It s a Laid back sports bar, i was there with a friend. We had a Caesar s salad a basic margarita and some wings, we finished the salad and pizza and chicken wings we didn t finish. The vibe was quite, but it was a lunch time on a weekday, so I guess that s pretty much normal. The place looked a little old, but I think it s because that s the vibe that they were ing to create, but I can boldly say that some of their Funiture needs a little fixer upper. Also saw the owner cleaning and taking out the garbage, I thought that it was good that we was down to earth and was up to helping his staff. I would give the place a 3.5 out if 5

This place used to be a great place to hang out after work... havent been in a few years, went and was so not ready for the change... uncomfortable seating, food was not that great, especially for the price. And the service was not that good either. We felt like we were interrupting her flirting with another table... and in an empty resturant, they sat us right next to the only other table with people seated... not going back.

If you re looking for a place to enjoy dinner and pool with friends, avoid Arizona Grill Lounge. My group of 6 planned our night around playing pool, only to be told by the waitress that we weren t allowed because of the owner s rules. Apparently, you need a group of 20 people to play pool. They have 4 tables sitting there collecting dust. One of them even had some old plants sitting on them. The waitress was apologetic, but the policy was confusing, unwelcoming, and outright ridiculous. She said the owner makes them say this rule and he only lets his regulars play pool. How am I supposed to become a regular I m not welcomed.. why would I come back? Asked the waitress if we could speak to the owner to let him know we drove pretty far and picked this spot because of their tables and we d be willing to pay an hourly rate but he was too much of a coward to come over and hid behind the bar pretending to be busy drying cups. The food was average my steak was unevenly cooked, though the mashed potatoes were decent but it s hard to mess up potatoes. Overall, this place felt like the waitresses were being mentally abused by a controlling boss, uninviting, and definitely not representative of Canadian hospitality. Asked for 4 cups of coffee. 8 of us came for dinner. The coffee cups were dirty and only half full. It was discusting. Never ever had been served coffee like this before. Never ever order coffee here. There is a coffee Time next door. Get it there instead.

We were at Arizonas for 3hrs. The service was horrible. Slow yet cute waitress but the service was slow, infrequent and even beer refills were slow. The food was ok, the portions are affected by shrinkflashion... Smaller than original yet somehow half decent as a portion. You can do better than this place unless all you want is some eye candy

Don t go to this restaurant the waitress I had I m pretty sure her name was Tanya and she was out of control very rude to me and our table we had to leave the restaurant because her disgusting behaviour, we have been here before and the waitresses are usually okay but this time it was unacceptable. She was swearing and insulting us for no reason at all completely out of control. The manager knew and still did nothing about it

Ordered pizza and received a deluxe pizza instead of peperoni pizza for my daughter. I mentioned to waitress it was incorrect and she started to get defensive and say I was wrong. Kept arguing with me for 2 mins. I told her my daughter will not eat it. She then said after arguing we will make you another. Food was great but service with waitress was horrible. We came in with our hockey team. Will not go there again with our team.

They havent changed their menu for a long time, and the choices are somewhat limited. Prices are reasonable and a great place to watch the planes

Went there tonight for a couple of drinks and food, first shot I ordered for my self and a buddy was tequila (csamigos). We ordered 4 more shots after that, all four were water shots, fully water. Told the waitress , she had a stupid excuse. We re ordered steak dinners but sent them back. Don t go to this place, it s a scam. Huge scam

Absolutely disgusting. Went in for dinner and had to use the woman s washroom. The state of it was absolutely disgusting. 5 bathroom stalls out of order. Feces and urine speckled toilets for the remaining ones. I had to clean a seat to use it. When I tried to lock the stall door there are no handles. Had to use my foot to hold it to lock it. When I stood up I slipped and fell. I then went and spoke to the owner. He said he doesn t go in and has a girl who cleans in the morning. Took screenshots from the video.

Not really a great place. Was there with friends and we just sat down ordered drinks and while waiting one of my friends saw a mouse or a rat she wasnt sure. We finished our drinks and left. I dont think its very clean.

We had the worst server ever, she was rude, uptight and unapologetic. Took us almost 1hr before we got asked what we wanted to order for food. Once we did order it took another hour at which point we ended up asking for the bill and leaving. Will never go back.

We were just there last night to celebrate the boilermaker apprentices graduating and getting sworn in, and it was all amazing. The food was so good, all of the servers did a phenomenal job (especially dealing with those hooligans) and the atmosphere was perfect. Good music, good vibes, honestly couldnt have hoped for better. We will absolutely be back again and I just want to tell all the ladies that worked that night that they all did an amazing job and theyre all beautiful souls and I hope they get everything they could ever want in life <3

The servers here are well dressed and carry themselves professionally. The issue I have is the lack of attention to the customer. They are very inattentive and let you sit forever without asking if you need anything. We were going to come for food and drinks, but had drinks and left. We were ready to tip $$$, but they didn t care. Atmosphere would have been 5 stars, but the AC was off and smoldering inside.

The waitress forgot our party of 10 was there a few times . Why are all the waitresses so pail and stiff? Toronto being the most diverse country in thr world, arizona bar and grill is not on purpose.

Went for a quick bite after a flight. Served was nice but brang out the wrong order. She did fix it though . Washrooms were a disaster. Wings were decent. I was charged for items I didn t order or receive. The server asked me to pay cash which I found weird but I did anyways. I called after to let them know I d been charged for items I didn t receive and they told me I could come in the next day and receive the order that I paid for but didn t order. LOL. Being from the restaurant business I found this an extremely poor way to rectify this.

Arizona Girl offers a welcoming atmosphere with a pleasant ambiance and friendly service. The staff are attentive and deserving of a good tip. I had tacos and a margarita; both were enjoyable, with the tacos offering a satisfying blend of flavors and the margarita providing a refreshing complement. it s a great spot for a late-night bite with a relaxed vibe.

Had a group of 8 and it wasn t very busy. Most of us ordered wings and nachos. No napkins, no cutlery for those who ordered burgers/fries, took forever for food to arrive. Not really impressed

Overpriced, terrible service no napkins no refills for our entire table. Food was extremely mediocre Yeah, I haven t been here in 20 years and don t plan to for another 20.

Server was very good. Salad was muchy especially tomatoes. Had US College football and no Canadain games. Fair at best. Beer was good.

Oysters are served in water, and that makes them more runny.. price post 4pm is worth it, no during normal hours. Service was great, they allowed multiple wine tastings before ordering a bottle. Food was subpar, steak bites are decent but can tell not a good cut. Steak was also bad, had to add a ton of salt and pepper.

I m never going here ever again, ever! My experience is that if you are not with at least seven other people, you may as well have leprosy. You will not see a server for an hour if you come here by yourself. The food is mediocre at best. The price was OK, but the service has always been horrible here. I will go somewhere else even if I m staying next-door.

HUGE MISTAKE COMING HERE DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Ordered a steak medium well, so it should have some pink inside the steak we got was way over done, not even edible but since we were tired we tried to eat half the meal. When we finish and payed for the meal, I advised the waiter that this is not the proper way to make a steak, she said that s what medium well is and was very rude about it. My partner dish was also very bland and over priced id rather go to any fast food than eat here again

Don t even get me started on the exprience here, the only good thing about this place is the fries and even then they could use a little work. I spoke with me manager here who was nothing but rude not only to the guest, but with the employees. Gag me with a spoon I will NOT be coming back here.

Bailey is a phenomenal server! Very professional and courteous. Shes quick, responsive and has a good attitude. Id definitely come again for the service! Fries are amazing as well! The prices are pretty high. Nearly $20 for a double shot of BAR RAIL. I know I said double but its the rail. It should be cheaper or atleast a double should merit a half off one. $7+ for a simple side of fries. Definitely NOT a spot to grab a drink and snack after work which is what I wanted. (Calculations after tax) Id love to come back for the service but Ill have to save that for a date or a once or twice a year occasion. 5 stars strictly due to the amazing service. Prices are pretty high but Im not an accountant.

Had the buffalo chicken salad. Great seasoning and the chicken was perfectly cooked. Nice and crispy. Service was ok. But they seemed a bit understaffed for the lunch rush. Understandable but affects the experience. Atmosphere was great too. Great decor and the bar set up was on point.

Went on a Saturday night. First server ignored us for 15 minutes. Changed seating locations, next server was very nice and made up for the previous lack of service. Food was sub par. French fries were the best part. Would not recommend the pizza. Wings were okay. Honest opinion - better places to eat when visiting Toronto.

Stopped by for some wings with some friends. Ordered a small ( 7 wings ) and fries Fries were very good hot and crispy wings were awful tasted like they had been re fried very dry but the sauce was good. Overall not work the price 7 wings and a side of fries with a coke came out to 32 dollars. Not a good value and very slow service.

Dietary restrictions: The Canadian burger although very tasty is made with breadcrumbs to resemble a meat loaf. I became aware of this because I am gluten intolerant and asked the server if it was possible there were breadcrumbs. She did not think so so but checked and sure enough yes. I do have to say she offered another option but I had eaten half not realizing the content. I regret the menu did not say the burger was made w bread.

Worst customer service. Servers dont know how to take order. Keep bringing wrong order to our table and when ask for our order server start cussing for no reason. I wish i could give 0 stars. Not just us other tables were complaining about the same thing. I have seen customers from 3 tables walking out unsatisfied and unserved. Worst experience, total waste of $150.

Waitress there are horrible was there with me and my wife and brang us the wrong drinks to start and when we asked them to be changed they brought it back 30 min later and was still wrong! Asked them again, and waitress replied why are you bugging me For a 10 dollar drink ? At that point we just asked for the bill and asked to be refunded and the waitress started cussing us out and asked us to leave. Worst experience ever.

Took Lauren 20 minutes to finally ask if we needed more then 1 menu for 4 people we had already shared the one menu and knew what we were ordering , one of the other servers was sitting at a table behind us talking with a customer or maybe her sugar daddy , who knows , our server (Lauren) spent most of her night working all male tables for higher tips , took her an extremely long time to get food , drinks and pretty well anything ,food came , very average can cook better at home type food , will say the steak was cooked decent but not the best quality steak . Wings were so so , cauliflower bites, gross . Ordered a beer as the food came , 25 minutes later the server was still talking to two younger guys to get bigger tips , we had to interrupt to remind her about the beer and then another drink was ordered , had already finished my food, she replied snarky with it s coming . Proceeded to get the bill at the same time because we didn t want to disturb the rest of her conversation with the other table . Also didn t have another 30 minutes to wait , we just got off a flight that was delayed 3 hours and let me tell you , Lauren , and Arizona bar and grill ,did not make our evening any better . Do better ! Oh and when she got a minimal tip it s like she wondered why ? Do your job better Lauren . Also forgot to mention , there was bird poop on the table she didn t wipe either . Great atmosphere to eat at , if you enjoy eating with bird dump on the table .

Food was lousy and literally felt like frozen food. Waitress, Lauren was a terrible server, inattentive, and quite chatty with her fellow coworkers, we made sure to reflect it in her tip. We had to request water twice while other tables who arrived after us received water instantly. Most of all, the manager on the floor didn t seem to care about our experience there. So beware! Do NOT visit this place if you want to waste your money, time, and appetite! I ll never be back here to any of the Arizona chain restaurants based upon my terrible first and LAST experience.

Never in my life in this whole wide world of restaurant and bars have I ever met extremely vulgar waitresses and on top of that with low I.Q level and what are the chances they are all blondes . Not to stereotype, but just by chance they were that day in particular . Not even other countries on this planet such as India , UK or even the U.S has waitresses like that . They need to be more than fired .... No E.I deserved for them .

The new manager Jessica is very friendly. The first manager that I actually like there in an extremely long time. Some of the servers are extremely good. I would strongly recommend Bailey, Julia, and Anastasia.

This is an excellent sports bar with lots of large screens to watch various sports events at the same time. Sophia,Julia, Tania are just a few of the beautiful attentive waitresses providing great service during the busiest of times. Personally recommend the Guinness wings.

Service was okay but not a personalized experience. Cauliflower bites could of been crispier but were okay Indoor tables were sticky. 8oz steak was overcooked and tough, not AAA angus but thats why they put it in quotations. Mashed potatoes were lame and lumpy. Chicken wings and ribs were dry and tough Atmosphere was sports bar, but food did not meet expectations. At least we werent sick afterwards. Do better or lower your prices, no reason to not have quality ingredients in this modern age.

What a great place to spend an evening out. The atmosphere is very welcoming along with the staff. Visiting from out of town, but I felt more than welcome. The good was delicious and our hostess was delightful .

I had high hopes from this place, but the server did not care to smile nor seemed very interested in her work. When the customers are ushered to their requested seat (by an aged man) it would be a bare minimum expectation that the he would make sure the table is cleaned up. I had to followup on that too, let alone getting someone to ask for a starting drink. I noticed, the owner is not caring to reply to customer reviews either. Not sure if I want to go back.

Deceptive business practices. Place an order over the phone. Via online menu! Notice that the charges on receipt do not match Totals for each eatery.. Establishment refuses to correct or even adjust prices. After noticing this serious price hike on the receipt. Brought to the attention of the hostess and manager. Informed me.. The pricing has not been corrected since covid. The website has been hijacked and listed as Fraudulent per manager. All our reviews are current! Thats the manager when you see post! Be advised that the manager is rude, arrogant, and lies. Asked manager to view said website and menu pricing.she stated that the website is incorrect.We do not own nor manage the website. The manager also states, owners has no access to website. If you want a janky experience, walk right in. If you want bait and switch pricing, youre at the correct spot.

We got lucky with a spot on the patio. Food was ok(standard pub grub). Service was good, again got lucky with a great server. To be blunt my experience last year made me hesitate to take my colleagues suggestion. So, we will give it a pass this time due to logistics and timing.

I was there 3 times a week ago. The food was great. The ambience and the music were great. It sticks a little here and there but I dont think its that tragic. Of course you could look at this as a negative, but if I want something top-notch, I go to a star restaurant to eat. This is a cool authentic sports bar and thats how it has to be. Id love to come back.

What happened to this place? It used to be a bumping bar with a great atmosphere. Now it s dead , no bar seating, pool and sound for sporting events. I feel for the waitresses.

Having a bar without bar seats is weird. It s nice to sit a bar and talk to other people. Interested in the craft beers and asked the server what they were. Told me the type which was good but would like to know the name not just the brewery so I can order it again somewhere else. I ll probably head somewhere else next time, mostly for the lack of bar seating. Also one tv with the fight and the whole place filled with the sound while every other tv is replaying baseball lol it s easy to tell this place has a lot of potential but the manager or owner (I ve heard owner) is mismanaging this place. Took the wrong order and seems not to care about the customer while having the dinner to ask how we were doing. No extra paper napkins, no salt no pepper. Overall no concern.

Food was burnt and dry, also had hair in the French fries. When mentioned to the server upon paying was told that it comes out of there pocket. Waited 2 hours just to get food , will not be going back needles to say .

Worst service l ever experienced. I waited to be seated, no one at the door. I sat myself. I waited 25 minutes. Not a single worker came and asked if they can help. Finally, l asked for the manager. He then had the audacity to tell me did you not see the sign (wait to be seated). I said l did wait (no one came to greet me) and finally seated myself (not very busy place). He told me it was my fault for not waiting at the door (which l did and was ignored). He was very rude! and didn t even apologize. Stay away from this establishment!

It was the bad experience ever with that bar tender that try to kick everyone out after they serve final call. No matter what time you need to close the place if you have schedule you shouldn t serve last minute and yel to everyone to leave the that place. That was so rude at all! You will close at 2:30Am but you accept customers at 2:15 for what? I hope we wont see same guy at behind the bar again because this is closest place for us after work to have a drink but not with the same guy!

STAY AWAY!!! Extremely EXPENSIVE!!!! Charged us for dipping sauce and side orders which we were told were included in the meal. Bill was over $70.00 for 2 sandwiches and we drank water. Do NOT waste your money here.

Went in there the other night,been going there for a long time but havent been there in a while this place is disgusting, the owner needs to sell and have someone properly run a bar.You cant even sit at the bar,theres plants on the bar,what a joke.The womens washrooms are disgusting and Noone checks on the toilet paper.Bring your own.The place has gone down in atmosphere and food.Do yourself a favor go somewhere else,theres moxies and jack astors nearby where they know how to run a place and you can sit at the bar like a normal person.And youll get better food and atmosphere. I had nice experience here for a group lunch. I had the Cajun dusted chicken wings and they were on point. The rest of my party enjoyed thier meal as well, especially the fajitas. Nice friendly staff and ample parking is available.

Our server was friendly and courteous but the food was honestly so awful. Had nachos and the chips came soggy covered in oil. Fettuccine Alfredo was so beyond bland and tasteless. Portions are okay but save your money and go to a different restaurant if you have a choice. We were informed as well that there are no refills for fountain pops ONLY during night but they are free during the day as chosen by the owner which I find is quite ridiculous.

Really great little spot, you get a great view of planes taking off from Pearson. Food is good and they have lots of various things you can choose from. The white sangria is phenomenal.

An institution near the airport. Monday has discounted wings, wings are fried in ultra crispy batter, kind of like korean fried chicken. The sauce I took, pineapple curry, lacked a bit of oompf.

Great food and great service

It wasnt very busy, the food was decent but not mind blowing. The serving staff were all stunning looking....model recruiters?

Outside looked inviting so decided to try it. No sit up bar. Only high tops. For business travelers to Toronto, sitting in a table by yourself doesn t work well. Asked for the lamb burger in the menu, but they haven t served it in a year. Service was good. My waitress Kat was personable and very engaging. Ended up with the recommended Canadian burger, which was okay. As a New Englander, not being able to order the cook on the burger is disappointing. I understand this is not the restaurants rule. Overall, okay.

Probably the worst restaurant I have been to in a long time! Food is terrible, washrooms are nasty, there is NO ambiance. It s not a fun place, nor cool or fun. On top of all that, they charged us tip on top of HST which made the tip 20%. <Our server was very sweet and it is not their fault they work in such a sketchy restaurant> We did let the manager know that it is ILLEGAL to charge tip on top of HST, so beware if you do go eat here, check your bill before you pay! When telling him this he proceeded to say it was just a few dollars more but our group was large so those few dollars would become big profit for the restaurant. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere to eat.

Took 51 mins to get a pizza. I suspect our server for got to put in one of the entrees. Pizza was not home made but more on a frozen shell and toppings added. Like you would expect at a bowling alley. Our waitress was more occupied with the businessman that tips high than the couple out for a bite. His food came in about 14 minutes.

So-so food, terrible pool tables (all broken to some degree), mandatory 20% tip for group - applied AFTER tax so ends up being around 23% tip. Over priced in general, will definitely not be returning. Note: If you do decided to go, check the tip on your bill. Should be applied before tax, not after.

This place is a joke. You walk in with no hostess to greet you and you just wait until someone sees you waiting at the door. The decor is old and looks dirty. The pizza tasted like cardboard and cheddar cheese on a pizza? Disgusting. I ordered a bottle beer because who knows when the last time the beer lines have been cleaned from how the place looks. Our server was rude as well. Blonde hair and skinny, seemed like she did not want to be there at all. Is this supposed to be representative of a bar establishment in Toronto? Right by the airport.
