Was waiting for a car to back out of a front parking spot when a grey Hyundai pulled into it while the car backing out was blocking my side. Turns out the guy was in full uniform and started working the drive thru. Guess front spots aren't for customers. Lack of options when ordering food, (3pm) I feel like main rush is over and should have had time to restock. Cleanliness behind counter was so/so, not great, but not the worse. Service was kinda slow. Employees were talking amongst themselves, while preparing food seemed to be an afterthought. Been stopping in to this location over the past 4 years and it has definitely changed. Probably stop at the one in Degelis
We specifically ordered a sandwich made without tomato to accommodate the dietary preference of a fussy child. We confirmed the request when the sandwich was handed to us. Of course when we handed it to the child in the car to eat, it was a standard sandwich with tomatoes. Rather than waste it, I ate the sandwich, which was less than stellar due to the chicken being fried in old oil. The location was clean, and the order staff were very pleasant.
10 minutes in line. The store is empty. Nothing happens despite a great number of people behind the counter. I left without a coffee ☕ Clearly that drive-ins are more important than walk-ins.
after 20 minutes of waiting in line, I was informed that they could not make the order and that I would have to wait another 15 minutes. The manager stated that the time I wasted was not his problem. Terrible service.
This has to be one of the slowest Tim Hortons I have been too. Instead of getting ordered the staff are behind the counter laughing and horsing around. All we ordered was 3 bagels and coffees. Not complicated at all. If the girls behind the counter did more then laugh and giggle. I’m sure it could be nice.
Slowest and mkst rude experience I have ever had at a Tim Hortons. They had seven people working, and three of them were standing around talking. The fourth team member was leisurely cleaning. All while there was a line several people long, the team didn't even acknowledge us or say service was coming.
Met Dorothy solo traveler Loved her vibe From Ontario, just like us Safe travels home lovely lady Oh yeah!! Fast food lobster take out?!! Have you ever? Nope, I never, yet here it is
Huge Tim Hortons with a drive thru and lots of seating inside. There are so many people inside that it must be where locals meet and stick around. There's a big line but they keep it moving. Otherwise this place is the same product and quality you would find anywhere. Its within a building shared with a big stop trucker stop and another small restaurant.
They have the ice cream machine not working in macdonalds but in this Tims its the oven been cleaned, cold food, bad service, just close this shit already, thank you no thank you
Very rude person taking orders. We couldn t hear what he said and he was talking to us very rude. Should not be talking to customers that way.
I have abandoned online orders here because it has taken so long to get them. Slowest Tim s of all time
The workers were really nice and they were fast but the food is not good, the coffee was so bad and they burnt my sandwich and they didn t know what is a vegetarian sandwich 304 en la capital
Hot coffee. Great service.
Really dirty and messy all over the place. Slow service. Must leave cream out all day several coffees I ordered and the cream was all chunky in my coffee. No more timmies for me!
All good
Served overflowing of coffee, and its not even busy at the moment
Clean location, MOMO was very nice and completed my order perfectly! Thank you for the great service. Service
Im a worker at the Truck stop got excelent service all year long
Shitty service 10 minutes to get a coffee at the drive thru with no one ahead of me Service
Slowest Tim Hortons in the country. Lots of workers, no organization, no direction or changing of priorities when the line up is out the door.
Many things in the same place, restaurant, hotel, car wash casino, convenience store on the side of the highway. Parking: Lots of room Wheelchair accessibility: Access ramp
Very slow and apathetic staff. If youre hungry skip this place.
One of my Fav stops, Service is bit slow sometimes they dont have the items listed in the menu
Very very Very very Very very Very very slow staaaaaf RIP OWNERS BUSSINESS Food : 1/5
One of the slowest Tim Hortons eastern half of Canada in a busy truck stop. No wonder drivers dont stop there as much anymore. Update Jan 31/24 235pm No one making sandwiches...4 people waiting inside for sandwiches...all the other negative reviews would lead one to assume Theres an ongoing problem. Only stop if you have to
Very slow service, everyone keeps running around like headless chickens. All of them focus only on drive thru. Be ready to ruin your 30 min break waiting in line if you are a trucker. Also there are three people who never wear their mask properly (only cover mouth and not the nose).
I regularly go to the drive-thru and each time there are errors... this morning I decided to have the error corrected because they didnt put sugar in my tea as requested and it was leaving not giving me my wraps.. the manager who shouts osti de tabarnack because I ask to fix the mistake and in the end I still dont have my sugars in my tea, no extra sauce, no extra bacon!! We pay for the extras and you put them in your pockets like a rat!
You kinda get tired of those particular Tim Hortons that never have whats on the menu. I cant count how many times I have gone into this one and made an order. Oh we dont have that. We are cleaning the machine that makes it. Oh we dont have that. Ran out of it earlier this afternoon. I dont bother anymore. I just assume they dont have what Im looking for now
Longest service ever. Everyone working here seemed to not care. Very unprofessional of them.
It sucks, these guys don t know how to serve customer , such a bad service, improve the all night crew,
Very warm welcome and very good service
The staff was amazing and highly recommended
Very rude untrained staff
Super slow T.H. Over 15min waiting in line
Very very bad service
Morning staff nice and hardworking
No more wedges, bo more this bi mire that at 4 pm????????
I paid for a double cream iced cappuccino, he gave it to me without cream even though it was a small size, paid $4 for anything, I strongly advise against it
Its possibly the worst Tims in North America ... slow service even when 20 people are wirking ...
The lack of staff makes the wait too long Dietary restrictions: If you are allergic to ketchup, they all wash your hands. Parking: Plenty of parking. Front and side Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access and reserved parking.
Lovely service and food
I regularly purchase rice bowls from Tims restaurants. Recently, I purchased Cilantro Crispy Chicken from this store. The quantity & quality of rice, veggies, and chicken was disheartening. I had one bite of it and threw it off immediately. The chicken was soggy, very dry, and lacked the warmth it needed. It was simply put in a bowl with some sauces and handed over to me. The veggies were not fresh. Unfortunately, I was passing through the city and only picked it up in the drive-thru believing the quality of the food would be good, I felt like a waste of money for the quality of food received. I can provide more details if needed please ask the store to stop selling rice bowls until there is an in-depth investigation into it. I also felt sick after eating that chicken most likely because the standards of temperature were not maintained. Although I am doing alright now I would never stop and pick from restaurants like this again.
Well that was probably the worst experience I had at a fast food restaurant. I place a mobile order, I never received my food until I asked for an eta. The person told me it wouldn t take long, so I waited. After 20 mins of waiting, I asked if it was normal that I didn t get my food, I understand that it was busy, but wanted to make sure I wasn t forgotten. The person told me that they had a lot of mobile orders and it wouldn t take long. After 30 mins I thought it was ridiculous and asked again for my food, and a manager came to tell me that the coffee was made and they were waiting on the sandwiches. I told them that it has been over 30 mins of me waiting and that I d like to get my money back since I had to leave and couldn t wait any longer. The lady told me that she s making them right away. After waiting again for another 5 mins she came back to tell me there was no more bacon for the sandwiches, which I wasn t going to accept since I ve already paid for the food. I asked her to make the sandwich without the bacon and I d like to get my money back on the cold coffee and the other sandwich which she proceed to tell me that it wasn t possible to just reimburse me 2 items. At this point I m over it, I told them to just make it and I was going to ask for my money back. The manager came back with the sandwiches and mentioned to me that they lost my paper and it was the reason why it took so long oh and he also wanted to let me know that they ran out of tomatoes. So over all, paid for food that was missing item, waited 40 minutes to get my food, had the manager talked to me like it was my fault and I was the problem. When I told the manager Omar that I should at least get my food free at this point, he turned around and walked away. So I can definitely tell you that Tim Hortons lost a client today, I am definitely never going back there again.
Order made for 3 sandwiches. One without tomatoes, the two not the right ones...I ask the girl who made them, she tells me well we have more...well the locker should know that, right? I wouldnt even give one star
8-10 mins a car in drive through says all you need to know about poorly managed Tims. Nothing like a road trip spending 45 mins in drive through with 4 cars in line when you arrive
My recent experience at this Tim Hortons branch was disappointing. The inadequate number of staff resulted in long lines, making the service slow. Surprisingly, the chili soup lacked the usual butter that other Tim Hortons include by default. The order screen was cluttered, hindering visibility, and they failed to ask for my points card during the transaction, claiming it couldnt be added after payment. Overall, not a positive visit.
Very average Tim Hortons. Dont know if it was the language barrier or normal mistakes from the cashier. Food was fine but messed up our order a bit. Feel bad for the guy making the food, super busy and he was alone making the food. The mistakes were on our bill. Anyways washrooms were clean, food was fine otherwise. Second time back and no issues that time. Third time back and no issues this visit either.
Staff on cash handled my doughnuts with unloved hand after handling cash from the customer ahead of me. Ordered bagels with cream cheese and got cream cheese on one side of each bagel and butter on the other side? Strange. Not overly friendly service either.
I really appreciated the welcome, the professionalism of the employees, even when I made my own coffee, they did not hesitate to make it for me to perfection and above all I like espresso, it reminds me of good ones memories
Not sure why there is a small army of people at the drivethru standing around while the lone person at cash has a lineup of people. Half of that drivethru crew was just standing around and joking with colleagues. Those lazy employees should have helped the only person taking orders at the cash. Teamwork makes the dream work and that s why I spent almost 20min waiting to order my coffee. New management is required.
Bon service
The cashier looks exhausted or doesnt care. He was wearing a headset and asked me to speak louder. When I said youre wearing a headset with the same volume he heard that. Lol Hopefully he will serve people much better because I am not the only one not treated nicely when I was there. I ordered black coffee with espresso. The seating area was great. Adjoining with the gas station. Parking and drive thru service available. Open 24 hours. (check out for special days)
They put a single drop of sauce in my farmers wrap.
Quick service. Food quality was great as usual.
Ok
I went to the drive-thru, I was very well received, my coffee is WOW (excellent) and the food delicious! Thank you for the good service!
Its a Timmys. What can I say.
Doing a great job. Good ambiance behind the counter.
The employees dont pay attention to the order and dont give you the right thing
Very slow service. Not to mention that the employees do not seem to be able to express themselves in a way that is understood. First, they dont speak loud enough, and two, they dont seem to be listening. The food is well presented but the cooking has transformed what must have been pieces of chicken into pieces of wood.
Fantastic staff & service!
Parking: enough spot for semi trucks to park overnight Food
The only reason why they are so busy is because they are slower than slow. Given a choice they would walk backwards just to make things even slower. Will gladly take your money and then it turns out they don t have what you ordered. Not even trying to find a solution. Happy to announce it s my fault that I didn t check for availability beforehand. Be ready for 20 min wait with 3 ppl in the line.
Good Im there 2 to 3 times a day Parking: Anywhere Wheelchair accessibility: Stray at the dood
Sandwiches take a long time to make
Great and fast service in drive thru and great food also keep up the good work errors happens and can be fixed nobodys perfect. The night women surely needs help she runs like crazy to get the drive running and serving clients in front at the same time. Shes a keeper Marco Roy
Very unpleasant visit, seem like a cashier havent seen a person of color before or she just a ....ist, It was very disappointing behavior.
Very bad experience... One lady name LISA working over there didnt listen to anybody. I just want to tell her something regards my order she is making but she didnt listen to me, completely ignored me even i was standing in front of her and she put my order on the other side knowing thats my order.. very bad management and working staff specially LISA.
I ordered a ham & swiss, chocolate muffin & ice coffee. I had to wait less than 3 minutes for my order to be ready. Parking: We had to park on the side as there were no parking spots available in front of the building. Wheelchair accessibility: There were wheelchair accessibility spaces available directly in front of the door.
Fast service, super friendly staff, and good food! I definitely recommend this Tim Hortons
Even at 3am the service was very good!! And the coffee and food was good too!!
Would you like some coffee with your grounds.
Horrible service
The teenage kid at food prep working July 1st at 3:30pm argued with us about the order we received. He gave us the wrong order and then gave us the no you re wrong treatment. He claimed the order we received was in fact our order and after trying to explain that he gave the wrong order to us, he argued with the rudest tone I have ever heard from someone.
Very busy location. Easy off the highway. Lots of options
Food is JUST ok, nothing fancy
Slowest Tims Ive ever seen.
Like everywhere. Nothing special.
1/2 inch or unmixed sugar in the bottom of an iced coffee
I asked if the creams of broccoli were available, they told me yes, I pay for my order. Then they tell me there are no more, no problem I ask for blt. Since I had already paid, the employee told me that a BLT is double the price of cream of broccoli. I pay in knowing that a cream is 4.79 and a BLT is 5.59. Thanks for stealing a good $4 from me. There werent even any tomatoes in my BLT anymore. Disappointing.
Lots of flies. Was told were out of many drinks that were advertised. Iced latté was not mixed and way way too sweet.
Very disorganized. Lost my mobile order and continuously gaslight customers with false information. 30 minute wait for 2 toasted bagels. Not one apologetic or conciliatory word. Unacceptable.
Tim Hortons was a HUGE disappointment The worst place to stop on your destination. Waited 45 min in line with one cashier, staff walking around not working looking at the long line ups. They watched people leave and didn t even bother to attempt to look busy, to me emptying out the already empty tip boxes by the registers was not a priority. People were complaining and the poor excuse for a manager didn t even come out of his office to lift a finger to help..Tim Hortons corporation you should be embarrassed to have this establishment in business.
Food was good but it was a long wait.
To long of a wait inside one cash open 5 on drive Tru cash
Dirtiest Tims I have been in. Steep tea wasnt hot. Limited donut selection. Disappointed!
The service was incredibly slow. Took 40 minutes to order and there were only 4 people in front of us in line! If you stop here, use the drive thru instead of ordering inside.
Too much people in there needs more room
Good Tims
Great location, clean, friendly staff, fantastic food and quick service
Friendly service but very slow ! I dont understand why they only open one cash ?!? Food
Unfortunately they seemed to not understand my English well and was frustrating ordering through the drive through.
All are idiots at 11 pm
Been In a lot of tim hortons but the one buy the casino in edmonston n.b. Had to be the most unorganized I ever seen .. unbelievable even the workers had bad attitudes. Food
Very slowly
Its ok the have brewed decaf .
I passed this morning, a very nice girl smiling all the time, she gave me good service.
Busy place
I am a truck driver who was resting in the truck stop for the night. I stopped late at night so I am used to there being very minimal options for food. Luckily most of their sandwiches were available. There was a woman who was working who instantly acknowledged me to take my order. Unfortunately the guy who took my order burnt my bread for my sandwich. I went back up just to ask in the could change the bread as I hate to complain. The woman said right away. Sorry I will make you a new one. She toast it and asked me if it was toasted enough to my liking. I apologized for complaining and she told me no the customer is always the most important to us so we will make it how you will enjoy it. I didn t get her name but she was Moroccan. She was extremely attentive and kind with me the same from before I ordered and even after I complained. She is a great asset to this Tim hortons and does a really good job and makes customers feel welcome and happy to be at Tim hortons which isn t too common anymore:
Good
Very friendly staff
Best service from a Tim Horton in this area. Employees are friendly & courtious at the Grey Rock location.
I was just inside at 1400 hrs, and there were 15 to 20 people standing in line for the 1 cashier open and preparing orders. They had no less than 5 dedicated people working the drive thru window and 3 more wandering around like a zombies. I waited about 30 minutes standing in line to order, and even then, he got my simple order wrong and had to make it again. One person in line even went up to the people in drive through and asked why they are all working here and not the line where people are standing and not sitting in a comfortable car seat. The cashier just shrugged him off and said, Drive thru is busy, yet when i went out, there were NO VEHICLES IN THE DRIVE THRU LANE! Truckers stand in line to grab a quick coffee, and we have to wait forever to just get that. Extremely poor staff planning.
More than 30 minutes for 2 bagels and 2 muffins. Absolutely pathetic
The slowest ans rudest time hortons in canada
Stop often for coffee
I just cant believe a Tim Hortins open 24 hours and from 8pm no more donuts.. this is the 2nd time this has happened there are 2 or 3 donuts left in the display and I ask can I have some and I am answer: thats all thats left... the first time I went back 30 minutes later and surprised... there were others, say around fifteen, in the display... really lacking in transparency and especially in the part of the workers who are all of different nationalities and none speak French.. all English speaking in a French city... really. not disappointed with this Tim Horton!!!
There are always enough people but the quality of the meal is also excellent, the staff is friendly Parking: Offers a large parking space with the added bonus of a nearby gas station Wheelchair accessibility: It provides easy wheelchair access
I am a customer who goes to Tims every day except that today I placed my order and the man told me who cant hear me and in an inappropriate manner I said it doesnt matter I go to the window and the its a surprise, the gentleman asks me to go around again so that I can place my order on the screen and that made me very angry and I wont set foot in this Tim again
I got my franch vanilla like a only hot water. There is a one girl who s behaving very rude ? I don t know she s name but the girl hight like 5 1
Cashier thought it would be funny to pretend not to understand what i was ordering. This store routinely gets my order wrong or forgets items. This tims typically ends up being a 20+ minute stop
Good
Absolutely horrible service. The lady at the window was very rude and disrespectful her name is maney. They even charge for ice water.
Good place. Great food. Excellent service by Mr Love Gulati.
Poor management. Wait there for 25 minutes for order but no assistance provided. Had to return without coffee.
Fabulous food just slow service.
Worst loaded wrap
Stood at the register for 20 minutes before anyone bothered to come take my order, even though I was the only one in the store and they watched me walk in. I ordered a large triple triple, was charged for 2 extra larges and was given a one extra large with no sugar. Would advise not to stop here, at least at night. They only seem to be able to hire incompetent servers to work the night shift.
Had a bagel. It was fresh and nicely toasted.
Unfortunately you dont have expresso. Already the coffee at home is just water all of Canada no coffee
Worst Tim Hortons experience ever. Came at 9pm, almost nothing was available, clearly a lack of employees since every 20 minute a client was served and the employee that was taking orders was very much not hygienic. He was working with money and food at the same time and picking his nose - gross. Tension was rising among clients and even a man starting yelling out of unsatifaction. Would recommend passing on this Tims location. I only managed to take a muffin - the fruit explosion one - and somehow it was super dry? Could barely finished it.
professional and kind
this place is the worst sevice in canada it is not friendly was a 1 hour wait when I got to the counter and said something I was told if I dont like it dont come....as a truck driver you would think they would have some respect as without drivers they would have nothing even the managers are rude they prioritize there drive though and the people wating in line suffer for it they should close all drive thoughs it would make for a cleaner environment and healthier people...we have also called head office and the ministry of health
As a major truck stop on the highway, I expected this stop to be a better stop between Ontario and Nova Scotia as our main meal of the day for a full day on the road. Unfortunately, it left a lot to be desired but let me try to lay out positives as well the negatives. Pro #1: easy to get to Pro #2: one stop shop for gas, larger clean washrooms, convenience store, and several restaurants to chose from. Pro #3: lots of parking Pro #4: dog friendly with a dog wash to freshen your dog up for the drive. Pro #5: the details. They add the weekly weather and info to each of the bathroom stalls. Con #1: long line ups. With it being such a great spot, everyone stops here. Con #2: not enough picnic tables outside. Con #3: need a few more gas pumps. It s very busy every time. Con #4: focus is put on the drivethru. Ever since Tim Hortons started timing the drive thru orders, anyone who goes inside is not given the same amount of service. When we finally got to our turn to order for our family of 6, both cashiers closed and went on break. We waited until another person without a name tag logged in to only walk away again. We came to order lunch. During obviously the lunch rush. The line up went beyond the doors into another restaurant. Other customers were getting loud and belligerent at the wait. I am not sure but the fella that finally took our order couldn t understand my husband and I. I am not sure if it was because of the screen, he was knew and didn t know the menu, or if it was a language barrier. Either way, having one person on cash during the lunch rush and 6+ taking care of the drivethru did not seem effective or efficient. I gave my order more than three times as politely as possible and he still couldn t get it right. Out of 6 of our orders, he got three right. 50/50 I guess is a pass. Con #5: waiting at the receiving line, they missed one of the sandwiches. We had to have them correct it. Before you ask, yes it was paid for and on the receipt. Happy travels!
Our go to place for coffee and lite lunch, when traveling in Maine and Canada
You have to wait 30 minutes
I was just in..the gentleman working at at the sandwich bar is running around working as fast as he can...4 girls standing around waiting in drive thru for drinks and rolling their eyes....but no help making sandwiches. The manager needs to get occasional help in the sandwich area.... Sandwiches were awesome though. Bacon farmers wrap and ham and cheddar.
Terrible experience. Go somewhere...anywhere else. Regulars seems to sit on outside facing counter so they can watch staff argue with customer. (You will likely not get what you order if you order in French, and god help you if they even bother trying to take your order if you speak English.) Why 2 stars? The bathrooms were clean.
Next time I want to go to Tim Hortons, give me a pat on the back of the head! Every time I go there I am inevitably disappointed, disappointed, angry! I dont usually write reviews, but this time I think its necessary! Context: It s 9:30 p.m.: I m queuing up for a vegetable soup after long hours of driving to soothe my little child s heart. After 30 minutes in line, I arrive at the counter to order my chicken noodle soup and they tell me they no longer have that flavor and they dont offer the spicy soup. I accept despite my intestinal intolerance. She then tells me that they no longer serve hot meals after 10 p.m. Moral of the story: Never go to that low-inventory restaurant again. NB: I would have liked to note the taste of my soup, but as you noticed: it was non-existent.
The managers have to hire more people (pay them better) I know its difficult but at certain times we can replace the entire store with a simple automated coffee vending machine, open 24 hours no longer means anything
Bad service!
No service at all. The lady name Carol is very rude
Very slow, service not at all adapted to the quantity of customers
i know place is busy but i had some issues with my tea i went to get change the boy name FRANK helped me made me new tea
I would put 0 stars if that was an option..... Asked for Turkey bacon club with xtra mayo received it dry with black lettuce shriveled tomato and dark spotted meat.... They refused to refund and it ended up in the trash
Good place very very busy
Drive-thru please more manners you are not robots :)
3 PM Saturday. Line up of 10 people for 10 minutes while no one took an order. 6+ staff running around filling drive through orders and completely ignoring the walk-in customers. Several customers walked out. Ridiculous.
Both times we went it was late. Service was slow as I think only one person was working.
Slow... very very slow... 7+ people working and still took 30+ minutes to order and collect, and I still short-cuted by mobile ordering.
Very busy spot, staff is awesome under such stress.
This is the slowest Tim hortons by far across the country, totally ridiculous 5 people ahead of me in the line I stood there for 30 mins
Busy place!
No service at counter. Waiting time in line over 30 min. Five clients in front of me. Better choose another take out. Many clients frustated and left.
Good service
Good place food was hot and to me in a respectful time Staff helpful and polite coffee was ok hot and came with a sleeve not second cup I always drink it black I go here a fair bit when on the road and passing by
The staff was great and the restaurant was clean but everybody seemed to be working on the drive thru so there line up inside was ridiculous
Please ask Tim Hortons people to serve customers in order of arrival it s first come first serve
You ll get tiny rap in $8 even after you ask them to make sure
It was difficult ordering, food had multiple missing modifications (no vanilla in ice coffee, wrong sauce on sandwich) but it was okay. The lady making sandwiches was very efficient.
I went today around 12pm I ordered two grill cheese sandwiches and I requested women (she was on sandwich bar) to change her gloves before making sandwiches as I m vegetarian, firstly she doesn t understand English I repeated myself four time and secondly she was soo rude and asked me back why ??? I mean like she supposed to change her gloves on each sandwich i know because I worked at tim horton. Very bad experience. One star because of a boy on cash name luv was super nice guy and suggested us to try new herbal something ( don t remember the name)and its was soo good.
Nobody seems to know how to do their job at this location. Ordering is chaos and you re unlikely to get what you ordered. Today they made me 2 bacon breakfast sandwiches without bacon which seems trivial but it happens constantly. It wasn t even busy. I ve been spending thousands of dollars on fuel every week at this truck stop but from now on I ll be stopping in Woodstock.
Long wait and need to improve costumer service
Employee name LUV took 15-20 just to take my order at night. Very poor waiting time. So upset. He had a full line waiting and he wS just chilling and slow moves with very angry face, will never come back.
Long wait time at night half hour for a coffee
There is always a shortage of deals during rush hour, e.g. wedges, lunch potatoes, bacon, etc. They are really not well organized!
Absolutely horrid service. Waited 20 minutes to get to the counter, took 10 minutes to actually order my stuff. Ordered a 1 sugar 1/2 cream. It was punched in correct on the till but the guy making it clearly didnt care as it was black. No direction as to which side of the counter to pick up my things either. Just bad all around.
very slow service 20 minutes for 2 coffees only 3 people in front of me
Waited 15 min to get to the counter. Horrible employees, horrible service, horrible place to eat. Enjoy!
