The hygienic standards in this place are non-existent. I saw the lady do a bunch of work on the Sale system, then wipe her nose, and then scratch her face, and then go on to make a burrito - all without changing gloves. Feel really bad for whoever ordered it on Ubereats. The guy who was making my burrito was just as clueless, didnt watch him change his gloves and when it was time to add the toppings he was reaching in with his hands to grab the tomatoes/corn/onions. Was pretty hungry before going here but just watching them make the food killed my appetite.

As soon as I starter ordering, the girl behind the counter showed a rude attitude. Had 3 beef barbacoa tacos, but each of them had only half of a portion on it. The hygiene (of the place with dirty tables and food on the floor and the girl with a dirty shirt and nails) is doubtable. I asked to make the order a combo, but she forgot that 2 times so I had to order the chips again. After paying in cash I didn t get my receipt. I almost forget to write: while I was eating at the restaurant, kicking some scrums near by me, saw 2 people walking in just to walk out couple minutes after because nobody attended they. It s incredible to think about how many customers is this place loosing because of a one person with a bad attitude. Even knowing that this place has tasty food I m not dealing with this again.

Love the customer service here. The staff and manager always find a way to resolve any small issues very quickly. They always go above and beyond. Food always tastes great too, especially compared to the other locations Ive tried in the city.

That was the absolute best quesadilla I have eaten in Edmonton....actually in Alberta for that matter. I kept it kind of classic with chicken, onion, tomato and cheese but added guacamole(because what can I say....its guacamole) and it was unbelievable....I wont order from anywhere else.i ate it all before I could take a picture but I also got a bowl for tomorrow.....I cant wait!!!!

Had the burrito bowl. Very tasty and super fresh ingredients.

Wrong meal was delivered and I was not able to eat it. When I phoned they did not offer a refund or a new meal. I ordered through skip, so they told me to get my refund there. Skip refunded part of my cost but not the whole thing (I asked that the drivers tip not be taken away as he did his job) but still the amount I was refunded was short with no reason as to why. This was the second wrong meal I received from them that was wrong but this time was very bad. If you decide to eat here, eat in so you know you get the right food. Especially if you have dietary restrictions for any reason. The experience with skip was also frustrating as it took 45 min and 2 people to get the result I did. All in all just not a good experience.

This place is fantastic! They have amazing flavors in their street corn and their burrito and quesadila are nice sizes. Would order again! And again! Etc...

Spicy chicken quesadea was very sub par. The sitting area still had a lot of crumbs from previous customers. Good thing is that we got free refills.

We had a wedding catered by Quesada. Turned out excellent, everyone loved the food. Special thank you to the manager of the downtown Edmonton location who was able to step up at the last minute to do the job when the Sherwood Park location cancelled due to another booking.

Used to be amazing. I dont know what changed about half a year ago, but its so much worse now. Barbeque chicken is sooo bad, tasted like it was really undercooked or overcooked.

It was my first time at Quesada so wasn t sure what to expect. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and polite. He helped me out in understanding all the options. I ordered quesadillas and it tasted great, absolutely enjoyed it. Very much liked the overall experience!!!

Was there last night with my family. Awesome and delicious food. Staff was great specially Divyang who took great care of us. Will be back this week again !!

I believe this restaurant just recently opened, which Ive been looking forward to ever since Ive moved downtown. I ordered with them through skipthedishes and I couldnt recommend the beef barbacoa enough! Me and my partner were practically fighting over who gets the last taco. Definitely more choices on the menu which also include more generic taco toppings such as the classic tomato/lettuce/onion which I recommend to any picky eater. The tacos felt like a very refreshing summer food and the churros are great too. Definitely going to be my top choice for when Im craving Mexican food :). no photos because we devoured the food

We got a burrito, tacos, and chips and salsa. Everything was quite bland and flavourless. We didnt really find it to to a better alternative to a mucho burrito/burrito libre type establishment. Quite disappointed.

Went there for a nice dinner, the owners and employees are very welcoming. They know their food and recommended some great food combinations. The food turned out to be great and very filling for the portions they serve (better than the other competitors around them). Definitely will come back again and recommend everyone who loves a good Mexican food to visit these guys.

This location is my favorite. The employees are very nice and efficient. The food is always fresh and tasteful. The wonderful person working there loaded my burrito with the absolute perfect amount of toppings. They were so friendly, and made me not mind waiting in the small line they had. Will recommend this location to family and friends. The restaurant as a whole is doing a great job following all COVID-19 rules and regulations, and I feel safe going there.

Having visited this restaurant chain in Ontario and having an amazing experience, I was happy to see one open downtown Edmonton. The unfortunate part is that this specific location did NOT meet the expectations that were placed by the other location. If I could give a zero star review I would. Not only were you charged for every single thing you put on your burrito, but the quality of the food was not there. The lettuce was brown and you could tell the peppers have been sitting out for a while. I also ordered the churros and they were hard and stale. For the amount of money you pay, please do yourself a favour and go to Mucho Burrito where you aren t over charged and underwhelmed. I will not be returning.

I ordered a chicken burrito today and it was very bland and I was charged $1.00 for a few sauteed peppers. I was not told that adding the peppers would be extra until I was paying and saw the charge. At Much Burrito sauteed peppers are included. I doubt I will be back. Im tired of being charged for things that should be included.
