Dirty place and doesnt have what you want. The meatball sub I got honestly sucked and its one of the only subs I get at subway so I know what's good and bad when it comes to the meatball subs. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!
Wow! So impressed with the service from this location at Admirals. We had a team event and had a bunch of special orders. Ash was so helpful and easy to connect with. Once I arrived to the store for pick-up, the bright and clean interiors stood out. Staff at the store were very helpful and extremely friendly. Definitely Check them out if you're looking for good custom sandwich!

It's a shame I'm even writing after frequenting this location for so long but honestly it's come to that time. I ordered my sandwich got charged for mozzarella (never had before) asked the worker when they started as I'd been to several locations and never once been charged guy pointed at the menu said read the menu and good for me that I didn't get charged hoping that was it the worker continued with my order still upset over my question tried to tell him after the sarcasm wasn't needed as I was just asking a question the worker wanted to escalate saying you don't want to argue with someone trying to just de escalate a situation doesn't look good on worker nor business
Charge $9 for a 6 inch, to find a piece of hair baked into the bread. I couldn't even pull it out, that's how far in the bread it was. I had to throw out half of the sandwich. Definitely not ordering from that Subway location again, unless I want bread with hair baked into it
Been going here a long time! It hurts to give a bad review to this place but your backward-hatted tattooed lady has a bad attitude and no customer service. I do not enjoy being laughed at for being ignored twice and not being asked for a bag. I do love her tats and appearance just not the attitude. Do your job.
I would recommend only coming to this location at night time with the young fellow that usually does the closing shift. This review is for the daytime staff; and this location is no longer owned by Jeff who was an amazing guy and absolute treasure for our community. The New owners have driven this location into the ground along with the new daytime employees. Let's get into detail: Jeff was all about customer service; and the young fellow on night shift worked under Jeff when he still owned this location, and is the ONLY saving grace for not giving a 1 star review because he works under the standards that Jeff had. If you want extra of anything? Veggies, meat, cheese? The daytime staff won't do it, even when paying extra. You want a sub that's on the menu? Well if the ingredients weren't prepped from the nighttime then you won't get what you want if they run out (yes; just happened today. Tried to get a BLT for lunch and they had bacon but not prepped in a container.... and both guys working apparently don't deal with prepping as they confirmed that there was a ton of bacon in the back but not prepped. It takes literally a minute to take some out). This isn't the first time; or the only issue. They scowl and make you wait if you want sauces on the side; they're the ONLY location that limits how many veggies to put on a sandwich; and if you want extra of any of these veggies, they literally put one or two extra on. That's one or two onions; green peppers; pickles; etc. If you ask for extra beyond the two slices, you get a hard 'no'. I used to work for a Subway when I was a teenager; this is NOT how we treated customers, and I know for a fact that it's plain laziness on the employees just not wanting to do their job. Which I think is encouraged by the new owners. We miss you Jeff; I wish you were still operating these locations. Prayers for your dad and your family. I hope he's doing OK; and I don't blame you for selling your locations to take care of him whatsoever. You're a good man; and just know that the community misses you dearly.
The customer service was excellent by the girl Behind the counter She was really humble and helpful and made my experience the best at this location. She did a great job! Thanks to you to have such a wonderful staff at your store

Very Professional Customer Service. Ample of parking space. Tables were neat and clean. The sandwich artist changed the gloves before making my sandwich which i probable have never seen before at any location so a big high five to that. I was asked if i wanted to make a meal or not and was also informed about the promotional sandwiches if i would like to try any. See you guys soon
I dont use Subway shops. You are off base on this one.
You can see there s new owners, the girls that worked here are gone and they have their family working here now. The quality has gone way down, every time I come in the tomato s are old/translucent and the the last sandwich I had the meat tasted rotten.
I recently got a job in the area and went to this Subway for my lunch break. Walking in, I was greeted and served by a worker, whose name I am pretty sure was Aashish. He was very mannerly and made sure to switch his gloves when making my order. My Sub was fresh and delicious, which is why I would definitely recommend this location.
Subway is Subway, not much to write home about. Its good for a quick sandwich also a pricey one for the quality of the food.
Gave me a free cookie because it was busy and the wait was long really care about customer service

Not that big of a selection for cheeses and such, but the place itself was very nice. Clean, staff was extremely friendly, and I will definitely be coming here regularly.
Guy behind the counter was sick and coughed on my sandwich. I emailed the manager asking for a refund because we chucked the subs. Manager completely ignored the request. Clearly management only cares about cash and not personal safety. Will no longer be a customer here.
Owners keep the tips. Dont tip here. They dont even pay that well and then to keep those tips from the people who deserve them? Jeez. You guys are heartless.
