Classic and reimagined Turkish fare with an excellent wine selection
Our server was wonderful and was able to answer all our inquiries. Food was fast, plentiful and very good. Our ladies night started with the pomegranate margarita 👍. We shared the 3 dips with pitas 👍 and pastrami wrapped dates ❤️. 2 had the beef kabobs 👍 (I used the leftover dips) and 2 had the sea bass all of which was cooked well and very tasty. Finishing off a piece of baklava each. I will be back
What a beautiful place. Service was fast although restaurant was very busy. Strongly recommend reserving your table ahead of time. This may be the best chicken I ever tasted.
This is by far my favourite restaurant in Edmonton.... Heck... In Alberta! The flavours are too notch. The lamb.... I can't get enough of. The red pepper dip and kabobs, also 10/10. The atmosphere and service is also impeccable. I don't live in the city but always opt to come here for all celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries). I'm really excited to try their other restaurant in the West side!
The food was amazing, I can't wait to go back here again and the staff was very friendly and the place felt homey✨
Amazing service and incredible food! Everything is so fresh and savoury. We love coming here for our anniversary, they always make it so special.
Restaurant is set in a very unique old building. Felt like dining in the early 1900s . Very nice atmosphere. The lamb chops are my go to item at this place. Always cooked and seasoned perfectly. The shrimp appetizer is also great. Good size and juicy.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sofra and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The ambience was cozy and inviting that seamlessly blends modern elegance and traditional Turkish charm. The staff at Sofra deserves commendation for their impeccable service. The attentive service added to the overall enjoyment of our evening. Lastly, The restaurant truly excels in bringjng the authentice flavours. We tried the pita breads with creamy dip, vegetable casserole and chicken. Everything was classic !!
Sofra Turkish Restaurant serves up an incredible feast of varying wide array of cultural dishes that are bursting with flavor. The food here is exceptional and it is also very generous. These are some of the best meat dishes I've had in the city for both lamb and beef. The service is very attentive and helpful. The atmosphere has a wonderful vibe. The space has an antiquated cultural feel to it that suits the fare. It's a lesser known establishment as many of my peers have never been here before. But it's well worth a trip! 5 x 🍢🍢🍢🍢🍢
Food was very delicious. Family of 4 went and we had the appetizer platter, the platter for two and then the stuffed mushrooms/eggplant main dish I believe it was. That was two of our favorite. The lamb was also delicious.
Beautiful restaurant and lovely staff. The lamb was phenomenal.
Service was spot on and the food was amazing.
Amazing service and food. We had the platter and every course was just delicious! Dietary restrictions: Dairy free and corn free was easy to find options
Amazing food. But our poor server who has to take care of all the tables in the restaurant still needs to work on how to fake a smile so she would not look so impatient.
Outstanding food and very good portions. The pita and dip is probably some of the best Ive had. Been here a couple times now and the experience was top notch both times!
I came with my husband to try this place. Service was OK, food was fresh but not much options, portion is really small compared to what you pay.hard to find a parking. Overpriced compared to similar service. We had similar dish with different name at Pharaohs and we get two skewers, nice portion of rice and a very well seasoned salad and only paid 24.99.
Great food - awesome staff. Lamb chicken and meat balls were perfectly done. Dips and flat breads were delicious. Ill be back!
2 of the 3 appetizers we ordered were very poorly prepared. Very slow service. Pretty sure the breakdown was in the kitchen. The owner was not in last night and I think things fell apart. I ll try again as I ve always enjoyed eating here but I ll make sure the owner is in that night.
One of my favorite restaurants! Such great food and amazing atmosphere.
The food was good but the seating area is dark and not really comfortable. The server didn t like the tip amount so didn t even say bye to us, she just took the receipts and walked away.
Excellent experience can t wait to come back! We especially loved the grape leaf roll. Vegetarian options: Length of meat free options that were delicious
Excellent food. One of the better lamb i had.
Fantastic Turkish
Food is very bad Service bad No parking
As a Turkish food enthusiast who has dined at many Turkish restaurants, I was eager to try Sofra. The food quality was indeed excellent, showing authentic flavors and skilled preparation. But the portion sizes left something to be desired. Unfortunately, the service severely marred our experience. The real disappointment came at the end of our meal when we ordered tea and baklava. After waiting 10-15 minutes, we received lukewarm tea. When we inquired about the delay, the waitress provided an incoherent explanation. Even more concerning was her subsequent behavior - she became notably rude and disrespectful. While the food itself was tasty, I cannot recommend Sofra to those who value good service. A pleasant dining experience includes both quality cuisine and attentive, professional staff. Sadly, Sofra fell short in the latter aspect, which significantly impacted our overall impression of the restaurant.
As I have fall in love with Turkish cuisine, and I have tried many in Toronto, I came to this place and I found the food amazing, the taste is beyond my expectations. Many thanks.
Rack of Lamb is my favorite main. Love all the dips and the pita is delish.
Fabulous fresh food ,bursting with flavour . Consistently well prepared and generous servings. We often order the sultans platter and the apricots stuffed with cheese. This is one of my favourite restaurants in Edmonton. The best homemade pita bread and dips and vine leaves. I have never been dissapointed here. The baklava is the best not too sweet. Well worth the price as it is all homemade !
The food was absolutely delicious. Giving 3 stars as I thought that the serving sizes were too small for the money being charged and nothing can justify that. Did I like the food, ambience and service? Definitely yes. Will I ever go back again? Definitely not, unless they either make their portions bigger or bring the prices down.
From staff to atmosphere to food would definitely recommend. Was here about 3 years ago and should have come back sooner
Been here twice this year, great both times! Authentic middle eastern cuisine, cool environment.
They are not interested in serving, then don t follow there own timings mention on there site. No free parking. Staff is also disinterested in attending new clients
Not following their own timings. Poor customer handling.
Overpriced, not the best quality, small portions, options in the city
Delicious Turkish food. Vegetarian options: Good selection of vegetarian dishes. Loved the grilled eggplant wrapped Haloumi cheese. Food : 5/5 |
Love this place. The food is fabulous and great service. I recommend this place. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: They asked about dietary restrictions before taking our order to ensure they could warn us to avoid allergens.
Not quite traditional and overpriced for what ends up on your plate.
Absolutely delicious!!
Expensive but amazing taste
Delicious Turkish food. Awesome service. I forgot to take a photo before I started eating. Tuna was super good. Go eat here its delicious.
Today, I felt like having Turkish baklava, so I did a quick search on Google Maps and found this place. I went there with a friend at 5:15 PM, just 15 minutes after the restaurant opened. Most of the tables were empty, but the lady said, We don t have a table because you just want to order tea and baklava! This was so disrespectful to me. I wish I had offered them a significant amount of money to buy their services anyway. It s not a surprise that some people just know money s language:)
everything was great, I would eat here again.
My wife and I really enjoyed the food and service. The quality was good and the price was a bit higher, however, it was really worth it.
Delicious food
Hospitality was great.. appetizer was good with garlic yogurt as the dip...we also ordered vegi Pide..which was more like a regular pizza and was missing Turkish taste..will definitely return to try more dishes.. Drinks were not balanced and were syrup heavy Overall a good place Vegetarian options: Does offer vegetarian options
Amazing food always.
Great food
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and so were the staff. We had a fantastic time and the food and drink was amazing. We had the margaritas, the pomegranate was very crisp and refreshing and the pistachio was beautifully done. I wasnt sure how they would pull off the flavors in a margarita, but it was delicious in a surprising way I couldnt get enough of. The freshness of the ingredients and expertise of their preparation are the stars in their meals. The flavors of the ingredients are really made to shine and are accentuated by subtler flavors rather than overwhelmed by stronger flavors. Their mushrooms and eggplant were cooked perfectly for an exceptional texture I only wish I could replicate at home. We didnt have room for dessert unfortunately, but definitely plan to return to try again! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to treat their tastebuds
Very good Turkish cuisine
Amazing food that has explosive flavour. Service is exceptional and the atmosphere is beautifully lighted by Turkish lamps.
Loved the authentic Turkish food
Delicious food!
Great service. Food was good. Feta dip and pita? To die for.
DO NOT get the Duck. Smoky taste is covered up by salt. Tastes like a hotdog Overall poor quality of food. I felt sick after leaving and still now it s the next morning. Disappointed. A lot better places for Lamb with better atmosphere.
Excellent food and great service.
Best lamb in town
The best lamb I ve ever had. Great food
Excellent meal.
Visiting from Calgary, my coworker brought me here. First time trying Turkish food. Food was awesome! I think it gets super busy whenever theres an event downtown but when I went, it was quiet. The place was cozy and spacy enough between every table as well.
Simply awesome!
I had dinner with my colleagues and we all ordered Filet Mignon which was so tastey and service was great!
I drove 30 minutes in snowy weather to eat in one of Turkish restaurants, they didn t allow us because we had children. So write in Capital Letters that no any people under 18 allowed. So disappointed
Get one of their full course meals if this is your first time (or second or third ) here. Its very, very, good! Its an equally great place to bring a date, which could be a classy(ier) escape from the typical steak and wine gastronomy.
Average food, over-priced. Dishes come with one kebab, asked for an extra and the server said it would cost $25-$30, decided to just get two meals. Sever forgot one of the orders on the table, it came out 15 minutes after everyone else received their food. She offered free baklava because she messed up the order.
Get the Sultans Sofrasi and enjoy!
Wow! If you are looking for a unique dining experience and you love flavors please come here. The pita bread I could happily eat alone all night, but with hummus it was next level. The service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly and even with a packed resturant we didnt wait for anything. There is an open kitchen so watching the chefs prepare your food gave the place an element of spectacle I had the smoked duck breast my wife had the lamb casserole....there was no left overs,I cant wait to go back!
Wow, I was so impressed with the food and service. I highly recommend this restaurant. Never having Turkish food before was surprising that I would enjoy EVERYTHING that our party is 12 had. The sharing platter meal is the way to go. The wine was Collossal, literally! Go and see for yourself. Thanks for the amazing taste sensation. Pamela from the Clarins birthday party yesterday.
Nice experience overall. The food worths trying quite tasty. They avoid filling your water though. The crème brûlée with rice pudding was delicious.
Will be back often. This place is amazing.
The food was great. The service was good too but I wished they gave water more frequently or gave a jar of it. Had to remind waiter to refill water after asking a few times already. It is sort of loud in the restaurant that I couldnt hear the person in front of me well either. Other than that the food is delicious.
Great little get away for a date night.
Good
You really need to eat here.
Honestly gotta be my fav restaurant in the city. Food is rich and service on point. I do wish I could bring my kid. But other than that Id recommend this place to everyone.
Very nice place, food is delicious
Always on of my favourites in Edmonton. service is good and food is even better. The lamb loin is to die for. It is a little pricey but worth every penny IMO.
Amazing food selection, perfect ambiance, very beautifully decorated restaurant. Very friendly staff and great service The food tasted amazing Nice overall dining experience! Will definitely be back
Amazing, tasty, and delicious food. Service was a little slow but overall I would come back!!! Beautiful decor and ambiance :)
One of my favourite restaurants in Edmonton, unbelievable food!
This restaurant fails to live up to its high price tag. The food offered is nothing exceptional, and the ambiance is marred by noise and overcrowding. Considering the prices on the menu, one would expect a more refined experience akin to that of high-class not something that would give you a bad stomachache.
This restaurant is top 5 for me in the city of Edmonton. We always come here for any special event. The food is amazing, and the owner is always present, working hard, and happy to chat with his satisfied customers.
I went for the first time with my wife a week ago. Great food, great atmosphere but the server couldve been a little better. still wasnt bad though we will return.
Poor management and poor service I dont recommend this place at all .
Cracking Turkish restaurant! I took my family who were visiting from England after a Turkish friend recommended it. The server was a pro, the food was some of the best Turkish cuisine Ive had and the atmosphere was amazing!
We go a few times a year and they never disappoint. The food is always fresh and the flavours are out of this world! The tapas plate is perfect for trying various items and the pita plate with hummus and various dips is the way to go! Love love love!
Love this great place downtown for authentic Turkish cuisine. We especially like the pita bread with dip/spread choices as an appetizer.....and we think they should sell them as a to-go product! The meatball dish is delicious, and whenever we get back to Edmonton we try to fit a visit here into our dinner rotation.
Amazing place! Food is excellent! The best olives!! Service is friendly and quick Highly recommend to everyone!
Honestly some of the best food I ve ever had. So tasty! Perfection! Flavour, texture, spices, everything.
Very tasty food and very good service.
Ordered multiple dishes on the menu, and everything was absolutely delicious! I cant wait to go back and try more dishes. Food
Authentic Turkish food, great service!
The food is so so, salty and overpriced. They are charging high end prices for an average place. This is absolutely not a 4 start restaurant.
Absolutely fantastic food. The seared duck is probably my favourite Entre. The hummus/pita is extremely fresh and the best Id had in the city.
Absolutely delicious! Every dish that came out of the kitchen was bursting with fabulous authentic flavours. They served our group of 13 flawlessly and everyone was so impressed. I can t recommend highly enough.
My advice would be to stick with the appetizers and/or the Pide (pizza). The mains are fine but seriously overpriced and you can build an excellent and varied meal around the other options.
We are looking for a place to eat before a concert and we happened by Sofra. We were greeted right away and luckily were able to get in as this place books up we were told as its a smaller restaurant. Well, Im glad we did get in!! We jad the dinner for 2 special and what a special it was. To our surprise they make everything in house, even the pitas!! Ive got to say one of the best meals weve had in a long time! Fresh, great quality, and just damn tasty.
Food is too pricey for the food proportion. They serve too much sides like rice and salad but not giving enough meat in the plate. Also, waitress forgot to tell us what time kitchen will close so when we ordered the meat, we didn t get bread with the meat. And we ended up packing food home instead of eating fresh there because kitchen is closed and we can t eat without bread. Disappointed. Also I felt restaurant was too small for sitting arrangements feels crowded. I won t go there again. Sorry
The food here was good but definitely pricey. I was surprised when we brought our toddler daughter here and were told they don t have high chairs and that we had to bring one ourself. The waitress also told us that the only reason kids were allowed in their restaurant was because of a recent law that was passed in Edmonton. Definitely made us feel unwelcome from the start and we would have left if we weren t with other people. Unfortunately won t be going here again or recommending to others.
My favourite restaurant! The food is without comparison. Every single thing on the platter for two was beyond scrumptious! Ive never had better meatballs, lamb, or chicken. Stuffed apricots are a must. Gosh, there was so much food. The service was STELLAR, too. Dont hesitate to try this spot, you wont be disappointed. Vegetarian options: Stuffed artichokes are amazing.
This is the first Turkish restaurant in edmonton I have tried it is also one of the most recommended restaurant in the city. Went for a family dinner on a weekday and I would recommend making reservation even on weekdays. It is quite a busy place. Order: Tavuk Sis Kebab: Delicious, tender and flavourful chicken skewers comes with bulghur pilaf, mixed greens in house dressing and grilled vegetables. Izgara Kofte: Scrumptious grilled beef meatballs with pilaf, mixed greens in house dressing and grilled vegetables as one of the most ordered dish. Sucuklu Pide: Cheesy pizza with sausage, egg and green onion was on the salty side and it was difficult to eat after few bites. Baklava: This mouth-watering layered pastry was perfect dessert to end your night with. Sweetness in the baklava was just perfect. One plate has 4 baklava pieces. Rating: Taste - 4/5 (I haven t tried any other Turkish place yet but loved this one except the pizza) Price - 3/5 (I found the restaurant on Pricier side) Serving : 4/5 Service - 4/5 Ambience - 4.5/5
Thanks for a great dinner! The food was delicious! The best Kebabs and pitas in the city!
Great date night place. We arrived before our reservation and they were still able to sit us and then we ask for a bigger table so we could get tons of food and they got us a bigger table. Great service and the food was amazing. The lamb casserole was so good, the dip platter was so good and the appy platter was delicious.
This was my first visit. We were there to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. The big 60. The food was amazing. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was warm. Food
Hands down, one of my favourite restaurants in Edmonton! Their food has always been consistent, delicious, handmade and fresh.
The food and coctails were great! Had lahmacun, and hellum chese as starter and chicken skewers and adana kebab as the main course. Lahmacun was slightly dried, and the portion was too small for its price. Hellum chese was great, as well as chicken skewers and the adana kebab. If youre into spicy meat (mild), adana is something to try. The Sultan cocktail was tasty! Overall, we had a great evening.
Great experience!
Authentic food and experience, genuine. Food is amazing, could get by just on the dips and bread thats all made right in front of you with the open kitchen. Rack of lamb, just get it
Went there for the first time last night and it was absolutely amazing! Owner and server were both so kind and the food was delicious!
Always love eating here!
Amazing food and great atmosphere. Cant go wrong with a night out at this place.
Have been here twice, phenomenal food and service. The servers are extremely knowledgeable and they also truly enjoy the food here. They have earned a forever customer!
Really tasty food and nice vibe , will come back for sure
The meal was decent. Ambiance was pleasant. Considering there arent many Turkish eats in Edmonton, it was unique. Prices were a little high for what you were served. Unfortunately, the Adana Kebab wasnt that great. My husband and I grew up eating kebabs and we know what beef tastes like. The texture and taste was off. Maybe it was mixed with lamb? It had a very spongy texture, similar to that of a sausage. The rest of the meal was pretty good. We had a Flatbread which had cheese, minced beef and herbs, which was delicious.
Amazing, fresh food! The owners and staff really care about this place and their patrons. Trevor is the coolest, most interesting server!
Great food and service.
Great food and vibe . A bit pricey but its worth it .
Delicious food.
Cozy place food is so delicious. Best Turkish food.
Out of this world delicious! We had the appetizer platter as well as the stuffed apricots. For our main, the traditional kabob and baklava for dessert. All the food was so so good. Service was super friendly, atmosphere was great and great value. I would highly recommend if your looking for something new or craving Mediterranean food.
Good food, decent service, portions were small for price.
An absolutely amazing meal
We arrived at the restaurant very excited, because we really wanted to try Turkish cuisine. Unfortunately the receptionists attention was very disappointing, very uneducated, not at all friendly and even a rude attitude. We requested a table for 6, he told us there was no availability and he left without saying anything else. I dont know why this attitude is due, but I hope they correct it. It was quite an unfortunate experience since it was our first visit to that restaurant.
Great service and amazing food
The best restaurant in Edmonton, hands down. And it aint really close either. I know this is a bold statement, flying in the face of food writers in this city, who I assume dont visit any restaurant that doesnt have rustic wooden benches for seating or farm to table, but Sofra is easily the best place to eat in this whole city. The space itself is a brilliant ambience, warm colours and nazars in every table. But the food? The food takes the cake here. The hummus and pita is the best appetizer in the city, easily. The hummus is neither too sweet or too bitter, a perfect taste. Meanwhile, the pita bread has to be some secret recipe, smoked with something special, because its a totally unique taste. For mains, you cant really go wrong, most dishes come with a yummy pilaf and salad, and classics like the lamb, duck, and kebab are are delicious and savory, but Im here to sing the praises of the Izgara Kofte, otherwise known as the Turkish Meatballs. Because, wow. Probably one of the best dishes Ive had on this earth as a living breathing human, I cant even really describe it, you just have to try it for yourself. Sofra is the best place to eat in this city easily, Ive gone maybe 10-12 times and each visit was better than the last. If you want the best food Albertas capital has to offer, here is your best bet.
Cozy and warm ambiance. Unique layout makes for interesting decor. Service was friendly and the food was top notch. Flavourful for sure. Slightly smaller portions but given the taste, still worth it.
This is one of the best restaurants I have been to in terms of the passion and care the owner/chef puts into his food. Everything tastes amazing and is of such high quality.
Wow, the food at Sofra is absolutely delicious. Ive been there several times and had everything from the steak to the lamb to the portabella mushroom. All fabulous. The stuffed grape vine leaves are by far the best Ive ever had, in terms of an appy. Also, the service is amazing and attentive. Overall a wonderful experience! The servers and chef Yuksel are the bomb!
We did the taste plates for 5. Lots of good food. Great service.
Absolutely amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone!
This place never disappoints. The food is always amazing and the variety is great!
One of the most underrated spots in downtown Edmonton. Super low key but the food is insanely good. Get the baklava after your meal, just trust me.
One of our favorite restaurants! Typically we order the Sultans table which includes hummus with pita, Bulgar wheat, salad, lamb, chicken, tuna, and baklava. We enjoy the dips (The date is a favorite!) and the pizzas are excellent. Weve never had a bad meal or service here. Highly recommend.
Nice atmosphere and service. Food was decent. The halloumi wrapped eggplant is a must to try
Great tasting food, I would recommend trying this place out.
Definitely 5 stars. Tasty and clean.Friendly staff)
Expensive but well worth the money.
Very good dinner
It was my first experience at Sofra and I will definitely be back. The food is outstanding. It may seem a little pricey, but the portions are generous. The pita bread is made fresh and the best Ive ever tasted.
The experience for the first and last time visit to this restaurant......the owner and waitress no friendly at all.......considering that my complain was the food we ordered was too spicy....and in no way was other choice....except they offered same salad the one came with the food....no other alternatives.....which in my opinion...many other restaurants is there a complain, always they try other healthy choice...specially when the customer explain had health issues....we end up no eating the pilaf...and in no way they discount what did not eat ...definitively NOT RECOMMED.
Food is always fantastic here. The halloumi is just out of this world good, and it s always part of our meal. It s hard to recommend a specific dish, because they re all very tasty. You cannot go wrong with either the fish, the kafta or the lamb. Cocktails are also very good, with a favourite of ours being the Sweet and Sour. Staff is very courteous and attentive, and the food comes out relatively quickly! I d definitely recommend this place - highly worth it!
The feta stuffed apricot and lamb casserole were both amazing!
Great for a first Turkish culinary experience, lots of mezes to try, combinations and a lovely plate arrangement. The restaurant was quite empty then, and the service was good. On the improvement side, even if I feel comfortable with Turkish, I had never tried anything similar, felt like It was missing the Mediterranean influence and way too salty this time, a more palatable western pallet not yet fully immersed. The baklava was also more of a Lebanese style, dry, just plain nothing to do with the abundance of flavours and the experience in an Istambul market. A gratuity of 18% is mandatory for groups, and this should be mentioned in advance; I can never stand behind a restaurant forcing you to like their service, for this reason; I will not recommend or go back to this restaurant, especially in groups.
Great food, very knowledgeable staff who made it a great evening. My colleagues from out of town had the best time. Will be coming back
Consistently Amazing!!!
Good food, well portioned mains... In my opinion, wildly over priced on some items relative to similar meals in Toronto. If it wasnt as pricy it would be a high 4 maybe a 5
Amazing food and wine, great atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. Great date night restraint
Delicious food and great atmosphere.
Unexpected, delightful and memorable. Our first visit to the summer, sleepy and deserted Edmonton was highlighted by discovering this little unassuming gem of a restaurant. A few minutes walk from our accommodation, the entire experience was amazing - starting with a pleasant atmosphere, fast and friendly service to a truly delicious flavourful meal. If you ever will have a chance to pay visit to this wonderful place, dont miss the opportunity!
Wow! What a dining experience. We loved the atmosphere, the giant plates of food that we shared (we ordered the dinner for two. It was amazing) and the server did a great job of having fun with us.
Never fails to amaze me! Personally the pita/ dips and the steak AAA are my favs!!
Beautiful find! Service is impeccable, setting is nice, and the food was absolutely amazing.
Its a really cool layout, great menu and friendly staff
Best Lamb in the city. Incredible hospitality and some of the best food in the city. Really a hidden gem.
I came in as a single patron when the restaurant was busy. They were able to accommodate me and sat me down. I had the the BBQ duck breast with a wine pairing that was recommended by the waitress. The duck was cooked perfectly, and the whole meal was amazing. I will recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area.
I m there now. So fra, so good!
Amazing food and great service in a cozy atmosphere. Couldnt ask for more!
We stumbled upon this restaurant after a disappointing experience at another restaurant in town. Our experience was exceptional and we all enjoyed our food. Everything from the eggplant halloumi to the baklava was flavorful and fresh. Very warm atmosphere and service. Highly recommend! Our waitress also gave us a recommendation for the next evening at another restaurant and that was also excellent!
loved the dips and the service was excellent.
Pricey but so delicious Parking: Pay parking on street or in nearby lots.
Some of the best food ive had in a long time. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Nice waitress, ample parking on street out front. Will eat here again when downtown.
Everything one would expect from a good restaurant: warm place with delicious food (plus extraordinary bread!). Highly recommend it.
To be honest I was skeptical but this place came recommended from local colleagues. I was very impressed. Super cozy atmosphere and our server was lovely. Made us feel welcome and provided some great recommendations. The dip with fresh pita was amazing. I d go back just for that!
Turkish fine dining. Unique and delicious. Thanks You Better Eat Here show.
I tried Lahmucin and it was very disappointing very very salty and full of a specific spice that covers the taste of the meat and the bread. I can simply say I was eating a salt and spice sandwich no more no less. Their appetizers were so good tho. Overall the place is pricey for the quality of their food
The food was excellent and the service was friendly and attentive. The seating in the main dinning space is a little limited, but they do have a private dinning space for larger groups that is very comfortable.
Can always depend on knowing that classic gems like sofra will always be an amazing night out. Food is fresh and cooked with delicately that any true foodie can appreciate. If you havent been you need to make that a priority for your next night out on the town. Also a huge plus several beautiful vegetarian dishes to choose from Vegetarian options: A large variety to chose from that will satisfy any craving. Parking: Street parking available
Went to Sofra yesterday and had a delicious Ceasar and meal! Their dips were very yummy (absolutely loved the Hummus and Date dip). My meal was yummy and worth the price. I will be going there again.
Always the best food. Love the grilled mushrooms, lamb and dips. Craving it now as I write
Stuff can t work with clients. No attention to customers.
Phenomenal
