Ruth's Chris Steak House in Edmonton

If I could rate this location 0 stars, I would. I have never experienced such distasteful, unprofessional & rude staff at a restaurant in my life let alone from a restaurant that s as highly rated as this. We specifically reserved a table for 2 to celebrate my birthday. I ve heard nothing but great things about Ruth s Chris & was so excited to try it out. Upon arriving a couple minutes early to our reservation, we were told that our table wasn t ready. That s alright, it happens from time to time. What wasn t alright was how we were treated the second we arrived. We were told that we could wait at the bar for our table. My husband & I don t drink but agreed as we figured it wouldn t take more than 5-10 minutes to be seated at a table that we reserved ahead of time with a credit card on file to be charged if we did not show up to our reservation. 35+ minutes went by & not a single person checked in one us other than the bartender who was quite frankly even more upset than we were over this entire situation. We decided to leave as so much time has gone past. Once we got back to the front, we told the front staff that we were incredibly disappointed with the wait time & their lack of service (not checking up on us, not letting us know what s happening, etc.) & that we wanted to leave. We were very polite & explained how we felt. They were so dismissive & barely said anything. No apology, no suggestions on how they can rectify this situation, no customer service, nothing. Nothing but attitude from the ladies while who I assume was the manager just stood there refusing to look at us or speak to us. As someone who has grown up within the restaurant business & has years of management experience, I genuinely am SHOCKED at our experience at Ruth s Chris. I don t doubt that the food is phenomenal so it would have been nice to have been seated at a table to actually try it. I highly urge the owner to review camera footage between 7:25pm-8:10pm on December 20/2024.

I have been going there for awhile based on good recommendations and always have amazing experiences at this restaurant Staff from hostess all waiters & waitresses and management always friendly, helpful & with class I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for an amazing restaurant, delicious food and incredibly enjoyable experience

Wonderful food, excellent service, our waitress Penelope remembered us from a year ago, how amazing, excellent waitress, will definitely be back next year to sit in her section, and have our favorite ribeye steak , also Penelope knows her wines, recommended an absolute great Malbec wine , highly recommend this place

The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The food on the other hand left something to be desired. For 2 steaks, 2 sides and 2 wines it was about $300. I was expecting to be wowed by this steak but instead I was left underwhelmed and disappointed. Steak was under seasoned and the sides were nothing special and not very flavorful. I have had had better steak and sides at other corporate steak houses, I would rather go back to those places as the food is better for less money.

16 of us dined here for my dads 60th birthday this weekend and the dinner was fantastic. Emilio was our server and provided astounding service. He ensured our glasses never went empty and our needs were always addressed. If I come back we will request Emilio again. Best dining service we have recieved.

I frequent this restaurant often. The atmosphere, service and food are all top notch. The espresso martini is my go-to, along with the Caesar salad, filet mignon and chocolate sin cake. The bar area near the fireplace is very cozy with great ambiance. Great place in the heart of the city.

The halal options were really appreciated especially for steak which is hard to find in Edmonton. The Ribeye was amazing, as well as the spicy shrimp and the creme brule. The mashed potatoes and French fries were also perfect. Can t wait to be back!

I had a wonderful experience here tonight. I came for dinner as a single diner in the lounge. My dog had passed away earlier that day and for me food and wine are comfort. My server Gabrielle and all the support staff were absolutely amazing. Five star service all around. Thank you so much Ruth s Chris. I appreciate you giving me such a happy end to a sad day. Hands down the best steak experience Ive ever had in a restaurant in years. The staff are well trained. The food is presented perfectly. The taste matches the presentation. Everything was excellent. Be prepared to pay. The cost equals the experience.

The food was good, but my steamed broccoli was almost raw. We were sat in the basement and it was oppressive with no windows. Thought the decor was dowdy. The service was the the worst thing. Got our initial drink order, and food order and our waitress never came back except to see how it tasted.

What a great dinner.

Absolutely fantastic food and service at this joint. We had the filet mignon, lobster mac and cheese, oscar style crab cake and asparagus, and crème brûlée to finish off. Dan Doost made us feel at home with every bit of conversation and dish recommendation. Its expensive but worth it. Would return in a heartbeat when Im back in Edmonton.

Update to my review , September 1st 2024 Came in with my wife for our 2 year anniversary First of all the appetizer came out wrong , then my steak came well done and dry after I asked for medium well , they did take it off the bill so I appreciate that , only issue is for such an expensive restaurant you would think the chef and service would be top notch (Morgan was off work so had a different server) Unfortunately had to drop my rating from 5 to 3 stars

Had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I have been to a few Ruth s Chris and this one takes the cake. Not only are the renovations beautiful but we got a private tour from the GM and she was informative and sweet. She showed us the old vaults which are now dining areas, and even explained how the renovations took place. She showed us the 3 foot thick concrete ceiling that was chipped away to add to the atmosphere. The food was 5 star and our server was kind, fast and polite. Great place.

Been to the one in Fort Lauderdale in Florida, that one was very good close to my hotel and convinced. Service and food was very good, the meat was a little fat but good French fries delicious. Recommended.

We had our first Ruths Experience and it was nothing but exquisite! Our server was very knowledgeable and was delighted to share with us the story of how Ruths Chris came to be. The drinks were crushable and the wine was perfectly paired thanks to our server for their recommendation! The food was to die for! I will never taste a steak as good as the porter house my husband and I shared (with more than enough left overs of everything!!) The quality of the food is incredible and there was enough to share with the others at our table as well! Job well done team!

Amazing staff, greeted with friendly enthusiasm as soon as we entered. We were sat quickly and greeted by our waiter, I believe his name was Curtis. He helped us go through the menu, as this was our first time dining at this establishment. He was very personable and friendly, extremely knowledgeable and enhanced our dining experience. Everything was amazing, we had a large party of 20 people and the food was delicious, they even made us a vegan plate for the non-meet eater that was absolutely delicious. Emilio was our server and he took such excellent care of us - truly a 5-star experience. Thank you!

I had the linguine and shoestring fries. The pasta was amazing! It was loaded with vegetables and it tastes delicious. I was blown away by the portions, I honestly feel like the shoestring fries had at least 3 potato s worth of fries!! The atmosphere is quite intimate and inviting. The staff is quite friendly and kind. Would come here again for sure! Vegetarian options: The linguine is vegetarian and is delicious.

This was our first time at Ruth Chris Steakhouse. We had the most amazing time. It was our 10 year wedding anniversary, and we were treated with the best service the minute we walked through the door. The food was outstanding, the best steak we ve had in Edmonton by far. We had an 8oz filet with cold water lobster tail, 11 oz Ribeye, grilled asparagus, and potatoes with cheese. Everything was delicious and outstanding.

Chris, the restaurant GM, was excellent. His customer service was behold my expectations. The only thing that was a problem was the parking because it was a game night, but Chris sympathized with and made sure we didnt lose our reservation, which made all the difference. All our servers were amazing and very carring. Excellent service, guys, and thanks for celebrating with us. I totally recommend it.

This is my first time coming to this place. Before coming, I specifically searched for it and was really looking forward to trying their steak. In the afternoon, I called to reserve a spot in the dinner area. However, when my girlfriend and I arrived, they said there were no spots in the dinner area and directed us to the bar area. I mentioned that we had made a reservation in the afternoon, but they didnt respond. There was a woman who seemed like a manager, but she just told us to go to the bar area without a hint of apology or a smile, I dont know what she went through today. Also, when I called in the afternoon, I specifically asked for a table in the dinner area, not the bar area. Furthermore, right after us, there was a family who also had a reservation. After stating their name, they were directed to the dinner area, while we were led to the bar area. The service at this place is the worst Ive ever seen, and the reservation system is a mess. I definitely wont come back here. I highly advise against it.

First of - we were worried that we wouldnt be able to find a place for Mothers Day because our original reservations at another place didnt work out.. luckily they were still taking reservations despite the busy schedule. Great spot for Halal options, we tried the ribeye and were delicious, tender and juicy. Mashed potato and the mushroom were great sides . We celebrated a graduation and that topped our experience.

He explained all options and made great recommendations. All of the food we ordered was perfect and was presented very nicely. The atmosphere is very inviting. Ruth s review We had an anniversary meal here, it was something to remember . Remember why we don t dine at place like this. Obviously the wait staff were phenomenal with absolutely zero issues very attentive staff. The restaurant itself is very nice, quiet and pleasant to be in. Not much more to say on the building portion of the review. Parking available right beside the restaurant. The food is where we have the main issue. We had ordered two steaks, a filet and a ribeye. Now I preface these next parts by saying we own a smoker at home and if you ve ever slow smoked a steak and seared it off nothing compares in tenderness and flavour. The fillet was ordered medium well and it came out more well. The ribeye was ordered medium rare and came out more rare which wasn t a large deal for myself otherwise I would have sent it back and gave them the opportunity to fix it. The ribeye was unevenly cooked though, one side was medium rare while the other closer to blue with a strong visual line throughout. Honestly we didn t feel like waiting for them to fire another fillet and try to cook one side of the ribeye. Flavour wise the steak was somewhere between meh and ok. I feel like any proper steakhouse always finish seasons their steaks before being sent out and these definitely weren t. We enjoyed the sides though hence the 3 stars for food otherwise it would be a 2 based on the steaks. Harvest salad was decent, the fingerling potatoes were amazing and the carrots (from the seasonal menu) were also amazing. The potato s had a very strong smokey/chili flavour and had a phenomenal exterior crisp. All in all this feels like another place where people place value on the experience more than flavour and let the dollar signs mute their taste buds and common sense. Because it s an 80 dollar steak they feel like it was so much better meanwhile I ve had equal steaks at any number of bbq chain restaurants.

Once again, Ruth s Steak House provided amazing food and service! They never fail to serve the most delicious food with a smile every time!

My Boyfriend and I came here for this years Valentines Day. I felt so special as they were handing every lady a single rose that night when you arrived. We only came for dessert, and it was to die for! I had the Chocolate Sin Cake and my partner had the cheesecake. I highly recommend the Chocolate Sin Cake, it is so smooth, like velvet, and so rich. It was delicious! Also it has been 8 days since I got that rose and it is still looking good, and is thriving - check out the picture of it I took today! I am amazed!

By far the most over rated steak joint I ve ever been. The staff were wonderful and the steak was okay. But for that price tag I would expect the food to be exceptional. I d take the keg over this place any day. Averaged around $160 a person. Mind blown, and not in a good way.

Went in for my birthday today for the first time and it was great. The table had little birthday decorations and a card from the staff which was nice. The staff were all friendly and kind and offered my 5 year old niece pages to color and crayons and all the staff were nice and attentive to her when she spoke which I appreciated. They were all very attentive to our table and someone was always coming by and checking on us. The ambience was lovely and cozy. Love the warm cozy fireplace. Food was great too. Love that there are many halal options. The calamari was so good and tasted fresh and paired nice with the sweet chili sauce. The spicy shrimp appy was good too. I like how they bring out sizzling plates for the entrées too. My sister recommended the stuffed chicken and it didnt disappoint. Our server was great too. There was a small slip up with the bill but my sister mentioned it to her and she corrected it. I took 1 star off just for the parking situation-you have to pay. Me and my sister each paid $12 on a Sunday. It would be nice if they offered parking for customers but overall it was a good experience and what I would expect from a fine dining restaurant. Im looking forward to return. I would love more calamari, steak and to try that banana cream pie! Kid-friendliness: Staff were all kind to my 5 year old niece.

Ruths Chris likes to advertise itself as an elite steak house and it is. The steaks are top notch, service is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, and the surroundings are impeccable. This is not a lets grab a few beers and nosh restaurant. It is a place to go to for a quiet dinner with friends, family, and/or significant others. Yes, it is expensive but you will have a top tier dining experience in return.

Always a great experience at Ruths Chris! Have brought multiple people here for the first time who said it was the best steak theyd ever eaten in their entire life. I dont eat beef but I never feel like Im missing out because the stuffed chicken is absurdly good. Its not cheap, but its worth it.

We have eaten here many times in the dining room and the vault. It just worked out that we ate here last night with friends and then again tonight for a 65th birthday party. Always great food and service. The cheesecake is amazing!

My husband and I used to dine a Ruth Chris frequently. A lot of date nights, birthdays and anniversaries celebrated here. The food has always been good and the atmosphere very nice. The service hasn t always been the greatest so we ve been coming in less this past year. Over the weekend we decided to celebrate our anniversary here and I have to say it was one of the best dining experiences we ve had. Our server, Shar, was amazing. We never felt interrupted or ignored, she was so friendly and made sure everything was perfect. She and her serving assistant, Sam, made a wonderful team and made us feel like VIPS. We will definitely be back more often!

Ribeye steak was cooked to perfection, au gratin was flavourful, and their calamari had a very different approach than what you would expect but was so delicious. Receptionist was very kind and friendly from the gecko. Penelope was our server today and she was amazing, always checked in on us and made sure everything was going well. The other gentleman, unfortunately did not get his name, was on point in making sure we were taken care of and packing all our leftovers! Manager came in to check with us and even offered the birthday celebrant a drink and dessert on the house! Will definitely continue to come here!

Amazing service, delicious food and great atmosphere

We often have date nights at various fine dining streak houses and such around Edmonton. We have yet to try this place and this evening we were able to snag a reservation at a reasonable time. I can say that it was nothing short of amazing. We had the prime time dinner and it was delicious. The waitress we had was phenomenal pleasant and such a sweetheart. My husbands steak was a little under dine and they immediately remedied the situation. Although we were very pleased with our dinner and did not expect anything for the short comings they still sent us home with a lovely desert that was the perfect midnight snack (as recommended by my waitress). Thank you so very much. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I were gifted an incredible Valentines Dining experience by Ruths Chris Streakhouse Edmonton and James H. Brown and Associates, which we enjoyed last evening. It was easily the most delicious and incredible dining experience of our lives! When we arrived we were greeted by the hostest staff and manager Chris. We enjoyed a drink and wonderful service at the bar while they prepared our table. Once our table was ready, we met our server Don, who did such an amazing job going over the menu and making us feel comfortable. Dons the kind of server I would select 100 times over. He provided us history on the establishment, explained how the ordering works and made a fabulous recommendation. We selected the Valentines Day special option with the 18oz steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus as our sides. The food was OUTSTANDING, mouthwateringly delicious, tender and so flavorful. We had two desert selections, a cheesecake and a rich, silky, chocolate cake. We will never forget this amazing experience. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to spend a special evening in an incredible and meticulous environment. It was seriously top notch!

We reserved a table for 20 guests to celebrate my mom s 70th birthday. Let me emphasize how impressed I am with the exceptional service we received. Our standout waiter, Emilio, truly deserves the title of MVP. His performance was nothing short of amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend him! Our party was quite lively, with half of the guests being children, some of whom were loud and disruptive. But Emilio handled it all with grace. His easy-going demeanor and helpful attitude made the experience enjoyable. The food arrived piping hot, and everything was well-organized. While the food itself was good, it was the superb service that truly stood out. Kudos to Emilio and the entire staff!

Cant say enough good things about our evening here. The atmosphere was great, the service was outstanding and the food was amazing. Our server Char was very knowledgeable and an absolute hoot, we had a great time interacting with her. Sam also stepped up and took us on a tour of the building, what a fascinating building which adds to the overall experience! We will be back.

This was the second time going to Ruth s Chris and our group had the best time. Shar, our server, was amazing. She spent time chatting with us and even gave us a tour of the restaurant after our meal. Steak was amazing as always.

The food is always out of this world. Steak and chicken are always moist, cooked to perfection and FULL of flavour. Sides and desserts are incomparable to most other steakhouses. The experience and staff are next level professional, it is also common for managers/supervisors to check in on your meal and experience. Everything about this restaurant is worth the money. Parking: Moderate sized lot on the NE side of the building is a paid lot. Commonly available but is not always a guarantee is downtown is busy.

Nice place. A bit pricey. The best they can serve is steak, which they kill by serving on a hot plate. Especially if you like it rare.

We caught them at a slow time so had the ultimate service from Dan the bartender. He really proved to us he was at the top of his game. And the food really backed it up aswell. This place will be a repeat visit forsure.

Wife and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary here and it was amazing! They prepared our table with decorations and gave us a card congratulating us on our anniversary :) plus a free dessert!! This is our first time going to a fine-dining restaurant and we were amazed at the level of service (shoutout to Tamra for sharing fun facts about Ruth and teaching us what the different utensils are for! Very slay)! We got the ahi tuna, lobster bisque, ribeye steaks, and creme brulee. The spice in the tuna sauce was phenomenal and I enjoyed taking a bite of ginger after every piece of tuna! And the steak was soooo good. No other words needed!

The service was really bad we had to keep asking the server for our dessert, after 2 hrs, had to keep asking for our bill. The entire service took over 2 hrs for food and service even though restaurant was not even busy. I have talked to the manager and situation has been corrected

We celebrated my husbands birthday in December. We were greeted by polite and friendly staff. The atmosphere was conducive to relaxing and enjoying the evening, or in our case, a birthday. The food was magical and the drinks incredibly delicious. The staff were close to us all evening, but they did not interfere with our dinner. The best part is that you can choose your own birthday cake from the menu.

I have eaten here quite a few times and honestly, everytime has been an amazing experience. The food is cooked to perfection and the staff are amazing!! I am completely obsessed with their Creme Brule dessert that I order takes out every time I think about it haha. They are by far the best creme brule Ive tasted in Edmonton. Deff try it out! You wont be dissapointed

Absolutely amazing service. I was at Vons steakhouse down the street we were the only table occupied but it still took 18 minutes to get a drink made probably longer but at that point I went up and asked if they remembered we were there at that point they decided they should make our drinks. It was at this point we decided to leave, called Ruth s Chris and they sat us immediately. We told them of the service we just experienced and they treated us like gold. Like a valued customer but also long time friend. The atmosphere was incredible and the waitress was amazing. She came at just the right times but not to much that we felt pushed. The drinks came immediately and the starter shortly after. The food is still making my mouth water. Their lobster bisque was delicious. The sides are big enough that you can share them with your date. My wife had the au gratin potatoes and I the vegetables. We could both have a healthy portion of each. The steak came out sizzling on their signature plate. I also ordered the king crab legs and they were already spread open so I didn t need to wrestle with a shell to get all the meat. They then sent us on our way with a complimentary dessert and said come again. I tell you I will definitely come again and again. I ve already set up a business lunch for next week here. Parking: There may be free parking I don t know I just paid for parking in the rear.

We went to Ruth Chris for a Birthday dinner and it was an amazing evening. The decor is classy and felt oppulent and yet very comfortable. The team was exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we stepped in the door. Of course we started with drinks! I had a Ruths 75 which was a new item made with Limoncello, Prosecco, Gin, Lemon Juice and a twist of lemon peel, he had an Old Fashioned, they were made perfectly. We chose crab cakes and salad to start, both were delicious! (Those crab cakes have since appeared in my dreams). We each ordered amazing steaks, one with another crab cake/bernaise/asparagus on top! The other with a blue cheese crust. Both steaks were melt in your mouth delicious and cooked exactly how we asked. We paired them with Brussel sprouts w/bacon and some yummy fingerling potatoes. Everything we tried was cooked and seasoned to perfection, we were super happy with the entire evening. Our server Don was attentive, personable and charming, he made our night extra special. We finished off with a creme brulee and nightcaps. Ruth Chris is a definite must try in downtown Edmonton, highly recommended for a special occasion or just a nice meal out!

We attended a friends birthday dinner here. Food was great. There was a variety of foods and sides but the standouts were the stuffed chicken and the compound butter the steaks were finished with. The staff was great, the general manager Chris even came to wish a happy birthday and check in with us. Just a fun coincidence his name was Chris. Parking: Impark lot behind the building $12 for the night or $8 per hour. Before six plenty of parking after 7 parking was packed

Had dinner for my wifes birthday, We were greated with the most warmful welcome and authentic smiles from reception, led to our table walking through a very simple yet so elegant interior and with a classy tabletop, sparkling cutlery and wine glasses perfectly arranged waiting for us as we are being seated by a very courteous beautiful server. The menu is so simple not a lot but not so little either its just a perfect blend of choices to make the decision more precise or what you really want or longing . The food is beyond words We have worked in the hospitality industry for a very long time dining has been part of our career.We have done from the cheapest to the expensive restaurants from different places and countries so we know a thing or two about quality, taste, presentation and service. It was beyond expectations from what we had experience at Ruths Kitchen The FILLET Mignon STEAK is truly magnificent and yes! Truly it melts in your mouth,.thats how tender and tasted so delicious that you have to take a pause to let it sink in so you can process what just happened after that first bite.(an explosion of total satisfaction of taste pallets). From appetizer to dessert was amazingly delicious not to mention plated and served just like food for the ROYALS. The best part of it all is the service from a team of very professional knowledgeable and courteous good looking service team the busser, food handler, and the server it was flawless and exemptional.. Simply the best! Hats off..

Man what can I say? I went there on my birthday and I got treated like a king absolute king. I had the time of my life they they put a candle on my food and they brought out little stars and they put it on my table. They gave me a card. It was wonderful. I think the name of the lady I was spoke with was Giselle. She was awesome. She took care of me like like a king and there was another fellow there that was very good. I think I dont remember his name but he was a wonderful waitress. He was very attentive to my needs and the food is great and I had a blast so highly recommend this place. They treat you like a king when you go there. So what can I say I give it five stars. If I could give it more I would.

Underwhelming food and service.

Went for a girls night supper with my mom & sister, we had the best night! Food was amazing- especially the crème brûlée & crab cakes! And Jill & Emilio made the atmosphere so fun and memorable!!!

My party visited Ruths Chris for an after convention meal. We were all suitably impressed with the restaurant décor which gives grand old school hotel vibes. We were impressed with the very attentive server and we all felt cared for during our visit. We all enjoyed varying dishes form the menu and we were impressed with the selection. We enjoyed the wine list with some constraint. For me, I was really hoping for specific French and Italian wines that were missing from the list, not a criticism, but just what I feel was lacking in my experience. Lately I have become quite fond of wines from Gerard Bertrand. I had a superb dry aged steak and what I would have given to have a nice glass of G&B! The family style side plating is intriguing and a treat. Everyone gets to try a little bit of everything. Sadly, the menu pricing is on the higher side and for me this wonderful restaurant will be for special occasions only which is a shame as I could see myself as a regular customer. I hope that I am able to visit some time soon as I didnt get a chance to have a nice drink at the bar first. I highly suggest that you plan a special occasion and treat yourself to a wonderful experience. Fear not, there is a selection of superb Alberta AAA beef represented in the menu.

My husband and I enjoyed a very beautiful dinner here for our anniversary . The food was absolutely incredible and the service impeccable . The drinks were well made and the bartender this evening makes the best old fashion we have ever had. We tried the crab stuffed mushrooms , cheese toast , asparagus with hollandaise, au gratin , a rib eye and the New York sirloin . Absolutely everything was amazing . Now the banana cream pie was fantastic. I would go back just to eat that The only thing we weren t super thrilled about was were our table was . It was a small table for two closest to the front entrance . So a more then a few times my husband was bumped into . I think if that table could be positioned differently it could have been a more intimate experience Other then that 1 million stars We will be returning

An amazing outing for my birthday: quality well prepared food and the service from Savanna was perfectly appropriate. The atmosphere is opulent warm and everything an elegant steakhouse should be imho and fair value for the experience as well.

Just an amazing place. The steak was just perfect. An expensive night out but worth every penny. They even called the next day to personally ask how we enjoyed the meal, you dont get service like that anymore.

I ordered petit fillet 8oz with Oscar style crab cake. Just perfect size for me, as we still wanting caramelized banana cream pie. Also sweet potato casserole was so delicious topped with brown sugar. Definitely will be back again

Celebrated my husbands birthday dinner at this elegant and classic restaurant. We ordered the sweet potato casserole (its a must have) and the south western macn cheese. My husband wanted the recipe, it was so delicious. The steaks were perfectly cooked to order and hot! And our lovely waitress, Shar, made us feel like honored guests. We will be coming back! My partner and I went here for our anniversary the other night and were so impressed with the quality of food, quality of service and quality of staff! Our waitress, along with the other support staff for our table, were all incredible - very friendly, attentive, and really hard working. They all did an amazing job at making my partner and I feel special on such a big night.

Amazing experience! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the attention to detail and service was great. They sprinkled confetti on our table in celebration of my birthday, our waitress made the best suggestions so that we could try a bit of everything we wanted and the manager even came by to ask us how our meal was. Everything was served piping hot, you could literally hear the food sizzling on the plates. The portions were a good size and it all tasted great. We tried the cheesecake for dessert, it was delicious. Thanks for a memorable birthday dinner.

I dont dine here often, but when I do, I always enjoy it. My go-to starter is always the lobster bisque. The moment they set the bowl down, the aroma fills my nostrils. Eating it slowly is both easy and difficult. Its so tasty that I would easily put down my spoon and pick up the bowl if that was acceptable table manners. But doing anything other than savoring it would mean it was finished too quickly. One of my favorite sides is the cheesy potatoes. They are similar to scalloped potatoes that I used to get at home growing up, only better. Sorry, mom. Tonight, I had the filet medium rare. I am a real fan of their sweeter tasting corn fed beef. Its super tender and very juicy. I had to ask for what they had for non-alcoholic drinks, and I ordered the raspberry mojito, which was sweet with a little tart.

Curtis was great! He was attentive and his attention to detail created a magical experience for the kiddos. His recommendations, the great quality food and the family atmosphere are unmatched. Another server named Aggie wowed the kids with hockey talk and the manager came by the table. We got to the hockey game on time. As always, such a great time at Ruths. Thank you! Kid-friendliness: The kids felt so included in an adult space. Can be hard to find these days!

We had our 10th anniversary dinner last night and it was simply amazing. Best steak I ve ever had and sides we equally delicious. Even my wife (who s a picky eater lol) was impressed. The staff were second to none, every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional and all wished us a happy anniversary. Absolutely spectacular, will be back!

Had my first experience at Ruth s Chris last night courtesy of my good friend! We sat in the lounge, and started the night with delicious peach margaritas. Really fine experience and fantastic service. However, I would say a little pricey for food. After careful consideration. I came back to edit my review and changed my review from 4 to 5 stars. I understand at the establishment. I was in the prices will be higher. Great work rcsh Ive never done that before! :)
