The Tuck Shop in Estate Bovoni

If you're a tourist. Don't you even try to find this place on your own judgement. Get help, but I can assure you. It will be worth it once you've completed your mail. If you're on a cruise, just ask any cab driver to take you there or ask for directions once you're down in town.

This place is a little hard to find but once you have found it, it is unforgettable. The atmosphere is beautiful, the music is great and so are the people who work here. We started with the conch fritters (absolutely delicious) comes with this sauce, I would call it like an Asian zing sauce (if your from the states). Then We shared the trigger fish (fried), also absolutely delicious, it has white flesh and is not fishy at all! It was an amazing experience and would 100% recommend to stop and eat!

What a great find on the island. Alex makes the most incredible sandwiches. I can’t wait to get back and try some of his homemade soups. Roti Saturday seems to be a hit here too. We will definitely be back.

Want to eat like the locals? This is the place. Mamajuana shots, conch fritters, jerk chicken…everything was so good and the staff was friendly and answered questions about the food and the island. Clean facilities including restrooms. Definitely a place to try!

excellent shrimp roti sandwiches. owner was awesome and taught us how to play dominos during lunch. made for a very fun, tasty, and memorable experience!

The egg salad sandwich is divine! The mango colada is my favorite drink to get there. Paul is amazing and I really enjoy the food every time I visit.

We stopped in here after shopping for wine next door and got goat roti that was delicious. I also tried the mamajuana liquor which was delicious and boozy. The owner is such a nice person, he even gave us a ride back to our place because we got stuck without a taxi!. Highly recommend this place. Thank you!

The Tuck Shop is a hidden gem on St Thomas. Alex, the manager/food preparer/bartender, gives meticulous attention to every food and drink item he prepares. He is very personable and knowledgeable of the island. It's simply a super customer oriented place with excellent food and killer drinks! Try the bushwhacker, mango colada, or painkiller drinks. Awesome. Sven and Patty will be back several times on our next trip!!
