Booked the upstairs for a company Christmas party for 25 people. Called twice in the days leading up to it to confirm the reservation. When we arrived for the event, we were informed that the upstairs was closed and we were instead shown to a table and four separate booths for our party, completely different than what we were promised over the phone by multiple people. Beware when hosting events here as they will happily bait and switch you in order to gain your business.
Such a busy place, but our server Sarah was amazing!! She had a huge full section, but still managed to get to us and everyone else quickly and always with a smile- great hire. Great location to watch the game !
The food was good and satisfying but not exceptional for the price. Great for a quick dinner. The service was fantastic.
Came in for a bite to eat and was seated right away at the bar upstairs, where it was super clean and quiet. the bartender working, Jahnae, was super bubbly and welcoming. she took my drink order right away and let me browse the menu without feeling rushed. I decided to get the power bowl with salmon and it was SO good, props to the kitchen! I always come to this location specifically, Jahnae really goes above and beyond to make it an amazing experience. Definitely will be coming back to this location and recommending it to friends and family! I've never had a bad experience here.
Extremely disappointed with our experience here recently. Our server (Dee or Lee, I can't remember exactly) took 10 minutes to get to our table to take our drink order, we ended up ordering drinks and food together because we didn't want to wait any longer. Someone else brought our drinks eventually and we didn't see her again for a long time. 20 minutes pass, 30 minutes pass, 40 minutes pass, no food or check in to refill waters or anything at all. We had to go and track her down to get our food, which was sitting in the window apparently for 20 minutes, she proceeded to blame the expo. Everything was ice cold, the gravy had a film, portion sizes were small, it was as bad as can be. Every other table got their food before us and arrived after us. We ended up being late for our event because of it. No discount, no recognition. No tip. Won't be returning to Boston pizza again.
Went on a nice dinner out, and the server was super respectful. There was a medical emergency outside the store, and the BP manager acted quickly by asking anyone if they had an epipen, which I thought was incredibly considerate. The food was delicious 😋 little upset they don't offer calamari anymore as it was one of my favorite places to get this. All in all had a great time 👌
Came in for dinner before a show at Rogers Place. We were eventually greeted by our server, Heather & drinks arrived quickly. Food was dropped off by someone else (food runner maybe?) & when we tried the garlic fries they were lukewarm at best. I informed the same person who initially dropped our food off, when she came back to drop off the rest of our food about the fries. We told her that we were too hungry to send the fries back but just an FYI maybe tell your cooks about the lukewarm fries. There was ZERO quality check after our food was dropped off. Eventually someone else cleared the one plate that was empty. We never saw Heather again after the first greeting (we were there for over a hour & saw her once). Plates were empty. Our drinks were empty. Our waters were empty. Another server I think reminded Heather about us? It was clear that we were the forgotten table. She finally came by and simply said “sorry” and something along the lines of “I was filling in for your server” …… who the hell was supposed to be our server then??? $70 bill and I didn’t tip. We were still charged for the fries as well (fine, whatever, we did eat them). I’ve been in the bar industry for 18 years. It’s super rare that I don’t tip. I get it. Servers are busy, some are new to the job and it can get overwhelming at times but this experience was a joke. If I’m coming in to spend my hard earned money at your establishment… I expect y’all to be better!
I had a pleasant experience at Boston Pizza. I cashed in my Oilers Pizza coupon and enjoyed a great tasting pizza. The server was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was exciting. I recommend having a meal at this location.
The servers seem like they have no clue what s going on
Jada was my server and she was amazing .. I will be coming back with my friends and family
Really enjoyed the food service was top notch. Location prior to a hockey game was great
I get they re busy before an oilers game which is why we came 2 hours early. Drinks ordered never showed up. Food was served cold with hair in it. Saw our waitress 3 times over the whole time we were there. We re eating elsewhere before games now.
I placed mobile order yesterday evening and went to pick it up and the lady came to me told me it will take 5 minutes when I said I can t wait , she just came with my order. When I opened my bag the wrap was totally cold and I called them she put me on hold . I was so disappointed and made me so upset. I want my refund and from next time I will never come again
Pizza had less toppings than other Boston pizza restaurants
One of my favourite BPs to visit. Lovely staff that are curtious, prompt and professional. Would highly recommend for a reasonable spot in the heart of ice district to grab a bite or drink. Great place to pop into before events in the area as well.
Just got into the city from Calgary visiting for the first time. Im from Toronto but had a great experience and the bar is very nice inside. The food is amazing and in a nice area of the city. The bartender Jahnae is really friendly and accomodating. I will be visiting again if I visit the city again. 5 out 5 service. Thanks so much for being so welcoming.
I have at least 3 groups of people that come to sit at tables here at night but for some reason the management here dont understand that downstairs is the lounge so I should be able to walk from table to table of friends I know. But instead you think its a restaurant after a concert and everyone should sit still like good children. Every bps has a lounge and restaurant. Figure your room out or forever have us spend money in a real lounge. Ever wonder why you only get game day business? Maybe its a ridiculous policy.
Chain food. Service was friendly.
The food, which we waited an entire Hour for and came out lukewarm, made a couple of us Sick. The service could be better, we waited a long time for refills of even Water. It was busy of course, but the sweet chilli sauce was not added to my friends Wrap, and we asked several times for a side of chilli sauce, which they finally brought to us... after we were all finished eating, and proceeded to charge her for the Sweet Chilli Sauce that was not even used.
I haven t had such a poor experience at a BPs in ages. It took about 45 minutes to get our food and half of the food was either cold or lukewarm. While most of the time the solution is to tell your waitress she barely came by and when it came time to get the bills she gave us the wrong bills 4 times and it took us about 30 minutes to pay our bills. What should have been an hour or so experience ended up being two hours with most of it being waiting.
Absolutely 0 stars very disappointed the bartender and servers were rude judgemental and very disrespectful to work in a restaurant that s sopost to be 10/10
Fantastic experience, even with it being a busy night the food came crazy quick, drinks were refilled no more than 30 seconds of them being empty. Couldn t reccomend enough, amazing experience all around. Jamis couldn t be a better bar tender, and Brayden was extremely helpful and very attentive as well. Extremely impressed.
I had a negative experience here two months ago got a voucher so I gave this Boston Pizza another chance.I came here with a friend last week and had a 5 star experience. Our server Jasmin was friendly and attentive. The food was great it was my first time coming for pasta Tuesday.
I have been coming here often for 20 years and I love the food and the service of each person.
Great downtown location. Free underground parking. Just provide them with your plate number.
Long wait for food and staff not responding
Dannia was very friendly and attentive even though the place was packed. The food and cocktails were excellent.
Industrial type pizzas, small sizes for a significant price... Ugh.
Fast service , clean location and really well cooked burger. Strongly recommend to take a visit. Thank you so much .
Excellent service and the staff are awesome
Went for the Stanley cup finals and cannot believe how much management dropped the ball. They were not accepting any reservations, which led to a wait list of about 40 people at 3pm when the game was at 6. The poor hostess had to deal with a never ending line of people showing up thinking that they could get a spot. Felt like this could have been avoided by just accepting reservations. very glad i don t work there. can t say anything about the food, as we didn t get to eat. Kid-friendliness: Boston pizza in general is quite kid friendly, but with the location of this franchise i d say it s a bit less-so than other areas
I had a I(ndividual)-Deluxe that was very good. The servers name is listed as Kai F, not sure if that was the polite gentleman who took the order, the young lady seating me, or the other young lady who brought it out. Doesnt matter, they were all very courteous
Its good for occasions just not normally for everyday or every week meals as of how expensive it is normally Vegetarian options: Pretty good for this option unless you order something with meat in it Dietary restrictions: Good, just let them know what you cant have and they will try to accommodate you
Great and good customer service by danisha
Worst experience lol was here to watch the Oilers game and me and my boyfriend werent even finished our drinks because we were gonna order more drinks and our waitress was harrassing us to pay our bill in the middle of still drinking our drinks. I paid the bill but I left right after that I was pissed how are you gonna treat costumers like that??
I used to love coming to this location before the games. Last time we went in April the server messed up our order. No big deal. We had all our food except 1 item we needed. They did not rush it out. We ate all of our food before canceling the item. Our server couldnt be bother to come back to our table once after this. They discounted our food but it was such bad service. We tried to give them another chance. They seat us and we dont see our server. They seat other tables after us and servers to go them for drinks while we sit and wait. We walked out. If you want terrible service and attitude this is the place for you. Very disappointing to lose our favorite spot. Most of the servers at this location are an trash.
The girl in the braids and glasses (June 10th 2024 9pm) was so rude the minute we walked in. We sat down and the first thing she had to say to us was that we needed t order food in order to stay here, but we hadn t even gotten a minute to look at the menu. Once the menu was handed to us she kept on rushing us to pick out are food. Unfortunately there was another lady who was very nice too us, but the girl with the braids really killed the entire vibe. Most of us only ended up buying food out of pity, we wanted to take out business somewhere else. Very dissatisfied our bills should be refunded for the way we were treated. The name on the receipt is STEPHANIE G. All 14 of us could have gave a one star review but we are saving the statistics of the restaurant.
Server Stephanie, was rude and very pushy and rushing. No customer service skills. Didn t settle in and it was do you know what you want to drink and eat? Came back a few times after asking same thing. My quesadilla was not delivered to the table til after I mentioned I haven t received them. Never recommend this server.
Great food!
Super
It was a busy day when I was there, and we were seated at the bar. Our bartender was busy running around, so it took a while to get what we wanted. Food was delicious, and we still had a good time
Was good vibe staff was good as well
Service wasnt good at all apart from the friendly bartender who filled our drinks twice sith maybe 4 other tables in the lounge other then the bar. Our server was disinterested and disengaged . We asked for our food to go after waiting for an hour the food wasnt good and the portions didnt merit the price. We had to approach our waitress a few time before asking for our food to go for drinks and the bill. Not a good experience
Great
Stephanie was rude today. Ate here everyday cause I was working on a jobsite. Today was the last day I will eat here. Thank you stephanie
We were here for some quick snack and drink.. Girls at the front named jammy and tasrina were so good at their customer service love the drink they made.. Great service guys
I m not sure why only certain customers are allowed upstairs but I can t answer that. Our service during lunch with 3 other patrons in the restaurant was absolutely abysmal. Overcooked and soggy wings were a huge disappointment all while stuck listening to a screaming child being forced to sit downstairs. Constantly watched my server sitting on her phone rather than doing her job. Would not recommend.
Good food
Great food. Tastey. Cheesy bread was delicious
Wings were super salty, pizza was cold. Was tasty though
Staff don t know what they re doing.
Jahnae was amazing :)
Jahnae is an amazing server. Always checks in, make sure the orders are complete and extremely friendly.
Food was delicious, service was excellent, and I got to enjoy watching the Blue Jays highlights while I ate.
We attended this BP location on Sunday afternoon before the Harlem Globetrotters Game. We were a group of 9 - 5 adults and 4 children. The previous day a member of our party called to make a reservation and was told they dont take reservations on the weekend but it shouldnt be a problem getting in. Sunday prior to our arrival a call was placed to the restaurant to ensure they had room for a table of 9 and we were told it was dead so there would be no problem and to come on down. Upon entering the restaurant we noted only 1 table was occupied and there was no line up. When we asked for a table of 9 we were told by the manager there was no room for us, they were fully book. Funny considering we were told the previous day they dont take reservations on weekends and it was obvious only one table was occupied. The member of our party who had called regarding a reservation and to confirm space advised the manager of her calls a d what she was told a d he simple shrugged. Asked if he could recommend where our group could go near by and he just said no. Why was our group refused? Good question! We were a group consisting of 3 moms, a grandmother and a dad along with 4 children ages 4-6 trying to have a meal in what is supposed to be a family friendly restaurant prior to going to the event a Rogers Place. Ask me why we were refused a table. We were discrimated for arriving with children and were not seen as a group of big eaters and booze guzzlers who might come in and run up a bigger tab. Thank you BP... Joeys Bell Tower was very willing to give our group a table, we had an exceptional meal that far exceeded anything we would of had at BP. As for the children in our party, a group of adults from another table commented to one of the moms in our group how well behaved they all were! Looking for Family Friendly... SKIP this BP location. Go around the block and give Joeys your business !
Boston Pizza has established a beautiful downtown space for their food offerings. The food is the same BP menu items as all others. The service was good...friendly and helpful. 4 x
Well, there is nothing more then I love then any meal at BPs. HOWEVER, this particular chicken ceasar salad, in the heart of downtown in the fancy ice district was deplorable. A big sloppy poor sized proportion with a rubbery overcooked lethal weapon called a piece of chicken on top was very disappointing for $18. The salad dressing not even mixed in fully with big globs of dressing on one piece of lettuce while other pieces bare. Very disappointing.
We like this place!!!
Meets specs
Always consistently great! Love their food and the staff is always very friendly
I just love going here love it love it I have never had a bad experience here the staff is super friendly and nice.. Vegetarian options: Yes they do have some salad blows for vegetarians but its not a wide variety. Parking: There is underground parking that customers can use, so you park first then when you get inside Boston Pizza you give them you plate number and you have a 3 hours parking
We went there to watch the Oilers game and have a pizza. Walked in the door and the TVs all had WWF wrestling on. We asked the doorman about the game and he said they werent showing the game. Just WWF. Apparantly, the management of this Boston Pizza dont know where they are. You know, Edmonton. If they have so little understanding of their market, you have to wonder what else they get wrong. We just turned around and went next door where they WERE showing the game, like every other bar/restaurant in the city.
Pricey
I ordered Chicken Caesar salad and the taste and amount fell short of expectations compared to the price and past experiences of food usually being pretty tasty here. I didn t expect the salad to cost $20 as normally I can get it for cheaper elsewhere with the taste still being pretty good for a Caesar salad. I was expecting more to this one from Boston Pizza. I would recommend skipping out on this mediocre salad.
Nice ambience, good food, great service!
This one star rating is perhaps unfounded but Ill say why. My family and I went to the BPs in Ice District on Oilers Skills Night, the skills night was great. What wasnt great was waiting forty minutes for a table and giving up and walking away. I understand there was a hockey game on but management made a mistake in not getting the 20-30 people waiting a table. At an average of $30 a plate BPs lost at least $600-1000 that night, not including alcohol. I was told by the person I asked that it would be at least another half an hour if we were seated before we got our food. He said theyre at capacity and it is slower. Did you forget that across the street the skills night was on and you would be slammed? I feel they could have done better.
My girlfriend and I came into this location, and were greeted by our sever Cassandra, who at first seemed very nice and turned out to be a VERY RUDE SERVER and in the end. We simply asked for a side of orange juice and in return received a whole lot of attitude and an eye roll from our server, and for what??absolutely ridiculous. We won t be coming back. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Great after oiler game
Went here before the oilers game. It was really busy, but food came fast and actually tasted pretty good. It was one of the best Boston pizzas I have been to.
For my taste the music was too loud, kind of annoying to have a conversation half yelling.
Very good sports bar, great ambience, friendly service
Well made and very tasty. Great experience . Highly recommended...
Super incompetent, I called and clearly asked if they would be playing the UFC 283 event. Even though there was also a hockey game at the same time. They confirmed and promised after I repeatedly asked if they were sure. To go there and they werent. I just dont get why. Never going back.
Boston Pizza is always a great place for a quick bite or a nice evening dinner. The food is consistently good and the staff as well. I love there wings and mocktails.
Friendly staff, nice environment. Same tasty BPs food.
Busy during game nights, call ahead for reservations
Parking: Lots its Westmount mall Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible Service : 4/5 Parking space
Dietary restrictions: server was clueless and management was no better. I have a dairy allergy (which was clarified and confirmed before hand) and they brought me a pizza with dairy on it four times and were not compensating nor taking proper responsibility. Upon paying, the bills were also spilt incorrectly after being corrected more than once, where I was given a bill after being told my meal would be covered. The other 4 members at my table were also forced to wait and pay the extra bill, despite the managers mistake.
Went for a friends birthday before a concert. One friends order was messed up 4 times before receiving one that she could eat(she has an allergy), only for it to be undercooked, missing ingredients, and unappetizing. Zero communication between management and staff. Staff literally running around looking frantic and unorganized. Manager kept blaming being backed up but that is not an excuse for an order to be made wrong and that poorly that many times. You would think a restaurant connected to Rogers Place would know how to handle busy nights, but no. Server did not know how to separate bills and did not listen to our corrections when we simply pointed out that our bills were wrong and had wrong items on them. Would give negative stars if possible.
They did not take my friends dairy allergy seriously at all. We were a party of 5, and the restaurant was very busy before a concert, but that was no excuse for the way they handled our table. My friend received a pizza that had dairy on it three different times, correcting the server every single time that it was not made correctly, yet they still gave our table the wrong order over and over. When they finally brought out the right pizza we had already been there for two hours and were running late for the concert. The server and manager had no idea what they were doing, kept blaming the kitchen, and split our bills incorrectly. We barely got any compensation, and instead received half hearted apologies instead of them just fixing the issue the first time. 3/5 of us at the table are servers so we were very understanding when they messed up the first time but we were absolutely fed up by the end of our stay and couldnt even give them a sympathy tip. Do better.
I was also a member of the table of five, we were given awful service from the beginning. At the start, we were very understanding knowing the restaurant was busy but there is no justifying the way our table was treated. Servers were running throughout the restaurant and not checking up on tables frequently. We were also not given water and when our food came almost an hour later from when we ordered (which was not a problem yet, because we understood they were busy) they had brought a pizza with dairy on it to our dairy allergic friend, when she confirmed there would be no dairy on the pizza. They proceeded to mess up the pizza three times after that. By the 4th time we were fed up and had gotten our bills before she had even gotten her pizza. (almost an hour and a half after the rest of us had finished eating.) Our bills were also then split incorrectly and when we corrected two simple fixes, our server got the manager to split our total into 5 equal ways (when it really should have been four because 1 bill should have been covered already) instead of listening and fixing the minor errors on the two bills. We received no compensation for their errors and making us wait repeatedly while they continued to blame the kitchen each time. Again 3/5 of us are servers at the table so I completely understand based on how busy the restaurant was but the way we were treated was awful.
Enjoyed my meal and service was great.
I always enjoy the Tropical Chicken Pizza when I go there. This was my first time at this location. It felt a little cramped but the service was really friendly.
Best Pizza Ever (Mediterranean) proclaimed my wife! I enjoyed my Jambalaya w/melted cheese (huge portion). Our server was very attentive and polite. Tables/booths were clean and hockey on TVs everywhere! What else can you ask for?
Take too much time for order
POOR SERVICE POOR FOOD CANT EVEN GET PROPER DRINK ORDER DO NOT RECOMMEND
I came here after the junos so the place was very busy. but we were quickly seated and it s nice to see that the manager (Brenda) was reliving pressure off the servers and was helping take orders, excellent organization. all the servers were very quick and friendly. food was delicious. an overall excellent experience for a busy night 10/10 will come back to this location.
Stopped for a bite after the hockey, half price jambalaya was excellent.
Great place to watch the game. Food is good, beer is cold. Recommended.
Food was great and the staff were good. They had a few people come in off the streets bugging the guests, but were able to remove them quickly
Very busy after a hockey game...service was spot on
On Tuesday, April 12th, I came to Boston Pizza at Edmonton Tower and really enjoyed the service I received there. The creamy mushroom and spinach bake and onion rings were delicious! I will surely come again!
Cute spot right across from the Rogers centre and it is the place to go before you go to an event
The hostess was really nice and had one of the best customer service I have experienced. However, one of the managers there, Cassandra is extremely rude and has a very big attitude for someone working at a restaurant. Can someone please tell her to work on herself and especially on her customer service. I repeat, avoid Cassandra at all cost.
Food was amazing but damn, the volume is LOUD!!! It would be nice if the volume was turned down during commercial breaks but otherwise EXCELLENT experience
Was great I was marooned as my vegas tickets were sold as I tried to enter the arena. Had to take the youngest to bps as I was the driver.
The service was absolutely awful i came with 2 friends and it took half an hour to just get our bill and then another 15 for us to pay, one of the worst dinning experiences ive ever had our server ethan was getting people there bills and letting them pay before us even though the table had gotten to the restaurant after us. Awful first experience dont plan on coming back
The male waiter was really awesome.
As far as BPs go, this ones bright, open, and has more of an upscale atmosphere. Same food, same service - nothing unexpected. That being said, BPs is my sleeper spot for Wednesday Wings. 50% off all day, good size, and pretty decent flavors. I typically dont ask for wings well done, but BPs does well done right. Not overcooked, just a good amount of crisp. Their hot sauce is spicier than Franks, so if youre not huge on heat go for mild or one of their other flavors. Mild is a lot closer to Franks level of heat.
Its a nice place. We went before an Oilers show and it was packed. The pizzas are good enough, but nothing mind-blowing. Price are between range as any normal restaurant
Great staff and management
I ordered Hickenlooper wings the were not cooked all the way after eating about 4 of them my stomach began to cramp up by the time I got home I was going out of both ends.
Great location if youre going to Rogers Place. We found the food wasnt super hot when we got it and that some items seemed spicy when they werent supposed to be (I find this common with any Boston Pizza location these days). Our food did arrive quickly and the service was fast and friendly too. Dietary restrictions: There are gluten free options on the menu.
Great location great staff!
Very limited menu, prices are not at all affordable. A regular sandwich costs $17-20.
Great staff
Good food big wings pizza Special of the day Wednesday special pizza 8 inch
They made us sit in the bar having all the tables empty and ready. Also, I ordered a Bellini, and was so bad. I dont understand why the same drink tastes so different at every Boston Pizza in Edmonton. The one I got had no alcohol at all , and tasted weird.
Love it
Very nice place, great food and great beer.
Exceeded expectations--thought this would be just a pizza joint--with terrific service and amazing food!! The spaghetti and meatballs dish I ate was delicious; one of best Italian meals Ive ever eaten. A friend ate the Carnivore Special and Loved. I recommend BP highly.
Continues to be the kind of place that you would bring your buddies to if you were between 25 and 35 years old. Our server was quite good, although I felt that the team was slightly disorganized.
Nice bar. Rickards Red on tap. Big screen. Maybe not enough tables tho
Steak was undercooked
It was good here food was so good. The burger, the pasta, pizza, wings were so good. Service was great as well. The beautiful black lady with dreadlocks hair was amazing. She was patient through our order, got us our food in time. We enjoyed our experience. Kid-friendliness: They have kids friendly foods and a high chair. Wheelchair accessibility: They had wheelchair accessible doors and also from the road leading to the restaurant
Nice atmosphere and good service. The food is always good.
The location is very conveniently located right near Rogers Place, but that was also a downside as it was very busy and we had to wait for a table. But other than that it was a fantastic meal. They were super helpful with all my dietary restrictions and allergies.
Wrong details on the site, they said they are closing at 1 am and we got here around 11 and they were closing
Good eats
We stopped in before the Volbeat concert and what a great decision. They were playing Volbeat and serving cold beer. Thats a double win for us. The staff are very friendly and our server, Stephanie was excellent. This is a great location, across the street from Rogers Place. So if you are going for a concert or a game, this is the place to start.
Good;)
The food was great and the service was spectacular. It was very quiet but the atmosphere was great after a long day and just wanting to catch up with friends.
This bp is a nice place. Very convenient as its right next to our hotel. Always nice and good service.
Nice place
Stopped to get a pizza after the concert This and all Boston pizzas went downhill the pizza was horrible Dry no sauce cold and no flavor I don t know what happened but any Boston pizza I have had in the last year anywhere in the city is awful Not even close to how it used to taste Not good at all so disappointed
Very fast service. The server we had was phenomenal, we told her we were going to a concert, so she made it her top priority to get our order out. Excellent manners
The worst service and food I have ever had. The server (slim, Caucasian, tall, blonde curly hair) not sure what his name was but we asked for a water refill took over 20 minutes to get more water we were the only people in the restaurant, no one else was there. There were 3-4 other servers standing around watching the televisions, including our waiter when we asked for water, and only at the end of our meal did our seever come up and ask how our food was and if we needed anything, not once during our meal. The chicken felt like we were eating rubber from a tire. It was hard, chewy, and overall, didnt feel or taste like chicken. This is the worst experience we have ever had, never going back here. Terrible food, service, and staff. Train your staff to be attentive (regardless of how many people are in the restaurant), and treat the guests right and not just ignore them and go chat with your fellow co-workers. Especially when the customers can see you from 10 feet away. Please save your time, money, and stomachs and dont go here. It is not worth wasting anything, including your health, for this trash. Its not worth it. If I could go back, I would never have gone here.
Went in, sat down, everywhere we looked noticed food on the floor and left.
We usually go here because were going to Rogers Place for some reason and this is a close restaurant to eat at, but the food is NOT that great and it is sooo loud in there that you cant even hear each other talk nor hear yourself think. I always forget to check ahead of time for a restaurant that is near Rogers Place, so this is just where we happen to end up, but its not the best place to eat and have a conversation.
Great location Right across from Rogers place in the New City of Edmonton building always new friendly staff from all over the world
I Very Respectfully Would Love To Say The Service Was Very Wonderful! The Server Heather Was Very Wonderful took The Time To Serve Me As I Was Ordering My Pasta Tuesday Dinner To Bring Home To My Place. Definitely gotta Say Boston Pizza in Ice District is Amazing For Pasta Tuesday! Also Love The Create Your Own Pasta Penne With Rosé Sauce With Fresh Mushrooms as well as Tomatoes Onions Featuring Baked Cheese With Half Pasta Tuesday Caeser Salad. Most of all Boston Pizza in Ice District is The Amazing Best Place For Pasta Tuesday Dinner On Pasta Tuesdays! Definitely Will Order Again Next Time Im there For Pasta Tuesday after work. Sometimes Get One of the Appetizers Or One of the Cactus Potato Chips Too. Very Wonderful Excellent Service Indeed!
One of the best places in Edmonton to have Pizza. Very nice atmosphere and the service was excellent. I will visit again !
Went there on Wednesday and they had a 50% off wings special. The wings and service were good and the price was even better.
we never ate, we waited a long time for the waiter to come to us, but they just walked around the hall and did not even come to take our order, although we were sitting in the center of the hall
For half an hour, no one came to us to take the order, we could not try anything
Website says open until 1 am on Fridays and Saturdays. Showed up at just after 11 pm and they turned us away saying they were closed.
Food service was good, food itself was great, waitress was super nice, and the atmosphere was on point. Awesome time. Definitely recommend the Tropical Chicken pizza
Great staff and management. Food was great and so was the atmosphere!
DO NOT EAT HERE OR PARK HERE! They will say you can park at edmonton tower and will validate your parking but you will get a ticket. When I brought it to the manager they said they can t do anything about it. Warning to all, do not dine at this restaurant. Poor customer service.
This was the first Boston Pizza Ive ever called where they were unwilling to pre-order our food for dine-in. Maybe avoid this place if youre counting on good customer service.
Great great server. She did a fantastic job. We didnt have to wait at all and the food was great. They even turned the rugby match on for me even though the rest of the bar wanted hockey. Very kind
Overpriced nothing special food.
Bartender was an absolute moron and didnt understand how identification works. Also I had been drinking there for hours beforehand. Our waitress was great though.
Clean restaurant , costumers friendly, delicious food for good prices . Thanks .
My sister in law ordered three Thai bites and they were spicy... the menu did say sweet.. so I guess.. use caution.. other than that.... just Fab!
We went to Boston Pizza near Rogers Place in Edmonton before the Depeche Mode concert. The restaurant was packed full on both levels but we had excellent service. I was very impressed. Our food was great, took much less time than I expected, and our server Kai was so friendly and lively. The atmosphere reflected the concert night by playing Depeche Mode tunes the entire time we were there, which added more excitement to our evening. We had traveled from Medicine Hat and Calgary and were unsure of where to eat before the concert and we definitely picked the right place. We had a fairly short wait for a table, considering how busy it was. My only suggestion is that the plant based burger and GF bun could be bigger and served with a larger amount of fries. The burger was good, it was just a little smaller than we expected. My Boston Brute was cooked perfectly and delicious. Our pizza order was very good too. Drinks served in a timely manner. We had a good laugh with our server when guacamole was accidentally delivered to our table and we were perplexed lol. He was so apologetic but it was completely minor :) we had a great evening, started off with a good meal! Thank you!
I am currently watching my server dance behind the bar while the restaurant is two thirds full downstairs and people are sitting with closed menus, no service and empty drinks. One guest came up to the bar to get service and three staff are standing chatting to each other The staff here in general leave a lot to be desired in terms of attention to their customers except for jenai who is always on the ball
If you black , dont go there, Braiden puts no effort in showing it, felt so low , if you never experienced racism , meet Braiden
Stopped in for dinner prior to going to a show at Rogers place. Food was good and reasonably priced. Service was good.
Service was scattered. Confusion about happy hour, didn t mention other features until too late and forgetful about numerous items ordered. BP-make it clear!
Poor service
Went after Offspring. Was busy but still had great serive and food!
The food was good but the waitress assumed everyone was drinking and started asking everyone for ID. I told her Im not showing my ID because Im not drinking alcohol
Took in dinner with my daughter prior to Oilers vs Washington game. Found the wings quite poor, which is generally a safe bet at BPs. Waitress was great, but not sure if Id eat at this location again
Its the Oil Kings Teddy Bear toss game night vs Red Deer Rebels. Showed up here plenty early. Kiddo and I arrived at 5PM. It was busy as expected but we were seated immediately. Drink orders went fast as soon as we were seated. She came back with drinks and we ordered our appetizers and main dishes. It took FOREVER!!! They forgot the appetizers and just brought us our main dishes. Its 5:50 PM now and were worried now about being late for the 7PM game! So we wolfd down our meals and headed across the street to the Oil Kings game. What I found particularly funny is the waitress said the kitchen was backed up...didnt seem to affect the people who were seated at the bar AFTER we were seated. They had their food quick!!! Us...not so much. Also funny was the waitress said she talked to the manager and had our appetizers removed from the bill no charge...well yeah!!! As of Im gonna pay for something I didnt get!!! Dont try to make me feel as if youre doing me a FAVOUR by not charging me for food that wasnt served. And finally, Im offending had to tip for this mess!!! NO-ONE deserves a monetary bonus for this meal. You want a tip??? Provide better service!!! Youre welcome!!!
Horrible ceaser drinks, but the foods alright
Go on Wednesday for 1/2 price wings. Also great pregame before the Oilers games, better priced and better food than the overpriced and overhyped in house Rogers Place offerings. Food
Food was good but wondered why my friends were forced to show their ID when the other patrons didnt have to show their ID and they were obviously younger. UPDATE Dec 15 and Boston pizza has still not got back to me after filling out the online complaint that they asked for
Always have a great time Service and food is great! Thank you Jaime A for the excellent service
Eating at BPs is always a good time. We had 3 appies and half rack off pork ribs delicious.
My partner and I were stopping in for a bite to eat on our way to a concert. They were quite busy, but were seated right away. We waited a long time before someone ended up helping us, after we had to flag someone down. After waiting over 20 minutes, someone must have noticed our experience and a manager came over with our drink. Our chicken burgers didn t come breaded, they were out. All in all, I would probably not come back, and try some other restaurants around Rogers place. This was not overly horrible, but not where I want to spend $70 again.
