I had a pizza dioner it made me sick all day I advise you to review the quality of the products used

There is a shortage of staff. 2 of the employees were very nice on the other hand Bernadette another employee had a bad attitude answered me curtly and when I asked her name she returned with big eyes. Hats off to the two other employees who have to work in his presence. If it were my restaurant she wouldnt have a job anymore. Customer service is definitely not his area.

Very good food and very generous in terms of portions! the 2 people on site very friendly and smiling! Nice atmosphere, clean place and very cool inside. We will definitely return! Thank you for the great experience!

I am very disappointed and my friends also first of all their donair meat is no longer like before they slice the meat very thin so it is obvious that it becomes dry and hard and when I made the mistake the other day they My rectifying this by adding oil to the meat was disgusting.

GRECO PIZZA (4 Stars) First of all, the service was terrible. I was the only person in line and I looked at multiple employees right in the eye while I was waiting at the counter. No one took my order until an older woman came out from the back area to check on a ticket. She noticed I had not been served and ended up serving me while all the other employees did nothing except try to look busy. That older woman won this review an extra star, giving this review 3 stars. I watched her work circles around the younger employees while I ate my supper. My order was ready within 10 minutes. That person has a great work ethic. I ordered 2 Donair Burgers with a small poutine and a drink. It cost me a little over $20. The burgers were a bit dry, lacking both meat and sauce. The poutine isnt as I remember it. It used to be the best poutine in Edmundston. Now, its probably not even in the top 5. Maybe Ive eaten too much Greco in my lifetime. It just doesnt get me excited anymore. The new location theyre in is nice. It shares a food court with 2 other restaurants. It was clean. This was the first time eating here since they moved to this new location. Ill be back when their other restaurants open (Captain sub, Fish n Chips, and Frozu). Until then, I hope their service gets better. - UPDATE Delivery - I figured Id give their delivery service another try as they didnt have a good track record in the not so distant past. There were extremely long wait times for very basic orders. I was surprised. We received our food about 20 minutes after ordering but the food wasnt of the best quality. It wasnt made with any care at all.

This is not a bad place But this is not pizza its just ingredients that you ask for on some mediocre crust with canned tomato sauce... Asked them to make it crispy it was soggy How did they stay in business since 1977 Mind blowing to me

I got the most saddest looking calzone. Nothing in, all dough. No taste . We also got a donair, could not believe how dry the meat was. This was an overall bad experience. It is expensive meal to dump in the garbage

Previous owners gave you more of your money.. Now you get half of everything, for example: the dough is paper thin,cheese is none existent. They re making two pizzas with one of the previous owners. They re skimping on everything. That was my last time.

Doesnt answer phone, had to order thru Doordash.....asked for very simple instructions. Leave everything on the side and they still couldnt do that. Once I showed up it took them 10 minutes to stop talking in the back and hand me my already paid order. Never going again

Might have been a busy night but my order took over an hour to be delivered. First delivery guy had wrong order. Second person showed up after 1.5 hours and said they had to redo it. No apologies.

2pm..I waited and waited and waited and nobody came to the front. I yelled excuse me and nobody came. Hard to stay in business when you dont want the business.

Pizza is really good and they use real crispy bacon not that yucky bacon crumble.

Hello only to warn you that instead of transferring the line to hold you hang on the line. We waited 30 minutes and were told to wait a moment, which led to the line being hit 3 times in a row. Maybe explain to the employer how it works

Very very u organized

Awful service! Waited in line for 20 mins and after I ordered they messed up my order which was only 2 subs, and then I waited for an hour to get my food to find out they messed it up even more. Im not happy after paying 30 bucks for waiting 1,5 hours when it wasnt busy at all!!! They were looking at my receipt on their side and kept putting it at the back of the rest of the reciepts. They dropped meat on the floor and put it on the Donaire, this place should close down! My order number was 178, they didnt want to refund me and said it was my fault for ordering with them.

I ordered a Calzone it took over an hour, I got it cold and the cheese wasnt even melted, how long did they even put this in the oven for?

Terrible...Ive been a customer of Greco Edmundston for 35 years, since it changed ownership the service and quality has taken a serious Drop. The employees are asleep, it takes forever to be served and the food is cold...I gave the runner a chance, Ive been eating at the new Greco for 5 times...its getting worse and worse . After 35 years, I definitely believe in Greco...Where are the experienced women who worked at Greco for several years?

Horrible customer service and takes a lot of time so today the woman at reception didnt want to give me the promotional prices even though every day there is an offer and when she handed me the pizza she put it on the table without saying anything really very disappointed

I have ordered greco 4 times since being back in Edmundston. Each time it was worse than the time before. The last time they even got my order wrong. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I am not the one to write reviews about anyplace r anything but after this meal i am. We order online and when we went to pick up the staff was very rude and the food was terrible we ordered subs, onion rings and a large poutine. Well for starters the subs tasted like vomit, the onion rings where soggy and the the fries where not cooked and for the size of the poutine let me say that the McDonalds poutine has a bigger portion then grecos large poutine and netter cooked as well. I am very sorry for this review but after paying 50$ for meals that we had to throw in the garbage its not worth more the that. The new owners should have a look into this matter befor it goes to greco Head office.

Service extrêmement lent, désorganisé et peu courtois. Lorsque des clients arrivés après moi ont reçu leur commande (eux aussi des donairs) plusieurs minutes plus tard, j ai demandé poliment si on pouvait prioriser ma commande. En guise d excuse, on m a par la suite garoché ma commande sur le comptoir sans rien me dire. Formez mieux vos employés svp!

I went to eat there on Easter and I was disappointed with the service and the quality of the food. Hard and cold meat, very long wait, especially when there werent many people. The employees spoke among themselves without worrying about the customers. Waited almost 45 minutes for a donair.

Got Delivery to motel was excellent

This is my first complaint online about any restaurant or food establishment. There was a major discrepancy in the price discussed and what was charged at the door during delivery. Over the phone they were pretty greasy at omitting delivery charge and a change from the works to a half works and half garlic fingers - wed be ok with this if the upcharge was brought up at any time. The deal discussed was $24 (plus tax) for a party pizza and at the door, we were charged $47 and change (not including the tip we gave the delivery guy).

Employee was extremely slow and clueless about everything. Worst customer service. They had nothing to put in the sub because they ran out of everything.

Today I ordered and it was super good, hot and very good quality, keep it like that and you will have your customers back THANKS

Worst dining experience I can remember. It took over an hour from time of order to delivery, then the order arrived wrong and missing items, and when we called them to fix their errors they were argumentative and unhelpful. Our food arrived cold and without part of the order after 9:00 p.m., and they refuse to offer us discount or refund, and said they told us they would remake the order and send it out to us again. We told them that would likely mean that our food wouldnt arrive until after 10:00 p.m. which was too late. They told us that was the only option they would give us. So we reluctantly agreed. We waited another hour and a half until 10:30 p.m., and our order never did arrive. So the only did they send the wrong order missing items we paid for in the first place, then they lied to us and told us they would send us a new order but never did. I will never return and I recommend you dont go here.

This place take forever I ordered on phone@ 7.00 pm they told me it will be ready in 20 minutes I show up @7.22 still food was not ready .. there was no other customer only me And still have to wait for 1 hour and few minutes ..never coming back

From the time I called I waited two hours for my food.. pizza was over cooked and cold, the only reason they get 2 stars is because I liked the wings. Btw you forgot my BBQ sauce

Slow service...the employees are always looking for the food...often lacking in product and the vegetables are really not fresh so if there is any left the cheese was dry really old...no choice of bread

Was at the Hotel in Edmundston. Ordered Greco online. While waiting I read the reviews. I was scared due to so many negative comments. Contrary to other people, my order arrived in 30mins. Hot. Fresh. Kind delivery man. Nothing missing. Updates received by email during the process. No discrepancy of prices indicated on website vs at delivery. All was great. Thanks.

You can tell a good pizza when it tastes good with only sauce and cheese, this fits the bill! My gluten free and regular pizzas were delicious and made in a reasonable time. I consider myself somewhat knowledgeable on pizzas and next time I m in the area I ll stop in :)

Travelling from toronto to nova scotia this week. Ordered their pizza and donair burger combo. Showed up 20 minutes later and they said it would be ready in 9 minutes. Went back in 9 minutes later and they told me my mother had picked it up. My mother isnt anywhere near edmunston. Hands down the worst customer service, had to argue with them for my refund.

Service was the worst, when an order is to low to deliver and spend at least 10 mins explaining the order to the employee to seem speak another language but evrything is fine... I wasnt home so the phone number didnt associated the adress I was at when I was at dooleys it took more then an hour, went up to greco and nope they didnt do it cuz they didnt know where dooleys is which is wow.......so even after 5 hours or more lol I would of never got my order cuz of lil poor manegement from the manager and he didnt like me telling him either so went to BK !?!

I ate here on my trip to the East Coast and not only did they forget half my order but my spouse and I got food poisoning. Definitely do not recommend!!!!

Great pizza, wings were bland and very small. Alittle pricey but super friendly staff and nice and clean.

Worst sub Ive ever had it was only 8 dollars though so I wasnt completely robbed thankfully. They gave me the amount of meat as a 6 inch on a 12 inch. Regret not going to the burger king next to it, let that sink in.

Great Donair!

I was passing through and staying in a hotel. My girlfriend and I ordered for pickup on Friday night, the two donairs and a medium pizza deal. Wait time was fine, it was ready when we got there. The pizza was so grossly doughy that it was completely inedible. Neither of us finished our initial slices and had to put the pizza in the oven the next morning just to make the thing edible. The donairs managed to be super soggy and disgusting, the cheese hardly melted but just in a lump on the meat. My girlfriend couldnt eat hers at all and I ate just the meat to actually go to sleep on a semi-full stomach. We drove all of Saturday to our destination and on Sunday we figured wed wait until a business day to bring up the issue. Initially I called 11:30 am and was asked to call later since it was lunch rush, I obliged. Calling back later I was pretty shocked to be told I couldnt be helped because I didnt call the night it happened! I got the pizza home and started eating at almost 11pm. With leaving early the next morning to drive, why on earth would I have called that night? I dont operate on the same hours as the store so my complaints are invalid? Very very poor food and very poor customer service to match. I JUST moved to the Maritimes and I certainly will not be back.

If I could give no stars I would have. Ordered dinner after a long day of travelling. One signature pizza and a large donair. The pizza was awful and the donair arrived cold throughout, maybe four pieces of tomato, a dollop of sauce all on one corner and with a ripped up pita so even if I had wanted to eat it, I couldn t have. I called Grecos and they offered to make me a new one but I d have to return the the donair they screwed up, which is a great way to tell me you think I m just trying to score some free food but I wasn t going to eat it anyways so no big deal. The kicker was I d have to wait at least 30 minutes for the new order, so a total of about 1 hour 15 minutes for a bad donair. Thanks but no thanks. Shameful for a $60 food order.

I gave this location a 3, only because my previous experience with this location have been really good, except this time... extremely disappointed with the delivery driver. I travel to the Edmundston area frequently and Greco is my go to place for food when I arrive late at the hotel. Usually the food is very good and very fast delivery but tonight was everything but. I ordered by phone for delivery to the Quality Inn at 6:40 PM, one full donair sub and half cheese burger sub. The time stamp on the receipt was 6:54PM but my food only arrived at 7:45PM, almost an entire hour later. Yes, the food was cold but more disturbing and irritating was that when I went to pay with my debit card, the driver held out the handheld debit machine and asked me to tap, he wouldnt hand it over because he said it was no contact and I never had a reason to doubt, but unbeknown he added an automatic 5% tip, didnt say, and didnt deserve it, but he added it. My fault, all on me, I should have checked, but fool me once.... crooks like that,... wont fool me twice. Like I said, if it wasnt for my previous good experience at this location, they would have gotten a one. This is all on the delivery driver. Beware and check everything before you pay or send it back if they wont let you verify. This is one of Grecos very good locations in Atlantic Canada, dont let crooked delivery drivers ruin your reputation.

Best pizza in town

Placed order, was told that it would be 30 minutes. Finally arrived 1 1/2 hour later. Pizza had plain crust when I had ordered flavored crust. There was no more mozzerella to complete my stuffed crust order. There were several pieces that had nothing but sauce and a small slice of ham on it. So much for the super-works!! On top of that, the pizza was burnt! Side crust and underneath was black!!! Called to make a complaint and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I would love to be able to put the pictures that I took to put on this site. I usually dont complain, but this was utterly a disaster! Greco ended up by apologizing. They refunded my order and offered me a free pizza. I must say that there should not be a 15 minute wait on hold (in dead silence) on the phone to place an order, nor should a pizza that bad have even left to be served to a paying customer.

Impossible to get through It hangs up right away I have been trying to order gifts cards for friends birthdays but no one is answering the phone. Frustrated So no other options to go elsewhere

BRUTAL!!! If you re travelling and want food from this place, order it at least 3 hours before you get there. You may get your food on time . We waited 1 1/2 hours with other upset people. There s 10 people behind the counter and no one seems to know what the hell is going on. The food is AWESOME everything else sucks.

Ive always love Greco, but right this min I do not, I had a rude young man talk to me in a rude way, I asked how much would it be with delivery and he said why? And then I repeated the question 2 more times and then he hung up on me. Wow just wow.

We been ordering for almost a year from the Edmundston New Brunswick location. And each time we get it delivered we are always missing items from our orders. The issue has never been resolved. They owe us atleast $100 due to missing items over the year. I reached out to the manager they never helped. I reached out to the franchise owner never helped. I reached out to head office never helped. Told me it was resolved. No one ever resolved anything with us. They like to rip people off I guess. I recommend never to order from the Edmundston location.

Terrible absolutely horrid service If you place an order here expect at least minimum 1hr plus wait and order will probably be wrong and if delivery well add it we be cold as well.

Overly priced and food not up to standard.

Since new ownership, the portions are much smaller. You used to get a decent portion of fries, now theres barely any. I was searching for the meat in my greco burger. Plus, despite saying it twice, they still got my order wrong.

Order a donair burger from the greco next to burger King. The bun had mold in it... seriously disappointed... not going there again.

Called end they told me a 45 min wait time that actually turned into an 90 min wait time and the cashier didnt get my odder right when i got there so i hade to tell him what my order was... And after 60 min of waiting he came out with my pizza but i was missing the wings so still hade to wait

Ordered one donair burger and two 1/2 donair with extra sauce, meat was dry (crunchy) and no extra sauce, is it just nee having issue with this or Im i just unlucky. I never have any issue in Grand Falls, only in Edmundston.

Ordered the Duo Donair combo with a 3/4 lb shwarma, and some sides online. Got 3 1/4lb donairs with the wrong meat and the side that was advertised with the duo was missing... what I got was alright, but wasnt what I ordered. Disappointing.

Worst Greco ever call at 4pm to place my order 2 oven sub they told me 30min. I show up there at 430 and waited a other 20min inside for my lunch to be ready. The girl that made my lunch had no gloves and no Hair nets. The place need the be clean. canadien food inspectors should go there more often

twice in a month an a half that i get greco and its takes more then an hour to get our meal. The long wait for your lunch as been a problem for 3 or 4 month now and never have i seen Greco run with so few employe. Not sure what is the problem but doesnt seem to be the employees cause they rush. For me i am done with Greco.

Used to be the best Greco anywhere in Atl Canada. Just moved back here. I remember when i would visit here i could not wait. Tonight i got greco burger platters. And in both i had still uncooked fries. Could not beleive it. So dissapointed to have lost the best Greco Andre

First, the food tastes good. Ive ordered takeout before and Ive always been happy. However, I decided to eat in the restaurant recently and I found the restaurant to be unclean. The tables and even the credit card machine felt greasy. Restaurant is too hot. The back where the food is cooked looks unsanitary. There is food all over the floor in the back. The person who took our orders was short and rude as though annoyed by our presence and couldnt be bothered to answer questions about the food. I can excuse mistakes but rudeness is uncalled for as are unclean food prep conditions. Definitely better to take out.

Ate here while driving cross country, nearly $30 for a medium pizza after a $6.50 delivery fee. Pizza was small, and the sauce tasted sweet like ketchup. Learn from my experience, do not give them your money.

The food is great! We took a 12 inch Donais pizza with 1 small fries (frozen fries and very small as forma) and 3 cans of liquor for around $35. The pizza was well topped with lots of meat and cheese. But I found it expensive and the service Wasnt great either, thats why Im giving it 2 stars. In terms of the quality of the food, everything was perfect. As for the service, something was forgotten (no plate and we ate on site. 2 forks for 3 people

Staff not very smiling

Food was good but service was horrible, told it would be 15 minutes, after 25 minutes I went to counter to ask about my order after seeing other people who ordered after me being served their food then about five minutes later they finally called my number and dropped my order on the counter the lady walked away, no sorry for the delay or any dialogue of any kind. I hope the service wasnt bad because I was speaking English and everyone else spoke French, that would really be a shame and sad to think that people could be so petty in 2019 but that was sure the way it felt. Ill never order from that location again!

This is a sad place because the food isnt bad but the associated that work there have no business working with other humans. We were told upon ordering that it would take 20-25 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting, I went up to find out if it was ready. I was told that it would be another 15 minutes . So basically it took an hour for something that should only take 20 minutes. After it was ready, we said to the associate that it took an hour to make, and yet we were told 20 minutes, and that we were unhappy about about the wrong time given to us. She very quickly became defensive, said cant you see that were busy?!. So lovely of a response....no apology just an angry person that has no business dealing with people,! period. A freshen up of staff that actually can be pleasant would be very helpful.

This pizza was fantastic. Such a zesty sauce and perfectly complimentary toppings! The employees were perfectly friendly too. Everyone in Edmundston seemed so nice and that made everything we did that much better for it.

5 stars despite the healthiness which leaves something to be desired. The food remains excellent!
