Parking: Easy access parking lot as long as other shops are in the area arent busy as well. Enter lot from the east or south side. Kid-friendliness: Welcoming atmosphere depending on the time of day (sometimes after Oilers games it can be quite busy). Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic doors. However theres a small lip at the first door that may be a challenge for some wheelchair users to get past.

Halloween evening and these gentlemen were relaxed and present from task to task handling steady barage feeding all the hungry patrons stealthy with chill mode. And they laughed at my jokes. The bathroom was clean. The kitchen was clean. They treated the homeless like people could. The respect was mutual. Kick ass store !

I want to say the first time I went to Harvey I had a bad Experience but just recently went to 2 locations one location on 170th st.(another great location! ) and by Macwean University and I the service was amazing staff sooo friendly and both locations make the beginning, middle, end a great experience. $15 for a single patty burger combo? Unsalted fries and only okay burger. Go to Wendys just down the street and you can get a Bacconator combo which is similarly priced, bigger, and tastes better.

I came here to try out Harvey s for the first time and I am surprised to say it exceeded expectations. Although the patties don t have the texture that I m used to, the added toppings and sauces make the burger enjoyable. Service was amazing and Aileen and the rest of the staff wen t above and beyond in providing a meal that was filling and satisfying. Inside is clean including the washroom which isn t the norm downtown. I d definitely recommend trying this place out.

I ask EVERY harveys in edmonton for a very well done burger, like burnt, black, so I cant see grill marks. Ask them to make it the colour of their shirts (black) whomever takes my order, almost everytime no matter which harveys, giggles. When they present me the burger for garnish, I have to SEND IT BACK! Then 2nd presentation 95% of the time STILL not way I want it, but I cave. At harveys your slogan is your burger your way. That a lie and a laugh. Maybe teach staff when someone says very well done I dont want it on the grill for 1 minute 30 seconds. I like your burgers, I really do, but Ive also gotten sick twice after eating them. Be careful and attention those who don t eat pork this restaurant use one thongue for all the meats even including bacon and so on I saw one of the employee inside the kitchen using one tongue for bacon pork and using the same and only tongue for the beef burger , confronted him and told him you supposed to use two different tongue a one tongue for the pork and another tongue for the beef and so on because some people are allergic to pork and don t eat pork . Another employee at the front desk told me here we only use one tongue for all the meats bacon , burger , chicken whatsoever and one tongue for veggies I was so surprised. It is not employees fault it is us going there and eating

I went to this location after Animethon Saturday night as most places near the venue ended closing earlier. Was having my usual when a kind gentleman who was eating in the restaurant prior came back in to order food for a homeless man sitting on the curb. The two staff working told him the man causes damage all the time and he shouldnt feed him. He politely told him it could be anyone who caused the damage and he still needs to eat regardless. He placed an order which they were reluctant to take. After they readied his order he told them thank you and he understood their concerns but treating others with kindness was his way and his karma. He said goodbye and handed the man his food. We will not patronize this location again. The individuals running the location should never criticize the kindness of others.

March 2024 This restaurant has improved a lot. Ordered a hamburger meal deal using a coupon I received from the mail. For less than $10, it was worth it. My order was served in few minutes and it was prepared well. The staff seems nice. The restaurant need to keep the tables clean and garbage containers emptied. June 2022 - 1 rating Downloaded the app, went to your restaurant and the coupon I want to use is only available through online ordering. This is so inconvenient, too many steps to do before I can use the coupon. Apps from Wendys and Tim Horton apps are simple and straightforward compare to your app...your app sucks!!! Furthermore, your staff works in a very small space and from kitchen to staff serving in front, why dont they wear a face mask? Everytime they talk to each other or customers, their saliva/bacteria is being spread on foods being served! I love Harveys however, this particular location seems so unhygienic. Staff Alan and Harjit was very nice and great service

We had a great time here, It was late night and there were only two staffs named Alan and Harjith. Both of them offered us a great service, we really enjoyed the food! Would def recommend.

Great burgers ....But what I really come for is the onion rings plus the staff are awesome and kind hearted towards homeless guys like me by simply allowing me a warm place to be on very cold winter nights its probably kept me from freezing to death a few nights so these guys are unknown heros in my eyes

It seems like cold fries and getting the order right half the time is the new Norm.

Everything went fine until, when putting fixings on the burgers, he used the same tongs for all ingredients for the person directly ahead of me, which caused a large amount of cross contamination across all the veggies. Ex. onions in lettuce, banana peppers in the pickles etc. Food allergy sufferers BEWARE. Brought this to his attention, then he got a new pair if tongs and proceeded to use those same tongs for every ingredient.

Went in at 05:00, ordered a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns. Bathrooms were closed off due to cleaning. The one gentleman took my order and then proceeded to go toast my bun and continously touch it to see if it was ready, without washing his hands. Who knows if/when he washes them if he doesnt think to do it after touching the till. His coworker then proceeded to enter the bathroom and clean. You could hear everything he was doing in there. Its not sound proof nor far. He came out without washing his hands and proceeded to take costumers orders. On the very same till my server used with no gloves on. The worker taking care of my food finally decided to put on gloves when he brought my sandwich up to the front line. Of course not until he helped 2 other customers with his dirty hands on the famous dirty till while my food sat on the warmer. This is absolute negligence and against so many health codes. These workers have to have food safety before working, they know exactly what theyre doing wrong. Theyre either lazy or management isnt doing their jobs. I am 100% reporting this location. I wouldnt convince my worst enemy to eat here.

Worst service. They say washroom is unavailable even when you buy something from them. The employees were using it. I am not sure why they do this.

This used to be a good place. I ordered two burgers 90 minutes ago, and I m still waiting. Nobody will answer the phone. I ve learned a valuable lesson. Next time, Wendy s It s only a block away.

One of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced

We had some troubles using the Harveys app but the staff really went above and beyond helping us get everything sorted. What could have been very frustrating turned into one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time! I regret I didnt get the specific employees name but if you see this you truly brightened my night.
