Outstanding service wow

The worst restaurant in NB I do not recommend the seafood captains dish half the plate of fries the quarter is containers of sauce and a small quarter is 1 piece of fish and 4 baby shrimp wow so disappointed my first and last visit for this place.

All depends on which cook is working. Food can be very good as much as it can be a waste of money.

Impeccable service: the lady was very kind and welcoming, plus a girl in the kitchen asked us if there was a birthday, because she wanted to sing happy birthday! Charming ! Even though no one was celebrating their birthday, the waitresses still came to sing happy birthday to us, a great time! Otherwise the food is good, nothing more, and the air conditioning does not work. The excellent service saved our evening!

Bought lobsters, very big and very good.

We are an Ontarian family from Muskoka Ontario. We ate here today for dinner just now and had the Chicken Poutine, 4 nugget and fries kids meal and I had the medium Cheeseburger and fries. I would have given 5 stars but they forgot my daughters fries. But I wasnt mad as the staff were EXCEPTIONALLY kind and I had enough fries to share with her. We ate take-out as we had the pets in the car. So I am not sure what the eating area is like upstairs. But I did see a lot of customers up there, so Im sure its a pleasant place to dine at inside too. Thanks, Ouellet. ...sorry my French isnt so good. Ill work on it for next time :)

The service there is quick and simple

Very ordinary food, the fish and chips have no taste and the seafood pizza is drowned in a sauce that is too salty, the service was more than ordinary.

They reduced the quantity of lobster in their rolls by half, There was practically only salad in it, it just tasted like salad, big disappointment, the banister was so sticky that it hadnt been washed for a long time, plus the ventilation system is terrible , it stinks.

The food was not fresh and very, very disappointing. Fish and chips seemed like they came out of a box from the freezer. Dreadful!

Would not serve us as we did not speak French waitress ignored us even after seating us!

Food was poor. Cold club sandwich loaded with mayo. Caesar salad loaded with mayo, next to no garlic and fake bacon bits. Lovely server, nice, clean place.

The service was very long and disorganized! It was incredible the meals served not even at the same time the children served with quite ordinary hunger my owner really loves me!!

Good service and tasty food. I do agree that the fish was a bit of a bait and switch like other reviews mention. It looks hand battered in the menu pics but is frozen with breadcrumb. It was still decent, but could have been better.

Affordable food. Great for families. Wish that there was more description of items on the menu, especiallysince it was French only. Staff werent fully bilingual (spoke French, limited English), so knowing exactly what was ordered was difficult. For example, the Iralian poutine is with tomato sauce and shredded cheese, not one with Italian deli meats. What is a Romeo poutine vs a Juliette poutine? This may be known for locals, but not for out-of-towners, which is too bad as the food was good for the reasonable price paid. Wheelchair accessibility: There is none. You must go to the second floor for the dining space and I didnt notice any elevators.

Being on the east coast I expected better fish and chips. Very disappointed

All three of our meals were delicious. The food was served hot and well prepared. I had a double cheese burger platter. I didnt get a heaping pile of fries. The portions were perfect. Lobster rolls were full of lobster and not just filler like lettuce and a ton of mayonnaise. Very tasty! Service was with a smile and very friendly. The restaurant (which is upstairs) is clean and updated/renovated. Highly recommended place to eat.

My bagles and lox was great, but not revolutionary. Thats fine, I didnt want it to be. My friends had french toast and banana bread, respectively, each looked and tasted fantastic, definitely super-rich treats.
