Excellent service and nice place.

Everything was delicious, the staff is really friendly. Very close to the Quality inn (Edmundston), good option for dinner if staying there. Vegetarian options: There are limited vegetarian options besides fries. The Cali burger is one of them, and it was very decent. Parking: Plenty of parking shared among Pharmaprix and Bulk Barn.

Very bad service this is at least the 10th time I have eaten in this restaurant I always had super good service today and unfortunately that was not the case the waitress was too stupid I had to call her 5 times before she finally answered me she told me its not my fault Im alone??! Me too its not my fault I pay my money and I need service. Plus she charges me an extra drink that I never asked for??!!! I went to see her to get her to reimburse me for the excess.

LIES! The hours are WRONG and has not been updated for YEARS! They are not open till 12am. They close at 1030. Ridiculous that the owner doesnt update.

Great food, great selection, and great atmosphere every time I come here. Service can be slow sometimes with lots of crowds. But the cactus potatoes and drinks always bring you back for more.

Ordered two times, and after receiving the order they forgot to put the sauce for the salade.

I recently visited this restaurant and was extremely pleased with my experience. The welcome was impeccable and the waitress was very friendly and friendly. She helped me choose my order with a lot of patience and kindness. The wait time was very good, and the food was delicious. Special mention for the fish tacos and vegetarian pizzas, which were particularly tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

too pricy for a Standard Pizza and burger

Very busy and at the front area there was a sign that said they were short staffed but we understood and were patient.

The ribs were tough my coke was not carbonated it had more caesar sauce than salad. They brought me another one but no sauce. I didnt eat my meal and the manager didnt charge me. I do not recommend...

Just had the misfortune of selecting Boston Pizza as my destination of choice for my evening meal. Not sure why it struck me as I dont normally go here, I am not exactly a fan of their pizza. I viewed their menu but was craving red meat and decided like the carnivore that I am to order a full rack of ribs with fries. Fairly basic. She said it came with garlic mashed potatoes and I said I would much prefer just the french fries please and she pleasantly said coming right up. I had ordered a homemade lemonade drink with the meal, rasberry lemonade. I was brought a very sweet, yet clearly powder mixed drink with frozen rasberries floating above the ice. It was okay but I have had fresh squeezed homemade lemonade and this was not it. The TV sitting to my right, just above my table, was freezing up every five to ten seconds so I grabbed my phone and played a game while I waited. The food didnt take a long time to come, which was good. I started out with the french fries and they were soggy and tasteless. A little salt made them slightly better but soggy french fries are what they are, not great. For anyone who eats ribs, you know that a good rack of ribs will fall apart with just your fork should you stab it between the bones. These did not. First warning. They had given me a sharp knife so I decided to slice through the meat to seperate a rib to begin eating. It took effort, not chainsaw effort mind you, but significant effort. Second warning. I took my first bite and was greeted by decent tasting BBQ sauce. Not the best ever, but okay. The meat however, was chewy. I was hungry, so I continued. I worked my way along getting near the middle, about four or five ribs in on a full rack. At this point I was very displeased with the meal. Even the garlic bread was not that great. I decided to stomach through and brought another rib to my lips to gnaw upon. That is when I smelt what I would call wet dog. Now, I am not saying the meat was dog meat. What I am saying is that this was clearly reheated meat with barbeque sauce slapped on top. I put the rib back on the plate, wiped my hands clean and pushed my plate away. The server came by, asked how my meal was. I had eaten not quite half of it and I shrugged. She smiled and asked if I wanted a to go box and I politely declined. She nodded and brought me the full bill, which I paid. The server was okay, drink ho hum, fries soggy and tasteless and I have had better ribs from a frozen box from costco. At least there I know what I am buying and it did not cost me over $40 dollars to buy them. Recommendation, dont get the ribs and stay away from the fries. Perhaps their pasta is good?

Nice patio and good wait staff. Hostess was a tad frosty. Shrimp pasta dish was generous and flavourful! Take a pass on the Pineapple, beet, spinach and feta salad- it was bland. No restaurant charging $16 for a salad should be putting canned pineapple on a salad!!

The cheeseburger to bring (childrens menu) was wet and the portion of fries was tiny. The plastic container airtight is not suitable for a cheeseburger. The ribs were okay, at best. I recommend pizza and nothing else for takeout or delivery.

Nice atmosphere, good service with smiles. Unfortunately the ribs not recommended. Probably not a good idea to get ribs at a pizzeria. I liked the cheesecake.

Good food, affordable price

The dining room was clean and they asked to see our Covid pass. Good job! The mask is mandatory but I didnt see any hand washing stations set up. Im sure theyre there but I didnt notice any. The service was great. Our server was friendly and efficient. The service in the bar area was a bit different. Not so friendly. The food was good and not overly expensive. I had the chicken thai bites as a starter and finished with the Dill Chicken sandwich with a side of gravy. It came out to about $35 for the food. The drinks were a bit expensive at about $9 a pop for a double bourbon on the rocks. The first drink had fruit flies in it so I had them change the bottle of Makers Mark. I never get tired of those chicken bites and theres plenty of choice on the menu. Ill be back.

Staying in Edmunston for the night, ordered food online. Ready at pick up time. Easy peasy! Pizza was amazing!! Side caesar was good as well. Parking: Lots of parking is available in a large parking lot.

It was ok but the service of Julie was odious she probably need a vacation but the way she talked to the customer is not acceptable. I ve been told that she s the manager downfall for the restaurant .

We were staying at the Best Western Plus just a few mins away & decided to try this restaurant for supper. We had Salt & Peper Wings sauce on the side & Royal Hawaiian Pizza, we asked for both well done. The food was awesome, very pleased. They werent overly cooked as one might think. Jessica our waitress was very friendly & helpful. We will defiantly be stopping in again. The restaurant was very clean & not crowded.

We pre-order for a bus load of 40+ people. (Kensington/Bedford Hockey Exchange) On our way home from Bedford PQ. They had our orders ready-made. We were all happy with the service and food quality.

Sending a huge shout out to the staff at BP Edmundston. Our hockey team and parents came in for supper January 6/24. There were 40 of us. The restaurant was very busy but the staff did a wonderful job accommodating us. The service was great, food delicious and staff super friendly with smiles on their faces even though they were short staffed. We will definitely be back!

I worked at Boston Pizza for years and it was always my go to place to eat. After ordering from this location I will never eat there again. Not worth the money you have to pay. Only plus was the delivery driver , he came to us in a snow storm and in a timely manner with a smile .

The food is OK at BP, but it has become expensive for what you get. We recently went to lunch and had a tab of approx. 60$ - no drinks and no entree. The atmosphere is nice and the place is always clean. The service is usually friendly and meals come fast.

I can tell you that these really good eats I recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst Boston Pizza weve ever been to. It was a terrible experience. We arrived around 10pm, seated quickly. Our server, Jessica, greeted us very rudely and reprimanded us for greeting the hostess in French because it meant we were given French menus despite preferring to speak English. First of all, my partner is French so we have no trouble translating. Second, my sister and I are experienced enough in French to understand the menu. She then snatched the menu from my hands, walking away. She returned with English menus and asked what we wanted to order. We told her we would need a minute and she told us she sells a lot of what is on the new menu and walked off. We chose what we wanted and waited ~20 minutes for her to return. We ordered a shrimp Mac and cheese, a Beyond burger on a gluten wise bun with no onions or pickles (my partner has a lot of allergies), and a deluxe personal pizza. When I asked what flour the gluten wise bun was made from for my partner, she insisted it was gluten free. I reiterated that I needed to know what flour it was made of because he had corn allergies so couldnt consume a corn flour bun and asked if she could find out. She said the chefs had all gone home. My sister asked if they were made in house or came in a package. She said a package. I asked if she could check the package ingredients for us then, and she said no, she was positive it may contain traces of gluten because she has celiac so she knows. My partner gave up at thay point and just ordered the burger anyway. She then went on to tell us you should be careful though, because it might contain traces of gluten and something I ate today definitely messed up my stomach. You (pointing at my partner) know what Im talking about, being in the bathroom all day! And walked away. We were shocked she told us about her bathroom habits as patrons at a restaurant. It took ~20 minutes for our food to come out. When it did, a different waitress brought my Mac and cheese and my sisters pizza was out, but nothing for my husband. At this time we also ordered a French onion soup with no bread in it for my sister. Our original waitress, Jessica, came back over for a second to say onion soup with no bread? And darted away again. My sister and I started in on our food figuring my partners would be close behind - it was another 20 minutes before we saw his burger. It was served with their side of vegetables which was unseasoned, unsalted freezer-burned broccoli boiled until it was pale and mushy. The burger was cold and gross as well. My Mac and cheese had 4 pieces of shrimp in it (very different than what was advertised) as well. My sisters pizza was simple and good, another small positive. 10 minutes later, Jessica returned and asked if all was good while walking by, to which we hardly could respond to. We didnt see my sisters soup for another 15 minutes, and it had zero cheese in it. We ate what we could, and finished fairly quickly. We then waited almost 30 minutes for the waitress to come by so we could ask for take out containers and the bill. At the 28 minute mark, my sister went to ask the hostess if we could get the bill. Jessica then came by 5 minutes later with the bills. My partner was in the washroom, but my sister and I paid our bills. My sister tipped $1.00, while I did not tip because the service and food was a really big disappointment, unlike other boston pizzas we frequent. Jessica took the machine out of my hands as soon as it beeped from my card and walked away. My partner came back and my sister went to the washroom, Jessica came back, slammed the machine on the table and stood back with her arms crossed watching my partner pay. He tipped 15% because he felt awkward and nervous, even though he agreed it was not deserved. She grabbed the machine, ripped the receipt out and slammed it on the table, saying in a horribly mean tone, Thank you SO much, I really APPRECIATE it., looking pointedly at me. The first time Ive been to a Boston Pizza in years and I can say that nothing has changed. The food is still good and served in a decent size. Although the prices have become a little steep for some items but that is to be expected.

Nice welcome! Service with a shortage of staff! Super good starters, the bloody-ceasar wow but the 2nd drink was way too strong in orange zest, the pizza...wasnt a pizza but more of a garlic battonet a little disappointed with the meal but in Overall it was great. Lots of people in the dining room and at the bar, which gave a great atmosphere!

IGNORE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! After reading some of the reviews we were reluctant to go, but then figured that BP is BP and BP Edmunston certainly did not disappoint. From the moment we entered the door, the service was outstanding. Despite a full house and a sign saying they are short-staffed, these folks were working hard to ensure their clientele was well served. The bar side was hopping for a Tuesday night, a very good sign. Despite a busy front desk, we waited maybe 1 minute before being seated. Our server, Melissa, was outstanding. She was most welcoming and cheerful, helpful with suggestions, and extremely efficient. Her bun of red hair is her crowning glory! This gal deserves a raise! She served each table the same way and her bilingual service was impeccable. Complements to the chefs. The food was delicious. The spinach artichoke dip was piping hot and very tasty, the presentation of the pecan salad is worthy of a 5-star restaurant. These pasta dishes could be found in an Italian bistro. Even after waiting for the food to cool a bit and digging in, the leftovers were still hot when we walked away. Kudos to the chefs. The only negative we had was the timing between courses. Maybe pay better attention to giving people more time between. We werent quite finished the appetizers when the main courses arrived. Not the end of the world though...didnt stop us from eating every crumb! Vegetarian options: Worth ordering.

It was delicious. We enjoyed it very much. We were driving from Kirkland Ont. So we were looking for something quick. We had another 5 hour drive. We will try the Boston Pizza in Moncton. Hopefully it will be as delicious.

Bar side very good atmosphere!

On July 1st we stopped at BP edmunston. One of the people in our party is a server at another BP. There were 3 people at our table and one person got water while the other 2 got pop. We ordered and waited ~20 minutes before the power went out. No problem that the power went out as that is completely out of the restaurants control. However, it took over 30 minutes after the power went out for a server to come to our table (the BP server at our table was unimpressed as she watched the servers stand around and not update restaurant guests). When the server finally came by they informed us that we would not be getting our food as the power wasn t going to come back on (totally understand this) and that we were being charged just under $8 for the two drinks that we didn t finish given we hadn t even had our food. Given the situation I think it is absurd that we were charged for 2 1/2 consumed pops (if this had of been alcohol I undercharging but it was not). Not a great experience.

I ordered delivery they didnt send utensils and I noted I was at a motel and therefore had none. I called to complain and the manager was rude, cut me off and blamed the very nice delivery driver said he should have packed the utensils. He said he could send some utensils (at this point I tracked down 1 fork to share with my daughter and now my dinner was cold.) Told him not to bother and he said nothing he could do for me then sent the driver even though I said not to waste his time. The beef nachos also barely had a tablespoon of beef on the whole order. He asked what I wanted and I said a small discount/ refund for inconvenience and poor quality nachos and he said no it wasnt supposed to have much beef.

I arrived alone and waited to be seated. A very nice waitstaff took time to seat me as the hostess seemed to have something else to do. Many staff made eye contact. In the 15 mins I was there, no one came to my table, no one offered me a drink, no one brought me utensils. I finally walked out, saying goodnight to another waitstaff, and went to pick up a frozen dinner from Walmart. Does not make me want to come back to Edmunston.

We were there after the lunch rush it was very quiet which was nice. The food was average Boston Pizza Fair it was good had the onion rings are my favorite with a dill dip. My wife had her favorite meat goat cheese salad what she enjoys each time she is there.

Great food, decent staff. What more do you need. Had a shrimp taco, it had coleslaw in it, which doesnt sound like a fantastic combination. Although it was extremely good! My son also enjoyed his cheeseburger platter! A lot of the menu was pricey, but its good food, worth the price, in my opinion. Parking: Its a parking lot... what more do you need to know? like seriously when asking my son, he would have liked a slide in the parking lot, Kid-friendliness: They had crayons and a placemat to draw on. A kid menu. again, there are no slides.

This was the first time my wife and I had eaten in NB. Restaurant was very busy when we arrived. Staff was very friendly even though we (sorry) only speak English. They got us into the bar as soon as a spot opened up. Food was well above what we expected. We will be back, thank you.

I sat at the bar unseen and not served for more than ten minutes. I had to wander through the entire restaurant to find the staff chatting at the kitchen not paying attention to the few customers there. The food was fine once I was served. I was annoyed enough I was ready to go next door to Pizza Delight.

Visited for dinner. I Dont speak french, it didnt matter. Sat at the bar and was taken care of by a real pro. Clearly enjoying what she does, Lisa was attentive and genuine. Kudos, Lisa!! Stop in if youre in the area and sit at the bar. Great spot!

Food was great, service was amazing. They mostly speak French in Edmundston, and we re English. The workers were mostly bilingual. We were brought the wrong food at first but they did bring the proper food after that, probably language miscommunication. Beautiful spot and amazing city. Would recommend.

The food arrived tasty and hot (delivery) but we had asked for the food to be delivered an hour later to give us time to chill after we arrived at the hotel and it arrived 15 minutes after we placed the order. If being efficient is our only complaint they are doing alright. Was a tad expensive once tax, delivery and tip was added, but such is life these days. Would order from them again.
